The fries were fire!!! The pizza was perfectly baked really cheesy. We also had a chocoflan so delicious.
The fries were not that fresh but the atmosphere was great! The arcade upstairs is very affordable, almost all of the games cost less than a dollar! The bartenders were also very friendly and entertaining to watch.
Found this gem this week. Got to try Mama musubi. They have some of the best musubi in Santa Ana. Honestly some of the Best Hawaiian Food in Orange County. Had some of their beer from Harland Brewery. Super refreshing. The staff is super friendly as well. Definitely coming back
Ever since Casual Encounters Live Band Karaoke has been at this venue, a group of us singers attend every Tuesday night from 7:30-10:30. Now that Munchies Vegan Diner is open, there is even more reason to go! Great music, delicious food, and even an arcade and full bar upstairs. There also are other food options, and they are good too. As a vegan, Munchies is my personal favorite.
Had the traditional fried chicken and ut was crispy, hot and juicy. They have spicy honey and that is so awesome in the hot chicken. You can also or ice cream from Milk Man at the same register. My son said that the sundae was heaven.
Great little hip spot Went before an Angels game on a Saturday evening. Plenty of street parking. Looks like the are just opening up. Great things to come
From the creators of The Packing House in Anaheim, McFadden Public Market is a hip new food hall geared towards the late night with beer, cocktails, and fried chicken.
Must go place, trendy, young but provides diversity. Sign up online to go in the secret Tiki Bar or play arcade and pinball upstairs with a beer and live dj.
Love the newest addition to Santa Ana's amazing local dining scene!
Ended up at Mission Control for some barcade time (since the Twisted Tiki couldn't accommodate our large party), so we didn't eat this trip. I've had chicken at one of the shops before, and since the last time I was here, they opened up several more places which is a plus. Everything smelled good so I can't wait to come back and try the food. The overall vibe was nice for a Sunday evening, not dead or crowded. Mission Control vibes were kind of a let down, not bad, but I'll write a separate review for that. As a food hall, the tables could be cleaner, not sure if that's each vendor's problem or the whole facility, but I'd recommend hiring a facility-wide bussing/custodial team to give it a more elevated experience.
Fun stop! Good drinks and good game options. Even when it was pretty full we still had no problem playing games or getting drinks.

If I developed this space, I wouldn't change much.
So much fun Friday nights!!!
Cool concept, food is great lots of options. Can spent the day there.
Food is outstanding. Don't miss out on the arcade upstairs.
Love it here!! Great bar, food and arcade games!
The arcade is freakin awesome! It reminds me a little of insert coin(s) in Las Vegas.
work here :p great place, dont miss the arcade/bar upstairs!
Super fun for a family day!!! Great food selection to boot!!!
Great place to hang...and the mission control arcade and bar is awesome
Cool variety of bars and restaurants under one roof.
Fun place, good food & drinks! Will be back!!
Great spot to hang out with some friends or for a date night
Been using this company before. Very professional with great attention to detail.
The lady that was cleaning the glass doors was so friendly.
Fun and clean place to relax with beer and games.
this is the place to hang out at fun atmosphere and people cant complain really
Great food, pinball and drinks
That's a good story about here for pictures.
Love my classic games and beer Lol
Best pizza ever
Cool place to hang out and drink !!
Get the Nashville chicken. Best chicken ever!
Taco's compadre is delicious 😋
The food here is unique infused with cross cultural recipes resulting in an explosion in your mouth. Ive been to En tu Boca two times the shrimp tacos are off the hook. Seen some pictures of a foot long corndogs and hotdogs gonna need to try other food vendors here.
The fried chicken at Rooster is always perfect! They have great shakes and delicious ice cream. The staff is friendly and attentive.
Such a badass place! Its been here since April and has everything from an 80s dream. Arcade, food, drinks, and even old school movies playing in the background. I'd recommend for anyone looking for oldies nostalgia
Viking Dogs has great food with a vegetarian option. Misson Control has a good beer selection and a fun mix of 80s arcade games.
So. Much. Fun! Great restaurants down stairs, plus a bar upstairs with fun music and arcades! Would definitely recommend!
Cool little market. Has a couple little restaurants. Went to Rooster Republic and had the chicken tenders. They were delicious. Still want to try the other places there!
This place has a great bar upstairs with around 12 pinball machines and other retro arcade games. Definitely worth checking out!
Awesome arcade games, drinks, great bartenders. They have a pretty nice balcony upstairs as well for chilling outside.
Amazing people, amazing food, bring people you enjoy having a good time with and relish in the nostalgia of the 90's with a full bar and arcade.
This is the coolest retro place I have found....makes you feel young and OLD at the same time...80's video games and pinball too much fun I can almost smell the dirt Mexican weed and Newport ciggs.
Sweet games, great beer selection. They even have GFB by Green Flash and Windows Up by Alpine! Great place
Stopped by to have ramen and a vegan BBQ wrap with a friend, cool spot with lots of options in the heart of downtown Santa Ana 👍🏻
Cool spot to play old school arcade games, and pin ball games or just to hangout. The atmosphere and vibe is what makes this place .
Wonderful place to hang out. Great balcony on the second floor. Awesome options for food and drinks.
Downstairs is awesome, upstairs is cool but bartenders are kind of lame, buy drinks downstairs for sure.
Great foodie food, kind and exuberant staff, stellar beer selection. And this is just the soft opening.
Only a couple options for food but they are pretty tasty
Good variety of food, vintage games, and friendly bartenders on both floors
Trendy food hall, with an arcade/bar upstairs. Fast WiFi and plenty of seating available here.
Small food court with top tier food. Mission control upstairs is so much fun, its a arcade bar
Great little spot. Try Rooster Republic for great food and service! Try the mini cones from the Milkman.
Great place to grab a drink and have some comfort food. The food is delicious.
Love going here food is great, the small hidden tiki bar is dark and funky. Can't go wrong with the pinball machines + 80s & 90s video games.
Live band karaoke on Tuesdays, full bar with arcades upstairs and multiple food options on the main floor. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the Santa Ana / Disney area. You won't be disappointed! :)
Really cool place. They've got a few bars, and several food vendors inside that change somewhat frequently. Well lit, comfortable, and not too loud. On the patio they sometimes do open mic stand-up comedy , and upstairs there's an arcade bar and another patio overlooking downtown
Great food, atmosphere was better than expected. Had a fun time playing pinball and eating some well made ramen on the outdoor patio. A custom made cocktail was right on the mark. We'll be going back.
I love this bar. The food is so flavorful and fast to eat for those on a time crunch for lunch. I personally like the fact that they are open week days during the day. For those of us in the service industry its hard to find good day drinking spots. McFaddens is my favorite bar in Santa Ana!
"I love this place!!" Great food, lunch & dinner. Outside patio offers live local music on select nights. Dance all you want! Other nights feature open mic. stand-up comedy. NOW!! If you love pinball, cocktails, CRAFT BEER, & top shape arcade games you MUST go upstairs. By-far the best iv'e found around. !! Weekend nights DJ hosts & spins.... duh... girls dance!!!>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>can youfind thehidden rab ikit???>>>>>>>>>>>>
Cool spot to play old school arcade games, and pin ball games or just to hangout. Has a few restaurants on the downstairs floor, and a bar and games upstairs. Also, has an outside eating area. Restrooms on both floors. Family friendly.
The barcade upstairs, Mission Control, is awesome. Rooster Republic has great fried chicken. Haven't tried the other spots there but these two alone make it worth a trip.
Fried chicken and Mexican cuisine on the 1st floor with the space to add more options. Arcade and full bar on the 2nd. Some new and old arcade games along with a coin machine. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the area
Tried every restaurant, and everyone one was amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good bite to eat.
Great Place for quick bite or dinner anytime and it’s kid friendly and they got really good beer on tap michelada bar pizza, smash burgers, tacos, sushi everyone was really friendly and food was amazing 🗣️🔥
The best drinks ever! While waiting in line, I could tell they paid attention to detail. Every drink they serve, they taste it before serving it to the customers. I had a whisky sour. It was well balanced in acidity, sweet, and alcohol in it. The conventional arcade room was fun.
I really enjoy coming in this place. Not only does it have amazing food but it's always a fun spot to bring friends to get away from the day-to-day grind. My favorite spots are the Mexican food restaurant and the arcades on the second floor. Please stay away from my favorite game called Medieval Madness I got dibs. As much as I really love this place the biggest downside is parking but for some reason I will always find a place nearby especially if you go to the parking structure that's for public use.

This placecis super cool I had pizza and wings that were pretty Damn good. The Mexican food however was very Lackluster. They did the old bait and switch on the Tacos since it was to go or maybe the person that was preparing them had never cooked before. But all in all had a good time and played some pinball upstairs
The McFadden Public Market doesn't offer as big a selection of vendors as the 4th Street Market or the Anaheim Packing House, but if you're a fan of vintage arcade games you'll love this place. Rooster Republic does a good version of Nashville Hot chicken and Tacos En Tu Boca has a nice fusion of Filipino and Mexican cuisine. Mission Control has full bar service downstairs and upstairs. They also have pinball and videogames upstairs.
Open since April and still getting set up, but pretty cool. All the bar-cades are in LA so this is a great alternative.

Good blue corn tacos
Very cool spot to play all your old arcade games and pinball machines
Good food but parking can be tricky.
Food, beer and arcade. This place is great!
Pizza or tacos downstairs with beer and pinball games upstairs.
Great food, zero parking.
Small lot but good amount of variety.
HORRIBLE PARKING - but great food booths! I was utterly confused by the parking here...it shouldn't be a problem for this Market to have a dedicated lot, but as of this writing, it doesn't. Street parking. I came to try EN TU BOCA - a Mexican-Filipino Fusion stand. How often do I see Filipino things like adobo, sisig, lechon and sinigang combined with Mexican vehicles like tacos or burritos? Not often enough! Yummy stuff! I confess I couldn't resist ROOSTER REPUBLIC either when I got there...this is simple, delicious fried chicken and you can buy it by the piece. I also enjoyed MISSION CONTROL - following the trend of vintage arcades, they have a nice selection of games and pinball machines - a few downstairs, the majority upstairs. Great place except for the parking issue!!
Cool new spot. Lots of vintage video games but a few were broken down. Variety of food and drinks. Recommend to check it out.
Good drinks, great video game selection. Unfortunately quite a few machines were out of commission that day (Gauntlet!).
Cool atmosphere and nice bartender... Games are awesome especially the pinball.
Food's decent, but go for the Arcade upstairs! They've got fresh, clean versions of some of your favorite video games. I played Asteroids, Space Invaders, Galaga, Area 51, and a bunch of others. They've also got a ton of very nice pinball machines. The ice cream place has great Malts too. I had the fried chicken and really enjoyed it.
Very dope place to come for a cold brew, hot food and some old nostalgia upstairs in the arcade. They just need to keep a small hand full of machines in proper working order. The House of the Dead to be exact and some other machines. Other than that I’m looking forward to visiting this place again.
Love the concept and we had a good time here. It's in a bit of a weird location with the for lease buildings all around but not a big deal. The atmosphere is good, and the food was pretty good a step above typical bar food. The only downside was that a few of the arcade games I was looking forward to playing were out of order. A little more maintenance on the machines would make this place perfect. Overall, it's a fantastic concept and a really solid 4-star experience! I'll be back.
The food options here have unfortunately changed at a fairly rapid pace in the years since covid, and it seems that with the exception of the taco and pizza places that now share a kitchen and service counter, that trend may continue. The food available is usually really good, but it seems like the vendors need a bit more business than they currently receive. Hopefully the construction finishing soon on 4th Street will help a lot. Love this place most for the barcade upstairs and it's Thursday night trivia.

Good for 80s video games and beer selection, can't keep a food place
Good food but kinda small
There's food and a small bar downstairs. Bar and arcade upstairs. Music upstairs. I went on a Saturday for a coworkers bday. It was alright.
Good drinks. Restaurants dont seem to last long which may be due to the limited parking and 4th street market nearby
A hidden gem. Arcade and cocktails. The bartenders are whipping up really interesting combinations and really love What they do. Just ask them. Food options downstairs till 9pm. Djs are on Friday night's. Super relaxed and fun times here.
First off, is there an elevator to the second story? I could not find one. Being disabled and walking those stairs wasn't fun. The place is starting to show its age, at least one restaurant is no longer present.
Super small food court only offering a few options for dining. Viking truck setup their first brick and mortar location here. The sausages are good. Didn't try anything else here. You can easily check this place out and 4th St market in the same afternoon.
The arcade and bar are fun, but the food place Element 7 downstairs is just a disaster. Totally unorganized and unprepared. There's only 6 customers here, total. They have had us waiting now 20 minutes for our order. Stay away from Element 7.
Came here for dinner on a Sat nite 630 PM and it was dead! Only rooster republic and the Mexican joint were open. The other ones seemed to be either closed for good or not open for a Sat nite which seems weird. I was craving the chicken and biscuits but after a 2 min wait with not a single greeting from the 3 ppl behind the counter my wife decided she had enough and we left. Def not the same vibe as when we were here 6 months ago. Maybe the novelty of food halls has worn off. But they certainly can't expect to call themselves that if only 2 food options are open on a Sat evening!
So far no vegan food available. Especially at night when the nightlife is most active! Why not have options to ALL peoples?! This is so discouraging I would not come back nor recommend to anyone I know. I’d also like to add the arcade eats your tokens and you can’t play 2 player games because they don’t work. Gen Z gets drunk and ruins the vibes. I stayed for the countdown and left immediately after. Wish it was a better experience.
