Lately I've been going there for breakfast to get oatmeal I'm a pretty much a fan of this location. I love the cashier who's always there in the mornings she's a very nice lady. She make my visit so sweet as she is too.
Social interaction is officially a relic of the past! If you've ever wanted to feel more like a burden on society than this is the industry for you! The dreary atmosphere and the somber ambiance shroud the premises in an ominous tone. A distinct lack of humans tugs at your soul as the mechanical doors slide apart. The temperature turns to a static seventy degrees, as this is the optimal temperature for the operations of the building. A fixture with it's photosensitive pixels illuminate. Portraying a programmed procedure that it has churned out many times before. Your finger presses against the fixture and it's programming automates it to create a profile. You are assigned a number and all operations will refer to you as this address. You are but a list of procedures that the manufacturer below has already produced. This ticket is fed into the belt where all the assorted components are dispensed and belted up to the outlet. All that is left is card authorization. The system stagnates as it awaits an approval from the fiscal ownership. It sits there. Indefinitely if it has to. The authorization ID is green lit and the belt immediately resumes automation. Your order is ready and the system has gained no knowledge of you, yet all knowledge of you. Since you entered the complex, the big database contains your likings, privacy, and history, yet it will never talk to you about it. The age of humanity is over.
I ordered a chocolate shake thinking it was going to be thick. But it was when I got it but later was thin. So I took it back and the attendant offered me a chocolate mocha coffee and it was to die for I gave them a compliment saying)t was better than Starbucks . And as me an my friend were about to leave they compted me a chocolate shake to go.
I rolled in fully expecting a frustrating experience. The place was packed with students from the nearby high school along with other passers by. BUT, even though the staff were slammed, they were all hustling and so very polite. Not a single staff member was standing still. Everyone was busy and attentive. Kudos to management for such a well oiled team!
This time, I did not go in. I do not understand why this particular McDonald's ALWAYS forgets something in the order. The people are, nice and the place is always clean. But the pancakes were rubbery and they forgot to put my steak egg and cheese bagel in the bag.
Food was hot and fresh and the drinks were cold. You need to tell them if you need condiments because they won't give any otherwise. The drive thru was quick.
Always friendly service inside and in the drive through. But I have noticed that when I come in it takes awhile for anyone to come to the counter to place my order

Update: One dog sick and having 5, went to get chicken nuggets to remind them the vet is not a bad place coming with yummy food. But being December 2025, the doggy excited to the delicious smells, and who was at the window? THE GRINCH!! Doggy a bit scared, lowered his head in the front seat, trying to make sense of this green hairy thing at the window. So I have to laugh 😃. Thank you for the spirit and joy you bring. Previous review: Nice people. Very busy. Burgers slightly over cooked. Ordered chocolate coffee but got something else. I asked if I could replace it after grocery shopping. They were very happy to fix, apology not necessary. Got what I paid for. Left very happy 😊.

All reviews begin with five stars. During the review process the service(s) and circumstance(s) maintain or lower the rating. No demerits as far as fast food restaurants go. Food is typical McDonald's. The staff was very personable and professional. Dining Area clean and sanitary. I fully commit to the 5-star rating.
Been here twice now in the last month on the run. And it was a five-star experience each time. Fresh hot food and excellent service. Was pleasantly surprised!

I chose to order a hot latte here instead of the local coffee shop. $2 for a small vs $7.50 for same size. I am very picky & this was a decent coffee.
Google is asking me to review this McDonald's because I stopped here for breakfast while heading to Dallas. Well, it looks like any other McDonald's, sells fries and burgers and a few other things to eat. It has a reasonably clean restroom for your use and the level of cleanliness will depend on how someone else used it before you. I did not find any difference in the taste of hash brown and coffee from those I had at some other McDonald's along the highway. The staff took the order promptly and were friendly, The place was busy with customers. Nothing that stood out from other McDonald's! Enjoy your breakfast or whatever you choose to eat or drink here and please be considerate to other customers when you use the restroom!
Clean and well lighted, it wasn't too busy inside, but the drive through seemed busy. We were the only customers at the counter but it still took a few minutes to place our order. The item we wanted from the overhead menu was not available, and the sandwiches we ordered were just ok, but the fries were delicious. The dining room was clean and well laid out, but it was noisy due to all the hard surfaces.

Always has a long line, usually gets something wrong, and the parking lot entrance and exit is badly designed. It's a typical McDonald's so if you are looking for more than a 3 star review than you may want to consider eating at an all together different food place ..js
Told me that there was barbecue sauce for my nuggets after we asked for extra. They said we put some in your bag. We drive off I start looking ..No Sauce! We are driving back to San Antonio about 3 1/2 hours away and im not about to turn back. Thats sad. Long trip no sauce . May not be a big deal to you but we were tired and hungry and looked up Mc Donald so we could stop. Didn't want to stop anywhere else.
There were 3 of us, our order wasn't that big but it took them a very long time to prepare it. I ordered a Lrg Coffee and didn't get it till just b4 our main order. The lid was bent and we had a long drive back home, I spilled of the HOT coffee in my lap if there was a similar place to go I'd be there.

While the Burger King allows dine-in at 100%, McDonald's still does NOT allow people to sit down and eat. I have a bad knee and had to stand for quite awhile when ordering and waiting for my food. The customer ahead of me told the cashier he wanted the order "to-go". She said it was all to-go because of COVID. There is no consistency! I feel that McDonald's is raking in the money because they only offer "to-go". It takes less employees for less customer service. McDonald's, you can do better than this!
To get 3 stars from me at a McDonald's is very impressive. I usually have a horrible experience any time I go to McDonald's, but I actually didn't last night at this one. They actually didn't give me my burgers with onion. For once, I I actually got my burgers the way I ordered them. Thanks guys!! The thing is that I love McDonald's, but I can't ever get my food exactly how I want it when I go, which sucks. I wish the employees at all McDonald's were spot on like they were at this location.

The drive through is efficient and there is usually not a long wait. The orders are most often correct. They really do take the extra time to get things right. The fries are good and my experience is that they are always fresh and hot. I get coffee at least 4 times a week. This is where I find an issue. On weekends the machine is often down for cleaning. I find it odd because I never hear the machine is down for cleaning during the week. Additionally, at random times I will get a hot mocha that tastes like it is just regular hot coffee and milk - nothing else added. Sometimes the mocha tastes right bit the whipped cream is not put on it. The inconsistency is irritating. When it is made correctly it is very good. When I have been inside I have notice that the kitchen is very clean.
Service was fairly fast. Got my order correct, but I used the touch screen system to place my order. Location was clean. I was talking with my partner and a random employee jumped in our conversation from a couple booths away, which I felt was a little odd.
I've always been a big fan of McDonald's breakfast. This is a nice, clean store with very friendly & courteous staff. I had an issue recently on a busy morning where I didn't check my order til I was 25 miles down the road; to find it was the wrong thing entirely when I opened it. Hungry & frustrated, I called the store right then & was told they were already aware of the mishap & would gladly make it up to me the next time I went in. 10 days later they did, in a very smooth & eager manner. Which I really appreciated. 👍

Line was out to feeder road, people parked there couldn't get out, and once you got in the line you're stuck. No changing your mind and getting out at that point. Don't accidentally turn into the line off the feeder at peak times in the morning for sure!!
Whole building smells like sewage! Who wants to eat while the smell piss!? We got our food in the drive through and the didn't give us any sauce for our 20 nuggets. They didn't give us our fries at all. And they missed a cheeseburger! That's how I know it smelled nasty inside cause I had to go in to have them fix our order. If I would have walked in to eat and smelled that place I would have turned around and left! Nasty!
They obviously need lessons on how to act like they appreciate the customer. The people handing the food at the drive-thru don't even bother to say thank you, they just give you the food with attitude.
I walked in with some average expectations for a McDonald's given the name and brand trust, but they were completely shattered, and NOT in a good way. There were flies everywhere and I got bit a few times although I was constantly shaking them away. Peace and quiet was a far off dream as a loud customer and a desperate manager clashed over an order and who got what wrong. Restrooms were fine, but the I wouldn't stay in that building for too long.
I've realized i just don't really care that much for the food here either. I will almost always choose any other fast food burger over McDonalds. They consistently come with too much sauce and end up a mess while eating, the mayo tastes weird, and the patties just don't taste good. I've also been having trouble with cashiers taking our orders incorrectly recently. No matter how clearly it is said, they still input it wrong and I end up having to wait longer to get it corrected. It used to just be the cooks in the back just not reading the order thoroughly but now you can't even expect to get the order sent to them correctly. These experiences are across several locations in several cities
Both food groups available: Salt & Sugar-- We normally don't visit Mickey D's, but we cratered and stopped on the highway. Predictable, unhealthy products. Salty fries. Very cold sodas. Pleasant, efficient service. Not much else to say.
No toilet paper and when I told them no one did anything about it. They were fully staffed but it took forever for a burger and nuggets then forgot my fries and told me I couldn't add them at the drive through window. So I had to go a walk back in and order the fries and I literally stood there watching people stand around and couldn't take the 15 seconds to grab the fries.
Took them 4 times to get my order right and didn't even offer me my money back after charging me incorrectly. The only reason they got 2 stars is bc the girl who had to keep bringing the incorrect food out to my car was extremely apologetic and friendly.
We go to this place at least twice a week, kids.... We always get baskets of fries, the amount of fries in the basket is equivalent to a medium fry 99% of the time. If you're going to charge 3.50 for a basket, I want my money's worth. And on the rare occasion that my husband and I get burgers, they are always cold. I would never go here again if I didn't have 3 kids that love McDonald's.

Don't understand why they can't count to 20 and add the x3 dips you should get with 20 nuggets these people act like they pay for the dips lol 20 nuggets comes with 3 dips but guess they can't count 20 because we got 16 nuggets
I ordered Mocha’s Frappe and they offered me an Ice Coffee because the machine is broken. The Coffee was like water. It doesn’t even taste like coffee. The attention was fast and nice but I don’t recommend the Ice Coffee.
Really terrible McD's, to be fair, generally not my favorite anyway, but this one was really below par. It wasn't clean, at all, anywhere. It was FULL of flies, which literally every patron in there was complaining about and worried me about the state of the kitchen honestly. The orders were not correct, but they really didn't seem to care, they remade them incorrectly when this was brought up, and we ordered through the kiosk, so there was literally no question as to the very simple requests. It wasn't even busy as an excuse. Lackluster service, poor quality food even for this chain. Won't stop here on a drive again.
The Navasota location has some of the NICEST, SWEETEST, MOST PLEASANT and WELL-MANNERED employees, yet some of the worst service, unfortunately. My orders are ALWAYS wrong! I actually go thru the drive-thru a minimum of 3 times a week. (I should have stock in McDonald's lol.) Ms. Sharon was a 100% ABSOLUTE JOY to see and to hear at the window and at the drive-thru order box. She was, as well, a fantastic influence on the younger people there. There are a multitude of awesome employees that have been there a very long time and I'm super glad. Sorry, I do not know their names.) But I just DON'T understand why my orders are ALWAYS wrong and usually sloppy. But, I don't have a lot of options on the way home from work and my family loves the food so I will continue to go there. I don't know what happened to Ms. Sharon, but BRING HER BACK! 😉 She is a ray of sunshine!!!! God bless her! She is going to be a model employee zbd an asset wherever she is or goes!!!

HORRIBLE...I sat in the drive thru for over 10 min, even said hello several times. I wasnt rude even though i waited, the result of me having to go inside. Only ordered because my son asked for something to eat. Was greeted at drive through by a very tired and unresponsive woman who said "huh?" after every sentence of my order.after speaking very clearly multiple times she got my order and gave me my total. I was then handed my coffee which the lid was not securely attached and it spilled on my leg. Will never return.
Hit or miss, usually miss. Everything just tastes off and dry compared to other McDonald's. Service is mostly slow. Coming back here to let you know that my Chicken Deluxe had mustard instead of mayo on it. Pretty nasty combo.
I will no longer go to this McDonalds, customer service is horrible. They are extremely slow and act as if they hate their job. I have gone here plenty of times, my order is wrong, horrible service, getting wrong foid or not correct drinks. I'm glad Burger King is here now, that's where I spend my money. Burger King has great service, fast and always gets my order correct. I will never go back to a McDonald's again..I'm sick of the horrible customer service.
It's already been two times that they leave me waiting up to half an hour for what I ordered, the first time it happened to me I said that I wasn't going anymore, but my children asked me for a drink from there and I said well maybe today I'm doing better and the same, They forgot my order and if I don't ask I think I spent the whole day there waiting
Went through the drive through to have the the female teenager staff giving my girlfriend dirty looks for glancing at them giggle about something. Made me very uncomfortable and hurt my girlfriends feelings. When I called the manager she said "that don't sound like my people" and dismissed my issue.
Just went through McDonald's at 10:50 on 2/5/22 PM. Husband asked for a Big Mack COMBO. He wasn't even asked what kind of drink he wanted. Got to the window and we were just given a bag with nothing more than a Big Mack. Does a combo not include fries and drink now? Filled out the survey on this visit too. This McDonald's is going down hill fast.
The Ice cream machine has been broke for the last 15 years. I can't imagine the amount of revenue thats been lost. Its really disappointing because the mcflurry is fantastic and was one of my childhood favorites also coincidentally the last time I had one...
Worst McDonalds ever. Took them 45 minutes to fill an online order bc they were moving slowly and no one was making drinks so food was just sitting at the station getting cold. I went from 30 mins early to my friend’s baby shower to 15 mins late. Absolutely unacceptable.
We dont eat here very much because the food is never really all that good or made right. But it has been getting better. So we have started going a little bit more. But the rude from the staff has no end. When I pull up to the drive threw and the menu is frozen. Out of respect I tell the little girl that its frozen and what does she say. Well it was working a minute ago. Ok I said well it's not working now. She well it was. I tell her I am looking at it its frozen. The little mouth goes well It was working what do you want to order. So I told her she was rude called and cussed out the manager. Wich neither will do no good because this McDonald's is ok with their employees treating their customers however they choose. Burger King it is! So sad!

This restaurant constantly upcharges you without you asking for an upgrade on the meals and blames it on the system and that they have no control over it. This is an ongoing problem and even when I have been told that this is a training problem, the employees blame it on the system and says there is nothing they can do about it. Most of time it is a manager that can barely speak english and doesn't want to be bothered about the issue. Need to fire everyone and start over at this location.
I will no longer go to this location or any location after today. The whole meal was wrong. And after going back up there, she got free meal tickets?? All I wanted was breakfast and they no longer do all day. I'm trying to cut fast food out of my diet and it's going well especially if they continue does this. I know humans make mistakes, but the whole order was wrong even after repeating it to my sister!

Today on 5/30/2022 I ordered a bacon double quarter pounder meal on the app and guess what I got a quarter pounder with cheese. This place can screw up a steel ball . We stopped at this McDonald's on our way through Navasota. My husband stood at the counter waiting to order, but instead of helping him, the employees were more interested in looking at someone's cell phone. They even turned around, saw him standing there waiting, and went back to looking at the phone. When I said something to the shift manager, she proceeded to argue with me about it. If i could give zero stars i could. Only once have they not screwed up my order. It’s always something, most recently they ring up two fries and one sandwich instead of two sandwiches and one fry. Last time i went, i asked for just one large sweet tea, and they gave me a watered down unsweet tea with a couple spoonfuls of sugar. I can only assume that someone was too lazy to make another pitcher of sweet tea. Also, it’s literally a gamble whether or not you’ll get the correct toppings on your sandwich/burger. The tag on the bag has the correct toppings usually, but somehow they consistently mess it up one way or another. Don’t even bother going to this McDonald’s, you’d be better off going to one in a whole ‘nother town
I've been to this Micky D's numbers of times, but today had to be the worse. I ordered one of the new double meat sandwich and told the person behind the counter what I wanted on it. Well they brought it to me and the burgers weren't done and it didn't have anything on it that I asked for. Now to the person behind the counter, couldn't understand a word she said. It sounded like she had a mouth full of marbles. The restaurant was dirty, the tables were dirty and the bathroom was dirty. Now like I said I've been to this Micky D's alot, but they must have changed managers, or the staff is just not into they're jobs... No wonder Micky D's is going to all automated systems. I think all fast food services should do the same, so people can just order the food without an attitude when you pay for your food.... I wouldn't recommend anyone going here till they figure out what needs to be done
This was the most disturbing visit to McDonald's I've ever had. Whoever the manager is has got to up their training methods. I was on my way to College Station from Houston and decided to stop and get a Quarter Pounder Meal. I was ahead of schedule til I spent about 20 minutes there and there was only one person ahead of me, also waiting. I placed my order on the kiosk and paid using my card, I received a blank receipt so that was a bit confusing. Nobody does checks on that thing? How do they know people don't need records of their expenses? Anyway as I waited to ask someone about whether or not they got my order because even the monitor above the counter was blank, I noticed the girl bagging burgers and just sitting them on the counter. They should've been left in the warmer until the whole order was ready. (No attempt to worry about the burgers being cold by the time the fries finished cooking). The lady ahead of me had obviously been waiting a while. When the fries (which were obviously overcrammed in the fry basket) were done, nobody moved to get them boxed and bagged so the lady had to ask if she could get her fries and also would they put salt on them. This was a sign of no training (who wants dead fries?) Anyway the girl behind the counter decided to give out the cups for our drinks but what got me was HOW she put her fingers in the top of the cups to hand them to us. I had to remind her that it was unsanitary to place her fingers inside the cups, and obviously I requested another cup. She then went to get my fries just as I was wondering why she didn't have gloves on, she put her hands on my fries in an attempt to seat the fries in the box. I immediately asked her why she didn't have gloves on and pointed out that I saw her touch my fries. She said ok I'll go get some then came back from getting them and told me to give her my fries back, which I had to touch also when getting them out of my bag. Thinking she would throw them away, I was done when she put them back on the rack under the heat lamp to potentially give to the next person. I had to get out of there before going off on the whole crew because NOBODY was aware of what was going on in the kitchen. People, please watch your food. Too much is going on in this 2020 to be letting stuff like that go on. To top off all this, when I ate my fries it was like chewing cardboard. Can somebody convince me that McDonald's fries are supposed to taste and feel like chewing plastic or cardboard fresh out of the grease? I am definitely on watch at fast food places for the rest of my life. Management is to blame. Get y'all's act together or give your job to someone who cares.
The floor which was mopped recently. As the wet floor signs are still in place but the floor is about 99% dry. Is so nasty and greasy it is impossible to stand upright. Walking is like ice skating. I haven’t seen a floor this slippery and unsafe in over 10 years. In use to find places like this to get a job and milk it for all the raises I could because the existing staff doesn’t care and neither does the management. All you had to do was learn who and when the owner was coming around to make an impression. Fastest I ever climbed was to manager in about 3 hours on my first day... lmao.
Terrible service!!!! Wasn’t greeted, had multiple employees standing around staring at us. Order at the machine for it not to print out the number, press the help button, and once again employees staring at us instead of assisting.
Our food was good but they put pickles and ketchup on my kids burgers when I asked for them plain and dry with cheese. The girl taking our order was giggling the whole time so maybe that's why she messed up. Also forgot to add our large fry. The whole staff was super rude and dismissive. They also charged me .70 cents as an upcharge for asking for a kids lemonade with my daughters kids meal.... Never said it would be extra. That annoys me even more because I am local to Navasota but work in College Station and know that this Navasota location is about 50 cents to $1 more on most menu items. Like why? Anyway not coming again because it's obvious ppl here hate their life and I would rather drive further and pay less for better service than pay more for crappy attitudes and poor service.
Soda squirting out the machines and tasted flat. Inside was dirty, flies buzzing around and AC broken, it was HOT inside. Employees forgot an item in my order, and were not attentive to customers or checking front counter. Managers/Inspection people walking all around but didn’t seem at all concerned about the issues I mentioned. My recommendation for people in the area wanting McD’s: AVOID this location as well as both Brenham ones. Go to Hempstead off 290 @ 1488 Exit, they’re the best, or the BCS ones.
Gonna have to use computer to order cause customer stand at register talking, then computer doesn’t give a receipt with a number, and they call out numbers for your computer order! And order will sit on the counter cause no paper in order machine. Frustrating
They told me to go park my car after ordering a fish sandwich. I waited for 15 minutes and finally went inside to see what happened to my order. The manager yelled at me and told me they came up to my car 3 times???? She then handed me a bag. I felt I should check it since things weren't adding up. Inside was a quarter pounder instead of a fish sandwich. At first the manager said that is what I paid for until I showed her the receipt. I got a refund and left. Rude and snarky!
Drove by from out of town on Easter Sunday. Thry did not have any napkins and ketchup. Fish filet needed salt and fries were not fresh. Took forever bc they were short on staff. Very unprofessional. Both people working in there had mask hanging on ears but not over there mouth nor nose.
My father comes over every other week and unfortunately this is the only McDonald's in navasota. They constantly get our order wrong. This time it was supposed to be a burger with only lettuce and ketchup, how did it arrive... Only mayonnaise, nowhere near the request. I cannot count on one hand how many times they have overlooked my daughter apple juice or her apple slices, there has not been one time I have gone here in the past couple years where the order has been completely right. I don't know if the problem is management or the staff but the next dissapointment this place offers us I'm gonna figure out how to reach corporate
Was one of the most horrible experience ever. Had me waiting for 30 minutes because their credit card machine was broken at the drive-through. finally, somebody decided to go up front and use the front register credit card machine, really people!! They charge me for a frozen drink that they did not have! My order was cold and my drink was water down !! Horrible! You don’t tell customers to go get cash and you get a discount !!! Fix your machines!! go to sonic , go to Burger King or even Dairy Queen it’s got to be better than this place.!!
If I could give this a zero star I would every time I come by at 5:45 in the morning the manager lady is so rude it’s so unbearable if there was another McDonald I would go this one it’s just so awful
Nobody greeted us when we walked in. We decided to go to the bathroom before ordering. The ladies room was filthy. When we were back at the counter the same two customers who were waiting to be served when we first arrived were still standing there and nobody had even taken their order. One customer left. We waited a few more minutes and still nobody said a word to us. So, pretty much non-existent service.
What can you say? It’s Macdonald’s. The employees try and avoid eye contact with customers as long as possible, until they feel cornered to help you. Nobody looks happy to work there. They only look happy when joking and laughing with other employees (which means they are ignoring the customer). The experience is so consistently bad across every city that it almost seems that they are trained to be that bad.
Was told drink machine was down after ordering and paying for food. Was offered water in in place. After having to argue water was not a price applicable replacement I was given my money back. Pulled to next window and was offered my original drinks I told them I had gotten my money back and needed to pay for them again was told 'just give me the damn drink back' and screamed at and my food withheld. The window girl finally gave me my food and took money for the drink. Then responded with "I'll pray for your soul you need it". I'll never return.
The only person who spoke through the drive the process was the person taking orders on the speaker. Neither window even looked in my direction. Apparently they didn’t look at the food when making it either, because the quarter pounder looked like it had been put together from across the room. The wrapper didn’t even cover the burger. Just kind of in the bag with it. Take a little bit of pride in your restaurant. Fast food doesn’t have to be completely terrible!
We left without ordering after the cashier was painfully slow w/ customer before us. It didn’t help that after that, an employee taking a break cut in front of us and ordered $28.17 worth of food. Other customers look like they were frustrated from waiting on their food so we decided to leave.
Deluxe chicken sandwich had like chicken strings in it I kept pulling them out! Looked like hard worms🤢 maybe it's fibers or something idk but I'll never go back.
"The food was okay, but the service was subpar! Why have mobile ordering at the table if you're not going to bring the food to us? I could have just ordered for counter pickup. Additionally, the highchairs were dirty, and there were no changing tables for babies in the bathrooms."
Unfortunately I was in a hurry and didn't check my beg before pulling out of the drive through. I ordered a large meal and received a medium fry and they forgot my straw and put no napkins in the bag. This restaurant is normally par at best buy today was a true disappointment.
We were driving through and decided to make a mobile order. We were at the drive thru speaker for more than 5 minutes and noone said anything. I asked several times if someone was there and nothing. We parked and went inside. At the counter noone said anything to us. Just looked at us and walked by. They only acknowleged us because I said something. When I asked why noone answered at the drive thru they just asked which lane we were in. It shouldn't have mattered which lane. One of the girls was very rude. Rolled her eyes at me several times. The chicken sandwich I ordered was so overcooked. I couldn't even eat it because it was so dry. The fries were also so overcooked. Very disappointing food and service.
Sat at curbside for a long time. My meal was wrong so now had to turn around and go through the drive thru. I was told I asked for plain when I didn’t. I got down to use the restroom and saw a group of ladies just chit chatting. When I was getting ready to leave, I realized I never got the bottles of water I bought but at this point I was fed up so just left. On a road trip and just needed a quick meal but ended up spending so much wasted time here. Don’t stop here unless you have time to wait.
Worst McDonald's on earth. On multiple occasions, they've messed up my order. Last time, they asked me to wait in spot number 1. Then they forgot about me. Had to walk in after waiting for 45 minutes. The waiter said she didn't know I was there. I will never pass there ever. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
They absolutely never get the order right. They always have someone who doesn’t speak English take orders. They never can hear what you’re saying. You ask for extra crispy nuggets they give you an extra 6 piece nuggets. You say you want a hi-c orange they give you a fonta orange and a unsweetened tea. You ask for sauce for your nuggets and they don’t give it to you then when you ask at the window they just give you a blank stare like they don’t understand that you asked for sauce. It’s best if you don’t use the drive thru at this location and probably be best if you can order your food yourself inside on the kiosk they have in front of the registers so you can assure you got what you wanted and that you pay for what you ordered.
This was an absolute disaster from start to finish. We placed a DoorDash pickup order before 10:30 while breakfast was STILL being made. In the past, we’ve shown up around 10:25 and had no problem getting breakfast, so canceling our order makes zero sense. To make it worse, they canceled it without telling us until we arrived. When I called up there, I was yelled at by the person who answered the call. Listen to it yourself. Since nothing else was open, we were forced to order lunch. Somehow that went just as badly. We received ZERO sauces. When we asked, the employee at the window gave us two and insisted the rest were “in the bag.” They were not. If they were, we wouldn’t have asked. On top of that, the order was wrong. No communication, no accountability, and sloppy service all around. This location seriously needs to get it together.
I’ve stopped by this location a few times and the chicken nuggets have been so nasty. It’s obvious that they don’t change their cooking oil because you can’t taste it. 100% avoid
went by just to get two drinks with the app from McDonald’s they offer one dollar drinks up to two drinks. I do not like receiving my large drinks, not full to the top because it’s a service that I am paying for alongside the product itself. This is more than once, but this has happened to me at this location and I’ve let it go if a drink is not full to the top then that’s not a full drink. It’s very deceiving. I’m paying you the dollar that you’re asking for for each drink, I expect the same from you. I expect you to deliver.
Order was completely wrong on every sandwich yall gotta pay attention to what you’re putting on the burger it’s not hard to look at a screen and read what goes on each burger….
Place a mobile order, waited in spot 6 for 20 mins before going inside just to have to have them reprint my order and make it. They had part of it made but somehow just forgot about the rest and the car sitting in the curbside pickup for 20mins. Absolutely ridiculous
My boyfriend & I just passed through town while traving, we ordered a large fry & an icecream cone as a late night snack. When we got to the bottom of our fries we noticed they were covered in clumps of salt to the point of being unedible, so i turned on our car light to look at them & that is when i suddenly saw a dead bug amongst our fries!!! I called the store immediately to inform them so they could throw out the whole batch of fries, the manager was very kind & apologetic, he offered to remake our order, however we were just passing through the area & have a hard time with the idea of returning to the place after something like this. My stomach is churning just writing this right now. I won’t be going back to a McDonald’s anytime soon. This pic is hard to tell but there are legs & wings on this creature & it is definitely a bug. Just be warned. Keep driving past this place on to the next fast food joint.
Food wasn’t accurate(Never is with this franchisee) tables were nasty, sodas not carbonated, or cold. Had to YELL to get someone to correct my order. A/C was not working, it was hot inside, got no receipt from the kiosk, so I don’t even get a free ice cream cone from such a despicable experience.
I ordered a milkshake at McDonald’s, but the machine was down due to renovations, which is understandable. Instead of offering a refund, the manager gave me a cheaper iced coffee as a "free" replacement. This was frustrating, as I paid for a milkshake and received something of lesser value. The handling of the situation was dismissive and disappointing.
7 PM Friday night ordered fish filet sandwich fries and a Bigmac the filet was warm but definitely not fresh there was a thumb impression on the bun the fries the were limpy and also not fresh the Bigmac meat was also definitely not fresh. In addition the Coke was flat no carbonation.
