The wines are sourced from Tenuta Montemagno; it's hard not to find one that doesn't pair well with the food and your taste, enhancing an already excellent experience. Excellent experience and, above all, excellent food!! The agnolotti and the ossobuco with its saffron risotto, well-creamed and generous portions. The squid ink risotto and the sliced ​​steak were also excellent. The service was professional and never intrusive. The tiramisu and chocolate fondant were delicious. Lunch on April 25th was an excellent experience, definitely worth repeating. We tried everything—appetizers, first courses, meat, and dessert—and in every dish, we recognized the excellence of the ingredients and the skill of the chef. The cuttlefish tagliatelle with artichoke julienne and pink sauce were particularly good, a delicate balance of flavors. The more traditional dishes were also very tasty, such as the tagliata (enhanced with slices of lard) and the pappardelle with wild boar ragù. The pasta with clams and bottarga was also prepared gluten-free upon request. It was cooked beautifully, pleasantly al dente, a challenge with these often temperamental pastas. The staff were highly professional, accompanying us throughout the meal with advice, smiles, and a friendly yet discreet presence. A perhaps trivial example, but one I find significant: not once did we have to ask for more water, because as soon as it ran out, they immediately served it to us, quickly and attentively... Small gestures that ultimately make a difference. We'll be back!
