Best Dunkin Donuts in Nassau/Suffolk area? In my opinion it's this one. 1st of all, they have a drive thru. They're friendly. They're consistent. Need I say more?

My experience here was really great. I went during lunchtime (~12pm) and the lady at the drive thru was nice and understanding when I wanted to refund my matcha latte. No cold tension and the exchange felt wholesome. She even gave me a donut for the inconvenience. Thank you to the cashier and also the ladies working in the back for being awesome!

Been coming here for about 5 years with likely 200+ visits now. They're relatively quick, they always get my order correct, and they consistently roast their coffee beans correctly. I've been to other locations in the area and it's always been a 50/50 about the taste, but here it's always on-point. Thanks for all of the great service these past years!

For a long time I didn’t like this place the service was always rude never said bye or any words and drinks were mixed horribly. BUT I wanna say in the past two months or so there is new management new staff and there is one young woman tall slim (white) who seems to manage everything smoothly with care they have a lot of new cashiers in the drive thru and you can tell they actually care about their work I have returned to being a regular customer in this location thank you guys keep up the good work !

Dennis and the rest of the staff were pro’s with the drive-thru. Four cars in front of us were gone in one minute. Smooth operation. Dennis sounds like he should be doing radio or pod casting instead of working in a drive-thru. Great energy from him, made our Dunkin experience great. 👍👍

Been going there everyday and I was usually satisfied with this Dunkin donuts until recently. It seems like they are out of everything this past week. No seasonal butter pecan syrup (they said it's discontinued but last year they had it until August.) And then they were out of the egg white bowl as well. Not only that but last week I ordered two large ice coffees and received two medium ones instead for the price of large.

If you come here plan on either avoiding the drive through or spending time here. Service is super slow. They’ve also gotten my order wrong a couple times. It is not unusual to spend 15 min+ in the drive through. It has gotten bad enough at times I will just park and go inside to get my order.

I usually love this Dunkin’ but the past few times I’ve gone here there’s a girl at the window (in the drive thru) who just seems miserable and doesn’t talk or say anything except the name of your order. My drinks have been pretty good but sometimes they put too much or too little of something but it’s drinkable. That girl just ruins my morning vibes every time I go and makes me want to go to the other Dunkin near my house. I understand it’s a fast food type job but it wouldn’t hurt to smile or be friendly. I’ve worked in retail which is just as bad but you just gotta smile and wave.

Everything is very good but if you gonna have the donut I suggest that you have it early in the morning when it's freshly made do not leave leftovers because there's a magic spell on the doughnut and after that when a spill wears off it turns into rubba,,.lol....truth..

Service is very hit and miss at this location. They have made many mistakes with my order. They run out of items quickly but it is a very busy location.

This location only has drive thru it seems. Placed order in the app. It was ready when we got to the window. Girl at window was nice, but the products we bought were stale. I could tell as soon as I picked it up. Chocolate frosted doughnut with sprinkles is what I ordered and it was dry. Husband's coffee roll was also dry and small. Seems this location doesn't get a lot of traffic. Doubt I'll be returning to this spot.

So this has coffee and ice cream. Would have been nice if they had a sign on the self service kiosk that it was down as I went to it then had to wait in line and I told the employee it wasn’t working and the response was “I know”. Other than that you know what your getting.

No selection of donuts, was missing things in bag, like sugar and half and half with my coffee to go. The out side was not shoveled good covered with ice and I almost fell. I told the clerk and it seemed like he did not care if I fell and sued them. Very pricey for the quality of food.

Went back twice because they added no syrup to our caramel iced coffe and added syrup and milk to a French vanilla when we ordered black with three pumps for each. Went back and they were super nice about it but My second coffee has about 10 pumps and tastes like straight sugar water. Im sad now rip

Worst Dunkin around only go there because it’s 24 hours. If you go during busy hours the service is ok but if you go at an off hour they will tell you they don’t have food ready and give you an attitude or just not answer when you pull up to order

I previously wrote a good review. I take it all back. I get the whole language barrier thing but if you can't make a simple cup of coffee or breakfast sandwich that's an issue. My coffee was pure sugar this morning. Absolutely disgusting. And didn't notice it until I got to work. Management really needs to get on that.... adding to this review... ordered a sandwich got just a empty bagel.really.

I literally order from here, for the office multiple times a week. They never have my order right, they never have anything in stock. They were out of brown sugar one day this week, I just ordered a dozen donuts, 4 out of the 12 were correct. I ordered a box of Joe, they didn’t include milk, and the donuts are stale!!! This place needs to get it together

Wrong order. You pay extra for oat milk and they may as well give you a drop of milk if you’re lucky. Had to ask for my coffee lighter and she brings it back just as dark (almost black) as when she initially brought it to me. Not to mention there’s no hazelnut shot in it like I ordered. I rarely go to this Dunkin’ Donuts for reasons like this.

Loved this location, but not sure what's going on lately. They have been falling short on details like coffee should be hot, food should be toasted & butter should not be on the outside of the half toasted cold bagel. Today I requested a new bagle the women rolled her eyes procedded to make it and then she burnt it this time, lesson learned guess I need a new Dunkin. It's a shame.

Where to begin? Placed order at drive thru. After going over simple order (no cheese what so ever) we pull up to pay. Saying we want points to please scan phone. They process just the credit card & no points received. We asked if the order can be cancel & placed again. (It was a big order) they say yes. They cancelled & place order again only for them to NOT issue points again AND….AND….they messed up the order by adding cheese to it all. Knowing they have a loyalty program they should be asking ALL clients if they are members.

Went through the drive though and let them know what I wanted and then there was just silence. So I just drove up to the window where the lady seemed very annoyed to be working. When I took a sip of my hot chocolate it was very watery. Overall not happy.

Avoid this dunkin location if you live in farmingdale. Beyond disgusting, unhygenic, dirty, and unsanitary. I went to this location 2-3 times and i’m surprised it has not been permanently shut down. One of the employees clearly dropped food on the dirty floor, picked it up, and proceeded to hand that food to a drive-thru customer. Alot of cross contamination occurs at this location as well. Gloves are not being changed in between orders. The gloves used to take the trash out are the same gloves being used to cook food. One of the latte machines that are right next to the register had a strand of hair on the nozzle. When I pointed it out, the employee working rolled their eyes at me and continued to make the coffee. Never went to this location after that. The manager whos a lady needs to be fired, she lacks basic professionalism and ethics. The manager is aware of her employees working in such conditions and is allowing it. Nothing about this place is acceptable. Please avoid this location because it’s extremely dirty. Clearly corporate does not care to take any action on this matter.

I am dissatisfied with my visit, stood online inside for 15 minutes because they were busy with drive through and possible shift change. 2 of 3 of my drinks made wrong, then I went to drive through because I forgot something, most likely due to ling wait inside, then got wrong order at drive through. I parked my car, went inside and requested the correct order. Seems to be it was commical to the young staff behind the counter. I asked the young gentlemans name behind the counter so I could speak to management and he did not tell me, but handed me a number and name to call, but surprisingly it was a number not in service. I'm sure the owners would not provide service like this.

Wow this is easily the worst Dunkin there is. We pulled up at 9:30 and the guy said they were closed even though they were open until 10. So then I called and I asked what time they are open until and he said “ uuummm 9:30/10” and I said so you are open until 10 and he was like “uummm yeeaaa” and so I asked if we can now would we be able to order something and he was like “uummm yea I guess”. We didn’t go back as we were worried he would mess with our order but wow what laziness!!!

i am so sad. i lovee getting iced mocha lattes every morning before work from here, but for the passed month or so, they have been made sooo horrible, its un-drinkable. i dont know why, or how hard it is to follow a step by step instruction they probably have/should have hanging up in the back. i dont think ill be going back for a while. i am very unsatisfied everytime i go.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin' location. One of the employees accidentally broke my phone, and instead of addressing the situation professionally, the store manager was extremely rude. Rather than valuing me as a regular customer, she taunted me about my broken phone and showed no concern for the situation. I expected much better customer service from Dunkin'.

Every time I go here at least 1-2 of the staff members are rude for absolutely no reason. I’m always very pleasant. They seem to get miffed if you order more than just a coffee and a donut. One manager was even talking on her personal cell phone (on speaker might I add) when I ordered at the drive through. The same manager also tossed the bag at me that they forgot when I sat and waited to ask for it. Just get it together and start treating your customers with some respect.

My coffee was bitter when I asked for extra pump caramel my egg sandwich was burnt to a crisp lol . Sent my boyfriend back in to get the stuff made correctly the people working were very kind !

They provide poor service. I've been there twice and they've kept me waiting even though I ordered it from the app. Today I ordered an iced cappuccino and they charged me $6 dollars and sent me just milk with ice. I don't recommend this place.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts. I ordered in the drive thru a cookie dough frozen coffee. The guy made it with no whipped cream, no drizzle, nothing on top, when I asked him he said that I was looking at the wrong picture. If They not out of stock they give you the ugliest donuts or they make the orders wrong and give the guest an attitude. It’s always something with them. It’s the only one around with drive thru that’s why I was a customer but not anymore.

Ordered an ice tea and was handed a cup with a visibly dirty brown lid all over the edges (was a large area), so I asked to return it, the guy at the window looks at it for a second then says "its just coffee" an trys hand it back to me. I told him you cannot give things like this to people an he just stares at me. So, repeated it again and then said take it back. I usually never go to this particular location because for years it has been awful. However, passing thru area I figured a simple drive thru ice tea might be ok. Obviously Not!

Worst Dunkin of all time. They always have an issue where they can’t make hot coffee. Doughnuts are stale, and they never get your order right the first time because they’re always talking to each other . Take the trip to Broadhollow. I officially give up on them

I would like to add my experience at that location the time I walked in it was like 1215 to 1220 nobody acknowledge me everybody was walking around and earbuds in their ears maybe they’re listening the music or something like that did not they did not acknowledge me and till I ask if anybody’s willing to help me forget about the greeting And then the guy stepped up oh why you are here I am here for my pick up order but if you guys are looking for a breakfast please don’t go and waste your time and energy up there you’re not gonna have a good day they are making low Dunkin standards It was an online order I would like to ask Dunkin owner or franchisee if they don’t trust that see the cameras between 1218 or 12:15 to 1225 thank you

I don’t know what happened to the original workers but this new group that works weekday mornings especially drive through is horrible! I use mobile ordering and today I ordered a maple sugar bacon wake up wrap and the wrap was thrown together like they were rushing. Upon trying to take the poorly made wrap out the back of it is ice cold! I move the egg and it’s ice cold!!!! If you can’t handle the morning rush either hire more help or put someone who can handle it on the drive through.

WORST PLACE ever!!! I ordered an xlg decaf hot black coffee and requested a side of steamed oat milk. The Cashier said I have to pay 1.00 for milk. I said no other DD makes you pay for milk. I said so you are saying everyone who ordered coffee have to have it black? She said yes!! AWEFUL!!! So I paid the extra 1.00 and when I opened my coffee she filled it half full. Not to mention if you notice the bottom of the cup has an indent about 2 inches up so you're looking at a larger cup but not getting what you pay for.

Unfortunately I don't know what going on with this location. I drink Dunkin latte quite often. This place regularly is messing up. They give you this and say it's latte like what??. I don't know if this place can't train their staff properly or if the staff is taking short cuts and hope that customers won't figure out that this is no what was ordered. I even sent email to corporate with complaint about it but they tried to argue with me that oh it is latte. Sure somehow other locations can make perfect latte but this one not. Never coming back here again. I'd rather go somewhere else where I know I will get what I ordered and paid for. And here look at the picture of the " latte" 🙄🙄

I was waiting in line for a few mins, waiting for the person ahead of me to finish ordering. They finished and I thought okay great I can order and get going. Nope! The cashier saw me and just left to do other things. I waited a few more mins until I stared down another worker there and eventually helped. Mind you, it was NOT busy. There were 3 workers in total. Very unprofessional and rude. Also, the donuts taste different and is disgusting. Can’t believe the prices for the dozen donuts AGAIN. Definitely not worth $15.99.

Dunkin’ coffee is my favourite ever, because I drink Dunkin coffee every single day without fail and this is my worst experience of pumpkin spice latte. This is the worst it’s a garbage. I never drank like this pumpkin spice ever in my life and it is very worst and the quantity of the medium cup is not good. It was half of the cup. I don’t know what’s happening in that store and the staff were not. You know that much professionals in doing this type of things I don’t know because I never gave any review for Dunkin coffee because that is my favourite ever, but this is the first time I’m giving a review on Dunkin’, especially this store. This location is consistent on poor quality & long wait times. If I told you this was 3 scoops with hot fudge and Caramel is far from the intended goal. Hot fudge is blocky and frozen, you got to be kidding. Knowing the wait time I could’ve drove to another location or the employees could see the incentive to make sure the products are working. Last time going to this location been trying to give this place a chance out of convenience for proximity to home
