Great restaurant! Amazing food! I visit this restaurant often and even have a favorite server (Shannon) We request her every time. She’s absolutely amazing. 10/10 service every time! She even remembers our drinks!

Get yourself to Oaklawn’s new sports bar!! Such a cool and fun addition. We were so pleased to get to reserve a swing bay suite this weekend. Our group had the best time being able to play games, bet on the horses, and watch the Hog game all at once. Cool atmosphere and a great space for a group to hang out. Kevin took great care of us and we got food and drinks quickly even though they were very busy. Looking forward to going again soon!

Had a reception here for a conference. What a great place. Games, tvs, and the food was great. They a a buffet set up for us and everything was perfect. The workers were A1. Huge party and the servers and tenders kept up with everything.

Great food and drinks with a variety to choose from. Also, the TopGolf swing suites are very funny and very reasonably priced. Great sports bar with tons of TV right next to the Oaklawn casino. Appropriate for all ages!

Shannon is the entire reason we come to Mainline. Not only is she personable, but she was the most AWESOME employee I’ve encountered there. If Shannon was not there, we would not come because she is AMAZING!!!

Everything was awesome but Kevin, our server, was the cherry on top! He’s hilarious, attentive, knowledgeable and just overall a cool guy!

Easily the best chicken wings in Hot Springs, AR! My buddies and I love to meet up for beers and good food.

As a solo eater, I sat at the bar. Was immediately serviced by the bartender and was able to get a drink quickly. I don’t know the bartenders name but she had short brown hair and tattoos. Really cool girl and super nice! Also very quick to service. I got the chicken nachos as well as the buffalo garlic wings. Both were VERY good, possibly some of the best I’ve ever had. Portion size for the nachos was MASSIVE! Would definitely come back here again! Priced fairly. One guy was screaming at the game at the top of his lungs, he was annoying but it’s a sports bar so what do you expect? LOL

Good prices, food wings and pizza was the best. Nice Atmosohere also!

Nice restaurant at the horse racing track. We were here with a party of 5 on a Monday night. TVs everywhere and Monday night football was on so we he place was packed. They were very short handed in staff but our server did a great job. We had the meatloaf, gorditas and salad and all were very good. Great portions and $4 draft beer. Worth a stop if you are near by.

The food here is really good! The meatball sub, and barbecue burger, onion rings and tots were some of the best we’ve had. Servers could be present a little more than they were. Drinks weren’t made with the precision we would’ve preferred but the prices were on par for what we got. Plan on goin back soon to try the games!

Wings were delicious. We got the medium wings 12 count. The mac and cheese bacon bites were delicious as well. We sat at the table after we were done eating for a a good 12 mins before we were given our tab.

Great place to watch the games and get some grub. Lots of tables and hostess and waitress were quick and efficient. Thank you!

Service was great. Food definitely school cafeteria level or lower.

Good wings. Good salads. Nachos needed way more toppings and were lacking in flavor. Drinks are way overpriced. A good place to catch a game or watch the races though.

typical bar food. what gets me is the cocktail prices. $12 for a jack and coke served in the worlds smallest plastic cup - picture for proof - for that price I AT LEAST expect the restaurant to pay for proper glassware. considering the location is also not convenient, i’m not sure why you’d pick here over the many other fabulous restaurants and sports bars in town.

Watch your credit card like a hawk here . Came for trivia night . Had some onion rings and a cola . Total with tip was 16.75 Checked my credit card my 16.75 charged magically became 116.75 . Some employees there are not honest . Due to the obvious thieves working there I cannot recommend. Prices for food and drink are extremely high there as it is , employees giving an extra 100 tip is not going to attract business. As far as the food it’s standard bar fare, but strangely hot dogs , and other quick meals not mentioned on menu. Prices are very high so be prepared. Trivia night is a good time and they do their best to include every one . Must be there on time or they will not seat you or allow you to play . I enjoy the atmosphere with multiple TVs to watch the current games as you play trivia . I wish the thievery didn’t happen as I will avoid this place now . Many other places to go that would steal from me . I also concur with the absolute the review about steak night . It was the worst steak I have ever had in my entire life . I sent it back and got the chicken sandwich instead. Yes it was that bad . Why serve it if it’s not eatable.

Sat at the bar with great service from the bartenders. The waffle fries were the only positive on the food front. The wings tasted like they were refrigerated for two hours, the carrots and celery were slimy. After 30 min, we finally saw a manager who took off the wings but he didn't own it and at that point it was too little too late.

Shannon didn’t have it together and the bartender with super short hair didn’t either. She was drinking on the job and had no clue what she was doing and over charged us for food we didn’t order and drinks we didn’t drink. Shannon was upset at the tip we left and tbh she didn’t deserve a tip after the attitude she gave and over charging me. Mainline Manager, you need to get the staff situated and make sure they are fully aware and competent to serve guests.. Wings was good tho so props to the cook!

We have always loved this place! A go to for our family! But today changed that. When we went to get a table for 5 we were told for the first time they no longer have a winging list we just have to keep checking back to see if a table is open. Now remind you we go about every two weeks and this was the first time hearing this. So every time we checked back we kept getting told the same thing. Till the last time and the lady said just because someone gets up from the table does not mean you get it. They had multiple open tables but would not let anyone in.

Couldn't tell you if the food is any good. We never made it that far, staff is horrible but not as bad as their seating availability. If their food is anything like their service im guessing it's dry and shitty

This place was a wreck. We came in & got seat at a high top but decided to move to the seating area with the virtual games. The waitress, Sarah, told us that she would no longer be able to serve us, gave us our checks, & told us another waitress would be with us shortly. We paid for our food & first rounds of drinks with Sarah & sat in the virtual game area. All is well, the manager came over & set up the game but never started our time- which caused confusion later bc they charge per hour for the games. We order a few rounds of drinks, play the game, watch the football game. Later, when we go to check out for the second time, our new waitress, Shannon, handed us a bill with extra charges, including the meals we already paid for with the previous waitress, 2 meals that we did not order, & extra drinks (we ordered 2 buckets with 4 drinks a piece & were charged for the two buckets + four extra beers). She argued with us & said she’ll just “take the L” when we told her we were not paying for food we never ordered. We ended up still paying for the extra drinks & the meals we already paid for + the two extra random meals were taken off the bill. She also said that our previous waitress was DRINKING ON THE JOB, misinformed us about our ticket previously because she was intoxicated, & she could not go back & verify what we had already paid for bc the other waitress left. Again, she said she would “take the L” on that bc she served it to us and she didn’t get to make a profit i guess. The kicker?- we literally saw the other waitress 2 minutes later, she had not left, she was still hosting. We cashed out after dealing with Shannon’s awful attitude & lies. We left a $9 tip on a $180 bill (way less than we normally would) & Shannon came up to us afterwards & asked where she went wrong & why we tipped her so little. Be so fr.

All I have to say is the staffing needs to get better. You can’t drink on the job then forget what your guests ordered so you just over charge for food. The extra drinks on our tab were probably our bartenders drinks she drank herself. Smh

This place stinks! Literally

Been coming here for years. Always tipped well, loved the crew. JC or something now has turned everything around. I will never come back. Just go get a booth upstairs.

Food wasn’t the best. The wings were good! We came for the steak dinner special and even the workers were saying it was gross. I got the blackberry salad gross! Then we got some extra sauces. They charged us $2 to $4 for extra sauce. Just the little small Togo size cups.. never will eat here again.

As much as I wanted to be excited and thought I would give them a try while they were promoting the $12 steak night. Let's just say you get what you pay for, it was the worst toughest piece of leather steak I've ever had, it would not cause me to ever want to come back to that restaurant in the casino. If this was a promotion to bring people into the casino on a slow night y'all should just close down and not even bother being open. The green beans were chewy that came with it and old tasting as well as the mashed potatoes tasted like instant. If this was the tease me in to come try and get me excited about coming back again and enjoy the sports bar they've lost me as a customer. PS I get very few negative or poor star reviews in my experience this was one of the worst dining meals I've had in years.

Has potential to be a great place with the atmosphere and people to chat with. We sat at the bar for 5-10 minutes without being served with 3 bartenders standing around and the other working her butt off. Even then, the “regulars” are greeted immediately but other customers seem to be put on the back burner. Watched our bartender stand around for another 5-10 minutes doing absolutely nothing while we had already been waiting to order food, trying to get his attention. Close to worst the service I ever had.
