Was jamming to I want it that way by backstreet boys at the check out (on their radio) lol. Anyway the food was amazing for a fast food I enjoyed their sauce but I couldn't tell what was in it besides mustard. I'm definitely going again. The service was understanding as it was my first time and they were willing to help, thank you.
Got the sauce. A medium-sized cup is the smallest you can get for a bit over $6. Didn't need that much. Small individual sauce costs $.39 each... needed more than that.... a small cup, which is not an option, would have been fine. The rest eventually gets wasted and throne out. My son makes the tenders, and they are larger portions in size and 100% better. Canes tenders are great, but the prices verse the quantity of food has gone down. The tenders are much, much smaller than they used to be. You get food off the fries, bread, and drinks.
Always consistent and food tastes great as ever.
I came to this location. Megan and Brooklyn were very friendly, had excellent customer service and they deserve a raise. I recommend this location to everyone
Every Raising Cane's Franchise in different states I have visited have the most outstanding customer service. This review is long overdue. Raising Cane's staff representative are always upbeat, friendly, and energetic. You can hear the great customer service skills in their voice when they ask, "Chicken Chicken what you picking"? or " Want some chicken today"? My expectations are always met at this location and shout out to their staff for the amazing service they give every time!!!! All 5 starts this way! Oh and by the way, my order is always correct as well as great chicken and great sauce!!
Thank you Trenton and Lilly for your wonderful customer service!!
I love this Raising Canes. We come here pretty regularly. I appreciate that the lobby is open later than other restaurants in the area because I get off work late during the week and it's nice to still have a place I can go in and eat. The food is always hot and delicious. I always ask for my fries to be well done and this is one of the few places where you can actually tell they were cooked longer. I just love this place.
I'm leaving a five star review because Janiey asked me to, but what's up with the fry portions? All three of my plates on my order had little fries like literally a sprinkle of fries and I've been to this Cane's before. Very weird. Other than that, the sweet tea was good and it did not take long for us to get our order.
I’ve been coming to Cane’s on and off for the past decade, and their food is always solid — crispy chicken fingers that never disappoint. The service is usually pretty good too, nothing flashy but friendly enough. It’s a reliable spot when you want tasty, no-fuss chicken. Definitely one of those places you can count on to hit the spot.
There was one guy in front of me that seemed to take the store about 19 minutes to complete, but I received my food as soon as he pulled off and it was PIPING HOT and fresh! Actually had to use my air conditioner to cool them as I decided to eat in the car because the food smelled so good lol. Will be going tomorrow on the inside to see more about the service. The lady at the window was very nice
I love this location much better than the one at the opposite end of Pearland, going into Friendswood. This location has your chicken out quickly, but they also really make that toast buttery and delicious. The restaurant is clean, and the drive-thru traffic is manageable.
It is a pleasure to go into the restaurant. The employee's are nice and helpful.
Customer service was great! Very friendly. Food was hot and yummy.
The staff was fast and friendly. The food was hot and yummy.
Outstanding FOOD and Service, Even thoughthe they are always busy, and it's a small place, I RECOMMEND This location - Cullen and Beltway 100%. I don't recommend dining in, we park the car and enjoy our GREAT meal. I recommend the Ruben Sandwich, it is fabulous. But the best ever are the Burgers. BIG and juicy. These guys really can cook! Keep up the great work. 👍 Sylvia
Immediately when I walked through the door the warmth and attentiveness of Trenton could be heard and FELT! I came in to pick up an order and let me just say, I have NEVER experienced such EXCELLENT customer service!! The smile , how welcome and comfortable I felt kiss indescribable!! THE EFFICIENCY!! Now THIS is how customer service is DONE!💕
I forgot how good their chicken fingers are. No one else comes close.
When I came in Ty had an amazing smile and doing a great job with his work just having a amazing personality if you come to this location it’s amazing customer service…
Trenton was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect. The food was fresh and delicious, but his positive attitude truly made my visit unforgettable. If you’re stopping by this location, you’re in great hands with Trenton on the team. Highly recommend!
The food was good and hot. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was warm. I enjoyed everything about this dining experience!
Came in after church with some friends & the service was very swift and the food was great! Not to mention, the employees work hard to keep the dining area looking clean and presentable. I do not like using public restrooms because a lot of them lack cleanliness, but not this one! One of the cleanest public restrooms I’ve been inside of.
Raising Cane’s is awesome! Delicious, crispy chicken and friendly, welcoming staff. Always a great spot for a tasty meal!
I love Raising Canes, the bread is my favorite part of the meal. Don’t get me wrong the chicken is kickin too.
As always great food. Getting a bit pricey lately but still better than chick-fil-a
The service is always welcoming, they are quick with the meals, and the chicken is the best and the dipping sauce is my favorite 👌
It's just good food. If you like juicy chicken eat there!
I just ordered to go using the drive-through. I would like to compliment how fresh the food was. For it being just before midnight I was impressed by the urgency and food quality at that hour. Great job to the night crew! Also, special compliment to the girl working the drive-through. She was very warm and had great customer service! Thank you for a great experience!
“canes is such a fun place to go. The staff are super nice and make you feel welcome right away. The food is really good and there’s lots to choose from. I like the vibe there because it’s chill and perfect for hanging out with friends or family. Overall, it’s a solid spot if you want a relaxed place to eat and have fun.” (this was a while ago)
Came here because they gave out free kids meals as awards to elementary schools. The staff was super friendly, nice vibe, clean and well maintained dining area. Kiddo said the chicken and fries were good.
came in late but still received excellent service! one of the workers, jay, helped us out with no complaints when two of our combos were short a tender each. great way to end the night!! :)
I came inside on a busy Friday, and received my food in a timely manner. Lauren was friendly and took my order with a smile. Glad to have this experience here! Will be back!
Really love Raising Cane’s! The chicken is crispy and fresh, the Cane’s sauce is absolutely delicious. Fast service, friendly staff, and a clean restaurant. Been here many times and the quality is always consistent.
Chicken tenders were served reasonably hit but rather salty for my tastes. There was plenty of parking and their drive thru did a brisk business when I was there. Inside was reasonable clean but could use a remodel.
Messed up our order. But otherwise, the food was good, and the ordering process was smooth, almost Chick-fil-A like. Most fast food places need to take a page off of Chick-fil-A. They do a phenomenal job in customer service and speed. They also quickly correct any issues without a fuss.
Chicken is good but could stand to be cooked a lil longer. That way the chicken won't lose its crispiness!
I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to for this one. Raven was amazing! I came in to pick up my mobile order and it was supposed to be ready at 7p and it was already 7:15 and wasn’t ready. They were a little busy so I did wait until I could let them know that I was here for my order. The first girl I told she looked to see if it was ready but then said nothing after that so I kind of got annoyed after that but I believe she was training. I then waited a couple more minutes while they were taking other peoples orders and then Raven asked me if I needed anything and told her I had a mobile order to pickup she quickly apologized and told me it would be out shortly. When she gave my order she again apologized for the wait. She was just VERY efficient and had GREAT customer service! Wasn’t sure if she was a manager or not but if she isn’t she should be!
I ordered to eat in and my food was very delicious and hot in picture 1 well severed and then in picture 2 I ordered to go and barely got any fries and they gave me my older which was three of them and they were like sideways like they just threw it in the bag which I didn't appreciate it I paid $24 and they gave it to me like they threw it and another thing they need to do it and spicy ranch dressing for the chicken place was clean and nice there to go orders are bad.😤😡
Everything about this place is good. The atmosphere, the customer service, how clean the inside is, and the food. I only gave 4 stars because I feel that the food could have been hotter/fresher. To only have chicken strips and fries, it should be fairly easy to rotate the food. But I don't work in fast food, so who am I to really judge.
The food here is great but they sadly got my order wrong, I asked for the extra toast in both my box combo’s and only realized they didn’t swap them when I got home
Being coming here for years. Food is always tasty never had an issue with their taste unlike in other canes I had. There always a line here but it moves quickly. But the last year the food size has been inconsistent. Some days I get chicken finger instead of a tender as in super small, other times size is normal, and few times they are tiny but they provide an extra piece to compensate for small size. I love eating here but I started eating less often here because if this inconsistency. I noticed the issue is with all canes not only this particular one.
Chicken sandwich was amazing! When I first walked in I was a bit put off my the cashier who didn’t greet me but instead told me a man was walked in after me was next. I guess the guy had left something in his car and came back. Not a big deal but also not ok. I ordered my meal and a kids meal. Our total was $19. I really enjoyed the food. The fries aren’t the best. The place was clean but the tables could have been wiped down from the lunch rush. Other staff were very nice. I observed staff helping guest clear there trays.
This was by far my worst experience at this location. I frequent this location every Monday. The food was amazing as always. For the amount of customers in the dining area the lobby should have been spotless. You have staff just congregating around the front counter in the lobby area conversing very loudly.. The manager did come out to the lobby but only to converse with some other employees that were dining .
I’ve had mixed experiences with this location. While the food is fine (I’d rate it 4/5), the service has typically been ‘hit or miss’. Something will always been missing from my meals (especially when I order for more than one person) and the wait can be much longer than expected. I typically prefer to come here when it’s too late to eat anywhere else.
Everybody knows it's great chicken.. Im in the minority but I don't care for the Canes sauce. The only other option is ketchup. my only complaint is there could be more options. gravy, BBQ sauce, ECT. The tea is always fresh
Chicken strips were small and tasted pretty bland. You have to eat it with the sauce to make it somewhat good, which they give you very little of and charge more for extra. The Texas toast is not bad though and the portions of fries is decent. I think the place is pretty overrated given the reputation however.
Disappointing visit. Disorganized during short and Brisk late Lunch. Ridiculously limited Menu and overpriced for Basic Chicken Fingers and small-scale Fries. The Dipping Sauce is Fair and the Cole Slaw was wilted and bland. I ordered TWO of the Large "Combo" Meals with 4 Fingers. Taste is average, but the portions are way off. Nothing special about this Restaurant.
Line was wrapped all the way to ntb but it moved so quickly, I want to applaud the team that are outside coordinating the vehicles and the line! However, Coke was flat but it’s okay, we can’t always win.
This location is always hit or miss. I usually try to order ahead and beat the line in the drive-thru, but the last 2 times I've had to go in and get my order so this time I went through the drive-thru and received decent service, the bread was hard, but everything else was on point.
Kinda slow but it's ok since it was on a Sunday with chick being closed its for my daughter anyway I think they can improve on wait time
I’ve been to this location many times but now it seems the quality is going down hill. The fries are cold and undercooked and the bread was essentially just bread, not toasted at all. The chicken is mostly breading, very little chicken. It really is too bad. I once loved this place. I’d even wait in the very long drive thru line without complaint when the food was better!
It was a very bad experience at Pearland Cane’s today. We got there at 10:02am and they open at 10am. We waited 5 minutes while people were behind the counter before they came to take our order & 20minutes for our food. The lady in the kitchen said she liked to stare at customers as they waited for their food. While waiting a lady came in from the drive through because she had also been waiting a long time and when she got to the door she did not have ketchup. She said she asked for extra ketchup in the drive food. The lady behind the counter said well you grabbed the bag too fast. She then proceeded to argue with the customer and treated us rudely by asking “do you want ketchup too?” We were on a 30min break and spent 25 minutes waiting in food. Very disappointed in our experience. Do not put people in these roles that treat your customers badly.
The chicken and sauce always the best but the service is just zero 🌟 stars. They either forget to put something in my box or just have a bad attitude. I understand it's just mostly high school students or young people working but stank attitude. Every time!! My 9 yr old child said "mom why are they always rude". I have to keep reminding him some people just don't have common courtesy. 🤦♀️🤷♀️ Note: he loves this place and it's the closest to our home. I spend $30 every stop for a delicious meal with a bad attitude served.
I just don't know why people love this place They use absolutely ZERO seasoning on the chicken and that sauce is very unimpressive! If the had seasonings packets or different sauce options, it would be ok. No thanks, service was great however 👍🏾
Generally, the food comes out pretty quick and there are no issues, but the last three trips I have had at this location, there has been something wrong. I have to order the naked chicken strips for my wife and I, and ask for the toast to be substituted because of a sesame allergy, the last three trips our order has been delayed for at least 20 minutes, and then thing is, other people who have ordered naked chicken strips get their orders before we do, even after ordering after us. It's either they add in toast when we asked for it to be substituted, we get no extra sauce, the food is barely cold, etc. I've gone here from time to time for the past three years and it's just sad to see that in the last six months the quality has gone down.
Foods decent per usual but the last couple times i’ve come here they haven’t given me my extra sauce. That i payed for and given me the wrong drink im very disappointed
Went through Drive Thru and they got my order wrong. The girl taking the order was very unfriendly. Checked my order after I left the window and noticed my order was wrong so I had to go inside. I asked for the manager and a female came from the back where they fix the orders. She seemed to be in a hurry and didn't take anytime to hear me out or even apologize for my order being wrong. When I said something to her about how she was too concerned with getting back to the kitchen she seemed annoyed and just walk back to the kitchen, still no apology. I'll never come back here again. The service at this location has really dropped off in the past couple years.
The food is overpriced for the portions, and the wait times are unreasonably long. Despite the restaurant only having about six orders ahead, it took 15 minutes to get a kids' meal. The staff seemed to lack any sense of urgency to get orders out faster, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, items were missing from our order, and I had to ask for them. While I don’t plan to visit often, my daughter loves their sauce, so we might stop by occasionally.
The incompetency on this night is absurd. How do you get an order for a party tray and forget to include the sauces?! Like it’s canes sauce for the tenders. I knew I should’ve double checked the order. I don’t know why this is an issue. Maybe if the workers weren’t busy dancing to the loud music and instead focusing on making sure peoples orders are right then I wouldn’t have to drive back while my food gets cold to get sauces. To add to this they weren’t even apologetic for their mistakes. So ridiculous not sure how this location has 4.4 rating
lol. I ordered a caniac combo and the amount of fries I received should be illegal. And as others have said the tenders are ridiculously small. From the picture you might think I was nibbling on fries on the way home. I wish I could say I was, especially for $17. Unfortunate downfall of canes.
Man I love this place, I used to come here twice a week. But today I wanted to stop and grab some dinner for later. I ordered the Caniac combo. I was so disappointed to see the size of the strips I got (see pic). I do not recall them being that small. I was in uniform and in my patrol unit, so maybe someone was playing games. Still g9od food just what happened to the portions we used to get.
The food was excellent but the workers were rude and dismissive and very very unprofessional. Therefore the service was just above zero. The atmosphere was as most fast food sit-down areas, customary. However, we might go back but only because we were totally impressed with the food.
Worst rasing canes ever. Paid extra for lemonade and it was gross, ordered sweet tea and got unsweet, missing bread from one meal. But the staff taking to order was cool
It's been been a few months since I've been to a Cane's because of where I've been working there hasn't been any in the area I'm back in the Pearland area for the holidays and decided to get my daughter some french fries and of course Bobed bread. maybe things have changed, my four pieces of bobbed bread were crammed into a small little container the order of fries didn't even fill up the bottom of a little container. And what's up with the girl standing at the speaker? The whole idea of having someone outside is to help speed up the line by creating more cars from the order point to the window. If you're standing at the speaker that's pretty useless... It's frustrating when you're 10 ft away from the order taker and she can't walk over to your car. The staff of the window was friendly but it took a little while. The french fries were I don't know how to describe it very salty and definitely not the normal canes freeze I mean they were but they just weren't cooked right or something maybe the bread being crammed into the Container kind of run that whole thing. Needless to say next time I'm in town if I do choose to go to a Cane's and not a competitor it will not be this location. I do not recommend this location based on my experience at dozens of other locations across America. I've always had great experiences at Cane's I think this is the first one that was less than stellar. Now I'm going to have to go check another location out to see if it's chain-wide failure or just this location. Keep driving
Update: Only go here because kids like it, and it's exactly that, chicken sized for kids. It's really sad when your toast and fries are bigger than the main part of the meal. 03/24 ........ Good service, but as always, your chicken finger size varies. So sometimes you get 4 tiny chicken nuggets. You would think they would make up for that.
I’m highly disappointed it takes 50 times to call them and get no answer bro customer service was not all that great going in aswell and we are looking for a lost and found item 0 help at all constant calls and there’s a lot of people in there just blaint ignorance bro I’m calling them over 200 times and no one answers the phone like wth
Horrible service. The worker girl stated that they do not take drive-through mobile app and to use the curbside while I go and park in the curbside and sit there for 10 minutes. They never bring it in. I go inside and it’s sitting right there on the counter, what a freaking piece of crap place.
Came on June 14th at 12 am and was told they had no toast so us trying to be understanding asked for a few extra canes sauces in replace on the toast ( we ordered3 meals ) and was told we still had to pay for them. The price of A single piece of toast is the equivalent to the amount of sauces we asked for customer service is bad and they should be more cool about something that was their fault .
We always come to this location for years but today 6/21 at drive thru I spend 72$ so I can take anathema on my car with lemonade in top of that being rude the young lady and not even saying sorry and she close the window and all my drinks are hot with no ice like she bring it from her house, customer service is more important than of standing behind the cash register or stay home don’t work what a shame
Why did I have a 15+ minute wait for my 3 BOB toast?? I mean what was the reason I was asked to park in front, just to be in the way. I had to back in and then right when I became aware of the length of my wait and hopped back in the drive thru line. My order magically appeared. 🤔🤨🤨🤬. What happened to great customer service. Honestly, prices are skyrocketing and service is faltering. Then the loyalty program for a lot of "Fast" food is a scam. You'll spend $100 just for a 10$ freebie. 🤔🤔
What's happening with the food? It's not as good as it used to be. The chicken tenders are too small, there is also a very small amount of fries served, and the price has gone up! Very bad, Canes.
I don't know what all of the hype is about with this restaurant because it's just like the rest i.e. Crown Fried Chicken and more. In my opinion their food is worse than any other because the chicken was not seasoned well at all. It was also very dry and kept getting stuck in my throat. Lastly, the fries looked old and wrinkled not to mention had nothing on them No salt or nothing.
The chicken strips are not strips but chicken nuggets. I understand there is times where your at the last box of chicken and you prep what you got but my God. Two times in a row is enough that I had to leave a review. Plus, parking or even the drive thru is a mess to figure out at lunch time. Can't go in one direction because it's a one-way and cones are blocking entrance. Not Cool
This is my first bad experience at Canes which is unfortunate for this location. The restroom door had some sort of sticky substance that got all over my hand when I went in there. The automatic soap machine was inoperable. My ketchup packet had mold and my slice of bread tasted like it was past due. Picture of molded ketchup packet attached. Needless, to say, I won’t be back to this location. Pros: chicken and fries were fresh and well salted. Arnold Palmer was refreshing.
You'll only serve fries and chicken strips, and you can't do that! I ask for crispy fries and chicken 3 minutes longer, so it won't be wet, but yet , you can't seem to get it right! Too many kids wotk here that can't take an order or repeat properly!!! Smh
I went an order food, paid fot extra sauce and they always forget, and food was stale
My family and I eat at Cane's a lot and we always have issues at this location, but this time we got 3 Caniac Combos. When we get the food we open the boxes on the way home so the fries don't get soggy. When we opened the boxes and saw the chicken we were shocked how small the tenders were. They have been small before and when we informed the manager, he was thankful and wanted to give the feedback to the chicken vendor and compensated us. This time the tenders were comically small. Several of them were smaller than boneless wings. When I turned around and went into the restaurant, the manager was extremely defensive. I showed him the tenders and compared them to the ADVERTISED tender size, but he INSISTED that is the normal size of the tenders. After paying so much for some Chicken Mcnuggets, I was upset and I feel Cane's is no longer worth the cost. I hope they understand, when you charge premium prices for CHICKEN, the quality and size should be comparable. It is surprising to see the progression of this location. When they opened, the tenders were oversized and the Box was an actual decent meal. Now even a Caniac isn't feeding my three small children. We almost made Cane's a tradition, but now that has to end.
Worst canes ever I will be calling corporate on Monday the guy in the front had open containers of people food on the counter I did tell him about that my food was cold I asked for it to be made to order extra crispy I been up driving all day too exhausted to go back just trashed it or maybe I was just grossed out by the employee but the whole experience negative 10!!! Either way canes yall need to fix this!!
I was detailed with my order and stated I wanted box combo with nslxf and BOB toast, did they do that, NO. The line was long and I was tired and not to get my order the way I asked is disappointing. People need to listen on the intercom and do their job right. It’s the little details that matters to brighten up a customers day.
Update!!! SURELY, Two years later Cane’s has gotten it together and listened to people’s complaints, right? Wrong! They have only gotten more greedy. Smh. $12 later they fooled me again lol. I have never rooted for the downfall of a business but just know if I did, it would be Raising Canes! $12 for this meal is egregious. Shame on this level of corporate greed. The picture with the ketchup packet near the minuscule portion of fries is from 9/10/25 Ridiculous prices for the most disrespectful amounts of food! I gave up on Cane’s once before because the tenders are so tiny, but the way I just wasted my money is truly upsetting. The 3 finger combo is in a smaller container than I remember so of course you are going to get way less fries smh. The tenders were so small and the batter was falling off. I spent $23 on a “Box Combo” and a “3 Finger Combo” but it was hardly enough food for an adult in that 3 finger combo. For bland chicken that needs sauce to be good…I think I will be ok never eating Canes again. Oh and calling the customer service number on the receipt to leave feedback is a joke. I called several times and got a full voicemail box every time smh.
It’s too many kids at this location that do not care about customer service. I asked for extra crispy chicken and received wet soggy chicken. Then a manager told me that it was extra crispy while looking at it! Sooo if you want wet batter under the “crisp” go here otherwise stay far away. Need another location in Pearland Texas with competent workers.
Went in the drive thru and the customer service was good. However the amount of food was soo small. I had the smallest amount of chicken strips.I ordered a kids meal and they didn’t give me my meal. I’m happy I checked before I left so they gave me my kids meal. I won’t be here again. I can fix more food at home and the amount of money for the food isn’t worth it.
Just left here. Food has a funny taste like old chicken. Can’t eat this and don’t feel like driving back in that long line to get a refund. The fries especially have a weird taste and after taste which is odd considering it looks like it was barely cooked but in old chicken grease. When it’s good it’s good but this funny taste and old tasting chicken. I won’t be back. Not to mention the size of the strips has changed drastically. So tiny for the price! Never again.
