As a bartender, I really value when a concept is truly well thought out. Having the same team running both floor and bar is an absolute win — you can feel it in the flow, the communication, and the care given to the guest experience. The technical level is extremely high, working with ingredients that are easy to understand but elevated through complex techniques and flawless execution. Details that truly make the difference, like the quality of the spoon used to eat a garnish, turn the experience into something unique. Everything makes sense, from the menu design to the smallest final gesture. Without a doubt, the best in Dublin by far. Obsessive attention to detail and a very clear path toward something great. Keep it up.

A popular spot for locals and visitors alike; book ahead for the weekends. Awash in warm light, the Collins Club buzzes with conversation and tunes from a live DJ on weekend evenings, but the baby grand piano in the corner hints that its personality may change by day. The other corner of the bar is home to an array of machines that allow CC's award-winning team to re-distill and infuse spirits for their carefully crafted and delicious cocktails. I enjoyed everything, but the rhubarb gimlet and padron pepper margarita were standouts. In other hands, all this could feel intimidating, but the staff team were welcoming, finding a table for us on a busy Friday, answering our nerdy questions, and ensuring we felt at home.

I've to say once you open the door you'll have a great time. The place is stunning, absolutely beautiful. Besides stuff members are super friendly and attentive. We started with some cocktails and continued ordering food. Which were satisfying and flavourful. I highly recommend it. And of course, I'm defo coming back.

Walked in with no expectations, I have to say I couldn't have been more impressed. The Bartender Simone, made our night extra special by going out of his way to serve us a French 75, after the bar was closed :)

It was a beautiful experience, I have to san y in every respect, the details, the food, the service , it was something remarkable, go to the club, you will not forget it. I know I won’t, and I wish I could visit it every time I was in Dublin.

Fuimos a The Collins para celebrar mi cumpleaños y la experiencia fue increíble. Lo recomiendo plenamente. El lugar es hermoso, muy estético, con decoraciones de excelente gusto; se nota que fue diseñado por un arquitecto reconocido. Los cócteles me encantaron: tienen muchísima variedad, son deliciosos y muy bien presentados. Es un lugar perfecto para tener un primer tiempo con amigos antes de ir a una fiesta más grande. Algo que nos sorprendió mucho (y para bien) es que fue de los pocos lugares donde pudimos conseguir reservación para un grupo grande. La música estaba en un volumen ideal, lo que permite platicar cómodamente. Los snacks también estuvieron muy ricos. Pensamos que había menú completo, pero fue error nuestro al no leer bien; solo cuentan con snacks. Fuera de eso, todo excelente. El servicio fue impecable, con muy buenas recomendaciones y una atención de primera. Sin duda lo disfruté muchísimo y volvería.

Last night, we had an early evening reservation at Collins Club. This is a bar we truly love and visit frequently so much so that the entire service team recognizes us when we arrive. The bartenders and waitstaff are always exceptionally attentive, and the cocktails are crafted with great care and attention to detail. Everything is thoughtfully done, which is why we keep coming back. There is, however, one recurring issue I’ve observed with this venue. The gentleman at the entrance, presumably with broader responsibilities, has on more than one occasion turned us away due to the venue being full which in itself is completely understandable and not an issue. Last night, we were again informed that we needed to vacate our table soon as another reservation would be arriving. While this request was not unreasonable, the manner in which it was communicated was disappointing. Especially considering that he is aware we are regular customers, the attitude and tone used were, in my opinion, unacceptable. Collins Club is not just any bar, and I sincerely hope that more emphasis is placed on how guests particularly regular patrons are addressed and accommodated. Even in busy situations, a more positive and considerate approach in communication would make a significant difference.

Unplanned last minute reservation on Christmas Eve. Beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. Delicious and decadently prepared dishes. Only room for improvement would be ordered delivery of multiple plates; dismissed by the server. That’ll take this venue to the next level.

The place definitely has a fancy feel and the interior is absolutely stunning. That said, it lacked a warm, welcoming vibe which made the overall experience feel a bit cold. The food was pretty average, but the cocktails were definitely a highlight. Worth a visit if you’re after a stylish spot for drinks, but maybe not for the food.

The secret to a good venue in my opinion is the staff, the bar staff, cocktail technicians and waiters had it nailed down to perfection, a brilliant chilled atmosphere created by all the staff from the front of the house to the rear. As a pair of total virgins to this place we took a chance on the cocktails, food, wine list and dessert menus, cocktails are made with passion, and the non alcoholic cocktails are amazing. The food is good, nothing amazing but good. The ambience is tangible from when you walk in, very chic very nyc vibe with very good chilled music makes this place a brilliant place to start your night out.

I wanted to be able to give this gorgeous club 5 stars but I cannot. Let’s start with the positives- It’s stunning! The ambience and decor is amazing and very chic. The pianist playing the baby grand added to the relaxed vibe, able to listen and have conversation with your group. The white coat servers added a touch of elegance. The drink menu was diverse and our first round of speciality drinks were delicious. This is where the experience went down hill quickly… the service was horrible! In every aspect of service I would give it a 1 star. When we were finally able to order food, the order was wrong- which was a shame because the meal we did get was AMAZING- 5 stars for the burger! And unfortunately the service continued to be non existent. So much so we ended our evening early and we asked to speak with the manager of the property. We needed to give constructive criticism as this needs to be corrected if it’s going to succeed. I want to give it another try, but must admit I am skeptical if I will.

Mid food and okay drinks. Also was very confusing when we got there they said they didn’t do food, which on tiktok we seen they clearly do. Then once we asked a third time they said they do food in the end.

Waiters were incredibly rude. Was rushing us from the moment we sat down at our table. Table wasn’t even ready for us when we got there. Man on the phone was very passive aggressive and rude.Waiters Cut us off anytime we had questions about the menu. We were even told we couldn’t split the bill but I know this is false and was told to us because the waiter just wanted us to leave. I forgot one of my birthday presents and jacket on the table and turned back to ask the waiters for it and the 1st time I asked they said they didn’t see it and it’s too late for me to ask them as they already cleaned my table, I then asked them once again and one of the waiters said they had thrown my present in the bin and that my jacket was in the back. I will never recommend anyone to come here

We were here on Saturday and had the rudest waitress. The food was lovely but it was ruined by the service. The waitress cut us off multiple times while ordering & snapped at us “patients please” when we asked for our table to be cleared as it had been completely full and there was no sign of it being cleared soon.
