Acabamos de celebrar una fiesta post-boda en el Hotel y hemos quedado muy satisfechos del servicio recibido, tanto por la profesionalidad de Marina, Cristina y Sofia del Departamento de Eventos como por la alta calidad de la comida y la atención en sala con especial mención a el Maitre y al Sr Mauro que se esforzaron en satisfacer todas nuestras peticiones con amabilidad y diligencia.

Our family of four had a wonderful dinner at Margherita Restaurante! We were looking for a change from the Spanish food we had all week and Italian sounded great. We had a delicious bread basket, two large and flavorful goat cheese salads, and two excellent pizzas - the vegetarian and the napoletana (which had very tasty anchovies). The pizza crust had a perfect chewy crust. Mattia took great care of us! We were treated to some limoncello at the end of the meal and have not stopped talking about how delicious everything was! Highly recommend.

Hotel con Magia!! Dejas dinero en la cartera en tu habitación y desaparece!!! Pura magia luego nadie sabe nada.

Ayer a las 19:15h fui a la cafetería del hotel acompañada de una mujer de raza negra,ambas somos mujeres. La cafetería -restaurante estaba ocupada menos de un cuarto de su capacidad.El servicio en lugar de ofrecernos la primera mesa disponible a esa hora y de acuerdo con las normas horarias del establecimiento nos fue negando la acogida en mesas sucesivas hasta que por descarte nos permitió sentarnos en una mesa de la zona próxima a la puerta. Éste tipo de atención es lo opuesto al mensaje que desde la ciudadanía y los poderes públicos se ofrece de Barcelona como ciudad cosmopolita y de acogida. Les sugiero formen a su personal en las formas y normas básicas de hospitalidad.

First time we came - all was OK, Matias made a good service. I wrote about it. Now we came the second time at 15.01.26 - there was a wooman, with black short hairs, who met and just made a fast seat. She understand anything? She can talk with clients? So impolite. We offered tar-tar beef - she bringed tuna tar tar with bad quality. We offered lasagna - she bringed lasagna diet. We offered AFTER ALL OF IT simple lasanga - and it was a complete disaster. He was COLD, frozen. So, the question - what the cook do? He s serious? In Italian restaurant to give FROZEN LAZAGNA? In the center of Barcelona? Officiant wooman with black short hair was same complete disaster - she dont understand what she do, talk with people bad, and bites nails near the bar (left side after entrance) And even after all my orders they gave me bill with FULL PRICE 71euro - the food, which they bring not correctly. No sorry, nothing. Cooker - no comments with about ur frozen lasagna. We are disappointed on that all. It was very bad visit. Second time, after good visit. But now i ll not come again. Change the command, cooker, and a wooman with black short hair.
