I love Little Caesar's so much and i just want to be the guy who recognises and appreciates them enough to give them the extra most bestest review. When all your friends are gone you know whos still there for you? Little Carsars and at the end of the day its the little things that count. I was shocked and appalled to see the bad reviews on here and frankly I don't believe them. I've been to this location countless times over the years and I'm always impressed if you are disappointed it's your fault, you must have done something wrong or there is something wrong with your vision olfactory or gustatory senses. I come here when I'm super hung over and I swear it cures me. They don't answer the phone before they're open and honesty I don't either so who could blame them. The extra most bestest is a dollar more than the traditional hot and ready and it's worth the buck no matter how poor you are. It's the dankest. My girlfriend believes something about the za gives you anxiety and don't disagree. If you eat too much you'll feel some type of way so maybe pop a zannie with it then you'll be 💯 I worked at jets pizza for just shy of 10 years and ate pizza pretty much every day and loved every bite but honestly when I wasn't on the clock lit caezzies was my go to za factory. Thank you little Caesar's I love you ♡
This location has a drive thru. And actually, only the drive thru is open at this time, due to COVID. You can order ahead, either via the APP or call-in and pick-up your order at the drive thru window. The food is always hot!

This location still provides butter and parm cheese on the pizza. The location on Evergreen gives you these ingredients in a cup for you to put on. This takes away from the pizza because the butter just sit on top of the pizza. I stopped going to the Evergreen location because of the change.

Went here with a couple of friends, Met Daniel, I gotta say, Daniel made me some of the best pizza l ever had, I've never had pizza that made me dance until today, I bit into this pizza and felt a rush of happiness faster than ever, and don't even get me started on the Italian Cheese Bread, God Daniel deserves a raise, he worked so hard when we went in to give him praise for the pizza, he slipped and fell on a bucket of mop water, I hope your doing well Daniel, thank you for the most amazing Pizza I've ever had!🏆

I pre-ordered 2 pizzas tonight from this location (one custom, and one standard ultimate supreme). These were honestly the BEST 2 pizzas my family and I have EVER had from any Little Caesars anywhere, and we’ve been coming to this location on-and-off for the last 10 years. It was clear that whoever was making the pizzas tonight was paying careful attention to the instructions, and using extra care with use of ingredients, and the general presentation. Pizzas were hot and perfectly on-time for my pick up, and literally looked exactly like they do in the commercials (never seen that before tonight). Quality was so amazing tonight that I ended up calling the store to speak to a manager to thank tonight’s staff. I was told it was Jamari and Stefan making tonight’s pizzas, and they knocked it out of the park! If every Little Caesar’s pizza was made like tonight, I’d be there all the time! Thank you! Went to the 13 and Southfield Road location for a hot and ready Pizza... end up having to sit and wait 20 minutes. The reason I wanted a hot and ready was so I wouldn't have to wait.
Can't pull off special orders well. Last night, on the portal, I ordered light sauce - I got NO sauce. I also ordered light cheese, I got regular to heavy cheese. I love the thin crust and was trying to keep it lighter. Do they not have standard measurements? It seems all subjective.
The food was very, very good and on time for pick up. We'd be happy to give them better than three stars, but an item ordered from the online menu - the stuffed breadsticks - was not available at this location, yet instead of calling to explain and offer a substitute, they just substituted plain breadsticks and didn't say anything about it when I picked the order up. Be cautious when ordering online from this Little Caesar's.
Today April 3rd 2025. We ordered a cheese pizza, a stuffed crust pepperoni and sausage , crazy bread and sauce. They said 15 minutes. Get there no pizza then come with the pizza that had obviously been ready. Get home 5 minutes away. Pizzas aren't hot and taste like cardboard. Dough was extremely thin. Too many times they've messed up! I won't be spending any more money at this location. Don't play with my money. So we give them another try. JUNE 2025.2 stuffed crust pizzas, pepperoni, italian sausage, onion, green peppers, crazy bread and ssuce. Get it home. 2 stuffed crusts with italian sausage, pepperoni, onion and jalapenos. Since when is green peppers mean jalpenos? Manager Mike says" we'll remake it next time on us. Ok cool. Fast forward July 8th 2025. I call for the remake. He kept his word. Halloween 2025. I want to thank the young manager for the professional way he handled the pizza rush. Good job young man! Today January 18th. We ordered 3 pizzas , crazy bread and sauce. As usual the young manager was courteous. The food was hot and fresh. Please keep him!

First little Caesars I've ever been to and gotten a old hot and ready... The crust through out the whole pizza seems stale slightly hard to chew and hardly any sauce.

I have been coming to this location for many years. Over the past few months, the service has gone down drastically. I have had 2 incomplete online orders within the past month. Very disappointed in this location as of late.
It's Little Caesars so I don't expect the world. The dough in the crazy bread I bought had been over proofed, or possibly had sat in the walk-in for a bit too long before being cooked. As a result, the dough was flat, full of airy holes, and tough and chewy instead of that soft, buttery crazy bread we know and love.
Everytime I attempt to call and place an order they never answer the phone! So, I end up going there to place my order and wait 15-20mins for a pizza. They say the reason is that they're too busy but everytime I get there its only 1 person a head of me. I actually witness the phone ringing while waiting and guess what? They didn't answer. You guys must do better. I know that they're losing tons of business.
I ordered a pretzel crust pizza. After receiving the pizza I looked and it looked exactly like a regular hot and ready. I took the pizza back in and stated that this is not a pretzel crust pizza. The young lady behind the register said yes it is I stated it looks nothing like its supposed to look it looks like a regular hot and ready she was like no thats it but we can make you a new one then walked away I was baffled because I don't understand how you walk away for a dissatisfied customer to help other customers before helping to solve the issue. I continued to vocalized that this was not what I ordered a young man from the back then walked to the front and I told him my complaint he said I got you Ill make you another one 5-7 minutes..great! I can hear "just put more baking soda in the crust" in the back and "this better be okay"? I don't know if they knew I could hear them. When I got the remade pizza it looked the same as before with darker crust. I told the young lady this is still not what I asked for she said we added more baking soda to the crust that what it was. I took the pizza and looked up how a pretzel crust pizza should look cause maybe my eyes couldn't see the menu board clearly. I am going to post a comparison there was no salt as pictured and the crust did not rise like the picture. I went to show it to the young lady who took my order and she said oh yeah we don't have the "margin" that makes the salt stick I said thats not the only issue and you need to tell people if you cant make it right she said yeah my fault no refund was offered. I just took it but in hind sight should have insisted a refund! Workers need to be trained how handle complaints properly!
Waited 45 minutes for two pepperoni pizzas and crazy bread, no line. The guy was so backed up in orders he had time to hold a conversation on his AirPods while we waited for the cook to load the oven.

I went a little after lunch like 1:15 pm and just got a hot and ready and a crazy bread combo and I want some cheese bread but they only had two people working and he was already busy and customers had an attitude but the young man was very nice and working as hard as he could and was very polite . Will return just will be prepared for a wait cause this time I'm getting a hot pizza
I understand there are bad days for people, but unfortunately these days, those bad days get to be projected onto other people without hesitation... and certainly without the customer in mind. I have 4 kids that happened to have 3 different appointments at 515pm... so at 330,I pre-ordered online, so I could pick up by 4pm, right after I picked up my 9yr old. I walk into the store with my son, already filled with about 6 other customers, but I looked in the locker and my order wasn't there yet. It also seemed to be a shift change, but as two young gentlemen started to compete orders, pull pizzas from the ovens, etc, the counter rep have me 2 of 3 pizza my crazy bread... needed one more pizza and ICB as they called it. Said it would be about 5 more minutes. I said cool. 30 minutes later, as the rest of the orders were cleared, I was told, again, another 5 minutes.... and the gentleman that was making and pulling pizzas stayed to come over to explain. As he did, I also was saying that it's been an hour since I ordered and he didn't take any time to listen to me. In fact, he kept telling me I was rude and wouldn't let him talk to explain, but then said... get out of here.... go... and I said, not without my pizza... as you talk to me like that in front of my 9 year old.... so, we finally got our pizza, along with some disrespectful young man who had a bad day, project it back unto a customer that wasn't mad. In fact, after I dropped off my sons at their appointments, I came back to check in on the guy... say sorry it got heated... but he wouldn't even give me the time of day. Not a good way to keep customers. hope there is some training provided for these store representatives. No need to be rude, but also, not something to risk losing anymore of my time, or certainly not anymore of my money. --- I wasn't going to be some viral moment a teen worker decided to 'go off' on a customer to see my reaction.... because it was only going to be this... so sorry this is how you live and work, kid.... disrespect and treating others that way isn't a fun life.

Terrible experience at this location. Spent money here and couldn’t even get sauce on the pizzas that was ordered for a company event. Bad customer service.
Ordered a specialty pizza with a Pepsi and bread sticks. Received ONLY a round pepperoni and a 7 dollar refund. Apparently they were to lazy to make the said specialty pizza and figured I didn't want the other items. Go to Jets!
When they say "Hot and Ready" they mean "Unable to fulfill your online order because they ran out of dough 45 minutes before they closed and make you wait 10 minutes the following day when you go back to try to fulfill your order multiple times over the course of 3 months" This branch sucks.
I ordered over phone a pepperoni cheese bread and when I called the employee sounded rushed , he rushed everything I was saying over the phone . When I got there he had a Italian cheese bread for me when I asked for PEPERONNI CHEESE BREAD WITH EXTRA BUTTER AND PARM that’s exactly what I said and when I tried to explain to him he insisted that I didn’t order that when I did and he had a nasty attitude with me the whole time ! Maybe if he slow down , fix his attitude and stop rushing he can get orders right !
I just called the location, a young lady answered said something really fast and hung up. When I called back she rudely said slowly with a very nasty attitude Walk-ins and Online only and then she hung up again! This was so unprofessional and poor customer service! Such a shame!
Never get what yu pay for here. Undercooked Dough and any extras yu pay for never show up. 1 Girl running the whole store tho it was more then one person there. So i understnad and am not mad at HER for this worthless 🍕 . I didnt buy a H&R either. Spent 10+ on one pie and got 4 dollors worth of food.
Door says they're open until 10pm, Google says 945pm. I went there at 931pm and they wouldnt make me a pizza. They said even was turned off. Why turn it off at 930pm when it only takes 8 minutes to make a pizza. Garbage. I'll tak my business elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible service! This has been my local Little Caesar's for the past 4 years and they have never gotten anything right and BEWARE THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU AND POCKET THE EXTRA CASH!
Pizzas are rarely ready and employees are very slow and not very polite. The other day they closed the store 3 hours early because they ran out of pizza. My order was already placed online and they told me to take it up with the app (which is impossible). I had to call a 800 number and try to explain which took an hour of my time. Still don't have a refund.
I deleted my negative review. Bad stuff happens and, in this case, the owner (Michael) took care of business. Thank you for being attentive to our situation. That's how it's done.
There was a long wait for pizza with only one other customer in front of us. While watching the person who identified his self as the owner take pizzas out the oven he drops the spatula on the floor, picks the spatula up and place it on the counter. Once our pizza was ready to come out of the oven he picks up the very same spatula and uses it to take the pizzas out if the oven (Without cleaning). Once I told him that I did not want the pizza because of what he did he began to lie and say it wasn't true. Needless to say I just wanted a refund and will not be frequenting the location again. I felt disrespected and disgusted that he would even treat a customer like this. Then I watch him take money from a customer and without washing his hands or wearing gloves start handleing food. He also told me he didn't care who I told about it because he was the owner. If I could rate him a negative star I would.
Ordered online so I can be in and out. I got there at 8:30 and the doors were locked. They supposedly close at 10. The employees were hiding in the back and heard people knocking and ignored them. Finally someone comes to unlock the door and tells me they're out of pizza. No phone call no sign on the door. Nothing. I asked for a refund and he said I had to do it online. Stop hiring unprofessional children
Ordered at 11:30 AM. Arrived to pick up my order scheduled for 3 PM. They haven't even started it. I am currently going to arrive to my team party 45 minutes late. They said they don't have enough people to make the order and continued to make walk in and call in orders first.
Don’t come for lunch. Way too slow. Spent my whole lunch waiting for an order I called in. 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni pizza, that was it. Then head to wait 10 minutes on a refund. Never again.
Hot and ready and pepperoni cheese bread was dry and they are so tight on toppings. Pizza was so flat and still couldn’t taste the cheese. Seems as if there’s no yeast in bread to rise. Pepperoni Bread was dry. So upset. I want to take it back.
They give cold hot and readys and don’t cut the pizza 🍕 at all and drown your pizza 🍕 in so much butter that the box is soaked and cheese is sliding off and soggy just disgusting 🤮 not appetizing at all , worker say it’s suppose to be like that Don’t COME HERE unless you want diabetes
Visited today, September 19, 2019. The crust was as hard as a stale pretzel. Disappointing that the employees would sell this to a customer. They had to have noticed this when they sliced it. By the time you get home and find out, it's not worth the effort to take it back to complain. The owner needs to show up from time to time and check the quality, else his business will be out of business. Most people who go here probably live close by, so once they know the quality is poor or not reliable, they will stop coming. So be warned...before you pay or leave, check the quality.
My dad went there late at night I’ll say around 7 or 8 He ate 4 slices and my mom ate 2. At 4:00 in the morning both of my parents started to vomit. They didn’t have the pizza cooked properly. It caused them to get food poisoning.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called before I drove all the way up here and asked could I place an order over the phone he said yes I can because they wasn’t taking no more call ins . I get there and the dude tells me I called the wrong store like I don’t know which place I called . I’m pregnant I don’t have time to waste and for people to try and play me like I don’t know who I’m calling just because they want tired of taking orders.
We called in asked for the total they said "about $26" which out the gate sounded suspicious, they didn't have our order ready, they said wait 10 more minutes we did, while waiting we were about to pay they then said $35. Which didn't sound right at all with what we ordered, then they tried justifying it. Bad service. Didn't pay or get our food, they didn't accommodate for the scam they we're trying to pull on us. Very poor service. If I could give a zero I would.
Terrible place with terrible employees even for little ceasers if you can even get one to speak to you loud enough to take your order you’ll be left standing there for 40 plus minutes and the entire time being told “just 3 more minutes” i dont know if the girl behind the counter has underlying issues but you couldn’t get her to look at you let alone respond to a question didn’t even get my food will not be returning to this terrible location
I don't know what y'all got, but those "CRAZY! CRAZY! AMOUNTS OF TOPPINGS" were on vacation. I think the staff were making a jalapeno pizza at the same time as mine because I'd get random bites of very hot that isn't supposed to be on my sweet and salty Hawaiian pizza. Despite the lack of toppings, the grease from this pizza had the bottom of the box almost collapse after it had been sat on the counter for an hour at home. The box was just cardboard with nothing else under the pizza to protect either.
I waited over 30 minutes for a hot and ready, store was packed with people waiting for orders that had not been processed from online and DoorDash. Guy at the register using dirty hands; taking cash and then making pizza without washing hands. Got home which is around the corner and discovered my pizza was ice cold. Unbelievable since they said it was straight from oven.
The lady manager and young man Malik were both very rude. Malik put me on hold twice for 5 minutes each time and never returned to the call. When I confronted him in person, he simply said he was busy and did not apologize. The young lady with nose piercings then stepped in with a bad attitude and poor customer service. They seemed uninterested in their work. As a frequent customer, I will not be returning to this establishment due to the unprofessional behavior of the management and staff.
Came in at 1:10 and there’s no HOT AND. READY done. It’s called hot and ready, like little ceasar doesn’t understand the meaning of ready. I shouldn’t have to wait 10 mins. Then a guy comes out the back that’s wasn’t making any pizzas or anything. I won’t be back.
I took a family member at this location, because the Little Caesars on 12& Evergreen was closed down, regarding Covid Issues. My family came out and said, "I need to go to the gas station, they won't take a $50 dollar bill".I said, " I pay for it, we got to go". Went in the slender white guy with glasses, said it will be couple minutes. ALL THE staff went to the back, I could see a staff put 2 pizza and 2 bag of bread in a case, from the back, a customer came in, one of the staff came to the front, asked the customer "how can I help you" The customer said, "Do you have any pizzas ready?" The staff reached inside a case to give her the pizzas, I said,"I believe those are mine" the staff a 6'7" white husky guy said Very Rude, these are NOT YOUR!" I Said, " I was told it will be ready in a couple of minutes". Then I said, "YOU DO NOT HAVE A ATTITUDE " then he said another RUDE THING, I said, "YOU CAN GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK" this individual said, "I MAKE MORE MONEY I NEED, I DO NOT NEED YOUR MONEY. LITTLE CAESARS AT THIS LOCATION DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY,I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION OR BRING A FAMILY AT THIS LOCATION. What is wrong with a business that be RUDE to you, when YOU given money to them. I CAN KEEP MY MONEY AND MY FAMILY CAN KEEP THEIR MONEY MAKE PIZZAS AT HOME, FROM THIS DAY FORWARD. I DON'T know if it was me, A Black Female because he was very nice to the White female customer who came in. EITHER OR, LITTLE CAESARS WAS RUDE RUDE RUDE
I would give them 0 if I could. They never answer the phone and I was just asked to not "come at the cashier like that" when I said he should take down an ad for a promo that is still up in not one but two places in the store that expired. How is that coming at you? I was not rude just stating that he should remove a meal deal price if the deal isn't available and you are unwilling to honor a posted price. You have signs up for a new promo but couldn't simantaneosly take down the old ones? If you value customer service and not having the Lord's name thrown at you when you decide to leave instead of engaging in nonsense then go someplace else!
Poor service. The location on 12 Mile was closed so I drove to the 13 Mile & Southfield location. I called while I was driving. No answer. When I came in, there was a woman cashing out. Her card was declined, so I waited. After dealing with that customer, the staff member went outside to call a young girl in. I question whether that young girl was old enough to work in the store and whether she was an actual employee. She was in the back reprimanding her about making a mistake on someone's order telling her to pay attention and she has to help her. The young girl comes to the counter to take my order. I tell her and she walks back to speak to the original staff person. She comes back and tells me she can't take my order all they have to offer is pepperoni pizza because they close in 15 minutes. They completely disregarded the fact I had been standing and waiting to place my order for almost 10 minutes. I won't return. And considering I had to place an order online to go to another Little Cesar's because they next closest location would not answer the phone, just to arrive to the incorrect pizza, I'm taking my business to another pizza place that has enough staff to answer the phone.
I accidentally ordered here instead of my home location. The lady general manager was extremely rude and refused to give a refund. It's fine, I'm disputing the charge with my bank, but it was just shocking how rude the staff and mostly the manager is.
RE: Customer Complaint We places an order over the phone at the Southfield location for cheesebread and 2 medium pizzas with ground beef. When we got home and opened the boxes, we had the chessebread, but the 2 medium pizzas had ground beef and pepperoni on them. We cannot eat pork. We called back to inform them that the items we received were incorrect. The employee who answered, Savanah, said they could remake the order and we could pick it up. That's great, but we did not get a refund or even a discount when we asked for one for the mistake and inconvenience. My autistic son had a meltdown at dinner because he could not eat on time. This was incredibly disappointing and this location has lost our business.
Thursday June 15th 846 p.m. I was looking to get a quick hiding ready and the doors were locked. On the door it says you guys close at 9:00. There are a group of us waiting outside trying to figure out what's going on and there was a lady inside with a baby telling us that the store is closed and lock the doors. This is absolutely insane! So I just went to the one in Berkeley and they took care of me
I'm almost certain that my card was compromised after visiting this location this past Friday (2/7/2020). I'm curious to hear if others are experiencing this as well. I haven't had any fraud issues with my account that I've had for many years until now. My bank alerted me yesterday of fraudulent transactions for other fast food restaurants that I've never visited. Thank God they were on it and prevented any more fraudulent transactions from occurring. I wouldn't recommend using a credit or debit card at this location. Use cash if you decide to patronize this location. I will not be returning. Update: As of 2/16/2020, I have yet to hear back from their corporate office after reaching out shortly after this incident. I've been a Little Caesars customer for many years but I'm very disappointed with the decline in service and lack of follow-up.
I paid for a pizza through the app, sent my son in to pick it up, the cashier charged him again. The Mgr said they made a 2nd pizza when my son came in because they thought it was a call in. How, wouldn't the cashier say we don't have a call in for that name, it will be 10 minutes to make? F.o.s! Offered to make another one. Why would I so he can spit on it. No thx!
The young men that work in the evenings are always high and messing up orders. They said we're ready to get outta here. They also stop taking orders by taking the phone off the hook or send it to voicemail. He told me we called another store, no we didn't this is the one we frequent. Wound up ordering in Birmingham.
I usually have no issue with this place but on 12/22/20 my order of crazy bread was incorrectly made. I asked for it to be lightly baked but some of this bread was doughy. I called the next day because they were closed and I could not reach anyone after three calls so I called again on 12/24/20 and spoke to Kaylin (sp?), the store manager and he was very unprofessional and rude and he kept stating that I ordered my bread lightly baked. I have been ordering my crazy bread this way for about 20 years (even from this location) and I have never had doughy bread. I will never come back to this location. I was a manager at a restaurant, even left as a store manager trainee and I would never speak with someone the way he spoke to me.
This is what the pizza is supposed to look like. Parmesan crust and pepperoni covering the pizza. Two times I ordered from here. The first time they got me with no Parmesan crust and pepperoni sprinkled on the pizza because I didn’t check until I got home. Second time they did the same thing. No Parmesan crust and sprinkled pepperoni. I asked the worker why and she responded they don’t usually put Parmesan on the crust for a pizza that requires Parmesan crust. Then I asked why sprinkled pepperoni and she said that’s how it’s supposed to be made. Everything from there is horrible. Never again. Too bad you can’t give zero stars.
This review is more about the service than the food. An 18min wait for a pizza that's advertised as hot and ready is what i was told (and while thats disappointing. I accepted.) It took an extra 10minutes to get my order, which is upsetting because someone else came in behind me, ordered the same thing and got their food 1st!

The young lady who took my order was was friendly.. she informed my that my wait would be 7 to 10 minutes.. so this means my puffs should be nice and hot. Nope…wrong!!! They were cold and burnt!!! Trouble food!! People were friendly, but they need a new cook .

Abysmal service. No one even making an attempt to speak to or help people arriving for their orders in the lobby. Watched the guy working at removing food from oven move so painfully slow that I watched them throw out a whole pizza and to sheep’s a of bread because he failed to get them out of the oven fast enough as further orders continued to build up. I only began to use this location because of the degradation of service at a closer location to my house. Never seems to have anyone with a sense of ownership or customer care in this location anymore
Received an uncooked three meat pizza with cold and wet center under crust. Not exactly hot and ready, called in they said to come bring it back even though some of the kids had already eaten half the pizza.. I don't think it's worth the gas to drive back to drop off a pizza more concerned about the kids eating raw ingredients.. but I called back in and the person told me that they were very busy but it is okay to eat uncooked dough and pizza ingredients and everyone should be fine. He went as far as to say some people very much enjoy eating the pizza uncooked.. and that he was very busy and had to go 😂 I'm not driving across town to return a $13 pizza I just am not. One job.
