Anscheinend eine 2 Klassen Gesellschaft.. Ein Platz für 2 Personen in Casual look .. Laut Aussage Restaurant kein Platz.. 5 Minuten später.. Für andere doch 2 Plätze möglich? Nicht nachvollziehbar.. Chaotischer Service am Bar Bereich.. Man wartet und wartet und wartet.. Und muss zur Bardame direkt gehen.. Alleine wird nicht nachfragt.. Beim bestellten Essen war eine Beilage aus.. Hier hätte ich mir ein Ersatz ohne Nachfrage gewünscht.. Essen war gut, Getränke auch.. Service schlecht, Bedienung schlecht.. Atmosphäre wie auf dem Bahnhof..

Das Bestellsystem mit QR-Code und Anmeldung gehört zu McDonald aber nicht in ein Hotel. Das Personal muß ständig den Gästen beim Bestell Vorgang helfen statt die Gäste zu bedienen.

Mini Essenskarte, die leider nicht zu hoher Essensqualität führt. Pizza nicht wie beschrieben und schmeckt nach Tiefkühlpizza. Cesar Salad als Beilage ist kein Cesar Salad. Für die Leistung vollkommen überteuert. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Essen war verbrannt und das Rumpsteak zu klein für den Preis Würde es nicht weiter empfehlen!!

Wollte am Mittag zum Essen. Hieß kein Platz, doch beim vorbeilaufen waren Plätze frei
