I have been going to this coffee shop since they have opened, and it remains my favorite diner to go to in Brooklyn even though I have moved atleast 20 minutes away. The staff is always friendly and ofcourse they have they best breakfast and coffee. Love this little coffee shop.

I have seen this diner but never stopped in until today. It's small and welcoming. The waiter was nice and friendly. They had a section for Mexican food which I ordered some chilaquiles and it was good. I'll definitely be coming back.

The best in Windsor Terrace probably even all of Brooklyn! Terrace Coffee Shop is our go-to. They deliver everywhere and are on all the apps. Wolford is the best cook in Brooklyn and serves up a mean Patty Melt and Tostada. Caesar is awesome, always makes going there a great experience and is great to catch up with. The place has the feel of a small old-school mom-n-pop dinner - complete with photos of actors hanging all over the place. The food is always fresh and the portion sizes are huge! Delivery is always quick, accurate and tightly packaged.

I'm writing this review 2 months after visiting the Terrace because of how incredible the service, food and atmosphere was. My friends and I shared countless meals at the Terrace while visiting Brooklyn from Australia and each one was both tasty and generous. Service was quick and friendly. Pricing was pretty good for the area. Very very impressed. Wish i could fly back to Brooklyn purely for the Terrace. Well done guys.

If you're looking for a great place to enjoy a delicious meal, Terrace Coffee Shop is the perfect spot. The Terrace wrap with jalapeños and feta is my personal favorite, but everything on the menu is amazing. The orange juice is also top-notch, and the customer service is incredibly kind. Plus, there's always plenty of food, so you won't go away hungry.

There around 300 items n the menu, but I only get 1 or 2 items. The Pier 1 breakfast burrito 🌯 with avocado and feta cheese, or the pulled pork nachos. Both are in my list of 10 top favorite dishes ever. The staff knows me by now, and don’t even ask me what I want, lol. During COVID I once saw my favorite employee give a cup of coffee to an unhoused person. They literally feed the neighborhood because delivery flies out the door non stop. If you order through their menu/ website, they don’t lose as much money uber eats and door dash. Ask them about menu star. This place feels like home. ❤️

Terrace Coffee Shop is a cozy little diner in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn. It's right off the Prospect Expressway ramp. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. I ordered a chocolate muffin and coffee as a light breakfast. I enjoyed it very much. I have had larger meals here, which are also very delicious. You never feel rushed . You can relax and enjoy a good meal.

I was very pleased with the service, food, and chill environment. It's not fashionable, but it's a good place if you want to eat and catch up with a friend. I didn't notice any alcohol, not sure if it's byob.

Its hard to find good food around Borough Park. I ordered for delivery and their piylly burger is delicious 😍 It's huge, it was more than enough for me. Fries are a little too big though and they taste ok.

Great breakfast, loved you could get a salad instead of home fries. The fruit smoothie was super good. Fun to watch all tbe little kids in the park across the street come and go.

Great place! Great food, open kitchen is very reassuring. Menu has various options, including lots of Mexican dishes. Husband always gets the eggs Benedict w/ Canadian bacon, and we always order the waffle sundae to split with our two boys. They have genuine orange juice and other fresh juices... Wonderful place. A bit pricey but it's worth it for the portions & quality!

This place is theee best! The patty melt and chilaquiles with salsa verde are my favorite menu items. They’ve got classic diner dishes and Mexican dishes. I’ve tried lots of stuff on their menu and everything hits, from their fresh squeezed orange juice to their Mexican tortilla soup. Terrace also has a great vibe and very kind staff. We used to live in Windsor Terrace and would come here all the time. We moved back to the neighborhood after 7 years and decided to go back- food and services was great but no ac on a 90 degree day made it just a little uncomfortable for my hubby. I would still come back and recommend!

the staff will tell you most of their business is delivery, it is worth a pop-in if in the area. Warm wooden interiors and friendly staff prepare yummy plates at very reasonable prices. Try the hot open roast beef sandwich because it is sooo amazing. A diner that accepts cash: yay!

I went for the first time this past Wednesday. It was late afternoon/early evening so I was the only one in there. I had a hamburger deluxe, ordered medium. It was closer to medium-well, but that's ok. It was alright and the steak fries were cooked perfect. It was standard diner fare. The staff was friendly and the prices are reasonable. They have a big variety and I'd return to try some others.

A solid diner-style restaurant with good food, decent prices and large portions. It's a small place but is kid-friendly. The menu has quite a large variety of items and all that I've tried have been good. Breakfast is best in my opinion.

They call it a coffee shop but its more like a diner. They offer almost everything that you could want for breakfast and a variety of sandwiches and burgers. Some mexican food as well. I ordered the steak panini and it was very good. Service is fast and they have an area where you can eat outside if you wish to.

I'm updating my review, I've been back a few times. Really good Mexican food! I had the Al Pastor tacos—now they aren't like what you'd expect for an Al Pastor taco—they are more like a carnita (pulled pork), they are really good but that one time they were so tasty, lately the meat hasn't been as seasoned. There's a little guacamole, sauce and onions on it, the tortillas are fried and tasty. The meat had a little sweetness to it like BBQd pulled pork. My friend had a tortilla soup that was also delicious (this is still excellent). The tortilla pieces were fried and had a nice slightly crunchy texture and the soup had a nice tomato flavor. And we had a side of chips and guacamole. That was also freshly made and tasty. I gave 4 stars for the service because it took a little long to get the order but everything was freshly made so it's worth the wait. Ambience? It's a diner but I love those kinds of place. I will try more of their dishes and report back but this is a great find.

Small and quaint. I ordered a burrito bowl and was told all the meats are good. I ordered carnitas. Meh it was mostly beans. As you can tell by the photo. Flavor was ok. Iced coffee was pretty good. I'd give it another chance, but would order something different.

This review is for coffee only. We got cappuccino, which tasted terrible. There was a very thin layer of foam, which reminded more of latte than cappuccino. The size of the cups was small. And we paid almost $10 for two cappuccinos! Very disappointing experience.

This place had the best breakfast burritos but I found a bug in it the last time I ordered it so I won't be returning there.

No masks, dirty silverware, and did not clean the table outside before we sat down. Food wasn't bad but the overall experience leaves alot to be desired.

Food became more and more disappointing as we kept coming here. We added 3 toppings and it came out to $15! Ridiculously expensive for mid food that you can easily make at home. I went to this place for some breakfast on a whim. The employee making my breakfast sandwich (which he didn’t know the price of and was also expensive for what it was) wasn’t even wearing gloves when handling my food. I will not be returning to this establishment again.

Just had a very disappointed delivery and food experience, the delivery took more than an hour and when finally arrived my order was incomplete so we had to wait another 30 for the rest of my breakfast which was not pleasant or fulfilling, my breakfast wrap had ONLY one very tiny strip of bacon on only one half of the wrap, is was more wrap itself than anything else on it, I ask for a size of guacamole which I got like a pound of it without ships or nothing to eat with and then the rice and beans than come with it was send it to me not in a plastic appropriate container- like the did with the guacamole- so it spilled all over the bag, it look NOT appetizing at all and half was wasted so I’m very disappointed on my breakfast and will never order again from this place :/

Food's OK. Service is comically slow and inattentive bordering on apathetic. At the time I dropped in, I was one of what I thought were two customers, me and a guy in another booth on a cellphone. I had to ask where the menus were. Phone guy pointed them out, turns out he worked there. Needlessly lengthy wait, finally phone guy paused his conversation long enough to take my order (a cheeseburger). Another needlessly lengthy wait, to the point of absurdity & starting to think "maybe I should just walk out of here." Finally the food arrived. It was fine. The cherry on top of the whole experience was when I went to pay; the employee couldn't figure out the payment system. I'm still waiting. I live here now. Just kidding. He figured it out in the end. Not recommended if you value time or human acknowledgement.

Order a medium rare bacon cheese burger to go. Received a medium well burger with unmelted cheese and stale bacon . Top half of burger bun stale too ... French fries looked like that they were sitting in th fryer all day... greasy . Don’t bother ordering burgers.... called and complained no offer of any correction .... very sad truly disappointed .....

The WORST delivery times, consistently! Last delivery took 1 hour and 44 minutes! They do NOT care about their deliveries. This has happened with me twice already. I’m done with this place. Do yourself a favor and order from ANY other place! Save yourself time, energy, money and frustration and DO NOT order from here!

Was good a few years ago. Food kept getting worse while getting more expensive.

Got delivery from here, it was super late, everything was cold, crushed, and leaking in the bag, with the ironic exception of the milkshake which had melted but somehow arrived intact. Tried calling them but they wouldn't do anything about it, service was terrible, and they told me I can call back tomorrow to see if the owner wants to help me. Had to cook our own lunch after all and I'm stuck with inedible food. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This place sucks!

We've been using Terrace for years despite how often they get our order wrong. They are "convenient" to our location. But their new menu along with their new prices have made them unusable. Spotty service, uncaring accuracy, and really expensive prices means we are done with them.

Called over 10 times about an order placed through Grubhub that was being delivered by Terrance Staff, but nothing ever arrived. Neither the restaurant answer the phone nor Grubhub was able to resolve the issue or provide a refund. After waiting over two hours, the experience was extremely frustrating & disappointing.

Damn, I leave this poor review with a heavy heart. For 10+ years this was my favorite go-to diner for delivery. I had noticed the quality declining over the years but gave them some grace since the price of everything has been going up so when the blueberry pancakes had a sad sprinkling of blueberries (for a $3 up charge), I looked the other way. Today, I ordered a coffee with my meal and they sent a small when I ordered a large. Not the end of the world but I do call restaurants and ask for a refund of the item when my order is wrong and usually they do so without issue. I called asking for a refund of the difference in price only and was told they only have one size coffee. I informed them that the app I ordered from gave the option of large or small and I ordered a large at which point I was told there's only one size (small) and it's the cost of the large. I told them they need to update their apps because that's not what's advertised and asked for a full refund of the coffee. I was told that I would need to return the coffee to a delivery person in order to get a full refund. When I called back 20 minutes later to ask if they were sending a delivery person to get the coffee, I heard the person I spoke to in the background mocking me for complaining. Now, if you're not gonna update the prices and sizes you advertise, the least you can do is make things right when it is pointed out to you that you need to update the prices and sizes you advertise. I didn't miraculously force a large coffee into my order in open defiance of their new and unannounced one size only rule. Not to mention, that person was probably lying just to be a dick. It's strange to me that the response would be so lacking in customer service over what was THEIR simple mistake. They lost a loyal customer over $0.75.
