¡MUY SUCIO! 🤮 El espacio para comer ahí es muy pequeño, sin tomar en cuenta que la persona fémina que atiende en caja es mal encarada y no sabe explicar bien las promociones y cuando se le pregunta para aclarar una duda se molesta y quiere tener siempre la razón aunque no la tiene, en verdad personas como esas no deben estar en atención al cliente. Por otro lado sus mesas están muy sucias y los baños peor. Solicité que limpiaran la mesa donde iba a comer con mi familia y me comentaron que me esperara, pero nunca fueron a limpiarla y tuve que hacerlo yo. Pongan más atención en esa sucursal, por qué la verdad comer ahí es un asco y una muy mala experiencia 😡😡🤮🤮
Vean la cochinada que me entregaron, quemada y sin BBQ. Mejor vayan a otra pizzería
Pésimo servicio realice pedido para entrega a domicilio nunca llego, lo raro que en la aplicación aparece que me fue entregada la pizza mal mal mal
Nefasto servicio, dos horas después de realizar pedido me entero que simplemente decidieron cancelar la orden. Resulta que sí estaba la orden pero no sabían dentro de cuánto llegaba. La supervisora se molesta porque yo este molesta y no ofrece una alternativa a el error cometido por personal.
Terrible service. The employees always try to give you what they want, they chat away, ignore what you say, are playing around, or listening to their music too loudly. They limit you to 3 or 4 packets of salsa or refuse to give you any at all, and they don't even provide napkins. They take forever to serve you, and the bathrooms and the few tables they have are always dirty. I wish they would replace the staff.
It's disgusting to see the manager smoking outside with the delivery drivers and then handling the food with her hands reeking of cigarettes. It's 6:03 on January 12th and the manager is smoking with the delivery drivers. I wish Domino's would do something about it. Those addicted people should be in other jobs. 🤮🤮🤢
I ordered a pizza, waited over an hour, and the website said it had been delivered even though I hadn't received it. I called the store and they hung up on me. Terrible service, never again.

What terrible service my husband went to the branch and ordered a pizza, chips and cajeta panchitos and the person, a man who helped him, charged him my husband told him he wanted to add something else and he had already entered the PIN and was processing it, he pressed him to cancel the man from the establishment and charged him again despite the fact that my husband told him that he had already made the charge and it was approved it has been almost 5 days and they have not returned the money, he went to the branch and they do not give him a solution and they leave him talking what terrible service apart from thieves saying who knows who could have been the one who helped them
I arrived, and first of all, they didn't clearly identify the prices or specials. The music was also very loud. I asked for information, and the person serving me gave me a dirty look and offered me a rude welcome. The truth is, I also work in hospitality and serve customers all day, but you just get here and lose your appetite. The pizza was delicious, but I'd rather order online and save them the trouble of serving me.
My experience at this Domino's Pizza location was extremely disappointing and deserves to be shared. First and foremost, the customer service was some of the worst I've ever encountered. The staff displayed a disinterested and unprofessional attitude, as if they were doing me a favor by serving. If they truly dislike their jobs, the most sensible thing to do would be to replace them with people who value customers and are committed to providing good service. Regarding the pizzas, I must say they fell far short of my expectations. The poor taste they presented was unacceptable for a chain that is supposedly known for the quality of its products. The ingredients seemed low-quality, and the preparation left much to be desired. Every bite lacked the freshness and distinctive flavor I've always enjoyed at other Domino's locations. This particular location has not only disappointed my standards, but it also damages the brand's reputation. They apparently don't understand that every customer deserves a pleasant experience, both in terms of service and food. At this rate, I wonder how many more customers will turn away due to the lack of professionalism and poor quality of the products. It's essential that they take serious steps to change the staff's attitude and improve the quality of the pizzas. The last thing I want is to see this branch continue to ruin Domino's good image. I have no intention of visiting this location again and advise others to look for alternatives that are more worthy of their time and money. I apologize for the length of this message, but I felt it was important to make all my points.

On January 6th, I went to the branch around 9:15. I noticed there were staff inside, but the gate was closed. I asked a delivery driver at the branch, and he told me they were no longer offering service. I mentioned that the website showed it was open until 10:00 AM, and he simply replied that it wasn't. I then went to the UAM branch, where the customer service was excellent, and they took my order. I would appreciate it if, next time, if they no longer want to offer the service, they update the information on the website so people don't waste their time and money on gas.
On Saturday I ordered two pizzas for delivery, some crunchy pasta, and potato wedges. I paid $760.00 for that, plus an additional $20.00 tip for the delivery driver, so a whopping $780.00! And the pizzas tasted like rancid oil—horrible, inedible! It's truly awful that they don't care about the quality of their product. I'll never order those horrible, overpriced pizzas again!
