I have the dinner. The ambience was good for the evening dinner. It was not very full or crowded. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and they checked on us to ensure that we were OK. Plenty parking was available. I will definitely be visiting again.

Everything was great ! Except the workers and management would not address a woman that was playing her music loud on her phone . They said she had been there all day .. it was very disturbing and needed to be addressed.

This place has changed so much since I first moved here. I love that they have the TouchTunes Box, always a nice variety of music playing! You can’t go wrong with pizza, pasta, or wings. Go see Boston and Stephanie in the bar area, they’ll take great care of you. I always get the create your own pasta with blackened chicken, spinach, penne, & alfredo sauce. Be sure to sprinkle some crushed red pepper on top, you won’t regret it!

Absolutely loved my jalapeno burger. We started with nachos as an app, and were really in love. Great choice. The burger tasted fresher than anything I've ever had at any other restaurant. I'm a stickler for ranch, and they've got the good stuff. I'll definitely revisit next time in Arlington.

Entered mid afternoon on a weekday and it was awfully empty. But that didn't stop the bartender from taking great care of us and the kitchen from delivering some amazing cheese bread and pizza! We would definitely come back again.

Place is great for lunch. The guy that usually serves us is friendly and funny. I can recommend the steak salad, french dip, club, burgers, pastas, sweet potato fries, bandera bread, and the whiskey cake. During lunch they have a $12 special that comes with a personal pizza or half a sandwich, a side, and a refillable drink. Lots of TVs to watch the game. Music playlist is good.

Just happened to be staying at the Hilton right across the street from this place. The service is incredible. Came here twice in two days, two different servers both very friendly didn’t even ask to ask for a refill for my drink. It was just brought to me and the wings were very good. Recommended this place very highly.

Came here on a Monday, around 5pm after leaving Hurricane Harbor. There was no wait and we were seated immediately. Their happy hour is different, each day consists of a different special, and Monday happened to be Crown and down. Our waiter was amazing, I forgot his name. We started with the margherita flatbread. It was good. Thin crispy crust and served hot. I ordered the bacon cheese burger, can’t go wrong with a cheeseburger. I asked for meat well well done and got just! It was delicious! The pulled pork sandwich was eh, ok but the chicken tenders were fresh, you can tell the difference. They atmosphere was sports bar-ish, complete with the tv’s on the wall, playing sports. Also, the manager was really nice, and checked on our table as well. If I’m ever in the area again, I’d go back.

My server, Jazmon, was very prompt with service and was very polite and professional. I was not struggling for service in any way. The flavors were absolutely on point on the burger I ordered. I feel out of place being critical about a burger at what is clearly a pizza restaurant however I'm uncomfortable being offered to have the burger cooked anything under welldone due to the fact that there is no indication the beef is ground in house or how often/recently. When I did get my burger it was just slightly under well but almost not worth mentioning because as I said initially, the flavors were there and it was a fantastic burger. It was worth the miniscule risk. Side note: those fries HIT! 100% would come back. 100% would order that burger again. Another note, this is a great place to take customers that ate sports fans. The sport bar vibe is on point and very professional in atmosphere.

I decided to try this place, since I haven't had it before; it was next to my hotel. The food tasted good over all. I was disappointed that their hottest wing sauce wasn't even a blip on my radar. The server needs her pay doubled at minimum.

After a long day of softball, we decided to come here to just grab some grub, and go to bed shortly after. I ordered the handmade chicken nuggets(I knew dang well I wasn’t finishing an adult meal at 11:00 pm) with apple slices and a side of ranch. For starters, the chicken was overall pretty good, though it was not great. The chicken was good, the texture was there but the flavor was just absent in the bundle, however, the potential is massive for these nuggets and maybe just more seasoning will make these will be incredible. As for the apple slices, these suckers were very good, traditional apple slices that always deliver with excellent taste. The service on the other hand, phenomenal, Jamal I believe to be our waiters name was extremely generous and nice. Always had a smile on his face and got our drinks quickly. Overall, the chicken is so close to being great, great apple slices, and incredible service!

Haven't been to a Boston's since I was a teen, and I wanted to try it again. I got a breakfast burger, and it tasted great. Though I have a suspicion the patty wasn't that good, but the toppings made it good. My girlfriend got the chicken alfredo. She loved the bread that came with it. The pasta was cooked nicely, but the alfredo sauce was a bit watery. She didn't enjoy the chicken too much. Wasn't that busy so we got our food pretty quick. Would go back to try some pizza.

We were here twice. The first time we had burgers, and they were very good. The second time, my husband and I shared the nachos. Not your typical presentation, and I wouldn’t recommend them. The service was excellent both times. UPDATE: This restaurant is right by our hotel, so we went again today. It was all excellent—bacon-wrapped steak bites, spinach artichoke dip, and Sicilian pizza. Service was great as well.

The blue cheese sauce that comes along with it wasn't bad at all. I had to keep dipping it for flavor though.

I go here a lot and their food is always perfect. ...BUT this last time I got an order to go....I asked for extra mushrooms...I got maybe 4 mushrooms in the whole thing and a bunch of onions. The food is good but I don't think the quality/portions of the food warrants the prices they charge. Also don't expect a tip when all you do is take our order. The server was friendly but didn't bring our food out to us. Another member of the wait staff brought our food out and get us our fresh drinks. When he did come to our table twice didn't refill our drinks when it was clear the glasses were empty.

We had a great server but he ran around because it looked like he was doing his job plus other people's job. The chicken wings were good and I liked the nachos they were on crunchy flour tortillas.

I agree with the xtra charge for ranch being ridiculous. Wings, salads, most appetizers should come with ranch. They don't fill the small cups to begin with. They are about half way full!!! 🙄

Food was decent...but over priced. Service sucked - had to ask for soda refills - apps came out maybe 3 minutes before the food - I took our menus back to the front and had to get our own silverware. I had the slider trio, the burger was dry - chicken slider was good but so hit it was hard to eat and the bbq slider was ok too but the meat was in chunks not "pulled" very well.

Boston Pizza was honestly pretty mediocre. The pizza tasted like something that was pre-made and just thrown in the oven—nothing fresh or memorable about it. Definitely not a place I’d recommend if you’re specifically craving good pizza. That said, it feels more like a family-friendly fast food spot or a place to go for a casual night out, enjoy the bar, and maybe switch things up from somewhere like Twin Peaks. Bad experience! Don’t go there on Thursdays with Ashley she’s bad bartender doesn’t care about costumers! she’s rude and we always go there and we haven’t had a problem with the other 2 bartenders

The service was absolutely horrible! We were never checked on. I ordered a Mexican bowl. There was no meat for $12. I asked for ranch didn't get it until I had to go over to the waiter & manager to ask for it. Then I got charged extra for 2 things of ranch & only got 1. Then my husband was suppose to get ranch & didn't. For a pizza place the pizza was awful. My son had the cheese pizza & it had tons of sauce & not much cheese. I would not recommend!

Absolutely awful experience, Nachos were terrible, my wife and kids ordered a cheese pizza and they put a manhole cover on the table. We were only in the area for one day and so disappointed we chose to go here. Actually went across the street to steaknshake to get kids food when we left.

My only issue,, they have a touchtunes to play music,, i down loaded the app, put 15 dollars on so my wife could hear a few songs she loves,, the song starts, they paused the music,, saying the game is on,, well of course the game is on its a sport bar,, however now I have to dispute the 15 dollar change on my credit card.. my suggestion is to take out the jukebox...

Me and my boyfriend decided to try this place out this past weekend, horrible service and horrible food, waitress attended 2 other tables that sat down AFTER us before attending to us...food came, I ordered nachos, my nachos were burned, couldn't get ahold of my waitress to even complain about it, so I ate around the burned parts because I hadn't eaten all day, had to get up to retrieve silverware for us because again waitress nowhere to be found, had to hunt her down to pay the bill as well, was very much over this whole experience by this point. This was just MY experience with this establishment, I won't be back.

No clean tables on the patio. Took too long for a server to make it out to us. I cleaned our table. A server came out to grab a check without saying a word to us. The table that I cleaned off btw. When one finally did come out, she seemed to not want to serve us. She didn't introduce herself, welcome us, simply asked if we wanted to order. We still have a table that wasn't wiped down. Trash everywhere. I'm a server. This is unacceptable. New in town so trying places out. Will not return.

I bought a Florentine pizza omw out of town. half of the pizza was only crust and it was really dry. I came back for my replacement pizza. It was worse than the first one! I was so hungry I had to eat after driving so far. I’m even more surprised the manager gave it to me knowing what it looked like 🤦🏼‍♀️

Would rate other services too, but didn’t get a chance. Sat at bar area high tables waited and no one came over to take order. Employee by the bar just on the phone. While this happened I guess was a staff meeting going on too.

Evening of Tues 6/7 - The bartender was sooooooo slooooooow. We sat, he gave us menus, and didn't come back over to take our order until almost a half hour later. And there were only about six other people at the entire bar, so he wasn't busy. But he was just sloooowly washing glasses and slooooowly pouring each beer and a lot of times just standing there looking confused. It was bizarre. He never came over to see if we needed anything else (after someone from the kitchen brought out our food), we never had the opportunity to order a second drink - I've never seen anything like it. He couldn't seem to muster up even the tiniest small amount of effort. I definitely won't go back. Too bad because the food was okay (I got the grilled shrimp bowl - had grilled vegetables and cauliflower rice with a spicy lime aoli).

Don't waste your time and money at this place. Placed an order to go, got there 10 mins prior and no one there to greet you when we arrived. There was 2 others waiting for orders to go and took about 15 mins for someone to come out of the back and check up on us. When we finally got our pizza and wings it was cold as if it was sitting in the refrigerator. Very disappointed with customer service and food. First and last time we will order from here. Do not recommend!

First and last time trying Bostons Pizza. We ordered on line and got there on time. No one was at the counter and we waited almost 20 minutes to get helped. By the time we got our food it was cold. I asked for an extra ranch and they said they had to charge me for it, after waiting almost 20 minutes a $1 ranch should have been on the house. I'm sure the food would have been better but because I had to microwave it I'm very disappointed especially because of how much it cost. I ate 1 slice of pizza and 1 wing then lost my appetite.

I came here yesterday at around 11:45am or so. I ordered the buffalo cauliflower I go to the Irving location daily and since I was in the area I came to this one. When I received the order there were only 5 or six balls on it and when I asked the server about it she just said “yeah that’s how they come” even after expressing I’ve had this four days in a row and it did not look like this. I even asked if it was the lunch portion which wasn’t confirmed. Today I am at the Irving location and realized they do have a lunch portion for 6 dollars which would have been fine if I wasn’t charged regular price $11 for. A half order! What I didn’t like is Destiny S. Being so nonchalant about all my concerns. I ordered a double for my drink only received a single and they also charge for ranch for the cauliflower when it should be included. Who eats wings with no ranch come on now just Change the price on the menu. Over disappointed and will not be back for as much as I love that dish I’d wait until I’m in Irving as I felt played. My bill was 18 I still tipped 10 but it definitely wasn’t for food or service it was in hopes they do better next time. Please see pics the bigger cauliflower is the one I am use to getting that I got yesterday night after I went to this location for lunch smh.

Our experience was horrible. From the service all the way down to all of the food that was served. Please do not come here and waste your money. I have a family of six and my tab was $175, mind you the tip is 18% automatically added. I left furious after this horrible meal with my family. Expired chip sauce and all of our wings were damn near brunt.

I was really excited to try this place because of all the great reviews and walking distance to my hotel. I brought my grandson to town to watch the Cowboys. We were hungry after driving all day. We were seated quickly and then pretty much forgotten about. We sat there for over 20 minutes without any acknowledgement or even a glass of water. One waiter checked on every booth in front of us and behind us and literally just walked past us without a word. It wasn't super busy either. We finally walked out. Maybe it was just an off night but I was really disappointed.

Yea this is tiring. I ordered a gluten free crust pizza. It gets here with no receipts no labels nothing indicating this is even my order or that its gluten free. This is my first time ordering from here and as far as I know there isn't a standardization of gluten free crust. I have no way of knowing if this is my order. Even so, it's burnt on top of this. Since I got celiac disease. I had to throw this away.
