The best in Villa de las Flores...you just have to be careful because lately they have decided to stock more legs than other pieces, almost every time we go we order two chickens since they are really tasty and of average size, but the last two times we went we got 4 wings, 4 thighs, 6 legs and a half breast...that's all I recommend, be careful with that and I really recommend the seasoning and cooking.

Pollo Rodos is a very small place that sells Kentucky-style fried chicken for takeout only. They offer several combo meals that include a certain number of pieces and extra sides like coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and macaroni and cheese. The combos come with salsa verde. They accept card payments (including AmEx). The prices are very affordable, and considering it's a copy of KFC's products, the result is quite acceptable. It's worth noting, however, that they only sell one type of chicken; there's no "secret recipe," no hamburgers, nuggets, fries, or desserts. It's usually not very busy, except on weekends.

Customer service is getting worse and worse. I went on May 12, 2025 for two and a half chickens and the girl told me they would be out in 15 minutes. I was going to wait when her colleague told me they no longer sell chickens and that she would only give me legs and some thighs. I decided to leave, but the reality is that twice now I've been short on breasts, and another time they gave me two extra wings instead of legs and they don't let you know... so for me the service has declined a lot and the people who serve don't have the delicacy to let you know.

The vendors are incompetent; even though they're not busy, they don't have any chicken in the display case. I've tried to go back three days in a row and haven't been able to buy anything because they're completely out of chicken. With employees like that, I don't even want to try again.

BE VERY CAREFUL!!!! SALMONELLA I had never eaten there before. 15 days ago I decided to buy a package, and let me tell you… the chicken was awful, really tough and tasted rancid, the mashed potatoes were watery, and the biscuits were hard 😣 That wasn't the worst part. The next day my daughter started feeling sick, so I took her to the emergency room because she had bloody diarrhea, and what a shock! She had SALMONELLOSIS from contaminated food. We don't usually buy street food because you don't know what it's coming from, and this time I paid a fortune. Legal action is already being taken against the business 😞
