Last Saturday me and my daughter's were headed back into Manteca and saw that you guys were still open very late. I'm so glad I noticed because our server John went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our stop. The food was delicious and served to us very fast. I had the bacon cheese burger with avocado .And it looked exactly like the picture. "HALLALUYA" ! Finally. Usually you get some tiny squashed burger, not what you ordered. But this place dose it right. It was GREAT. So happy. Very friendly staff. The good oldies radio station was on. And you could hear the cook singing. Great atmosphere. Will definitely stop again.

The food and service were great, in classic Dennys fashion. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with soap and paper towels, and our server was helpful and charming. Even the homeless guys in there ate, paid, and left without any drama. Nice! Senior and kids menus and veteran discounts are available as always. 🇺🇲

My server was very nice. She quickly greeted me and made me feel welcome. Took my order and the estimated wait time was accurate and the order total was reasonable. It was late but that didn't make a difference in the quality of service I received. Great place to still buy a meal and the staff are well trained to value their customers.

Fast, attentive, and kind service. Good food. Clean tables, silverware, floors, and bathroom. Our server Rhonda was the best part of our experience. She helped us understand the best deals on the menu and was very patient with us even though we were probably really frustrating customers because we couldn’t make up our minds. We had the salmon and chicken strips. They were cooked just right and we could tell the food came out as soon as it was done instead of sitting under a warmer for 20 minutes. We’ve never eaten at this Denny’s before, but we’ll definitely be back.

Do you ever just roll through on a road trip and not want to battle your family about where to eat? Yeah, that’s how we found ourselves a few days ago on our way to family. Denny’s won. Our waiter, pretty sure his name was Anthony, greeted us pretty quickly and was funny and made my wife snort which is always a good time for the kids and me. The food was pretty decent. My kids asked for well done bacon, it was too “floppy” for them but that really was their only complaint. Traveling with your wife and 4 kids is…a challenge… but this pit stop was a great break from “I spy“ and “don’t touch me” and that was in large part to our waiter’s time with us. This man had a wicked large section but the way he made us feel like we were his only table…. 5 stars for service! Thanks yo! If we get hungry on our way back next week, maybe we will see this dude again! Thank you!

dennys has been my families go to restaurant all my life. it’s always been a warm & welcoming setting. however, tonight when my grandma and I went our server, Madison, took it to a whole new level! she attended to everyone in a quick manner even when having her coworker on break. She engaged in multiple conversations with us and made sure everything was perfect, cups were filled, was professional and the absolute sweetest. best service we’ve had at any restaurant! she deserves all the blessings & good praise!

Last week we took a drive to Yosemite, Mist Trail, Vernal Falls and we wanted to have late breakfast, we found this Denny's in Manteca. It's been years since we've been in one, the last time when the kids were still little, I couldn't believe Denny's still exist. I used to love the grand slam breakfast, and now they called it super slam (I think). Anyhow, the restaurant is quite clean and the server was quite attentive and pleasant. The prices are amazingly inexpensive, the plate is plentiful and the pancakes are fluffy and tasty. We both have the same thing with orange juice, the glasses are big. The hash browns is crispy and flavorful, perfect for breakfast. It's has always been the best for us with sausages and bacons, although the bacons aren't crispy as we would like but the meal was great. The parking lot is big and have plenty of parking spaces, next to the gas station so we could put more gas before we continue our trip. I'm glad that Denny's are still up and running. The menu with other burgers and sandwiches are quite tempting too. When we don't want to cook, Denny's would be a nice restaurant to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. I think there's one in Fremont where we live.

Denny's has always a wide variety of food making the whole family satisfied. I ate a delicious sirloin steak. Short note, the hamburgers are about 18$. From memory, it was lower few months ago. Sirloin was 17$ with two sides and garlic bread.

Food and service was good. The only issue I had was they don't accept all coupon s on their app. So if you are going to use one check to make sure they will accept it first. Also you will have to take a snap shot of it and email it to the address they give you in order to use , as they don't have the capability to scan the QR code. Other locations they have the availability to scan the QR Code.

Incredibly overpriced for the amount of food. There is no 2-4-6 menu or substitutions on bread at this location! Choconana pancakes were packed with chocolate chips/bacon overcooked.

The worst dennys in the area, service sucks… we ordered wings and they just drizzled them, we got bourbon chicken skillet and it had no sauce super bland server was talking to her bf at a table the whole time

I asked for water but they served soda instead. When I told them that I didn’t order soda, they took it away but it was in my bill. I had no energy to fight with them, just paid and left.

Not coming here again food was soggy, union rings had a big blonde hair and very poor service

Love the staff I normally interact with. Usually I would give a 5 star rating. I bring my 102 year old client here 3 times a week (it's his version of Cheers). However the flies are beyond ridiculous!!! If we could take our favorite staff members and customers to the other Denny's we'd never look back! I spoke to the store manager a few times about the flies at first I felt like he brushed it off, the last conversation was only about the flies so he could understand how bad it is!!! I even suggested Denny's fly swatters🤦🏾‍♀️He said they were addressing it. If they don't, we will not be returning until they do!!! Part of the ceiling is missing, and leaks... I wonder if that has anything to do with the flies🤔

Unfortunately, our experience here was ruined by a staff member whos tall with black hair and wearing a yellow apron and eyeliner who treated my family very poorly. She was rude, dismissive, and made us feel unwelcome the entire time. We were polite customers and did nothing to deserve that kind of attitude. It’s disappointing because the place itself had potential, but bad customer service makes a huge difference.

I went there and it wasn't that busy. Took over 40min to get my food and I was ignored ALL the time. I had to go and ask for the receipt to the cashier and she gave me side eye. Do not recommend.

The food wasn’t great. My fried eggs were well done and I ordered them medium well. My son’s chicken was very dry. I also ordered 1 pancake and two eggs but she charged me for a full stack of pancakes at 6.99 and 6.99 for two eggs that should have been 4.00. Her excuse was she thought she told me they didn’t have a button for a single pancake charge. The eggs she didn’t offer to credit back to me what they owed me. I could have bought a full meal for the price I paid for two eggs and a pancake. Lesson learned. No more Manteca Dennys for us. Terrible customer service.

Servers here are terrible. They only serve you food once and never come back. I was seated without silverware and when my server dropped off my food I asked for silverware and she said she will go get it. Then after 20 minutes she never came back. Yet I watched her drop off drinks and napkins at plenty of other tables besides mine. She even took orders and served the bigger table besides me first yet they were seated after me. She seemed to prioritize bigger tables because bigger tables=bigger tips. Which shouldn't be the case. My food got cold and it was an upsetting visit. I had to get up on my own and find the silverware myself. Then after i finsihed my food she finally visited and dropped off my check. Servers here need better training and time management.

Showed up on a Tuesday night an hour before closing and waited 10 minutes to get seated, don't believe it was the employees fault but they are severely understaffed.

Very, very bad service with this waitress Doug me and my mom and my auntie, my little brother what we order our drinks he wanted to bring the drinks and the food at the same time and we haven’t ordered our food yet, and he told us to leave. After he told us to tell him please to bring the drinks When he had to bring the drinks first he got mad and he told us are you guys are going to eat or you guys could leave. Then we saw the manager Javier he was a nice man we told him the incident He offered us another table and he put us with a very nice young girl waitress, she was so respectful so nice she had red hair. She was so respectful excellent service with her

If I could leave 0 stars I would!!! Went in with with my kids this morning got sat down got stared at by waiters for 20 mins and no drinks or even a hi. I ended up walking out and went over to ihop and was immediately helped and greeted with smiles. I will never return to this location even the manager looked at us and nothing. Stay Away from this location at all cost.
