Everything was wonderful, starting with Omar and Aristide's welcome, their kindness, and their attention to detail. Excellent food and a choice of 900 wines (Omar is an excellent sommelier and host). We ate two and a half courses each, plus all the various mousse bouche, drank a splendid 2018 Sancerre, and a glass of Muscat de Rivesaltes with a small pastry for €67 per person. Oh, and coffee from a moka pot or espresso, which was also beautifully served. Bravo!

The two of us visited this restaurant and had a wonderful time. The owner was attentive, passionately explaining each dish and the wine pairings. From appetizers to first courses, main courses, and dessert, every course was a veritable explosion of exceptional flavors. We weren't expecting such a high-quality experience: upon leaving, my husband told me he couldn't remember the last time he'd eaten so well. You can clearly taste the passion for his work in every dish. We'll definitely be back.

Saturday lunch in Riolo. We chose the place by chance, located next to the Rocca. The person who looked after us for lunch was extremely kind and friendly. The chef suggested meat dishes off the menu, but we chose appetizers and first courses. We wanted to try more. They immediately understood this and brought us our dishes already divided. The ricotta tart was fantastic, the passatelli were delicious, and the tortelloni with mushroom broth were delicious. Homemade bread and breadsticks. All in a quaint, cozy, and very quiet setting. The dessert was also delicious. Everything was beautifully plated. Must try.

Last night I went to dinner at this restaurant with my husband. Facing the Riolo Terme fortress, the setting is stunning. The restaurant has an open kitchen, and guests dine in the wine cellar, amidst the aromas and colors of bottles of every kind. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm. The staff is polite, professional, honest, and discreet. The food is refined, carefully prepared, and of the highest quality. The dinner was accompanied by an excellent wine chosen by the owner based on the dishes we ordered. The final comment is clearly more than positive! A little gem where we will definitely return.

A wonderful experience worth repeating! We had the pleasure of dining at this splendid restaurant on Saturday as a couple. We were pleasantly surprised from the moment the bread was presented to us, with a gold mention for the exquisite fresh butter. We then continued with an excellent selection of cured meats and a tartare appetizer, followed by a delicious first course of house-made passatelli with truffle and cream cheese. And finally, a dessert whose simplicity won us over with its delicate combination of milk and mint with mascarpone and a chocolate crumble that paired everything perfectly. The service was impeccable, both in terms of professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail. The price was absolutely fair for the quality, truly exceptional. We also had the pleasure of returning for an aperitif, and we reaffirmed the excellence and quality here, where we were served orecchiette with Roman broccoli. Super satisfied. What can I say? It's a shame we live far away, but if we could, we'd come back every weekend!

What of gem of a find in the lovely town of Riolo Terme. outstanding food and service. We had the chefs tasting menu with five courses plus a dessert. Very inventive and enjoyable. Local cuisine at its very finest. highly recommend.

The best experience ever! We went there accidentally and I feel so happy we found them! The staff was so nice and helpful and the chef was so worried to make us comfortable with the chef he prepared. My daughter was 3 years old and the meal came first for her. The food was delicious ! Totally recommended !!

We arrived in Riolo from Imola though the Santerno MTB trail. We found this great place for dinner. Excellent service, excellent cuisine excellent ambience and good value for money in my opinion. We were alone that night and we received a king treatment by the host and the chef. The strozzapreti cold dish was a real culinary discovery and il tagliere was carefully adorned with local gourme cured meats and cheeses.Great wine and bier list. Unmissable! 😋

Ristorante molto bello, intimo e confortevole, ricco di vini e con portate stagionali tra cui scegliere. Cibo buono, pochi piatti ma fatti bene, abbiamo preso tre portate ed eravamo già pieni. Capo sala sempre disponibile e ha prestato molta attenzione e molto gentile. Il cibo è arrivato tutto velocemente. Ci siamo trovati bene!

Beautiful, intimate restaurant, well-stocked with wines and seasonal dishes to choose from. A few well-prepared dishes, and the attentive service of the always available head waiter are remarkable. Thank you, this is my third time here and the food has always been excellent!

Lunch started off perfectly: excellent passatelli and bugie, carefully prepared appetizers, a truly spot-on wine recommendation, and top-quality tagliata. Unfortunately, the dessert completely ruined the meal's finale. The crème caramel with fossa and truffle was a completely wrong pairing, with an unpleasant and unbalanced flavor, far removed from the quality of the previous courses. It's a shame, because ending a nearly perfect meal like this leaves a more lasting negative impression than it should.

Nice food and service but slow as we went on Saturday night and they were busy. The location is near the castle but in a basement which you can not call pretty.
