I thought the staff was kind and very quick. I ordered a classic no longer on the menu but the gal behind the counter knew exactly what it was and made it for me to perfection. Long time customer of Jamba.

Friendly employees and great smoothies. One time I spilled my smoothie all over my car (I should blame the toddler but it was all me). I was working on cleaning it up when one of the employees came out with a wet towel and started helping me. They had just noticed on their own! Then another came out with a new smoothie for me. How nice is that!?!

My date took me here because he bought a bogo card and said he wanted to “utilize it” but when we got there he forget it at home and said he must’ve left it next to his wallet because he didn’t have that either so I bought both of us smoothies at full price. Terrible date, great smoothies tho

The hours are sort of weird (I think they shorten them cause it's a college town) but I always come to this JJ location! Great service. Always friendly staff/cashier. Sometimes I get in at 6:15 and they'll close at 6:30 & won't throw a fit/show attitude like some workers do at other places. It's really professional & a good spot for smoothies/Acai bowls.

Didn't know this was the original Jamba Juice!!! They are so friendly and fast, I was once there and saw a lady mis step outside,spilling her drink all over the floor. I heard the employees immediately say "we need to make her a new smoothie" they we're incredibly sweet and helped her out on top of making a new smoothie! Definitely my go to Jamba in the area!

wow what an amazing experience i had at this jamba juice. there was this smoothie recommended to me by this hilarious, energetic, and remarkably handsome young man. he said it was called something like: literally an apricot. HAHA wow. BEST TASTING DRINK I'VE EVER CONSUMED IN MY LIFE! Go try and order it, by golly i get the goosebumps just thinking about it!

The original jamaba juice! Great service and they even offer samples! Right out the window you can even see the building where the jamaba founders once worked and lived in. I wish this juice had less sugar but also its extremely addicting. This location is sort of small so there arent many places to wait for your juice. The smell is the classic fruity summer aroma. Good juice.

Super small location. Very busy and have tons of people working which keeps the customers constantly coming and going. They are very courteous and friendly enough. The worst part about this location is the parking lot is ridiculously small

Somehow I get the feeling the one downtown is better...? Consistent problems with our orders being right and also -- correct me if I'm wrong -- but for a place that is known primarily as a smoothie joint they don't have any fresh fruit in the entire place (just frozen)? That seems odd. I've still had a couple very tasty smoothies from there recently. I recommend NO ICE in the smoothie and also ask in what form the fruit is coming in your selected beverage... The description says 5 different fruits and what you don't know is that some of those are frozen fruits, some juice, some sorbet, or frozen yogurt. I remember this exact same store being the OG Juice Club back in the day and I don't think it's gotten better since then... :/

Stopped going to this location they don't honor any Jamba juice specials that all other stores have. Everytime my survey receipt comes out with the buy 1 get 1 free the employees try to pocket it everytime I've asked for it last time the employee said it's just a survey. Yeah a buy 1 get 1 free survey there planning on giving to there friends.

Apparently, snowflakes doesn’t come in açaí bowls anymore even though I remember they used to come with and the website that it does come with it !!! They should have a notification on the web for the app in order for us to know! Don’t Go Here they are closed most of the time I don’t recommend this place
