Make sure to download their app to maximize your rewards. Greens are a challenge to incorporate into any diet. This really helps fix that need to get fresh veggies in. Avoid the pea protein, agave, and anything too sweet, just my .02 for a healthier drink. Maximize the micro nutrients with as many greens as you can handle!! I don’t believe in the detox concept, but I do believe in getting as many vegetables into your body as often as possible!

When we moved to the area, we visited a few different juice bars and even though there are more on my list to try, so far, Nektar has been the best. The staff, the juices, and smoothies that my son and I have tried so far have been excellent. They are flavorful and the balance of veggies and/or fruits is so spot on. They also make any off the menu drink creation you want. Our favorite is making a peanut butter jelly smoothie with strawberries, banana, peanut or almond butter, a little honey, and coconut milk. It's so good! Super impressed by this place.

I love their juices, smoothies and bowls. I typically use the ap to order and pay for my order so I don't have to stand in line. My order is typically ready within 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, quality ingredients, delicious drinks. I recommend adding beets to the Toxin Flush! Like any juice bar, you have to wait a bit for your drink, but that's how you know it's fresh. Don't complain, it is worth the wait.

This store was not crowded at the time of my visit. The gal was polite and took my order quickly. The toxin flush is one of my favorite and it was prepared fast and tasted delicious.

Chunky smoothies. Mostly frozen fruits for their berries and bananas, not exactly fresh. Unles you consider “fresh-frozen” fresh. Snacks available are full of cane sugar, canola oil, milk powder etc... Staff is pretty indifferent towards customers. Atmosphere is pretty unappealing, cold, loud, grey. They choose to use agave syrup instead of dates to sweeten the smoothies. Could be a much healthier place, prettier, a lot of potential. If you’re here to get a healthy drink apple, beat, spinach, ginger, those tend to be fresh.

I myself have a RBF but I try my best to at least say hi to all my customers as they walk in. Like dang girl, at least say hi back.

I went up to the counter to tell them I thought that was mine and the girl working behind the counter was extremely rude and upset that she had to make another bowl. So I said it was fine, I'll just take whatever she was making already. She never apologized or thanked me for making her life a little easier 😆 some people. 😅

I got there and still had to wait another 15 minutes for my order! Then realized my order was made wrong, and the ginger shots had nothing but ginger. I wished someone would start a new smoothie/ bowl / buz. The owners have taken a backseat to so much, its a bummer.

Terrible service. Took quite a while to even order our food and it wasn't crowded. Then after we order it takes another 10 minutes to get our order, and they also forgot to make one of our smoothies. Would not recommend this location if you expect to get your order in a decent time.

I went in today and no one was wearing masks. I politely asked both girls working if they could put on a masks seeing as how we're in a global pandemic that's killed 180k. She told me that I was crazy and that the masks has holes on the side and that it doesn't do anything. I was shocked and saddened seeing as how my mom has RA and is at high risk. I then called the owner and the owner told me that "everyone has their own opinions" I will never ever go back to any Nekter after that. I was amazed at how a place like that could treat someone especially during a global pandemic

I thought the employees were extremely rude when they asked me to leave because I wasn't wearing a face mask even after I explained to them that my doctor recommended that I not wear one due to my health challenge and disability. I've been going to nekter juice for years sometimes daily, but you've lost my business, I will never go to the store again!

Very rude customer service. I’ve been coming here a few times, and not once has any employee greeted me or made me feel welcome. Every visit, I’m met with attitude, and it genuinely feels like customers are a nuisance to them. Unfortunately, this isn’t just one person. Every employee I’ve encountered is the same way, which tells me the management isn’t setting the right tone. The manager himself acts this way, so it makes sense the staff follows. I’ve given this place many chances, but the customer service has consistently been bad. I won’t be returning. Please train your staff better. a simple hello goes a long way.

Forgot one of the bowls. Had to go all the way back only for me to get the incorrect bowl. Didn’t have the heart to try and get the correct one. Never again…

It's no surprise that everything at Nekter is incredible, hence why I LOVE going there! But while every other Nekter I've been to gets my order ready in less than 5-10 minutes, the Dana Point location doesn't quite match up in terms of efficiency. I have been to this Nekter probably 5 times, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been there, there are very few customers and I still find myself waiting a minimum of 20-30 minutes for my order. At this location, the counter/work area is very open, and it legitimately doesn't even seem like they try to get your order to you quickly. Instead, a couple of my friends and I watched two workers make drinks/ bowls for people who had seemingly been there several minutes before we walked in incredibly leisurely and slowly with ZERO regard for time. I have always gone there with the hope that maybe I got caught on slow days previously and the service they provide will actually be done efficiently, but I have never been so thoroughly disappointed by an establishment that I have had to compose a negative review about it. If you don't mind the wait time because you're simply relaxing and hanging out with friends, then I'm sure this is not a bother whatsoever. But for people who expect a certain quality of service, especially if they have somewhere to go, for your own good, do not come to this location. For the benefit of its customers, I truly hope this location improves its services in the future.

My husband returned to the store to see the girl working there on her cell phone ignoring the phone ringing. Horrible service and a waste of $20.
