I definitely wanted bright colors and this didn't have that but she loved the arrangement. It does state "if applies" on the website when ordering after I clicked "bright" colors. Still happy with it though. I would have loved the bright colors just to brighten her day more but they were still pretty!

The flowers are incredibly fresh and beautifully arranged, and their plant selection is healthy and well cared for. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to offer great advice. I spelled it verbatim. What we received for 170.00 is basket full of weeds, a ribbon with "Nephew" written on it and a sloppy note that read, "Love always and forever Donna and Papa." After calling about the incorrect ribbon and quality of work, someone came with a Grandson ribbon and another sloppy hand written note. The "designer" was argumentative and unapologetic when she arrived. She stated she used "industry standards;" however, there were no recognizable flowers in the arrangement: no roses, etc. For the price of 170, I was hoping for something more respectable. Never again! Thank goodness there are other florist in town to choose from in the future. Please go to alternative florist.
