Pico de Gallo burger very good. Very nice and courteous. Mockingbird and Navarro location has my business unlike the rude ones at the one in front of Walmart. Went there a few minutes before nine when they close and they had the doors locked early for dine in. I tapped on the door and showed a girl there that it was before nine and she acted like she went back to ask the manager and just hid around the corner til I walked off mad. Won't go back there. There were still people dining inside. They could have at least spoke with me instead of being a chicken sh**. That location has never been a good one.
Great place to dine at. Does get busy quite often so waits may take longer depending on how busy it gets
Great food... Im not a fan of mustard. So I get mine made special, grilled onion, with thousand island, toasted, all the veggies. Real good. This visit they messed up the order but they made it correct and I stuffed and satisfied. Thank you!
Had a great experience with the drive thru staff at this Whataburger! The sweet and spicy bacon burger is my new favorite, next to the monterey melt! I got in and out of this drive thru like nobody's business. The lady at the window was incredibly professional and even threw in a few extra creams and sugar for my coffee, which I apparently needed after all! Good job Whataburger team at this location!
One of the best Whataburgers in the state. Always consistent and good service, I don’t mind they take their time since food is fresh and tasty. Can’t go wrong with my usual #10 with onion rings
I am not someone to wrtie reviews but this was the worst service that I have ever received. We ordered our food and recived it at the window. The lady shut the window before I could ask for picante sauce and catsup. I sat at the wind for another 5 minues as people looked at me and walked off. I started to honk my horn and finally another lady oped the window. I askss for my condaments and she said I can get you catups but we dont have any pixante. She then slammed the window and walked off. She came back with a handful (way more than any normal person would use) and put them in mt hand and slammed the window. These people are so rude! Work somewhere else if you dislike your job so much. Y'all do not need to be in any type of customer service. My boss would fire me if I acted like tbat.
Restaurant was clean, and service was great. They are out of ketchup but they offered other options and work hard to make sure we enjoyed our meal. We were there on a Sunday at 2 pm.
Whataburger is one of the best fast food places in town! You wait a little longer, but the end product is definitely worth it, as far as quality goes. Every fast food place makes mistakes- it's how you deal with them when they arise; and they go above and beyond. A+
This was my first visit to a Whataburger located in any part of Texas other than the Western part. I ordered a breakfast sandwich. That was another first for me. Before my visit to this particular location, I’d always ordered burgers and/or milkshakes. My sandwich was very good. I’d definitely recommend it and order it again the next time I’m there firing breakfast hours.
I love this place, especially their rewards program. That’s honestly the main reason I eat here other than the fresh and great tasting food.
I'm a Texas girl! What's not to love about Whataburger(water-burger lol)? This is by far the best location in Victoria! Nice and friendly staff outstanding customer service. Timely service, and they give you more than 2 ketchup! They ask how many you would like😉. Oh, and the cleanest location! If ever you are in Victoria and want good Whataburger, this is the best location!!
I used to pass this location every day before our office changed locations. I would get breakfast here a lot. This specific location is just about what you'd expect from a typical Whataburger experience. I never had any issues at all with my food or the service.
My drive through order for 3 was perfect, All 3 meals were special orders and we were all happy to have our burger just the way we like it! Thank you for a great dinner
Felt in the mood to have a burger but didn't want the golden arches. First time having Whataburger and I'd gladly come back! The food is good and can't wait to try more of what's on the menu. Staff and atmosphere was very nice and friendly, it's refreshing to hear staff getting along and having a good time while working, especially in the fast food industry. I hope the location in my town is just as good!
Maybe it was that we were on the way home from a fishing vacation, but this #8 with cheese was particularly beefy and flavorful. The fries were hot and perfectly salted.
The BBQ chicken strip Texas toast sandwich is my go to here. I know it's a burger joint but that sammie is ALWAYS delicious!
Wanted a good burger for dinner, there wasn't a long line at the drive through so we decided to stop, the service was quick and friendly and the food was delicious, definitely recommend this location.
The food was fast, hot, and fresh. The order was right and the bathroom was clean. Overall a winner.

I’ve recently moved down here from Houston . Stopped here Really quick to grab something to eat and talk to the employees about the city. Barrett was very friendly and greeted me at the door & went out his way to inform me about the food stops & clubs. I have some food allergies so he let his people know To make sure my food doesn’t touch onions or has onions on it. He got my food ready and had a friendly conversation with me. The people at the store are super friendly and understanding of health issues. Going above and beyond with being a friendly community. The restaurant was cleaned basically spotless inside and out. Didn’t spend more than three minutes to order and got my food hot and fresh five minutes after. I highly recommend the HONEY BARBECUE OR BUFFALO RANCH CHICKEN STRIP SANDWICH . Very family friendly and wheelchair accessible
I really wanted to compliment them for how helpful they are. I ordered a spicy burger by mistake (I didn't know it had chipotle sauce) and I can't tolerate spicy food. The server understood and replaced my burger with no charge. Errika had a good personality and worked hard to help all the customers, even when there was a lot going on. My sister and I had a great experience at this location.
this location is the best whataburger in town. i go on my lunch breaks from work and they always get my order right and are always so nice even writing notes on my bags from time to time. the food always tastes amazing and they are genuinely so so nice here.
The worker taking our order was digging in his ear and didn't wash his hands between tasks. But otherwise a good place to eat, clean dining room, great food.
Came to this location this morning for pickup and was very impressed. The female manager helped me and even made my drink for me. The order was all correct, and the tall gentleman taking orders in the back even smiled and acknowledged people in the front. I had a really pleasant experience here to start my day.
The service was fast and the food was fresh. Every time I visit this location my order is always correct. It's my favorite place to grab a quick bite late at night.
Asked for mayo on both sides. Barely had mayo on one side. It's too dry without the extra mayo. They had no napkins with order and the dispenser was almost empty. Workers were nice.

Frequent this place and have always had a good experience. Whataburger good Burgers and friendly service. I like this one because it’s not as busy as some at the big intersections or in busier parts of town. You have some peace and quiet and some space to yourself. Not like some of the jam packed ones in town at lunch. This one gets my most visits!
Meghan here is simply one of the best customer service representatives and she will go out of her way to make you feel welcomed and will personally deliver your meal with a smile. She made my environment enjoyable. I'm very pleased with the way management trains there employees here. The burgers here are always fresh and delicious. Orders are made precise and accurate.
Honey BBQ chicken sandwich was really good fries were fresh Tables and restaurant in general was not clean. My table was sticky. Wasn't busy either so someone could have be cleaning tables
Aside from occasionally getting part of an order wrong, this location is always clean and service is quick. Darrel is very friendly and tries his best to ensure each customer is satisfied which always makes the experience THAT much better.
Whataburger is always the GoTo when everywhere else is closed. Sometimes depending on the time you may have to wait a little. For the most part quality food at a good price with outstanding Customer service!
The burger and onion rings were awesome, the only thing was the dining area was a little bit dirty and just had a bit of, I really hope behind the counter isn't the same. But they sure make a good burger.
The service was slow...it usually is...but the food was prepared properly and tasted good. I got three taquitos. They were decently sized. The person I got them for only needed half of what they expected. The staff was also very polite especially considering it was 3am at the time.
I think the beef is a rather thin for a burger and I don't care for diced onions... but the flavor is better than McD. the onion rings are fresh and right texture without a heavy greasy regret after I over endulge. the location has regulars who come here almost daily in the morning. the staff are friendly and helpful.
Ok, I'll be honest. I'm not sure I've ate here. But I did come to this Whataburger 2 times to use the restroom. Restrooms were clean, hot water was hot, anddd it's a private stale with a dead bolt lock to go with it. Employees didn't say a word. Leave it better than you found it guys. Don't ruin it for everyone. Peace, love, and Whataburger!
Burger was great but the fries were God awful and a few were still near frozen. The shake was not mixed properly and clumps of the flavor made it too frustratingly sweet to drink.

The crew that was there the old man was very rude and argued with me the one taking orders said "I can't do that I'll lose my job" the grill runner doesn't pay attention then gets mad that hr did it wrong when confronted

Your managers need to focus on keeping the Dining Room Floor clean and Stop allowing employees to mop your floors with greasy mops and need to use clean hot water. Otherwise if they continue to mop the way they've been doing your managers are creating a Liability if someone slips and falls to include someone needs to be vigilant of keeping that dining room clean. Its my understanding you folks Do Not give Disabled Veterans Discounts because as one of your pompous managers conveyed to me one day that Whataburger gives to Veterans Organizations well those Organizations did not serve my time in service nor do those organizations do anything for me. So it would be advantageous for Veterans to receive Discounts on a personal basis because those organizations you folks give to Do Nothing for me but for themselves. I sincerely hope you will share with me as to who you folks give money to because they sure aren't sharing it with me and again those organizations were not behind the trigger like myself and I would very much like to just experience all Discounts at the personal level. If I Do Not Here from You Folks perhaps I will notify Veterans Organizations to inform All Veterans and their families and friends to Boycott Whataburger because at the point and time it seems Whataburger is just all about the money under My Flag I spilled my blood for so you can conduct business in the America I and fellow Veterans Defended
The kids were playing around with the drink cups, touching all over them as well as the lids. It took 25 minutes in the drive through for 2 cars in lane and 2 occupied tables inside. Next time, I'll choose another Whataburger! Geesh
All I had was a chocolate shake. It tasted fine, but was watery. The hamburgers in the past have not lived up to the standards I expect from the restaurant. I have started going to DQ for my burgers.
Ask for lemon packet's for my tea and was told they don't carry them. Our order was delivered with missing food item's. Fries were not hot however my fried chicken sandwich was good.
Go for their chicken fajita tacos. Been eating them since before they were on their menu. ...Had coffee today in Victoria, TX, it was terrible. No amt of cream & sugarcoat save it. Sausage taquito w cheese ok for breakfast.
The food here is mostly good, I only gave 1 star because the burger I got was jot good. It was the new Bacon Steak Burger. All the other regular food is good. Service is good and the staff is pretty courtious. But it is always so cold in there. That's about the only thing g I personally don't care for but with all the fryers and grills, I suppose it has to be kept cold.

The lady at the drive thru past midnight was amazing she was friendly and had a smile, she deserves credit especially dealing with all the drunk hungry bar hoppers.... one of the best employees at that site

Horrible experience in drive thru. Waited over 30 min. No communication of the pro blem. Just ask to wait a minute and no response. Arrived about 10:30 am finally got served after 11:05. I had wanted breakfast. So of course I was told I was too late since it was after 11:00. I explained I had been waiting patiently 30 min. 3-4 cars had already drove off. Got I am sorry and my breakfast. Poor service.
The hamburgers were so dry it was hard to swallow. The French fries were limp, more like they had been under baked than fried. Very disappointed. 45$ for 3 people to eat and the meals were really substandard.
The food at this place used to be really good. I have been twice, and each time, the food was heavily flavored with cumin spice. I did not enjoy it.
I ordered the #11 and asked to substitute MUSTARD for the Whatasauce. I sent it back and clarified MUSTARD. When I received the sandwich, it had MUSTARD but no lettuce, tomato or pickles. I send it back a third time AND THEY STILL FOT IT WRONG!! The staff at this restaurant need to understand that diners stop here for fast food because of a short lunch hour or some other time crunch and they don’t have time to sit there and reorder and should NOT have to pay for food not done as they like it!! I spoke with the manager and she finally got it right. My wife and I were the ONLY diners in the restaurant at that time.
Honestly showed up fairly early. 2 people in line before me. Took at least 20 minutes to get to the window and then another 10 or 15 to get my food. Only item that was good was the egg on my breakfast sandwich. Potato wedges were lukewarm at best and my chicken strip was sandbagged.
Im usually not one to leave a review but today I will. The restaurant felt not so clean. My burger and my sons burger was cold. I almost wanted to ask for a remake but I didn’t want to ask for another burger and get an extra ingredient. There were also flys just buzzing on the windows.
There should be a sign that indicates if you order chicken, don’t be in a hurry because it took 30 minutes to get our food. They had us pull up and car after car pulled around us with their orders which leads me to think they forgot about us. I made the fatal error of opening the side door to check on our order and was told that’s not allowed to open that door. She said chicken takes a minute then she came outside and said she was putting in free pies because of our trouble. She should have said pie. One free pie. For two people. For a wait longer than it should have been and rude service.
Noone there to take my order. Only after a previous customer came back in from her car to complain that they had left chrese off her burger and hollared for help dis soneone come forward. After they helped her noone offered to take my order. I had to ask themto take my order as they walked to the back. My change included some pennies which they short changed me. This was the 2nd time they did that. There was some very loud discussion in the back which sounded like arguing. I could not see who it was but the loud ones were women. This was around 3pm at 4302 Navarro, Victoria.
I ordered delivery and didn’t get my Diet Coke or extra sauce. When I asked they did send it back to me but they gave me regular coke and the coffee I asked for didn’t have caramel or the sweet foam I asked for as well. I wouldn’t recommend ordering through the app they never get it right.
We ordered online by app, when we get to the store, we parked at the curbside space. Nobody came out. My wife went to the locked door and they waved her around to the drive thru. If I wanted to sit in a line that was seven cars long I wouldn't have ordered online. While waiting, they had an employee power washing the dive thru lane right next to our truck. This was strike two. If my truck was freshly detailed I would have been more kisses that I was. They water and wherever soap they were using is now all over the glass and paint of my truck. I won't be going back to this establishment.
Wow this place needs a real revamp. I stood at the register with none in line and Noone in the Drive thru and watched 4 employees just stand around and the fifth was sweeping behind the counter...The manager came out the office to help me..
Since closing the lobby after 11pm every day, it takes me 30-45 min just to get to the window to pay. They do one person at a time even w/ full crew and finally put a good attitude employee at the dt window..
our entire order was wrong while we were taking back our order. There was someone else taking back some dressing that was expired the cashier joked about being shut down.
Ordered delivery, nobody ever showed up, stayed hungry, also never got my money back. I used to eat Whataburger all the time and never expected this kind of failure from them! Ever since that delivery incident and the failure of the website to return my email, i stopped eating Whataburger. Also got stuck here in this location one day when my ride had an emergency and my phone died, and the manager refused to help when i asked if i could use the phone. Cold mean people.
I ordered a burger double meat, no onions, no cheese, mayonnaise, lettuce,tomatoes, and pickles. L, French fries and a L,drink. When I got home the burger it had meat and cheese only. I called back to complain. They said to come back the next day so I did. The burger barely had any lettuce. About the 6th time it happened.
Lady at the window was very rude. Asked to confirm our order. Didnt hear us the first time and went "Yes or no" in a rude tone after we had answered her nicely. In addition, I asked for extra onion rings in addition to the fries that came with the meal. My receipt shows an order of fries and onion rings, but they still got the order wrong and only gave me onion rings. Didnt appreciate the attitude at the window, and what do I have to say to get my order right? There always seems to be confusion when I ask for onion rings in addition to my fries. They keep thinking Im choosing onion rings instead of fries!! No store number or survey code on the receipt from drive thru.
I acknowledge that this location was busy last night. Ordered a No. 7 meal with Jalapenos. Received my No. 7 with NO meat. Got all the way home to find this out. Guess I'll have to check all orders before I leave the location.
Food was terrible...I got a plain and dry chz burger to discover the patty was very old, cheese wasn't melted bc the patty was soo old then to find out they didn't have regular ketchup... never talked to manager... regular employee fixed the problem with my food... not to mention patty was soo think it was almost non existent!!!
Absolute terrible service. 100% guaranteed to get your order wrong, no matter how simple it is. My coworker argued with manager over a single chicken strip and biscuit sandwich after not getting it using the app. Would not recommend. It is worth driving to another Whataburger in town.
Ordered 2 burgers one being a junior and waited in line for 20 minutes. Worker came out and asked what we ordered and if we payed. Then another 5 minutes another worker came out and gave us our drinks and said that’s it. Ahh no we didn’t get our food. Another worker came out after another 10 minutes and practically tossed our bag in the window and just kept walking when we were trying to ask if everything was correct. Uuggh this was such a bad experience. Didn’t even ask if we wanted ketchup, salt etc and worker walked away too fast before we could ask for anything.
Typically our experience is great at this location. However, this time our order was wrong in the drive thru at which I pulled to the side went in and addressed the issue. Rep apologizes for the mistake and assured they would correct it and bring it out. I went back out and waited. While waiting we had another rep question with attitude while we were there and after informing them of our order having been incorrect they walked away. We waited for our correct meal for awhile to the point where I had to go back in and check on it.
Stopped in the drive through, ordered and received the incorrect order three times. Finally had to go inside to get the correct order. By then it was cold and took an extra 22 minutes. Looks like fast food has a virus also. Whataburger on Navarro and Mockingbird.

Can I give ZERO stars? Last 4 visits to this location - they have yet to get an order correct. Missing fries. Cheese when asked specifically NOT to put cheese on order. Patty melt with 1 patty instead of 2. Wrong drinks. Cold coffee. WTH? They must think Covid-19 is an excuse to do their jobs halfway. Where's the manager? This is NOT okay.
Sorry to say but these people do NOT deserve $15 a hour. Simple order of 5 taquitos, only gave me 4 put jalapeños in all of them with no cheese and gave me no ice in my soda. Can get better service at McDonald’s.
I love whataburger and the food. I was extremely disappointed to get poor service today. We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. Then, they only gave us half of our order which was cold. After another ten minutes, they gave us the rest of our order which was also cold. Not warm..... COLD!!!! Even the onion rings.
Waited thirty minutes in the drive-through after ordering online because the car in front of me were locked in deep, thoughtful conversation with the crew. Did not get my side. Burger not made to my specifications. Almost lost my job because of the wait and had a horrible meal to go with it.
A week ago I ordered my husband the sweet & spicy bacon burger with xtra sauce, and he said it was dryer than he’s ever had, and just terrible. He did not finish eating it. Then I submitted a request for customer Service to contact me. The email said I would hear back in 3 to 5 business days. I still haven’t heard anything. Whataburger needs to take lessons from H‑E‑B on customer service
Horrible experience. Horrible service. Trash food. Figure something out to do better and be better. Got even worse when we realized the drinks were flat, food wasn’t prepped how we ordered, after asking to reheat the fries, they were still so bad my dog wouldn’t eat them. Whataburger in this town is garbage. Shame.

Worst drive thru I’ve ever experienced. Took my initial order and paid in less than 5 minutes, then had to pull up and wait another 20 minutes to prep order as 5 customers behind me that ordered after me received their orders before me and left. This location is NEVER fully nor properly staffed for any high volume rush times and continue to prepare incorrect orders. Never coming back here again. EVER. CONSTANTLY A LET DOWN. Example:they just asked the name for my order and after the long wait bring up an order to the window for the incorrect customer and proceed to say “I don’t know” when asked if order was made correctly. IRRITATING!!
Placed a mobile order where I included the 3 sides of condiments. They were not included in my bag, so I went inside to request them and the manager argued with me about them being in the bag. I told her I didn't understand and I just wanted to get ketchup for my order. She only gave me one each and told me that was all she was going to give me. I've never had to argue with someone about what was included and then not be given condiments for food I paid for. Don't go to this Whataburger.
I should have asked for a refund when I was sitting in there waiting and heard a customer show them what was supposed to be a large fry filled up like a small fry. I went inside so they wouldn't mess my order up and they still messed my order up. They even checked it verbally as I sat there so I didn't feel I needed to recheck it. When I got to my father's, they completely forgot his burger. I called and spoke to a female who claimed to be a manager. When I asked her to remake the whole order so the rest of it get cold,because going back, wasting my time and gas to get something I paid for and they didn't give me, shetold me they would not remake the whole order and I could go get the burger they forgot to give me while the rest of the food gets cold. When I insisted, she said "oh lord!" then went and spoke to someone else. She then told me to bring everything back. I went back and asked for her name to report her to Ceasar when "Jessie" walked up and immediately started whining that he was not going to be talked to ugly over and over when I was trying to talk to him about what had transpired over the phone. He was sarcastic, thought it was funny and ended up ruining our meal. I went home and my father was upset and didn't want it. We ended up throwing it all away and I'll never go to any whataburger in this town again. Disgusting lack of customer service!!!!
Had the sausage egg & cheese biscuit. Sandwich was served slightly warned Biscuit had the texture of one that was frozen and warmed in a microwave. The sausage had the texture and taste of one that was left over from the previous morning. The egg was probably fried a few hours earlier. And the cheese was cold and not melted on the corners that stuck out from the biscuit. Awful!

Loooong wait. Only to get a completely wrong order. Wanted cheese no onions. Got pile of onions and zero cheese. And I was charged for the stupid cheese. Disgusting burger. Don't ask me how many slices only to put zero slices.
First, I want to say that I've been a fan of Whataburger for decades. Most of them are well-run and provide good food in a timely manner. But this is what I experienced Saturday night at the Whataburger in Victoria, Texas located on Navarro near Mockingbird. From the time I placed my order, it took 30 minutes to get the food. Granted, I had a large order and there was a lot of business, but this particular Whataburger seemed understaffed. My hamburger was served just barely warm. Then there are the washrooms. The men's restroom smelled like a sewer. The trash cans were full of trash and obviously hadn't been emptied in quite some time. My daughter said the same about the women's restroom. I won't be eating there again, and neither will my daughter or her family.
Updated the store has too many roches and rats needs to be closed down.Overall needs lots of change in management and in fairness with employees which is this heart of any restaurant, good moral and good ethics with your employees can make a restaurant be the hot spot to be at when your hungry and with staff on low customer service and management disregard for fairness and good moral ethics with your employees effects food ,food services, customer satisfaction and just Overall performance of the establishment. The food is good quality. But its made by employees who don't get equal pay and discrimination a retaliation from management that disregard employee rights and ethics and food safety.

The newer night shift is so rude. My order was wrong so I politely corrected them, as I’m in the service industry as well so I know how it is.. well they get mad at me for whatever reason? Start throwing bags on the counter and shaking heads at me for just reminding them how the order was supposed to be, and how the receipt also states. I usually never have an issue but I guess the regular managers aren’t here to keep their attitudes in check. So now I can wait and let all the rest of my $40 order get cold while we wait on this corrected item.. great
Ordered a double burger with chz, charged for a triple burger, added crispy med fries and a Chicken sand. Paid Extra for a sauce to dip in the fries. Fries were not crispy and ice cold within a 1 mile drive and not edible. Burger was cold and chicken sandwich was warm at best. First and LAST visit to a whataburger!
