Earth Day and 7 year weddiversary. The food was awesome and our waitress was too. She brought us a Flamin' Pazookie for dessert. Thanx Stephanie!

All dishes were great. Prime Rib and Pork Chop Specials were excellent with a full meal and sides; including Posookies. The Salad with Chicken was huge. The Posookie Special with Chicken Parm was good too. The norm is a great server at BJs. This evening was a polite and prompt waitress. The atmosphere is in a huge room. Yet, dining is comfortable with the noise level mild. I believe BJs was well thought out. My wife, family, and I have dined many times. We have always been pleased. Thank you.

We are at BJ's pretty frequently. The food is always good and everyone loves the pizookies. On our most recent visit our server was Darius and he was fantastic! Very attentive and helped make sure our order was exactly what we wanted. We really appreciated him and plan to be back soon.

Since the pandemic the menu has dramatically decreased. This actually isn't a bad thing. They have kept the best of the best items on the menu. The food is delicious! Be sure to get a pizookie!

Great place with two happy hours each night! Tito was our server and greet us with a warm smile and a good personality. This BJs has some of the best service out there. Never a wait to go and have a couple of cocktails and enjoy a great menu! The Togo orders are always ready on time and are correct!

Delicious Food! The wings and mozzarella sticks are a great appetizer. My favorite for lunch are their pita tacos or clam chowder soup. Dinner options are great from pizza to steak, their food is just down right good. And the BEST part of the menu are their pazookies!!! We can’t decide so we always get the trio of multiple flavors. It’s a little pricey, but the food quality is good.

Waitor - 5 stars Food - strong 4.5 stars Little issues that were not the servers fault - he pushed prime rib, I ordered it, then they didn't have it. They gave me free soup. Then they forgot the free soup, but when I asked I got it. Also an issue using a free desert coupon. Steak a tiny bit on the cool. Mashed potatoes were AMAZING. Fries were AMAZING. Brownie pazookie was pretty dang good. But you know what, it was still WAY BETTER THAN the Chili's in town!

Good food as expected, but our waiter, Luke was awesome. He kept my drink topped off which was greatly appreciated after a long day of work. Our orders were right and he didn't forget any of the various little things we asked for.

It was my first time here with my girlfriend and luckily we had Tatiana as our server! She was amazing! Very bubbly and friendly, and a very honest server. She gave us opinions on entrees as well as appetizers! Her trainer, Tim, was also super attentive and fun to talk to. The whole restaurant is run extremely well, and management is just as kind as the servers. We will definitely be back.

We went there to celebrate my brother's new job..food took while but Tiffany asked the manager to talk to us and they were extremely apologetic and sweet letting us know that our food will b out soon . My brothers steak wsnt to his liking.. Greg the general manager went out of his way to give our whole meal fr free n even gave new steak to my brother. Just how they I mean Greg n Tiffany took care of us...hands down soo professional and they just earned their new loyal customers. I decided this would be the spot for my date night. While the restaurant was swamped (Graduation Weekend), we were quickly seated after a short wait. I ordered a Brisket/Bacon Burger...was amazed how delicious it was. My Date order the Shrimp Scampi, and while we had some laughs about her attempts of trying to slurp the noodles, she said it was great. (She did mention that taking the tails off the shrimp was a little messy...but no biggie) All said and done, our experience was awesome. Our Server, Lilian(Lily?) was incredible, helping us out with some sides and ensuring we enjoyed ourselves. 😁I’LL BE BACK FOR MORE😁

We have been waited on by Luke multiple times (we live nearby and come here almost weekly) and he is the best. He is always extremely friendly, accommodating, makes sure we have everything we need, and is extremely personable. Tonight he wasn’t our waiter but my kids needed a water refill, and I caught his eye as he passed by - he totally took care of us, when it was not his job to. No shade to our waiter; he was just really busy - but shout out to Luke as he goes above and beyond, every time. This was just another example of that, and worthy of a review

This place has a great atmosphere, kind staff & food has been on point! Our waiter from the first time was awesome. Requested a surprise drink feom bar with tequila & she delivered! Last night we had Mr. GARY! He was so very knowledgeable about the food & even helped narrow it down between salmon & Jumbalaya. The description of flavor he gave was on point & feel that if we go back we definitely pick him or our first waitress to have as our waitstaff! We spent extra on drinks from their well presented bar line up! Took home a BrewHouse beer that other half really enjoyed! (Avg: $15-$35 plates not including drinks from bar)

On July 30th, family and friends arrived at this restaurant to enjoy a meal. Ticket 0260b $55.30 + 9.83 tip (total bill for my wife and I) Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone I know. 1st strike-while our server was pleasant she was not capable of serving 15 people on this Sunday night. We told the server to bring out our food all at once. Did she do that? Nope nope nope And we had to hunt her down for refills and issues. 2nd strike-our food. My fish and chips looked like it sat in grease for an hour then was microwaved. I had a peice lettuce on a metal tray that was so wilted I wondered what type of green leaf it actually was. Smh 3rd strike-My wife was sick with indigestion all night afterwards. So why leave this review on Google? To be fair, I did go onto the BJ's website and after 2 weeks I received no response. What a shame! Update...the manager at this restaurant reached out to me with a nice gesture of $50 credit and we visited the Lewisville restaurant. The food was great and the service outstanding. Way to go!!!

Large menu with a wide variety of selections. The food arrived quick and fresh. The server was attentive.

So, lets start off good. Waitress was good nice but over worked. So from time I sat down to being asked what to drink 15mins. Suggested the home ade root beer. After another 10mins I got it and it was good. Ordered the fish and chips. Also good. Fish light fluffy not over cooked. Ate waited 10mins when finished decided they didn't want to do desert. So paid and left. Probably will be back in think maybe just a staffing issue.

After a hard day's work, wife n stopped in to try the beer and have a light meal. Just a couple dinner salads and a beer cheese pretzel. Food was good, although if you like dressing on your salad ask for extra. Beer was notably done well. Our server Savannah, was awesome. Friendly, attentive, and very pleasant to chat with. Only reason for less than five stars overall? The prices are a bit on the high side for your average working guy and gal.

Met with friends for a casual dinner here recently. Plenty of food options so likely something for everyone in your group. Service was friendly and dishes brought out in a timely manner. BJ's Kicken Chicken sandwich was very good. Plump breast, nicely breaded and fried, slightly spicy flavour. Fries and slaw were just fine. They have a large beer selection these days, you can sample if unsure which to choose from.

I would give them a 5 but the gluten free pizza was pricey in comparison to other places. The crust was one of the best I have had since having to go gluten free. I really enjoyed the food and was assured it was celiac safe. They say they take great precautions for allergies. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend if you don't mind dropping 17 plus tip for pizza and a glass of water.

The staff was great, super helpful on beer selection. The food was ok. I tried the tuna poke on soba noodles. It was fine with a nice presentation. Prices were reasonable and the facility was clean. No complaints for a chain like this. My group enjoyed their food.

The service was good and our server knew the menu enough to make suggestions. There are so so many choices it can be unnerving. However just don't go in a hurry. Now as for what I've eaten this time or before. The avocado egg rolls are a toss up. Liked the crunch of the rolls but its a disappointing MUSH w the avocado. Its just crunch when you bite then all MUSH from there. No real texture contrast, however the sauce it's served with saves it, sorta. The double bone in chop was really tasty and done well after sending it back for being a little under. It came back just right and superbly tender. If you're in for a burger, you're in for a treat if you go with the brisket bacon burger. Now I do skip the cheddar and stick w one slice of the jack cheese and sub the mayo for their garlic aioli. SUPPER YUMMY I had this burger on veterans day. A definite do over. Oh and by the way, the pork chop was a do over, 2xs now. Happy eating NOW GO GET YOUR GRUB ON!

Food and service was good, portions were ample. It was lunchtime but it was too dark inside and the music made difficult to hear our conversation. Even though there is a vestibule people kept holding all the doors open creating a draft on a cold, windy day.

My sister-in-law, mother-in-law, one of my husband’s aunts, and I stopped in before a prophetic conference, and we were so glad we did! The food and service were both excellent, and everything came out fresh and flavorful. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan, and it did not disappoint — perfectly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and topped with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Definitely one of the better ones I’ve had. But the real star? The Ghirardelli chocolate pazookie. Their lunch special includes your entrée, a drink, and your own personal pazookie — and it was the perfect size. Warm, gooey, rich, and loaded with that signature Ghirardelli chocolate. I went with a different ice cream flavor by mistake, and honestly, I wish I’d stuck with classic vanilla… but even with the mix-up, it was still delicious. Great service, perfect portions, wonderful food — a great stop before our event. Would absolutely go back! 🍫✨

Service was 11/10. The bartenders were awesome and were working very hard. Food was good too. However, you guys need to clean your beer cooler. I bought a can to take home it has visible mold growing on it. I'm just glad I noticed before opening it and putting my mouth on MOLD!!! You can see it to the right of the opening and also in front of the opening. It's the dark spot directly in front.

The taste was decent, the food just gives off an expensive Applebee's or chilli's vibe. There was more spaghetti 🍝 nothing else. Also my fries were wayyyy to salty.

Everything was great until I got sprayed across my left body head and face with ranch that a server dropped. Two different servers dropped trays cornering around our table, the second one got me. I hit up the bathroom and dabbed off my button up, washed out my hair and beard, and returned to my party. Undershirt saved the day. They made it right. About 30% discount and they were profusely apologetic. I can accept that I guess. Since I live out of state it’s easy to avoid it.

Mozzarella sticks were cold, flat bread was hot and good but mostly bread with little toppings and the Salmon was excellent.

Ordered through Grub hub. Came missing the vegetables on both meals, who wants mashed potatoes added in place of asparagus or roasted vegetables? Especially when your other side is a baker? Steak over cooked. A filet mignon should not be tough and pink in the middle when ordered med rare.

BJ's is usually decent. May have just been the night. There was a 45+ minute wait. The A/C was broken, it was crowded and hot. They ran out of menus so our entire party had to share one menu. The sweet tea wasn't sweet and the sodas flat. Our appetizers arrived nice and hot but that was just about it. Luckily those were free with the Yelp app offer. The food was rushed and under cooked. White cheddar mashed potatoes were dry and asparagus wasn't cooked great. Our waiter was nice but running around like crazy.

Was so excited to come here For the first time. Food here is pretty good but I had the worst experience with a server not even a smile ignored me when I said sir loud enough for him to hear me. When he came to our table to get our order, he just stared waiting for us to talk. Didn’t say a single word until we finished ordering. I understand that sometimes people have bad days but a couple tables away. He was smiling, and yapping it up with them. overall ruined the experience.

Gummy Loo

Had the Hot Honey boneless wings and Broccoli Cheddar soup in a bread bowl. Not a fan of the wings, kinda flavorless in my opinion. I asked for a side of buffalo to add more flavorful/seasoning but still tastes bland. Broccoli cheddar is delicious. I would recommend getting the bread bowl as the bread melts as you eat the soup. Lemonade was way too sour for me. Might come again but will order something else.

Red Faux

Interesting Italian flavors. Everything was made w their own brand of alcohol cooked into it and I didn't care for that. Next time I would try something else. The sauce had a little too much red pepper in it for me. Fortunately the menu was huge, burgers, steaks, pizza, etc. I will come back. The bread bowls with soup looked amazing.

If you’re looking for a great burger packed with flavor and that’s a bang for your buck, check out Mooyah’s instead! They’re consistent every time I’ve ordered. The staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly. My partner went in to pick up a To-Go order and upon arrival, the woman working glared at my partner as he entered while her arms were crossed. They were off putting and seemed inconvenienced - as if they didn’t want to be there. No “hi, welcome in” or anything. I understand people go through things, but to be blatantly rude to customers is uncalled for. The burger I got was a veggie patty with a gluten free bun - by the time I got home with it (about 8 minutes away), the burger was no longer put together. The bun also didn’t fit the size of the patty as it hung off of the bun on all sides and consistently slid around while trying to eat it. The cheese was also only on half of the burger patty and mostly clumped on the side of the bun and patty. I also got the gluten free pizookie which tasted stale to me. The best part about my meal was the vanilla ice cream on its own. My partner’s meal was also very messy and difficult to eat as his burger also slid around and the bun didn’t fit the patty size. The best compliment he had to give were the pickles and that he loved the fries. He said his burger was a 3.5 out of 10 for flavor only. His brownie pizookie looked like it had a bit missing based on how small it was, and the fudge topping BJ’s provided wasn’t worth the hassle to scrape off of the container it came separately in. I truthfully don't believe I’ll order here again. The only reason we tried it was for the pizookie meal deal they’re advertising right now. 12/10 would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Need to wait so long to get the food. The boneless wings tasted good but not the DBS strawberry shortcake. There are just few drops of strawberry gel drops and just 2 slices of strawberries. I asked the serving lady regarding this and she told that's what left in the kitchen. I felt it's rude and not happy to eat the food that was just made with leftover items. We asked for water with lemon. We didn't receive it even after we are done with half of our meal. We asked again then she brought us water but with no lemon. We asked for a to-go bag and we didn't receive any. We went to front end and asked again. Then they provided the plastic bag. It's my first time visit to BJ's and will be the last visit. Had dinner, we arrived and the restaurant was not busy at all, seated right away, we waited for quite a while before seeing wait staff, the food arrived, we both ordered the bacon cheeseburger and fries. Very disappointed, the food was cold, the beef patties were too small for the bun. For the price it’s frustrating when the food is not good. Can’t see returning, I hate this because the choices in Denton are limited.

This arrived by DoorDash. This half-filled, tiny container of chicken tortilla soup was $9!! It came less than half filled. Complete rip-off. It was maybe 6-7 spoons full and this was the “bowl” size (not the cup). What a waste of money.

Just came back from dinner. I ordered the steak medium , it came back well. Sent it back the new steak was extremely rare…. We go to this location quite often, was definitely not happy this time. The bill was messed up too. Had to question everything on it. I guess we are done going here….

Overpriced bland food. They gave me so much pasta with so little sauce LOL. That’s probably how they make up for the price.. give you lots of CARBS!!! Drink was super sour and had a bitter after taste. Fried calamari meat is so little with a LOT of breading! Crazy how expensive it is too. Will definitely not coming back.

I came in and ordered a pizza to go, they said it would be about 25 minutes so I got a beer and waited at the bar. I kept seeing food come out and get packaged in bags. No pizza. After another 15-20 minutes past the 25 I went over to ask and a server went into the back to check on my order. Then the To Go server I ordered from came back and just handed me the pizza, which apparently had been sitting below in the pass-through. How long? Don't know but it was 45 minutes after I ordered. It obviously came out and nobody said Boo. It just sat there for WHO KNOWS how long. This is lousy customer service and the worst part is I had already added a tip, for a takeout order. I'm still pissed. Ruined what should have been a low key evening.

The waitress and all of the other staff were very kind except for one woman who had a green shirt on. I’m not sure what her position at the restaurant was, but she was extremely rude to me and my girlfriend as soon as we entered the restaurant. We were there for a group reservation but had arrived early before most of the other guests. When we told the hostess she said we could take seats at the bar while we wait. As we were going to the bar we were saying hi to some other members of our party whenever this woman came up to me and my girlfriend and told us we had to stand in the atrium because we were “taking up space for guests”. We told her we were heading to our seats and that we were told we could use the bar and she responded by telling us that she couldn’t let 40 people stand next to the bar. There were open seats we were heading to and didn’t plan on standing around all night. I’m assuming she was just upset because we were part of a big group coming in and that’s why she was so rude. Even so we were paying customers and her attitude and tone towards us was extremely rude. Overall everyone else there was great just this one lady. I don’t know what her problem is.

Omg! If the food were better...maybe it would have been okay to sit and wait for my food for 45 minutes! The food was subpar at best, I ordered a pepperoni xtreme pizza and a side of fries. It was not good AT ALL... the pepperoni was moist! It was soft and flimsy and it was just an entire mess all over the pizza and too much sauce.

Creamy mashed potatoes, yeah, right. Fresh hot sweet potatoes fries, try burnt and cold instead. Ribs, oh yeah, yummy, not by a long shot, dry, tough, and cold. BJs, stop ✋️ this is horrible. Customer beware!!!

Placed an online order for take out, arrived and followed the check in procedure online. Waited ten minutes no one came out, went inside there were 6 employees hanging out at the Togo counter. When I asked if they’d seen my online checkin they stated it doesn’t always work. My thought is if you have that many people standing around maybe one of them could watch the curbside pickup spots to avoid issues. Once I got my order home all three pazooki cookies were burned to the point where they tasted awful. Between the shoddy service and the one thing I ordered being inedible I would not recommend this location.

Last night had to be the worst service for my family. We chose BJ’s to celebrate my daughter graduating from high school. First the host was extremely rude. When he was informed that 2 other people would be joining us he said “Can’t add anymore seats” and proceeded to toss our menus on the table and then changed his poor attitude when he saw the look of disgust on my face. Next my meal I would not have served to a starving animal. I had the chicken sandwich which was cooked in old or burnt grease and smothered with the garlic aioli sauce , and the sweet potato fries were cold. I sat there contemplating if I was going to say anything so I finally notified our waiter who was tired yet trying to do his best. He offered to have the sandwich remade or I could order something else. I order the protein bowl with no meat, and it took forever and a day, so needless to when it finally came I just grazed around it and that was it for me. My daughter, the graduate had the steak and Mac n cheese and she said her steak lacked seasoning even though cooked well done it was dry. My sister had the tavern bbq chicken pizza when it arrive there were no onion and whatever vegetables that come on it. Soon after the waiter appeared and she notified him, and when he returned he informed her that the kitchen ran out of onions. For the fish the kitchen was out of ketchup, it just kept getting worse from there. If you run out of things the first course of action would be to inform the customer and offer something else don’t just assume that it will be okay. Overall some staff need to be retrained as far as customer service because it was lacking at the front, and it worked its way to the table. What was supposed to be a great evening was a complete disaster service and food wise and I hope someone takes note of this and takes corrective measures.

I ordered a ribeye steak with a side of salad and a soup through uber eats. I got the soup and salad but was missing the STEAK!!! When I called the restaurant and spoke with a girl working the take out counter, she said they were “busy” and short staffed. This would be a good explanation for slow service, but when you are missing the main course, that’s just irresponsibility and poor management. I will never order from this BJs ever again. I suggest you do the same or you’ll starve!!!!

Had a receipt for my order. The manager could not find it in the system. She must have been having a bad day. Not my fault. No accommodation offered. Had to wait for the food. Again. Food was ok

We got take out from this location and were very disappointed. The spaghetti and the meatballs were bland and they left out the SALAD that went with the Soup and Salad and also the requested American cheese on the Mini Burgers. All in all very disappointed.

Came in for date night and we went right to our seats we started off with drinks and then never seen our waitress again for 30 minutes. We ordered our food after waiting with some appetizers we got our appetizers with our waiter dropping some and picking them back up with his hands and put it on our plate to eat! We then waited 45 mins for our food and got tired of waiting so we asked for our food to go. Usually everything goes good when we come but tonight was a disappointment…

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service we received. Worst service ever! Upon entering the establishment, the hostess with purple hair was engaged in a small argument with a customer. After the customer walked away, I approached her, but she failed to acknowledge or greet me. I had made reservations to celebrate my daughter's graduation, and we unexpectedly had three additional guests join us. The waiter and waitress were courteous and accommodating, offering us the option to seat the extra guests at a nearby table or wait for approximately 15 minutes. We chose the nearby table and our waitress, Porsha, was attentive and began taking drink orders. Suddenly, the hostess with purple hair appeared at our table, yelling loudly enough to attract the attention of other customers. We decided to leave, and the other employees apologized for her behavior. Even some of the other customers, including an older lady who offered my daughter a hug, expressed their sympathy as we departed. While I understand that the restaurant was busy due to graduation celebrations, I expect a higher level of courtesy from the hostess. We subsequently dined at Texas Roadhouse, where we received exceptional service and left a $300 tip for our waitress.

Food was cold, burned and horrible service. They had ran out of ketchup, or strawberries for their salad. We were given our check not even 5 minutes after receving our food. Not to mention that we had not even received our dessert we had ordered. The server spilled water on two of our guest. The first one she didnt even apologize. With a big party of 19 there should have been more than one server.

We have consistently experienced issues with this BJ’s location, both for dine-in and take-out. For take-out orders, it is common for items to be missing, which is frustrating and inconvenient. Additionally, if it begins to rain, staff often will not bring your order out, leaving you waiting outside with no communication or guidance on whether you should go inside to pick it up. Additionally we have faced discrimination due to having service dogs. On multiple occasions, staff have been disrespectful, unhelpful, and appear untrained regarding service animal policies. This has created a consistently uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment for us as customers.

The past few times we have came there the service was absolutely terrible. The most recent trip the guy who was serving was the absolute worst. We had to ask for drink refills he seemed as if we were bothering him. Shouldn’t be in customer service. Just very terrible. I guess it’s time to find another location ugh

The manager turned the music up while we were speaking to 911 operators and the paramedics, but that was after she pushed into the group to ask if we were "enjoying our dining experience" while someone was having a seizure. At least the music went back to normal after paramedics left with their patient. I guess the vibes are more important than someones life.

My friend and I decided to grab lunch and celebrate the new year. The food was great, but unfortunately, the service was not. Our waiter, Jamal, was incredibly dismissive. It felt like he was trying to rush us out. We could tell he wasn't having a great day, "making it through," as he put it. When we asked for the check to be split, he dropped them off and said, "straight down the middle." We were confused by this, so I asked the manager nearby for help. Jamal didn't like that very much, as when he dropped the checks back off, he was very aggressive. He proceeded to basically ignore us for the rest of our visit. His manager spoke with him at some point, and before we left, he came back and asked (again, very aggressively) if he did something wrong and what I talked to the manager about. I was taken aback. I have NEVER had a waiter get in my face and get aggressive with me before. I manage a restaurant, and frankly, if any of my staff members were to become aggressive with their guests, they wouldn't be working for me anymore. This experience has made both of us never want to come back to this location.

Came in at 11PM waiting till 11:17 when I had to get up and go to the pickup area and ask for a pazookie to go, the pazookie I wanted was out so I ordered the spooky and she says we have to dine in for that, so I told her we have been waiting over in the host area since 11 she looks at me and says that where you have to wait. 4 different servers walked past us didn’t make eye contact nor said a word to us. The fact I had to get up and ask for myself ( which is ok because closed mouths don’t get fed, but come on)basically made me not even want to eat anymore. No it was not busy, a simple “hey, table for 2?” From anyone would have been nice or a “ hey, I’m gonna go grab the host really quick” but we got nothing not even a look.

I have never felt so disrespected and unwelcomed by a staff until I came here. The blonde girl with a septum piercing and glasses, working to-go orders, was extremely harsh and cruel towards me, demanding that I move my car from the handicapped spot in order to give me my order that was on the counter behind her, ready to be picked up. She refused to give me my order. Even though I am permitted to park in handicap, I moved my car out of the kindness in my heart to avoid conflict, since it only takes 30 seconds to pickup a to go order. When I went back in she was not satisfied and demanded that I move my car again from the spot I parked it. This all could have been avoided if she gave me my food when I first entered. I’m not sure what her issue was, maybe she’s mentally challenged, but then the manager got involved and was even more aggressive than the takeout girl. She said that my disability doesn’t matter and that she does not care about it which was incredibly offensive to me. Not all disabilities are visible but this manager (overweight hispanic woman) obviously doesn’t care. Overall, I had a horrible experience with the staff. Fortunately, I am in the process of getting justice for the discrimination I experienced from staff regarding my disability.

We waited almost an hour for our food. I asked for ice water, and I got a cup of water. The steak was nothing pictured on the menu at all and it wasn't even good. I was still waiting for ice to put in my water. We were just not happy. We're not going here again. We can cook a good steak at home. This was a disappointment.
