Yummy burgers and good service

The service is always great, the employees are friendly and attentive to customers needs. The food is always hot and my orders are always correct. The drive thru is very fast. The location is kept clean both inside and out. The restrooms are kept clean.

After a night of drum n bass and mushrooms, we were looking for someplace to eat. All drive thrus were closed in the area due to covid except this Carl's Jr. We ordered 6 western bacon cheeseburgers and they were the most well made western burgers we all have ever had. Super fresh, crispy onion rings, not all squished, hot charbroiled beef, and super prompt service. Mind you this was at 3:30 am on a Friday night. 10/10 the one girl working was a baws azz bech.

OMG! Best Carl's Jr ever, you guys need to go there you'll have the time of your life... I found 20 bucks in the parking lot as I was walking in. Didn't get to try the food or see the interior of the place since I now had 20 extra bucks that I use to get some real quality food.

Always a pleasure: outstanding service. The fast-food crew always happy to serve. Fast, efficient service all the way as your order ía handed to you and you bring it to rest on the passenger seat. As you grab a hot fry and wash it down with an ice-cold soft drink and head back home they thank you and hope to see you soon.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I stopped by for a little date night, and what we witnessed was truly greatness in motion. They were clearly understaffed — only one person working the front counter and drive-thru at the same time, and one cook in the back preparing orders and stepping in to assist when needed. Despite that, both of them remained calm, professional, and incredibly friendly. There was no frustration, no attitude — just focus, teamwork, and grace under pressure. You could see how hard they were working, yet they still made us feel welcomed and valued. They even brought our food to our table, which we didn’t expect at all. That level of service, especially while short-staffed, really stood out to us. Five stars for professionalism, composure, and dedication. We truly appreciated the experience.

I ordered the famous star with special modifications and received exactly what I had asked for! I ordered a combo and my fries were freshly cooked just how I like it, as for my burger it tasted amazing! Everything was freshly made and tasted very delicious. I really appreciate the customer service I received from one of the workers her name was Andrea, such a lovely girl and so kind! I asked for sauces with my order and she made sure they were in there by telling me when passing out my food. Most definitely love coming to this location and will recommend!

I don't eat hear but my nephews were car sick coming back from Universal Studios. Food must have been pretty darnn good they devoured it. Sure is quite when they eat😂

Place is always busy and understaffed. It takes longer that usual to get your order if you are eating inside . But the driveway side is always fast as any other restaurants.

Drive thru service was slow; speaker at drive thru is very low. Didn't have salads; ordered chicken strips combo and received a chicken sandwich combo instead. Food was delicious, which is the 4 star.

Conveniently open late at night. They have some inexpensive menu options, but it can easily add up if you get extras like cheese or making it a combo. A better burger than McD, but not as good as Farmer Bs.

5am is an awfully tough time to fake being nice. The 2 kids working the shift were genuinely friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to fulfill my requests, and the food was tasty.

Had their beyond meat burger (it's vegan) and enjoyed it. I don't do fast food much but knowing they have a vegan burger option is a plus... good and quick service, too.

We ordered at the drive-through, didn't go in! It really took so long!!! They told us to drive forward. The car behind waited over 5 minutes. Won't go back to this Carl's Jr. The food was okay.

I used to be a Carl's Jr fan but they have gone down a couple of notches over the years. They're still have some of the best burgers, to my taste, but their food prices have kept me away.

I only noticed two workers doing everything and the ceiling is falling in some parts of the dining area. Combos are about $15 or more. If you’re not going to fix this location you should at least use the cash to give your workers a raise.

Funny you should ask. They screwed up my order. I did get a refund when I returned it. Forget trying to call and complain the volume is turned down so it can't be heard on their phones. Go somewhere else.

This used to be a Carl's Jr / Green Burrito. I guesses Mexican food wasn't too popular in this neck of the woods. They went back to just Carl's Jr. Food OK, just your average fast food.

Food was alright, average at best. The lady at the drive through was very rude when I asked about a military discount, just a strict no and slammed the little window. Just what I needed on leave.

Take a star off for intentionally not offering Wi-Fi and power outlets reachable by customers as consumer does expect business establishments offer free Wi-Fi and power outlets since smart phone became indispensable. This Carl's Junior has plenty of parking spaces, never crowded. They do offer prompt service and tasty food. Moreover, it is very conveniently located, just off San Gabriel Boulevard exit, on the north side of Interstate 10 freeway. They are open 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. In contrast, their dining room is closed after 9 pm.

The food was fine but they're strict about their two packets of ketchup per order. They should just charge a few cents more and let people have more ketchup.

I Love their food. the only issue is that Carl's Jr has no Wifi. Get with the program. Today's day and age we all need WiFi. After being told they had no wifi I was ready to go somewhere that did.

I was craving a juice, meat full flavor hamburger, but first, this place not even smells like hamburgers, you don't hear the cooking of them. The hamburger was flavorless, and the tocino even was cold. The place smells weird not like a hamburger restaurant, doesn't invites you to eat. So not coming back, better I go to one by my house, we're I really can enjoy my hamburger.

Ordered over the phone. When I arrived at the drive-through and paid, I was instructed to park and wait "a couple" minutes. I waited for 10+ minutes. The drive-through was practically empty. This place has been at this location for decades, but expect service to be hit or miss (mostly miss), depending on their employee turnovers. It's Carl's Jr., a fast food joint. No comment on how good food is. Their only saving grace imo, would be the criscuts. And, of course, overpriced for a measly few pieces.

I always use the drive thru to get my food, service is fast just that sometimes some employees are not that nice! Pretty close to the 10 Fwy exit. Easy access to the parking lot. A little difficult when you're exiting.

The No 12 didn’t feel or taste like it does in other locations. Hygiene also a big concern at this location.

My daughter and I were in a rush so came through the drive through. 2 combos came out to $30! At this rate, might as well go to a sit down restaurant! Prices are going crazy!

The service was absolutely terrible. The drive-through had audio issues, making it difficult to order food. It also didn't help that one of the workers dropped our soda by accident at the pick up window. Even worse, when my family and I arrived home, we were missing fries from one of the combos. Place is ran by a bunch of rookies.

This CJ's on San Gabriel Blvd is conveniently located right off the fwy. I usually swing by after work about 130am. I won't go back though. The night cook always slathers on too much mayonnaise. I asked for extra mayo once and it was drowning in mayo. Next time I just got it regular, didn't want to have the same experience, and still too much mayo. Even for me who likes mayo. Otherwise the person handling the register is friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed, my fries were not hot they were kind of warm and so was my burger and of course as always it's messy I think I'll put Carl's jr. On hold for a moment. I used to work at Carl's jr. Back in the 70s I'm sure a lot of things have changed since then but not the quality of the food!

The service was bad, my daughter asked for a hamburger just with ketchup and pickles they gave her a cheeseburger, I want to tell them the cook got mad she gave me attitude and this is what she served me after a pice of meet, a lot of picture one tiny little picture she was really mad 😞

My charbroiled chicken club sandwich was still cold and rubber-like in the center. It was disgusting to bite into. My Soda was flavorless, I was basically drinking carbonated water. I’m disappointed.

I order a Guacamole Angus burger from this store, when I got home and opened it, it was a mess. I got chuncks of lettuce and the Guacamole is old. Don't go to this place late at night. This place will disappoint you.

I have to agree with what blue revolution said. Even when you order a combo number, the server will place on your receipt as separate items to increase the price (and after tax it is indeed 7 for burger and 11 for combo due to this practice). When I ask at the word Dow during paying, she just said oh it's just the franchise practice. Based on Xiang Lu's review and what I observed, there is probably discrimination going and clearly there is no screen showing prices at the drive thru mic. Don't overpay here!!!!!!

The most disgusting chicken sandwich I have ever eaten. They put two spicy chicken nuggets in place of a chicken patty. An one of the nugget had a huge nerve in it. Disgusting!!!!

Ordered the new Gold Digger. Supposedly this is their top of the line chicken sandwich. As I took a bite, the tomato slice was stuck between my teeth, it was a tomato end with the skin on one side. I went to the cook & she gave me another tomato end! She showed me what she had....all tomato ends!! Then they only have Coke, Sprite, & orange soda. I submitted another negative review about the Carl's in Whittier yesterday. Good bye Carl's Jr..there's many more fast foods to pick from.

I will give credit to the cashier she was extremely nice but whoever cooked it was extremely disgusting. Both of my burgers had hair in it. It was extremely long but it caused my girlfriend throw up.

The staff here is incompetent as they do not honor the TMobile Tuesday offer on any day but Tuesday even though it clearly states it's valid for 6 days. Avoid this location until the manager and her staff learn how to read an email from corporate. If they can't read I wouldn't trust them with making my food either, idiots.

Unsanitary and less than average service. Received an incorrect order but was told it was my fault because that's what was on the receipt although I had not asked for that burger. I found this out after I had already driven home so I had to return. By that time all of my food was cold so I had asked if they could remake my food, which essentially they should be able to do if a customer is unhappy with their food, but they refused. It was not until I kept asking that they said they would have to ask their boss. At this point I no longer wanted to deal with them so I asked for a refund, which I did receive. As a side note, I watched the food handler touch the bread, cheese, and other food items while also wiping get fingers on a dirty wet cloth and touching other appliances. This is what drove me to ultimately ask for a refund. I would say this is probably the third time I have had to come back because they do not get the order right.

Got off the 10 Freeway went for lunch thru drive thru no customers. Put order went to window gave her $100. the mgr told us can't take our order no change unbelievable. We question why. Mgr said ok sent a WKER for change,told to wait at parking lot Hot day. After 20 mins WKER brought wrong order my niece went back to get zucchini ordered. This place is really tricking people. I print out the Monday bun event coupon, which is buy one mile high bacon cheeseburger and get one free. Last Monday I was dine in and get the right burger, but today I asked for carry out, and they just gave me the regular six dollar burger.

The lady that took my order was very rude and disrespectful. On top of that the food was disgusting. I order Angus burger it was sloopy undercooked and had a mountain full of lettuce. The chicken sandwich was dry and over cooked I took one bite and toss away the chicken sandwich it was a sloppy mess just smeared mayonnaise between two buns and the dried chicken patty. The avocado burger looks like someone spit boogers into my burger it was sloppy and made with hate. The crazy part is I was sitting in drive through for awhile waiting for my order and this what I get. Last but not least my fries was cooked with old oil the fries was a hard dried orange dark rusty color. Will not be coming back here ever again!!! A waste of $40.00 dollars I threw away all the food after only one bite. Lucky I had instant noodles to save my night for dinner and that was awesome and super delicious less than $1.00 compare to this.

The onion rings tasted so bad, I can't even describe what the taste is. The hash rounds had a hint of the same taste too but not as bad. The burger was just okay, not delicious.

I work graveyard in Healthcare and sometimes I have no other choice but to come here cause it's the only place open at 3am one time I asked for a famous star with cheese I get to work no cheese. The 2 nd rime I went I asked for a comb meal again I asked for the famous star with cheese. Burger ws good but my fries were so disgusting like they had been sitting and they just threw them back in hot oil again they weren't soft and you could barely chew them .

They forgot the sauce and they messed up the hamburger and 2 girls weren't working they were ignoring me and they were more focused on a boy then me an customer.

the worst carl’Jr experience I ever had. First of all this restaurant dosen't have word "hygiene" in their book. dead roacies are on the floor. toilet is stinky and messy. food quality is not managed well... dont go this carl's jr.

I'm not a person to knock peoples business or job. On September 15 1040pm I pull up and order a spicy chicken sandwich and a #9 jalapeño burger combo. When I pull up to pay, the young girl charges me and tells me to back up 10 feet and instructs me "staybthere till we call you forward." I thought that was very awkward. I've never had to do that in a drive thru. Now this is where I decided to write a review. In addition the awkwardness at the store, I get home to have received a double plain cheeseburger with a soggy hot piece of lettuce with hard toasted buns. My wifes chicken sandwich said was super dry and tough to bite through. We didn't appreciate what we received for the order being $22. We visit this location repeatedly and have never experienced such a thing. My personal opinion I paid $15 for a burger that was sitting there for an hour under the heater lamp. That night crew you guys have there during this shift should get talked to thoroughly.

“System is uploading, can you wait 5 minutes”, I said yes and waited late night after work. 15 minutes later I someone came back to the drive thru window and I asked what it means that the “system is uploading” and management told me, “I don’t know, it’s broken”…. Like idk what that means but I could’ve gone somewhere else, ordered/eaten food by now. Food tastes alright out of the warmer though

They have workers in there who they have not trained properly. Management doesn't supply enough staff, and the staff often doesn't have the means to do their job. I just spent 5 minutes waiting just to be told they needed to wait another 5 minutes until they can "clock in". Silly nonsense.

I wish I can say, "I enjoyed my visit", but paying in advance to ve treated like if we customers come asking for charity is not something anyone would really enjoy. Order had many mistakes (onion/pickles not removed as requested, received regular fries instead of waffle fries). Manager was very rude, making me sign receipt for the incorrect fries (regular vs waffle), insisting I sign with dirty pen right away even though I was in the middle of eating burger. Drinks were filled with way too much ice, about 70%. Bathroom was horrible, very bad smell with urine all over the floor. Building looks in bad shape, pieces of ceiling almost falling off.

OMG the bathroom looked like a something out of a horror movie. We stopped to grab a bite after being on the road for an hour our pregnant daughter. I almost threw up. Piss all over the floors. Crap splatters all over the toilet. The men's urinal was filled with piss too. I don't even want to describe what I thought was smeared on the walls. Now, if I'm friggin paying $12 for 1 burger, you would think I'd have a sanitary place to pee. Then I thought, I have to get into our car with the same shoes that I had to walk on pee with. When I let the front cashier (who seems like the team leader) know that the bathrooms were beyond filthy, she said "oh, ok ill have someone clean it when they are off their break". Give me a friggin break!! That bathroom has not been cleaned in weeks!! I'm going to call the health department because that is sick to be cooking food and slipping and sliding is piss!

The restroom they allowed the customers to use was disgusting! It looked like it had not been cleaned in years! I was actually afraid to use it, but we had driven 2 1/2 hours for a funeral, and I had no choice. I noticed that the employee's and people they new used the other restroom, which I'm sure was in better condition than the one we were told to use. Will never eat there again. They say that you can tell how clean the kitchen is by how clean they keep the restrooms.
