I enjoyed this place! I went here for an early Saturday lunch with a friend. I got the Cali Gold BBQ Bacon Sandwich w/ fries and the sauce trio. The sandwich was tasty! The fries were decent - I felt that they were seasoned well but could have been crispier. The sauces were all good too, and they have a lot you can choose from. The service here definitely exceeded my expectations! They didn’t have one of the sauces in the trio that I ordered, so they let me choose a different sauce and added an additional one on top of that. And the manager came to check in on us and let us try their house-made drinks and gave us cookies. I would recommend the Berry Bliss Lemonade and also the chocolate chip cookies. I would come back here!

One of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever eaten. Served hot and fresh, with perfect amount of batter flavor and crispiness. Slaw was extremely flavorful, perfectly proportioned, and not too full of mayo/sauce. Buns were light and fresh. And size of sando was perfect--not overdone or too large. Also had some of the chicken nuggets. They put others to shame as they were good-sized, real, and again, served hot, with perfect batter texture. All sauces were outstanding as well, esp the House sauce. And 5 stars for service as they brought my order to me, without hesitation. My new go-to fried chicken sando destination.

We visited the Fairfax location today. The Bahn Mi tenders perfect. I love the Thai Iced Tea. The staff is so nice. This location is so clean. You can feel the love and hard work. I forgot the supervisor's name but she brought our food to the table. It was a nice touch for service. Thank you for the nice experience! See you next time.

I ate frequently in my time in SF so I was incredibly excited to find one semi-close to me! I come as often as I can and it’s always amazing. Customer Service always goes above and beyond. Never have complaints coming here always love it here

Food is always great. Served fast and never had a problem until this week. Picked up a large order for our office lunch, but when I returned to the office and check the food, we were missing 3 orders of fries and a 4 piece chicken tender. A little frustrated to be missing that many items, but after reaching out to the restaurant, Octavia was able to help and really went above and beyond. She's definitely a major reason to continue eating at this location.

I love this place. It’s affordable, delicious, and healthy alternative to the other places I’ll grab a quick bite to eat. The staff is always friendly Octavia and George are patient and very helpful when I have an issue w/ my online order. The sizes are the salads are huge and I love that they DO send out discounts or promotions! I need to try other items on the menu but my friend LOVED the fingers. I love the Elote Salad. I always get the lemonade but I tried the mango green tea and NOW that’s my favorite drink. The ease of the kiosk helps keep the line moving. This past is located 4 miles from where I live but have I head home, I come here first, grab a healthy bite to eat and then head south back down LaBrea to home.

Firstly, staff was very friendly and welcoming. Secondly, the chicken sandwich was awesome, breading was super crispy and flavorful. Truffle fries were fresh and the Parmesan was exceptional. Lastly, the lemonade was the perfect to wash it down with. Will be back

I am obsessed with this chicken spot. Everything is made really fresh and I can definitely tell that the food is never frozen. You get really good service here as well and I really love the fact that you can just order on the app and the food is ready super quickly every single time. This place is celiac approved! My wife has celiac disease “gluten free” so thats all we try to find. The chicken tenders are juicy and crispy ! Absolutely Delicious. I was here at the opening and a few times after. I’ve enjoyed the experience and service each time. The Nashville fries and chicken parm sandwich are my favorites! Octavia is very sweet. She’s very warm, I saw a customer (probably no more than 10 years old) go out of her way to say hi and talk to her. It was really sweet to see. Octavia gave my husband and i different sauces to try and a cookie to go. It was great service, it’s these moments that make living in LA feel like home 🥰

Tonight I was assisted by Orlando and his customer service was Fantastic. He was cooking and came around to answer my questions and help me out. I did not feel ignored. Our interaction lifted my spirits. He was engaging with all the customers in a feel good way. His kind of attitude is what you want to run into after you have worked 💪🏽 a hard day and just want to eat. This is my new neighbor spot. The Chicken and sauces are fire 🔥 too

Been going here ever since it opened and every time I head to the Beverly Cinema, I always try to stop by this place to get something amazing to eat! Their Salads are my favorite thing on the menu because they fill you up with so much but Also are very good for you. Honestly, this place would be getting 5 stars if they hadn’t gotten rid of their best chicken sandwich, the Seoul chicken. That was heaven. The other sandwiches are good, but don’t compare.

Overall, I'd give it a 3.5, but rounding up to a 4. Decided to give the new chicken place in the area a try. We ordered the Indian Hotbird sandwich and tender box because I usually find standard chicken sandwiches boring and lacking flavor. We also ordered brussel sprouts and fries. The home fries were sad. If I can't eat your fry standalone without dipping it in sauce, leave it off the menu I say. The brussel sprouts on the other hand was full of flavor, enhanced by the saracha aioli sauce. The chicken by itself was your average chicken, but the "Indian" flavoring did enhance the flavor and added a bit of spice. It wasn't as juicy as the picture. The saracha aioli was the star! We ordered using the self service monitor, food was prepared timely, and the person working the front was friendly.

I usually like Starbird Chicken—it’s always a go-to for me when traveling. This time I tried the Chicken Chop and was a bit disappointed. The chicken itself was good, but the rest wasn’t really worth it. The salad greens were very large and took up most of the bowl, the cheese was minimal and charged extra, and the chipotle lime dressing wasn’t for me. I didn’t realize how sweet it was, but it’s very sweet. That said, I’ll still be back. Next time I’ll stick to my usual chicken strips and fries.

Overall, I'd give it a 3.5, but rounding up to a 4. Decided to give the new chicken place in the area a try. We ordered the Indian Hotbird sandwich and tender box because I usually find standard chicken sandwiches boring and lacking flavor. We also ordered brussel sprouts and fries. The home fries were sad. If I can't eat your fry standalone without dipping it in sauce, leave it off the menu I say. The brussel sprouts on the other hand was full of flavor, enhanced by the saracha aioli sauce. The chicken by itself was your average chicken, but the "Indian" flavoring did enhance the flavor and added a bit of spice. It wasn't as juicy as the picture. The saracha aioli was the star! We ordered using the self service monitor, food was prepared timely, and the person working the front was friendly.

Another chicken strips and chicken sandwich place. Better than raising canes in my opinion. Also offer salads. No Coke or Pepsi products for drinks. Pink pineapple drink is very good though!

Ordered gardenbird chicken sandwich with coleslaw and drink for $22. Mediocre sandwich and not fresh salad. Both restrooms were dirty.

Well, Mary (an employee) is certainly fabulous as is Raoul. Were it not for them, I would never come back and this is why. The food is okay, but the portions are tiny and far too expensive. This is my neighborhood so I suppose if I were starving for a quick bite, because of Mary and Raoul I'd stop by. It's very pretty, but when it comes to food, I'll take substance over style any day of the week😃

I just left this location and got home only to find pickles in my sandwich. I have an allergic reaction to pickles. When someone ask you not to add something to the meal, it must be for a reason. It’s unfathomable that you would make an error like this.

The food is good, but the staff is aloof. When I approach the counter it often takes a long time before an employee even notices me and every time I’ve called the store to note a serious food allergy, that I know they can accommodate if they’re given a note, I never receive an answer.

It’s kinda going down hill fast. It started out good but slowly getting bad. I was happy about this place but after getting my wings today I wasn’t happy! They taste like old and freezer burn wings as if you had them in a freezer without covered and cooked them. I was really hungry to. Not a good look!

Wanted to try this place for a long time. It was good, but not worth the $21 I spent for one meal. Service from a kiosk and no staff interaction. I left hungry and won't return.

This place looks very fensy and good but the chicken was way too salty . I got 2 different flavor chicken n both too salty . Can't even finish eat I want to get my money back so bad This place need to konw how to cook before open the store Needs lots of improvement also the sauce was bad too specially korean seoul sauce was horrible I don't know why they named sauce like that Korean sauce in korean restaurant is very good not like here at all

I haven't been this sick since traveling through the back roads in Mexico. Stake af fries, idk how they got the wings to taste so chemically. I was in a bit of a rush having difficulties with the touch screen menu while employees were just starting at me looking annoyed that they had to work. To top it off the machine prompts for a tip. I only deen it appropriate that I write this review from the John as I sit on the throne with food poisoning. Do better. FML

Just awful. If you only have one thing that you make (friend chicken) it better be amazing. I got the chicken nugget bites and they were the driest, toughest pieces of fried chicken I’ve ever had. I couldn’t even finish them. My husband got the sandwich, he said the chicken was more moist but had no flavor. Such a disappointment.

Was so salty and asked for a new sandwich with no salt. The manager came out and said “we don’t add salt, that’s our recipe”! Would have gladly just eaten it with some extra lettuce to mask the salt but because the manager was so dismissive I just asked for a refund. Such a shame I would have come here everyday probably. I really appreciate that it’s organic.

Food was good. The down fall was the Cashier was extremely rude tried to tell me I didn't pay for a small beverage when it was on my receipt

We went to this place every week for a couple of months, since it is near one of our kid's activities, but the last time we went, we got take out and were missing an order of fries. I sent a message through the website and also called the store and left a message asking for just a refund for just the fries that were missing. No answer. Will not return.
