I come to this deli daily and the customer service here is amazing. The cook always makes sure to make whatever I order very carefully and with love. The young man at the front with the braces is very polite and always makes sure to take care of me and others. Best deli in NYC. I recommend everyone visit here if you are in NYC. The food here is also some of the best I’ve ever tasted and has reasonable prices. Columbia deli is the number 1 deli in NYC.

This is one of the cleanest deli’s in the area. The young man at the register is polite and doesn’t give an attitude when asking for a receipt, unlike other places in the area that act as if it’s a huge inconvenience. I always order sandwiches from here because the hero and rolls are fresh and I enjoy them very much.

This Deli is clean the people who work there are respectful. The make the best Chicken wraps to the customers satisfaction. They have all the snacks and all kinds. They even have hot food buffets. So far I have NO complaints.

The staff is friendly and always greet you with a smile. My mother went in a few times in one week for their chicken salad while she was visiting. Also, their COFFEE!?!?! The perfect start to your day! It wakes me up and tastes lovely!

Nice, clean store with friendly employees and great food! The food in the hot station was delicious and I spend under $10 for it. Can't wait to come back for lunch!!

Overall good experience, but I just don't love when delis use hot dog 🌭 meat as the sausage in a sausage, egg 🍳 & cheese. This one was OK, though.

At first glance, the store looks great. There's a lot of options for food, chips, drinks, etc. I had an amazing, freshly squizzed juice, tasted supper great. But as I was looking at their fruits, I was originally going to use Mango, but the cut-up fruit was old, so I changed my order. I also had a Philly cheesesteak for myself and a chicken cutlet sandwich for my boyfriend. The sandwiches were not tasty at all, but we were hungry, so we finished it. We shouldn't have. I woke up with the worst stomach pain ever, and now i can't stay away from the bathroom. My boyfriend has the same symptoms, too. We didn't eat anything else after, so we know it was the sandwiches. The only reason I'm leaving a 2 star is because the fresh juice was good. But their fruits were bad, and so were the sandwiches.

I ordered from them, my order never arrived, so I had to cancel. Then they called me saying that they delivered my order, and after I told them that it never arrived, they hung up.... just say you Gabe it to the wrong person, we make mistakes, buy don't get mad because someone canceled their order from you, after your poor handling of someone's order. Play with yourselves, not I. . P.S: I never had a problem with this store until now.

I noticed when I buy a black iced coffee.I have no issue with the all the male working there good guys. But with the females in the morning, twice different days. both females charged me $3. The shorter female and taller light skin female. Didn't give my change until I asked for it. Just letting. Food and coffee excellent, but service with the both females employee in the morning Bad.

This place is terrible. Don’t spend your money here. Not only did they undercook my fries but I ordered a beyond burger and they sent me a regular beef patty. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this. And every time they simply do not care to change their system. Apparently their “iPad” that sent the vegan orders isn’t working or isn’t working correctly for Grubhub. So instead of doing their research and see that a Beyond Burger is not a regular burger, they assume and send me a beef burger. Insane because we spend so much more money to eat vegan for them not to care enough to check. Eat somewhere else if you can. They told they that it’s okay if they have my business or not 🤷🏽‍♀️
