Great bar. Cool space inside. Plenty of seating. A nice patio too. They have a good happy hour Mon-Fri 5-7. They have karaoke on some nights too. The food is good bar food. Service was great. Street parking but you might have to walk a block or two.

So happy this place opened in the neighborhood! Cocktails were great, happy hour prices are fantastic ($8 for cocktails and tons of beers for $5-6). Tried a bunch of the puffy tacos and especially loved the mushroom and sweet potato. Can’t wait to come back - welcome to Atwater!

We chose this bar because we were on a long road trip south, and we wanted to get off the freeway. What luck we had! The space looks like an old medieval castle hang out and the vibe is much more modern. We had really great margaritas and wings and nachos. That might sound basic, but they are really well done, so let it go lol. The best part about this place is the super great table service. The bartenders are really fast but the servers at the table or sweet and super efficient. Really cool spot.

This place just opened up on 2/9/22 and we were so excited to try it out. We went in expecting decent bar food and a relaxed atmosphere. This place definitely exceeded our expectations. We got the carnitas nachos, beef picadillo puffy tacos, habanero chicken tenders, and the burger. The nachos and the burger were dishes I would easily come back for. The burger was perfectly seasoned and superbly cooked, and the nachos were honestly some of my favorite in LA. The chicken tenders and tacos were also great-definitely above average for a bar, but not as remarkable as the burger and nachos. I didn’t have a cocktail, but all the guests I was with were very impressed with the margaritas. The service was wonderful too; the staff was all comprised of friendly, professional, and *quick* people. From the bouncer to the bussers to the bartenders, everyone was so accommodating and proactive. I will certainly be adding this to the regular rotation!

The vibe here is warm, welcoming, and effortlessly cool — it hits that perfect sweet spot between lively and comfortable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which makes such a difference in the atmosphere. The drinks were top-tier — creative, balanced, and clearly made with care. You can tell the bartenders actually know their craft. I especially loved that they were willing to make personal recommendations and tailor drinks to our preferences. The crowd was relaxed and fun, the music was on point, and everything just felt… easy. No stress, no pretension, just a great place to unwind and enjoy yourself. This is exactly the kind of neighborhood spot you end up coming back to again and again. Highly recommend — easily 5 stars

Enjoyed drinks here. Came for Happy Hour on a Friday. Arrived just around 5 and timing was perfect because about 15mins later it was getting packed. We easily found a table upon arriving but that was a growing challenge for those arriving after us. They have a pool table which was nice for simething else to do. There was an outside but still kinda inside terrace/patio area. It was karaoke night beginning I believe at 8pm. We didn't stay long enough for that. Had 2 rounds of drinks and snacks, pretzel and carnitas nachos. Both were tasty. And so were our drinks. I took advantage of a margarita for HH, my friend had an old fashioned that she didn't finish because she said it was strong. My second round was the Disco Inferno. I should've just had that for my 1st & 2nd round. It was great! I'm a Mezcal fan so I enjoy trying different concoctions using it. This one didn't disappoint. Not part of Happy Hour but well worth the price.

It's one of my favorite spots for a drink and tacos! The food is delicious. I have gotten the al pastor shrimp tacos, and my friend gets the short rib tacos. We love them! Love the ambiance, and the service is always great. Look forward to coming back every time. Street parking can be tough, but it's not a bad little walk if you have to park a bit further. Nice neighborhood.

The staff were so helpful and nice. I ordered sweet potato tacos on corn tortillas. Came out on flour. Kitchen was closed but the cook came back on to work to fix them and gave us complimentary guacamole and hummus. Everything was so tasty!! We will definitely come back again for food and drinks. Karaoke room inside bar too -so fun! Great vibes.

Cool place with a good variety of ppl. Some spots on LA are very aesthic focused, but there's a good mix going on here.

Pleasantly surprised by this smart, delicious and entertaining bar! We stumbled by here just for a drink but ended up staying for hours. Great service, sexy vibes and delicious food. Highly recommend!

Had a great time at karaoke and some unique and tasty cocktails. Really enjoyed my nachos and a soft pretzel, everyone was great. Parking was a challenge, but we found a spot on a side street. A local feel and a laid back atmosphere.

As a local who loved Griffin, I was VERY skeptical about this place at first. I was really thrown off by the female owner when we first met. It’s just a weird vibe when she’s in the bar. Other than that, this place is killer! Amazing drinks, decent food & a great pool table. Every drink I’ve had on the menu has been perfection. The bartenders know their stuff and are super friendly also. The food is AMAZING, but don’t get the puffy tacos unless you want a swimming pool of grease to go with it. Love this place, it just has a few little things that could be better.

As a local who loved Griffin, I was VERY skeptical about this place at first. I was really thrown off by the female owner when we first met. It’s just a weird vibe when she’s in the bar. Other than that, this place is killer! Amazing drinks, decent food & a great pool table. Every drink I’ve had on the menu has been perfection. The bartenders know their stuff and are super friendly also. The food is AMAZING, but don’t get the puffy tacos unless you want a swimming pool of grease to go with it. Love this place, it just has a few little things that could be better.

Unfortunately, though, a lot of the charm is dependant on who is the bartender. Francis was amazing and I'd honestly come every day for him. But the other two we had weren't great and didn't seem like they wanted to be there. I've also never heard of a bar that cuts out certain drink ingredients to for happy hour (I was literally told the margarita doesn't get Cointreau during happy hour which is why it's cheaper?? Huh???). They also NEVER answer the phone so do NOT bother calling them. Overall, solid. I'll just try to see who is working beforehand.

The bouncer didn’t say anything when I walked in with an unopened can. Later, a different dude came over and took great pleasure in immediately throwing me out for it. "Yeah you're gonna need to leave/you're leaving right now." Kept going on about their “very strict policy” (strict enough to make this much of a scene but not strict enough to screen patrons at the door?) as I said my goodbyes to friends and left without arguing. I don't frequent bars, so I asked some server friends afterward if it was warranted. All were confused and said at their establishments I'd have been allowed to stay if I threw it out. Would have gladly done that if told upfront but seemed theatrics and hostility was more the style here. Don't worry dude, happy to leave and never come back. 🩷
