Great food and great service! highly recommend!
Wonderful experience! We’ve never been to a Korean BBQ and we truly enjoyed it! Steve explained us how menu works and suggested most popular items and everything was spot on. Meat, fish, sauces are so fresh! We will certainly return. Staff is very attentive and cordial. Thank you for a great Sunday dinner!
Amazing concept, great layout and fantastic food!! My Son found this gem for us while we were visiting for his birthday! Staff was super and the table top grill were perfect! Sooo much food!! We will be back and we will tell others!!
Such a large amount of food for the price. The selection was wonderful we all enjoyed the brisket and pork belly. The sauces and sushi were great as well. They were not the best pieces of sushi but for an all you can eat place it was great. The service was fast and frequent we didn’t have to wait too long between orders of meat. Such a great place to hangout with a large group of friends. Great location on the water as well.
Got the $29.99 option. The server was great and the food was even better. I got a good view and definitely got my money’s worth. I’ll definitely be returning with my friends next time!
We’ve been wanting to try Izziban Sushi & BBQ for a while, every time we drive by, the lot is packed! We finally went on a Saturday night around 8:30 pm, and to our surprise, there was plenty of parking and the lot was well lit. The restaurant sits right on Lake Barton, which makes for a beautiful setting. The hostess greeted us right away and explained the menu options. Our server, Asa, was a delight, he also walked us through the two all-you-can-eat pricing choices (both include sushi and BBQ, but one has more meat selections). The restaurant itself is very spacious, with a large main dining room, a big bar, an atrium-style seating area, and another room that looks perfect for private events. Everything was clean and lively, with K-Pop playing on the big screen. We started with sushi: the Yummi Yummi, Coco Krab, and Spicy Krab rolls. All were excellent, served in four-piece portions, and full of flavor. We also tried the spring rolls and dumplings, fresh and crunchy, the spring rolls were my favorite. From the hibachi grill, we ordered Marinated Sirloin, Beef Brisket, Gochujang Pork Belly, and Garlic Butter Shrimp. They serve generous portions, and while everything was tasty, the sirloin stood out as our favorite. To finish, Asa recommended the fried ice cream—absolutely delicious, don’t skip it! After dinner, we wandered into Snow Bean, the coffee shop attached to the restaurant. It’s small and cozy with limited indoor seating, but head to the back and you’ll find a charming patio boardwalk overlooking Lake Barton. With string lights and hundreds of heart locks on the bridge, it’s a must-see spot on its own. Hibachi style isn’t usually my thing, but I wanted to give it another try here, and I’m glad I did. The sushi alone is worth the visit, and paired with excellent service, this was a great experience all around. Highly recommend 100%!
Great experience with a fantastic view! The price was good and more than fair food AYCE sushi and Korean BBQ. Loved the grill, it never got too sticky or charred like other self cooked experiences. Brian was great, he reminded me of home!
The waiter Eli was such an amazing person. Funny, attentive, and an all-around great waiter. He made half of the dining experience. The food was amazing, especially the Las Vegas roll (recommended by Eli) as well as any onigiri! Will visit again!
This was our first time here. We came for my birthday while we are in town. The moment we walked in we knew this was going to be great. The atmosphere, the vibe were amazing and the food....oh the food! My husband and I probably are far too much lol but...worth every bite! Next time we are fly in, we will definitely be returning. Our waiter Brian is the GOAT and will serve you well. And the view of the water from our table...just made it perfect.
The meal was amazing and the atmosphere was out of this world. Our server was Daniel, he went above and beyond with our food. You need try this place and give it an amazing review.
My husband and I went on Sunday to celebrate Valentine’s Day and it was an amazing experience!! We had a lovely night, eating delicious food. We’ll definitely come back! 10/10
Must visit! Great All you can eat option with huge meat and sushi, barbecue variety. Vegetarian barbecue options too with lots of different mushrooms! Hung provided us with fantastic service and was very friendly and helpful! We loved the food! Plus Complimentary Salad bar with all authentic appetizers Korean treats, loved this restaurant and would love to come back
This is one of my favorite places in Orlando! They have awesome happy hour specials and are great for late night. The sushi is always amazing too. I also love the holiday decor and atmosphere, and the location is convenient with plenty of parking.
I am a big fan of Korean food! This was a great experience of kbbq. The meat was tender and delicious. The kimchi was fabulous, the server was amazing and even sent me an ice cream cake to congratulate me on my retirement without anyone saying anything to him! I will definitely be going more often. You must check it out. I hear it gets busy in the evening, but lunch was great!!! All you can eat for lunch, great price!
Emily, the Barback, is totally awesome. She recommended great food and drinks. What was especially appreciated was how detailed she was in her description of the sujo, its flavor, how it feels in the palate, etc. She made our visit. She is not ‘just’ a Barback. She is ‘the’ Barback!
First time trying this place, and I'm very happy I did! Delicious! Had the sweet and spicy Korean wings, the sunset roll, and the seven samarai (pretty sure that's what it was called), and all three were great! Had a great server as well. I don't remember her name. The hostess could use some training on explaining the difference between the "regular menu" and the "other menu." For those who haven't eaten here before, we have no idea what the reg menu is vs. the "other" menu. Would def go back.
Izziban has definitely made it their mission to beat Kpot and they definitely have their own perks as well. For their same price, while you get less meat options, you get all you can eat sushi and some appetizer options kpot doesn't have AND you get some soups and fried rice. Overall, a pretty fun experience. I would go here again.
I love this place. Birthdays, celebrations, weekend date night. This is the spot. They've opened the back porch off the lake and it is simply beautiful this time of year. I highly recommend. I did not do the all you can eat but the al la carte menu is unique and absolutely delicious!
Really enjoyed the experience and food here! You can have all you can eat BBQ which you cook on grills at the table, plus there’s a salad bar to add extras which had a really good range of kimchi, pickles, veg dishes and rice! Lots of different Korean dishes to try! Plenty of marinades to try with the meats too! Great views, quick and friendly service!
This was our first time here and our server (Alex) was absolutely wonderful! He was very patient with us as we tried to understand the menu and how the process worked. We ordered all three of the beef options off the mid-tier menu, crab Rangoon’s, gyoza, edamame, and a roll of sushi. Very yummy, will be back! :)
I came here for my birthday. The staff was amiable and accommodating. They sang happy bday and surprised me with a treat. The food was so delicious, but I cooked it myself. The cuts of meat were terrible from the kitchen but flavored well.
If you have never had Korean bbq and love meat and more meat, there is no excuse why you haven’t been here! There are a few menus to choose from, so make sure you ask for a copy of each before you order. The meat is so fresh and it’s easy to get caught up and order too much (there is a fee if you leave too much uneaten) Take your time. Order one or two things at a time and don’t forget the sushi if it’s on your menu of choice! The service is flawless. They replace your grill as needed and consistently check on new orders to place or drinks to refill. Totally worth the money if you go hungry! Definitely a place to starve yourself for prior to dining to get the best they have to offer. And don’t forget the “salad bar” so many yummy Korean sides available that is included!
I had a much needed date night with the wife to this great spot. I remember passing by this place often and always wanting to try it. The service was great and the quality of the food was too. They have 2 different price points for their buffet here. The higher one gives you access to pricier cuts of meat. Depending on which price point you choose, you order the meats and sushi through your server. When your meat arrives, you cook it to your liking. They also have a salad bar and raw veggies that you can cook with your entrees, which is included with the price. An automatic 18% gratuity will be added to your check and they give you a complimentary drinkable, orange creamsicle flavored, yogurt to help you digest your food. The atmosphere here is awesome, the music was great as well. Also, no leftovers allowed, unless of course you want to get charged another full priced meal. The only downside is the that the parking can get really packed fast.
Great Korean food, all you can eat grilled at your table, they stay open till 2 AM so you can eat after you go out. The service is good, the staff is friendly. Just order what you can handle, the will charge for waste. The gratuity is built in at 18 percent, watch your bill or you will say over tip. I have eaten here plenty of times and I've never been unhappy.
Daniel was amazing. Seriously the best service I have ever received. He’s super charismatic, super helpful, gave great recommendations. My friend and I will be back and we want Daniel as our server again.
A nice Korean bbq and sushi restaurant, with higher-quality food and an updated interior. Meat quality is great, salad bar is included in either all-you-can-eat option (there are two - 29$ and 39$, latter includes wider variety of meats and also sashimi choices). Drink specials are confusing - some can only be ordered at the bar, but then you have to stay at the bar and cannot drink back at your table. Be aware of their food waste policy - best to order smaller portions and finish prior to ordering more. Our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful, visiting our table often.
This place never disappoints with the all you can eat BBQ and Sushi. What can I even say and where do I even begin. The never ending Korean BBQ gives you so much options and variety of meat to choose, whether you choose the lesser or larger side of the menu, you will be satisfied and grace your taste buds. To add along with it, you can order as much sushi as you want that are freshly made. After going to Izziban, my taste buds has never been the same again and it has spoiled me. I would normally spend about $30-$40 here, which is honestly not bad considering the quality of the BBQ and Sushi that they serve. I even got the beer tower to savor the moment and bring more of the enjoyment along with stuffing yourself for the night.
The whole experiencia of cooking in the table was unic. inside is big and they have like a salad buffet too. Friday night was very full we only wanted 40 minutes before beeing seated but remember it was Valentine's weekend so. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the waitress showing her breathe and beeing very flirty with my man but I the end she didn't know I was paying so I have to tip her very low because she was taking my moment and my spark away from my little dinning time with my love ones. When I was the one paying she gave all the attention to my man. Not cool
Best sushi in town! Fast service and quality meat. Server was very attentive and friendly, We loved the tempura icecream they brought out to us for our guest who was celebrating her birthday. Was not our first visit, we've enjoyed the food in every visit. No complaints!
Great food and great service. Might want to work on the plugs on the floor near guests. I almost fell back when my chair leg went inside it and leg hit the cord. Too many areas for mishaps with that.
First off, the service and our server was amazing. Daniel was attentive and super funny. We spent about $100.00ish on two buffets and two drinks. It was worth it and we spent a good amount of time eating and enjoying the great music. Definitely would come back for another date night. Drinks were very strong so one was just fine for us!! Well worth it to hang around and eat a lot.
Food and service was great! I believe our server name was Eliah - super friendly and made our dinner time very special! Only bad thing is the smoke from grill sticks to your clothes. Recommend if you have a way to use extractors to recycle the air in the place.
Food is always bomb!! our server daniel was THE best. he was super funny and down to earth and gave us the best recommendations for our drinks!! Thanks daniel! we will be back!
Diana was truly amazing and outstanding. She went above and beyond to ensure that every single detail was meticulously taken care of, leaving no stone unturned in her efforts to provide exceptional service. Her dedication and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of her work, making her an invaluable asset.
I went with my friends for the first time recently and became obsessed, the food and their selection were amazing and had extremely reasonable prices. I went back a second time two days after and had another incredible experience. Eli the server was the best, he was extremely kind and helpful, he showed us some tips and tricks which made our experience even more memorable. It's a really incredible space they have created.
I have dined at several Korean Barbeque locations; this locations was hopping. Parking was difficult; but for business, this is a good thing. Service was terrific and the food was abundant for the price. You cannot complaint about the food you eat, because you are the one that prepares it! So much fun.
Went here for mine and my wife's wedding anniversary as it is one of our favorite restaurants. Jady was our server and he was fantastic, made great conversation, and was able to assist us in having a spot for our infant daughter's carrier. He was very attentive to the needs and wants of all of us at the table and we will absolutely be back in the hopes that he is our server again.
Daniel N. was quite the server - in the best way possible that is! Attentive, personable, FUNNY! Definitely made the dining experience much more enjoyable considering this type of experience typically lasts ~2hrs since you’re enjoying your time with loved ones while cooking up some AYCE KBBQ! Appreciate Daniel N. and everything he did for our table to make our night fun!!!!
Very good food. Wonderful service. Fun atmosphere. They have fried rice as an option on their salad bar. Looked fairly clean. Would return and recommend.
Daniel is wonderful. He has been our waiter here for maybe a year and a half now and we are so lucky every time he is! He’s quick, efficient, and always makes sure we get everything we need. Thank you so much for always being awesome!
I love Izziban!!! I do go to the sand lake location more often because it's closer to my house, but the colonial location is wayyyy better. The atmosphere is more open and nice. They have outside eating option near a lake- beautiful view. They have the all you can eat, table BBQ option. I never tried it because I can't physically eat that much. It looks cool from what I see when other tables order it. I love their fried ice cream, bulgogi, Rangoon, and cowboy roll.
My go to place for when guests come to visit. This place is awesome! All you can eat Korean bbq and sushi! Great food, great appetizers, amazing sushi. Always good.
Izziban has a wait list for a reason! For anyone not familiar with Korean barbecue, it is an all you can eat raw meat/cook it yourself/add as much Kimchi as you want kind of place. It's almost artistic. Not the kind of place you go if you just want to be served... This is the kind of place you cook it yourself and it's an experience to share with whatever company you are with. Not really geared towards large parties but always popular among such groups. Personally it's a place I like to go on a date with my husband when it's only the two of us as the cooking griddle size is limited and doesn't accommodate multiple people at once well. The key is to go hungry so you can try a little bit of everything. The meat is so fresh and the portions are very generous. The kimchi bar is just as amazing. As far as the value for the money honestly it can't be beat. This is something everyone should try at least once or 100 times.
I’ve been coming here for years every New Year’s Eve and decided to come during a more quiet day. Same as it always, everything about this place is worth 5 stars! The amount of food for the value is incredible! A great atmosphere that rests right on the lake with some of the best offerings for Korean BBQ in central Florida. My one and only complaint is the sad news of the removal of the probiotic after a large, heavy meal but that won’t stop me from coming back again and again. Thank you for being one of the best places to eat with friends!
Went to have dinner with my friend. We were at the bar. Had food from the happy hour menu. Omg! The ramen soup was so good! I ordered a Volcano and Shrimp Tempura rolls. The soup was my favorite!
Eric helped us with the food options and he was awesome. The food was top shelf, the pictures will show some food. My bad I ate most of it but I still took a picture for y'all lmao. Me and my wife will be back soon. Thank you. I'll rate this place a 9.8/10 the First 9.8 rating for Royaki
Delicious as always! Food is very fresh and tastes amazing, if you're bringing a good appetite the all you can eat will not disappoint. The sushi is pretty great as well. Fun atmosphere, full bar, and right on the water. Definitely recommend checking it out! The oyster blade steak is really delicious, pork belly is fresh and yummy, and the marinated chicken is also a must!
Had a great time here tonight, Brian was very attentive without being annoying. The marinated meats were delicious and the salad bar has the best sides. Never had to wait for food as Brian was always anticipating our needs and came by right when we would need something.
I'm a local costumer and I like to come often. I sit at the bar, order from the Happy Hour Menu and always have a great experience. Food is great, Service is great and the atmosphere is also nice. I really love this spot for sushi, ramen, bento and drinks
First off, Chris was one heck of a server for our party of about 19 with top-notch customer service and the fastest service I've ever received here! Second, the back-end employees keeping up with Chris deserve their share of recognition as well! Overall, entire team tonight seemed like the kind of people establishments like this need to thrive. God bless and thank you for an excellent and memorable night!
What a great place! First time experiencing Korean BBQ and we had a wonderful time. We got there around 6 pm and good thing because it got packed and fast. Enjoyed the sunset over the lake view, grilling our veggies and assorted proteins and the lively atmosphere. The variety of sushi was excellent. Our server took the time to make sure we had everything we needed and of course, we shall return. Great place!
Fantastic food. Always very expensive (expect to spend $100 if you want food and drinks) but it's definitely worth it. ALWAYS go with a sizeable group as well, makes the place so much better, and the wait staff always seems to feed off the vibes of their customers so I always have a good time there
We had Jady taking care of us for dinner this evening. He was kind and quick. Checked on us the perfect amount. The food was great as always. The atmosphere has definitely improved for the past. So worth the trip.
OH MY GOD! TONIGHT OF 02-09-2026 WAS AMAZING. I had wonderful time with my boyfriend tonight. The host was nice and explain well since we never expected Korean bbq to be like this. I really felt I was annoying to bother the gentleman with the collar shirt with glasses to answer few question about small things like butter ; he was very patience and nice enough to answer my questions and he even got us bowl of butters when I just simply ask him if they got butters somewhere. He didn't hesitate to change our grill too. HE WAS NOT EVEN OUR SERVER, what a great service ; have not seen that for awhile in other areas. I will definitely come back again and hope to request that gentleman which I never got his name so maybe when I see him I will point out to see if he can be our server. Thank you for a great nite!
Always have a good time when I go, the staff is super nice, the food is good and its decently priced. Asa is a great server ive had him as a server more than once and see him every time I go. Give that man a raise for real he keeps people coming back!
Daniel made our dining experience very pleasant. He was very patient in explaining the food options and giving suggestions. He was attentive and was also constantly checking on us to make sure our needs were attended to.
The restaurant and the food is amazing specially the sushi also our server Daniel was amazing! He was very attentive, fast, and polite. He made great suggestions and really made our experience at Izziban even better. Highly recommend his service!
Went out looking for sushi came across a this place, pleasant surprise its all u can eat K-bbq, Kelly out waitress was extremely helpful, kind and caring she rush to our help when one of us had an incident and had to rush to the bathroom... very nice place great food fair prices... Definitely recommend and they will see me back
We had such a great experience at Izziban! The food was absolutely delicious! We had so much different types of food with the all you can eat special! But what really made our visit special was our server, Jady. He was so friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.
Nino was fantastic! He made our experience very fun. He is such a Friendly person, made us laugh the entire time, and made sure we were very well taken care of. We highly recommend asking for him to be your server
For me is the best K bbq in town. I like the atmosphere, the food is amazing, the quality of it is 5 ⭐ and the servers are friendly and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Nino, dude knows his stuff.
From the moment we sat down, Daniel transformed what could have been just another dinner into a five-star experience worthy of applause. His professionalism, timing, and attention to detail were beyond exceptional "the kind of service" that reminds you why hospitality is an art form. He anticipated what we needed before we could even ask, checked in at the perfect moments without hovering, and treated our table as though we were VIP guests. Every recommendation he gave —> from the sushi rolls to the perfectly marinated BBQ cuts —> was spot-on. His upbeat attitude, warm personality, and genuine enthusiasm made the entire meal flow effortlessly. In a world where true customer service feels rare, Daniel stands out as the gold standard. Izziban is lucky to have him and I’ll be recommending this restaurant to everyone I know, not just for the delicious food, but because of Daniel’s unmatched service. He turned dinner into an experience worth remembering. Five stars, without hesitation. If there were an award for “Server of the Year,” Daniel would win it hands-down. 👏🍣🔥🤝💪💯
This is our favorite place for all you can eat KBBQ and Sushi! Between the fresh marinated meats and killer sushi rolls, you can’t go wrong. They recently underwent some changes and our awesome server Daniel explained everything and gave us recommendations and tips on how to cook the different cuts of meat. I’ve been to other places and the staff hovers and treats you like you have no idea how to cook, but Daniel was so helpful, charismatic, and by the time we left I felt like we genuinely made a new friend. If you’ve never been to KBBQ you have to give this place a try - and don’t forget to request Daniel as your server for the best experience!
We had a good experience last night; we were served by Gigi. She gave us excellent service and helped us a lot with our question about drinks and the beef tongue. Overall we have been here many times and plan on coming back for many more. Gigi and Vu are the best!
I have been coming to this location for quite a while but my most recent visit inspired me to leave this review. Not only is the food wonderful, the service is always out of the park. Our server Daniel was so knowledgeable on the whole menu and process, all of his suggestions were exactly what we wanted. The K-BBQ meat options are all marinated to perfection, every option on the side menu is a hit, and the salad bar is stocked full of amazing options.
I came in today at 2pm and there was basically no staff, just Chris busting his behind to serve 20+ tables. I’ve never met a server that works so hard in all my years, he was moving around the whole time and still made sure we all had what we needed be it beverages, the grill, or meats. He’s honestly an amazing server and deserve a raise or paid time off or a bonus or something. Shout out to Chris for being a 10/10. He made this experience memorable and because of him I would choose iziban over every other kbbq place in Orlando.
Amazing food and the prices were completely reasonable. The portions were a good size too. You definitely get your money's worth. I would go here again next time I visit Orlando. Would give more praise if I could.
Loved the overall all you can eat experience, the rolls were my favorite thing , the salad bar had all fresh ingredients . I highly recommend the lychee wine with sprite , it pairs so well with the sushis , our dedicated server VU recommended it , gave us samples to taste and we ordered a bottle. I will go back just to have it again . And if you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary ask for Eli , he sings so beautifully.
All you can eat Korean BBQ and Sushi, sign me up!! First, let me point out, the food was delicious. The Korean BBQ and Sushi tasted great. Things I didn't like. We received our Korean BBQ items out very quickly, but it was a two limit per customer on the Sushi. The Sushi was great, but it took FOREVER to have the waiter to return to our table each time, so that we could order more Sushi. We found ourselves multiple times, waiting for our waiter to return so we could order more Sushi, and it wasn't busy, which was disappointing. Would I return, yes, although next time I would address the long wait times we had to order Sushi on our previous visit upfront. Food was good though.
The wide selection of dishes was truly appreciated. While the food tasted good, it didn't quite leave a lasting impression. The restaurant's atmosphere felt casual and unpretentious, which was pleasant. The pricing was also very reasonable, offering great value. A bit more visual appeal could further enhance the overall dining experience.
The staff here made our dining experience very enjoyable. The hostess was stylish, polite, and welcoming. Our server Braden along with the others were very attentive and provided us with amazing service. Woohoo!!
Frustrating service, I went for my Brother's birthday after 15 min of waiting to get a drink order in we flagged down a younger guy who seemed new there, he did well enough taking that into consideration, only messed up 1 part of the order. The atmosphere is nice, and the food was above average, but in my opinion, below the mark for the price, although the portions were great. I'll give it another shot. Maybe next time I'm in the area.
I would definitely go again. I'm only giving it 4 stars bc we were initially placed in a very smoky area and had to ask to be moved. But other than that. Our good was so good, but we cooked it. I suggest anything marinated and you must try the chicken. It was my favorite 😍
Fantastic Korean BBQ spot for celebrating special occasions! Attended with family and friends for my daughter's birthday dinner and had a fantastic time. The ambiance was lively, the service was attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend
Not to bad, not the best but not the worst. We opted for the $31.99 buffet option. Cool experience cooking at the table. We enjoyed the sushi options the most. We told the server it was our first time here and we felt kind of rushed to make our choices. All in all not to baf.
We ordered delivery from Izziban Sushi & BBQ for dinner. Overall, the food was tasty and fresh. However, there was one roll that was unexpectedly hot (too spicy) but, we couldn’t figure out what was the ingredient.
It's was very fun and enjoyed food. I've been there while ago. It was many vegetables and others. However its changed basic set up. There is a lot of puckle and side dishs included in BBQ set. The price was still good but meat quality and vegetables are not good as much as before enough. But my friend liked this place.
We chose the $24.99 option. More expensive options came with more quality items, but was out of our price range. Waiter was great. Food was good. Great veggie options for toppings/side dishes. Also enjoyed the sauces. A nice and fun stop en route home from the airport.
I'm a bit mixed on this review because the service was really great and the atmosphere is hard to beat, but the food was kinda hit or miss. They have a nice little buffet with the side dishes that you can help yourself to before ordering meat.. its got some good fried rice and tasty chicken options as well that they're hoping you fill up on. It's almost hard not to if you're really hungry. The Crab Rangoon was excellent, probably some of the best I've ever had, and a few others in our party agreed. The AYCE BBQ also includes Tuna and Salmon sashimi, which would normally be amazing. However, I believe these were not fresh, but frozen and then thawed when ordered because the second round that came out wasn't quite thawed all the way through and was a bit crunchy upon chewing it. The meats for the BBQ itself were average quality. I couldn't get an accurate read on the ribeye (which would normally be a premium option) because one of our group members insisted on cooking it to past well done, so it might as well have been dog food by then. But the brisket seemed OK and the pork options were alright too. The sushi rolls were OK as well, but nothing to write home about. For desert, they had little ice cream sandos and some mochis over in the buffet area, that you can just help yourself to.
So there are two menus to choose from when you go in. We got the all you can eat bbq and had a great selection of meats. We picked the gochugang pork, braised beef and a few more. Loved the options of sushi, only one roll per person at a time. Best part to me was the crab ra ngoons, I wanted to keep ordering only that alone they were so tasty and bite sized. Salad bar is cool with different veggies you can also put on the grill. Fried rice was perfect. Good sauce options. There was a hair on one of the sauce bottles but not on the food.. I let an employee know and they took care of it right away. Overall had a great experience, delicious food, kind employees. They even did a birthday treat (fried ice cream, yumm!) Drinks gotten were the butter beer and the peach lemon drops. Will visit again.
Very nice all you can eat restaurant. The meat was for the Korean BBQ was fresh and very well seasoned. The sushi was actually very nice full of flavor and wrapped together. The only reason I can't give it five stars is that they need to invest in some better food extractors. The smell of food stays overwhelmingly on you.
First time being at a place like this and it was definitely fun. It's a good place to enjoy time with friends and family. I think this place brings a new/different experience and is worth a try! Food was pretty good and the atmosphere was cool.
I like the food. Definitely worth the money. The view is also great especially on sunset. The service could be improved if the staff pays more attention especially the front desk but overall great experience.
This was my first time trying Korean barbecue and I really enjoyed it! It was a little cold in there so when you visit you should definitely bring a jacket but besides that the atmosphere was nice and the selection was good.
This restaurant is pretty good open till 1 am. They have korean BBQ all you can eat for two menus, one is $35 and the $45 menu with additional 8 cuts of different beef and also included nigiri. We only ordered regular three dishes about 40 bucks.
Came here for a special occasion. Drove a few hours to eat here and was not disappointed. Very affordable for korean bbq and sushi. They have 2 all you can eat menus. The more expensive one has so many options including a whole steak and over 20 sushi/sushimi options! It includes a side dish bar with kitchen amd mac salad and an ice cream cooler with packaged ice cream. You can order up to 2 sushi rolls and apps per person at one time. Which is way too much food lol. Server was very nice but not very helpful. Takes a minute for the grill to heat up but then your cooking. Super fun place to take people for an experience and good food. The thinly sliced brisket and mushrooms were our favorite. Multiple bars with cocktails available and good vibes/atmosphere right on the water. Wish they had one closer to home. Can't wait to bring my family here next time.
One of the best sushi places in town if not the best, great all you can eat Korean BBQ, meat quality is good but could improve. With the all you can eat menu you also get to order from their sushi menu, which is really, their fish taste fresh almost all the time. If you are able to go to the happy hour at the bar, I highly recommend it.
It was a good experience. Went at 11, had a 30 min wait. Bar & grill atmosphere. Had the all you can eat $30 something special for two. And two drinks. Total after automatic gratuity was $110. Recommend but only giving 4 stars as it took long for our waiter to come back after our first round. Small portions but obviously it’s all you can eat. Salad bar style for the sides. Def plus. Also by the lake, so it would be a pretty view during the day. Also appreciate our server for accommodating us by letting us sit in the corner since brought our two young children. There were people vaping inside which was not tasteful but it worked out.
This place was okay. I think they buy really really cheap meat because it doesn’t have much flavor and some just doesn’t taste very good. The sushi was okay. Nothing special but it wasn’t bad. Kinda tasted like Publix sushi. Staff was pretty on point. Didn’t have to wait for anything. If you are going to spend the $45 for this place I would recommend going to a Brazilian steak house in Orlando. Most have way better tasting meat and they cost the same.
Not bad for an AYCE late night dinner for $24.99. We came here at 9pm on a Monday and this place was busy. This includes the salad bar and side menu like steamed egg, fried rice, japchae, tofu. There are items for $5 or $6 additional like ramen and wings. Our table kept getting the beef brisket. It’s thin and quick to grill. Loved that they allowed us to split 3 credit cards for our table.
First time trying Korean BBQ. Fun concept - not executed at a very high level at Izziban. You can tell they serve in bulk - everything we had was average. We did the unlimited BBQ with sushi - good value for the money. The rolls and nigiri were okay - solid presentation, but taste was 6/10, didn’t taste super fresh. Fun to grill our own meat - best options we tried were the pre marinated options - both pork and beef. I feel like a ventilation system would be beneficial for the dining room as it got quite Smokey with all the grills going. Based off the other reviews and price point - essentially as expected.
All you can eat sushi is very underwhelming experience, each person allowed to order two sushi rolls at once, the sushi came in very small roll, thinly sliced and doesn’t taste good. Servers Tend to keep you waiting between orders, I order total of 6 different rolls, 2 at each time and they all came to be similar taste, small size and thin cuts. Overall is was disappointing experience at high price.
Went to Izziban tonight and didn’t realize the prices went up again🥲. The meat was just okay and the bulgogi was a bit too sweet. We even had to grab our own plates, chopsticks, and side dishes, yet they still added gratuity 🤡🤡🤡. The ventilation was bad and I smelled like a grill by the time I left. Definitely not worth the price anymore.
We’ve been to this Izziban many times since it opened. Yesterday’s visit will be our last for at least a long while. The last few visits have not been as enjoyable as the previous ones. Service and food both seem to be suffering. If you want to be a Korean BBQ restaurant, do that. We haven’t tried it, but asssume it is good as everyone seems to come for it. But, drop the sushi. If you can’t keep fish in stock, stop trying to sell it. You can put whatever you have on the all-you-can-eat selection; it doesn’t matter. Not being able to fill our tuna sushi order three visits in a row is unacceptable. We also notice that the “Main Menu” has gotten a lot smaller and some of our favorites are no longer available.
It’s not BBQ at all. The temperature is not high enough to cook the meat, and the pan is so sticky, it’s like stewing the meat, not BBQ. The quality of the meat is extremely low, the meat taste like someone already chewed it. Very oily and watery. I posted a picture with there chicken, so disgusting. No service, I complain about the bad experience with the server, she didn’t say anything but get the manager, I didn’t expect any discount, but the manager didn’t even apologize for this, he told me their BBQ is like this and everybody likes it, with strong attitude. No one change the burned pan for us until we ask for it, the server drop the pan with attitude, and they automatically charge 18% gratuity with this kind of service, excuse me? 巨烂,合成肉非常难吃,炉子温度低, 肉放上去十分钟都不熟,鸡肉全是毛,服务员态度极差,千万不要来。
Asked for silverware and was told to get it ourselves at the snack bar. We sat for 10 min with our grill unplugged and server nowhere in sight. We finished our drinks and didn't get any refills. And then this place has the audacity to charge an 18% auto gratuity? Cherry on top. Though admittedly I'm just nit picking at this point. This man puts his hands on the floor to plug it in and then immediately go back to touching plates and cooktops.
I am extremely disappointed with our experience here. We paid almost $150 for three people, and we honestly left the restaurant still feeling hungry because the food was far from being good. Poor meat quality, most of the cuts were overwhelmingly fatty. The sushi was even worse. Honestly, the sushi from Publix tastes significantly better. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality BBQ or sushi
This is by far the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, the service was disappointing. The staff was not only inattentive but outright rude. Simple requests were met with attitude, and it felt like an inconvenience just to ask for basic customer service. To make matters worse, I was overcharged, and when I brought it to their attention, they showed zero interest in fixing the issue or even apologizing. The unprofessionalism was unbelievable. The restrooms are also not ADA handicap compliant, which is a serious concern. It shows a lack of care for accessibility and for customers who rely on safe, accommodating facilities. Overall, this restaurant failed in every possible way—poor service, rude employees, dishonest billing, and unsafe conditions. Do NOT waste your time or money here. There are plenty of better places that actually value their customers.
My review: The first thing I noticed was the ventillation issues, the building was so foggy and it was hard to breathe. We ordered the premium ayce menu and they had terrible choices and hardly any differences. We were told about the buffet only because I asked if they had noodles, which when we went to the buffet they didn't even have noodles. The chicken nuggets and fries were ice cold, the donuts were hard as rocks. I had to ask for fresh donuts to be made, and wait 20 minutes for them to finally make fresh ones. The meat was disgusting. They give you shrimp that isn't even prepared at all, chicken that isn't even cut for you & they give you the dullest scissors known to man to cut with. The server we had was very rude, and on top of that he kept messing up our orders constantly forgetting things or bringing things we didn't ask for. I feel for the service we got, the price was extremely steep. I believe we deserve a refund for the terrible ventilation and waitor alone.
The food was great, however the tall girl with black hair as our server was a nightmare. Attitude with every order, throwing plates down onto the table, charged me extra because I paid in cash, and didn’t even give me my change. Overall, a hostile atmosphere. If you get this girl as your server, good luck.
