A very impressive Starbucks. They have a nice retail store section, loads of seating both inside and outside, and an ample supply of goodies to choose from. The coffee was also spot on. I would recommend some extra attention to the bathrooms. In my last visit the women's was out of order and the men's bathroom was out of toilet paper.

I tried an iced caramel macchiato, and it was the first time I tried Starbucks. It was a good experience. But not the best thing For the flavour , but one cannot judge from one experience. 💫

The place is very nice and clean. I took caffe late and brownie taste was far from Authentic... little disappointed. Ordinary italian espresso was totally good anyway.

Seriously unless there's a sale pls do not bother spending the bus money and 4 hours here. It's a total waste of time. My group were done at 2pm and we had to wait till 4pm for the bus back. No wonder there's nobody around except tourists on a weekday. Prices are fair but really doesn't wanna make you spend like in a US outlet. Better spend the bus money on a nice Italian lunch somewhere.

When I asked the staff (male) why my “CARAMEL” macchiato does not taste at all like caramel very rudely answered if you want it to taste like caramel you should pay extra. Why on earth I should pay extra when I’ve already paid extra for the item. Caramel macchiato is already more expensive than cappuccino or other drinks. This is not what we expect from starbucks.

At the beginning, the staff’s behavior was not good. First, the cashier: I asked her for two coffees and that each cup should have the person’s name written on it, but she didn’t do that and wrote one name on all the cups. I told her to write each person’s own name, and she got upset, but eventually wrote them as requested. In addition, one of the employees was extremely rude and spoke in an impolite manner. I asked him why he was speaking that way, but he didn’t reply and instead walked away while speaking angrily. Honestly, it was very strange and unprofessional.”

I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. The staff were unprofessional, and in particular, a staff member named Helda was extremely rude. This level of customer service is unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected. I hope management takes action to improve the training and professionalism of their staff.

VERY RUDE STAFF!!! I've been to many starbucks in several countries, and this was the worst i've experienced so far. I was there Saturday, 28 June 2025. I was buying a starbucks tumbler THERE and asked if i could use the NEW TUMBLER for the ice latte i'm also buying. And the answer I received was "we give you in the plastic, you move yourself. And I said Ok, can you at least please wash this new tumbler that i just bought? And the next answer i received was, "the toilet is outside, you can wash your tumbler there" Didn't expect such an answer, they could've just apologized and said that it was not part of their service. However, those requests I had would have been automatically offered to me and i didn't even have to ask when i bought the same in other starbucks in other countries. Here i thought starbucks was to have the same standard service around the world, but i was definitely wrong.

Very rude staff, the lady with glasses behind the counter doesn't know the ingredients used. We ordered a caramel frappucino with almond milk and without drizzle, because the drizzle contains lactose and soy. We ordered this because of allergies. When she was making the drink we attended her that we asked for no drizzle, she began complaining in Italian and saying to us it's the same but it isn't. She even laughed in our face, good way to help customers. After this we we're presented with almond milk with caramel, no coffee or anything. Horrible barista.
