6-2-22 full, updated menu and prices. ~~~~ 12-26-22 The sincronizada was very big and filling ($11), as was the papa con carne (9), but the tiny mini, microscopic rather, quesadillas were not worth their price (7)... They didn't even come with beans or any sides like lettuce and/or avocadoes. I called them up to tell them everything was up to par and on point, but that the quesadillas were extremely small, and the server said she just works there. She didn't offer any kind of compensation, reimbursement, or apology. 😢

This place was awesome. Friendly staff over the phone and during pick up. Ordered for 2 and it was worth the money. Taste was really good and worth coming back for. I highly recommend it, will be visiting again next time.

Food is always popping here and the tacos have hella meat which is nice. You can't go wrong with this place and the papa asada is fire. The only thing is that they are stingy with the chips lol. But i would recommend 100%

I got an order of Tacos de Tripa media dorada con todo aparte and one with 2 bistec and 3 tripa super dorada with everything. The tripa is super good. They cooked them very well. Bistec is a bit basic. They lost 1 Star because we got the potatoe media con todo, late and cold. They did correct the problem and we got a hot potatoe after. They also use very cheap aluminum foil. I almost ate a piece.

load tacos , the meat had a good taste above a average, excellent hours , I do recommend for people to come here and eat tacos 🌮. the tacos were on the colder side.

Beans were really good, had a nice kick! Green salsa is super good too! Tacos are a little to greasy for my taste but the meat was flavorful. Staff was super excellent!

First time customers, my daughter and I shared our food. The cost was a tad on the high end. We normally dine at a taqueria in weslaco but moved to mcallen and this place was pretty good. There is a nice variety of items. The employees clean up the tables right away and the staff is polite. The food was pretty good. Nice portion size, the potato cheese was not fully melted on the inside so we had a hard time mixing it all together but other than that it was alright.

This place is pretty great, the small menu is actually great in my opinion since that means they stick to what they know and nothing else. Though i will admit the hotdogs might be there for the sake of variety since i do not see them as something i would write home about. The tacos are amazing!! And the complimentary beans are great too, the cheese low carb taco is very well made and a very good option for those living that lifestyle. Great restaurant overall and the only cons would possibly be the facilities being a bit outdated and dirty looking and the hotdogs just not being stellar. Though that is just nitpicking.

The service (ticket 592)was good but the tacos lack in flavor. The salsas are very tasty and they 3 different kinds and the saving grace of the tacos. The taco meat was Luke warm, definitely no seasoning on the meat what so ever. Kinda looked like potted meat(consistency). I asked for no grilled onions and was served a healthy portion of grilled onions and no raw onions. I had ordered 2 orders to go and didn’t see it until I got home. I paid for 2 orders of tacos and came out to 29$ I don’t see the value. They are open is a good thing, just don’t see the hype. If you have to and out and about late at night this might be a place for you. Or if you don’t mind unseasoned this might be a spot for you.

I'm a taco connoisseur and I can tell you that the tacos here are not good. I tried the bistec and they were too oily, the flavor was okay, but you could tell the quality wasn't there. The beans were good. I can't complain on the service, they were attentive.

The meat had a lot of fat and nerves, it was unseasoned and unflavored and it didn’t taste good. We waited for about 30 minutes or more for our order as well. Maybe I’ll give them another chance someday but I would not eat here again anytime soon.

This place use to be good not anymore. Ordered 3 orders of bistec tacos they took forever to give us our order with no customers. The food was nasty it tasted expired. The meat was just pure fat and nerves. I will never come again they lost a loyal customer.

I ordered bistec tacos, waited patiently and I was given stale chips so I just decided to wait for my food and I noticed the meat wasn’t even hot before eating it. I touched it and it felt like it sat there for a while cold. The only thing that felt hot was the tortillas so I sat there for 5 mins looking at it and I decided to eat it since I was very hungry and hadn’t ate since early morning. I was the only customer when I had arrived and left…. Won’t be here for awhile
