Best steakhouse on the island! The views and atmosphere are exceptional. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. I forgot to take pictures of all our dishes we ordered. We ordered several items. From the appetizers; Caesar salad, lobster cappuccino, crab cakes. Entrees; Ribeye, tbone, pork chops, we literally ordered every side available. And for dessert we ordered one of each to share and try. Great wine selection. The cocktails were “ok”. For the price and atmosphere I would have like to see some more traditional classic cocktails that were elevated. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our evening!

A really special and comfortable fine dining experience. The food and service is top-notch. The lobster bisque and the soufflé are the best I’ve ever tried. However, there seems to have some herb in the mashed potato, which I personally don’t like, but overall, I was very pleased to dine at Alfredo’s. And will surely recommend to friends visiting Guam.

Excellent food, the aged streak is great, must order the truffle French fry! A bit noisy, not a very romantic place. They ran out of live lobster.

Amazing food and service at Alfredo’s. Got so much on the menu, from the potato leeks and lobster bisque, duck foie gras, crab cakes, Demi seafood tower, steak, halibut, kale/spinach gratin side, mushrooms and Brussels sides, & desserts. Everything was really good. Only improvement would probably be that the seafood in the tower was a little dry, could be from it sitting there for a while from it being pre-prepared. But otherwise everything was great, from the impeccable service, the separate little table for your purse, to the tasty apps, entrées and desserts. Would highly recommend. Also parking is available on the third floor of the plaza shopping center

Everything was five star... until the steak. I took my wife here for our ninth anniversary and it was amazing; the view, the appetizers, the wine... se magnifique! We decided to splurge and share the 48 day dry aged ribeye (no small splurge at $10 an ounce). Instead of being flavorful and flame-broiled like the steaks being served around us it was pan seared and flavorless. I have had steaks at greasy spoons with more flavor. I got no flavor of being aged. My wife and I were so surprised by the quality of the steak that we sheepishly brought it up with our waiter (JK) (I am usually a garbage disposal and won’t send food back unless I think it’s dangerous; but when you spend $200 on a steak you should be impressed). JK’s response was prompt and professional. He offered us a new steak and a glass of wine on the spot while we waited. The manager, Calvin, even came by to ensure we were happy. We went with the prime filet and it was like a dream. It is flame broiled, cooked perfectly and melted in the mouth. To top it all, we weren’t charged for either steak or the extra wine. Great customer service saved the experience from being a disappointment. Great job Alfredo’s!

It has fantastic vibes with fantastic ocean view. Serving staffs are impeccable. Perfectly grilled steak is mouthwatering. Unfortunately dry aged beef was sold out.

Very nice space. The service was awesome. We had the demi seafood tower, the 1lb ribeye. Both were delicious. Our bill came out to a little over $300.00.

Very fancy restaurant. Perfect for special occasions. Staff was very helpful and service was impeccable. I was honestly a little disappointed with the food,I just expected it to be better than it was due to the price. But it was worth the experience.

The flavors are definitely there—I can see now why there’s so much hype. I just wish that, even though it’s fine dining, they’d be a bit more generous with the portions, The atmosphere is cozy, which I liked, but I do wish it wasn’t quite so dark—it made it a bit hard to fully enjoy the setting.

Alredo’s Weird bull heads everywhere, I would love to hear the story if there is one, there is an array of wine bottles on the entrance, none of which are sealed. They have a dry aged refrigerator, looks like to be minimal selection. No dry aged steak for ordering for a steak house promoting the dry age. The service is precise so far and the whiskey selection is adequate. There is a wall that is just mirrors, idk if that is for the waiters or the patrons. The ventilation is setup more for a Japanese hot iron table restaurant. The kitchen is see through and it looks to be a broiler for cooking the steaks. So far, a tourist trap with excellent service to make you feel like it’s high end. Then again I am in sandals and shorts. The music is a standard jazz, and is very nicely mixed with soft conversation. The whole area is soft light, candle tables and a soft sunset light on the walls. They first offer you a delectable appetizer wish is a cream sauce and part seared steak on a toasted cracker bread The bread is fare at best, and the butter needs more salt and the rolls are hard. They could toss them in a steamer for 30seconds. Sardines are meant to be incorporated into the sauce of a cesarean salad and not just thrown on top. I will give them the fact they they used romaine lettuce, but not being tossed in a bowl table sides is a little usual for a restaurant this expensive. The seen has somewhat died out and tapered off since being here :45. At 7:45pm it seams to be the peak of orders. Speaking of which, it has been that long and I have just gotten a salad. Table clothes are replaces on every table which feels like standard for a place this expensive. I wish I could tell you that the ousters were delectable, but it sadly isn’t, not worth the money and one of the sauces tastes like straight up Tabasco. Although it doesn’t look impressive, by far a good wagyu steak!!!! Steak sauce not so much. But is it worth the price of $78, idk. All I know is that Don Don DONKI offers Japanese wagyu at far cheaper price. Save your wallet the headache and go to the buffet.
