Penne Pasta dish was great. I also tried one of the new Cannabis-infused cocktails! Refreshing, sweet and prob gonna help me sleep well tonight. Nice alternative to alcohol if you want something to relax with after a long day.

Had an awesome time here. The staff was on it from the moment we walked in, fast, friendly, and upbeat. Food came out hot and fresh, drinks were solid, and those Jell-O shots! Total game-changer. Great place to kick back with friends after work.

Keith, the manager, looked after us fantasticly. He remembered all of the drink and food orders without having to write it down, and there were 6 of us! The food did take a while to come out, but it was delicious. (I recommend the brunch burger) We will definitely return to this location over the poor service we receive in Georgetown.

Just had the most amazing experience at this place tonight. Our server Eddie was one of one. I am an avid Applebees goer and have visited many Hive locations in many different states and this one has just reached the top of my list. We always get the half off appletizers past 9pm and Eddie recommended the best line up. We got waffle fries which were amazing. The wings were fire. The chips crispy. The pretzels hot and fresh. He was incredibly friendly and funny and conversation was great. He told us some pretty awesome stories about his experience as a chef for private jets. The dude has lived like 6 lives in one. I could not have asked for a better evening visiting Austin with my wife. Long live Applebees!

Very spontaneously decided to stop in for dinner and a drink while watching an NBA playoff game. Not a regular, I didn't know what to expect, but it was appreciated to be served by a friendly bartender named Melaniece (spelling ?) -- She was super helpful in giving food and drink options, even making my margarita just how I like it, and checked on me from time to time without being annoying. So, a good burger, fresh crispy fries, a good seat to watch my game, and bartender who was both pretty and professional. A good combination.

Had a great evening watching Dallas Cowboys/Buccaneers match in Applebees. It was a great place, and we got seated quickly. Joseph, waitstaff explained the questions we have on the menu, was kind, however the beverages arrived quickly and the food took a little while to arrive. Round of drinks were good.

Great service, great food, and the atmosphere of all the people around is great... My favorite place to go to burn down my days work. Peter and Macey rock the bar, always helping each other, it is amazing how they tag team the bar and always on point. That is why I have chosen Applebee's as my to go Restaurant/Bar place. These restaurants are usually hit or miss. Today was an absolute HIT with the food and service. I had the .50 boneless wings which happen to be the most saucy so far that I’ve found. This along with the oriental chicken salad was just *chefs kiss *. I’m glad I made a stop at this location. The server was just the best and making sure I was doing alright.

I had been in Europe for a month when I went to this Applebee's, so my expectations were incredibly low. I quite frankly went there because they had a BO/GO entree. I hadn't been to an Applebee's in a decade so I actually went online and printed out the coupon so there would be no question about the discount. Of course, I promptly forgot to bring it. I mentioned it to Melanie on the way in though and she said it was fine. To my pleasant surprise, when Damian prepared the bill, the coupon was already taken into consideration had my bill adjusted. This is the kind of old school service that see almost nowhere else in America. Damian was extremely personable and thorough without being obsequious during our meal. Rhyli, as hostess also deserves mention because, despite being incredibly young, she has the presence of a timeless maître d', managing the seating while still treating you a old friend who has just stopped in.

For the past couple of years, i have only ordered the broccoli chicken alfredo because it had such a great taste! The only reason I gave a 4 is because I don't really like the taste of the chicken, so I always get it without. I am NEVER disappointed when I go! Whether its inside or to go, they never fail!! ❤❤

Nothing against this location as I genuinely don’t like the AppleBees food. Good drinks (if you are on the cheap side) and friendly staff. Came here on Halloween @ night and waited a good ten minutes, which is super good as it was pretty busy. The food was on the mid side but the food did come out quickly and our drinks were immediately served. Despite coming on Halloween, our server was super attentive. I don’t recommend the boneless wings but my boyfriend oddly liked the Wonton tacos and would halfway recommend the ribs if you just want to try ribs for the first time.

We visited St. PATTY'S day which was last Sunday. Our waitress was very nice and energetic. However, she was also the bartender. Sooo they only had 2 wait staff and a lot of customers, especially after church got out!! We had to wait a long time for drinks and they didn't have GREEN BEER!! The food was decent, and great price specials 2 for $25. Some waited 20 minutes or more with open tables, but no Staff to wait on them. Management finally came out to help. BUT, the restaurant was definitely understaffed for a busy holiday. 💚

So, I've worked in restaurants most of my adult life.. There's a 30, 60, 90 rule... You have 30 seconds to greet and get your customer's drink orders, 60 seconds to get the drinks back to your customer's table, and 90 seconds to take their food orders and get them to the kitchen... When your customer's glass is about half empty, you ask if they want a refill... When it's slow, there's absolutely no excuse not to meet your check points... The food is ok, but our waitress was horrible! I'll never come late at night again... She's the most incompetent waitress I've ever seen, and I think she's high... No tip when you don't actually do your job.... Just saying...

Usually love going to any Applebees. The steak has always been my favorite because you can eat the whole thing without fat. I know some people don't mind but nothing is worse with a steak then enjoying how juicy and perfectly well cooked it is then biting into a piece of chewy fat. It ruins the experience. Tonight was one of those unfortunate experiences. The steak had more fat than I've ever seen on an Applebees steak. Disappointing. Everything else was good but when you go just for the steak....It's disappointing.

Things started off fine. Our waitress took our order, then things took a turn. 1) After our waitress took our order she asked if we wanted more water, I stated yes, then she just left and didn’t come back until she was giving us our check. No hey was the food good, no hey do you guys want anything else. - She just completely disappeared, she had a jacket on and we watched her go outside to do who knows what. Even my 9 year old son said something. “Dad where is our person” 2) We wanted to order more drinks/dessert but by the time she got back to us it felt like she was just ready for us to leave. She actually did come back and ask us if we wanted dessert but she already had the check in her hand and we were already really upset so we just left. - Our bill ended up being $57, but we had planned on getting multiple drinks and dessert and we always tip 25%. This is the only time in recent memory we felt the need to not tip as much and almost left no tip In conclusion we understand when things are out of our waiter’s control but she was just completely disinterested. It was not busy or chaotic. If we didn’t feel bad, we would have left 0 dollars. The food was on par with our expectations, we knew this wasn’t a fine dining experience. But our waiter failed to meet the most BASIC expectations of service. I don’t know if she had something going on or what but definitely nearly the worst experience we have ever had. We anted to ask for a manager but I didn’t want to embarrass her or upset my family. She definitely needs to be spoken to. The crazy part is she didn’t even give us her name. But she had black hair and what looked like a wrist brace on and a black puffy jacket.

My husband's fries,that were part of his "endless" riblets order, never came till the very end with breaded shrimps? My "Sunday deal" margarita, never came. They had to take it off the bill. But pay attention to the ticket and the side that you order. $1.99 to get Mac & cheese and $.99 to get loaded potatoes I think you should be inform of this when ordering. And the brownie and ice cream omg the spoon was bigger than the amount of ice cream they gave me but I can say it was good.

The modelo draft beer was too bland, it just tasted like water. But the waffle fries are great though.

Service was great, but the food was just ok. My husband had the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp and he had no complaints. I had the Mac-n-cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken. While both meals were super fresh, there was only a dollop of cheese in mine. The sauce came from the honey pepper that dripped from the chicken strips. All in all not a bad visit, just need some work on making the dish live up to it's description.

Arrive at 630pm. Went there for my father's 80th birthday (it's where he wanted to go, so go we did). For a Sunday night @ 7 pm, aside from about 7 people at the bar and prolly 10 other diners we were the only ones there... Seemingly including the staff. Service was polite, friendly... God forsaken slow. 15 minutes for a single rum & coke. 7 pm takes order Easy order... One bowl of soup, a combo appetizer platter, a fried shrimp dish, and a chix quesadilla salad all for the same time. lol. 20 minutes later the soup comes first (lukewarm-I'm the only one of the three of us with food 🤦🏻‍♂️). 745 pm, rest of the food hits the table. K quesadilla part of salad was cold. The fried shrimp and fries lukewarm. The hottest par of the combo app was the spin dip (just all the way at the bottom of the cup the dip came in). 810 pm..second round of sodas. Paid and out the door by 845 pm. Didn't really see our server, other than from across the room, very much. Food flavors were good. Carbom-mizer should have been changed hours before. My 38+ years in hospitality (all levels of high and low touch) wanted to talk shit, but I try really hard not to.... I happen to still look at times when things happen in restaurant and notice when things are not on point. But... My dad was happy being out and away from our younger kids, so if he was happy, what can I say 🤷🏻‍♂️. The positive... Our server, I believe his name was Josh. Super nice younger man, pleasant to talk with. It's the experience that I've grown accustomed to with Applebee's, not great, not terrible, moderate level of perceived value.

The waiter had a great attitude, and he was friendly. Not sure if he was the only waiter working that night, but he was definitely all over the building. So it delayed him in serving us in a timely fashion. The music was decent. Overall, the food was okay. Both the mashed potatoes and salmon were dry but flavorful. The broccoli was great! At any rate, I appreciate the responses back, and another attempt to give this location another try. --------------------- I haven't been to this Bee's, so my friend and I met up here yesterday, Jan. 12th for a late lunch. Good in your neighborhood? Maybe more like below average in your shopping center. Applebees has flown under our radar for most of the 15 years we have lived in Round Rock. Last year, as a joke, we grabbed dinner here and was shocked by the low costs, decent food, and pretty good all around experience. We’ve added this restaurant to our mix over the last year and have enjoyed it. However, tonight (Monday), this dramatically changed. Their daily food special was AYCE Boneless Wings for $15, a 2 for $25 deal, and an off menu Burger, Fries, and drink for $10. Our party of three opted for the last two options. When we got the food (which took a very long time) it was good. Very tasty burgers, cooked well. The boneless wings were overcooked and looked like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. The daily drink specials are robust, but all of the beers on the menu were out of stock. In fact, not sure what’s going on here but almost the entire draft was out of stock. They had more missing beers than they had in stock. Pretty convenient to run a special on beer and not carry it. Might as well offer $6 Filet Mignon and tell them you ran out? What difference does it make to have drink specials if you won’t honor them? Our server was unprepared, didn’t know was out of stock, had to go to the bar multiple times to find us options. I’m not kidding. I asked for three beers and each time she came back to say they didn’t have it. On top of it, my first drink took 20 minutes to get delivered. When the bill came, I had ordered their daily special of Crown Royal Whiskey ($2.99), I learned that if you add sour mix, it adds on $5.00. I asked our server, “what is the price for - a shot?” She said yes. Our total bill for a chicken salad, two burgers and a boneless wings appetizer (part of the 2 for $25) came to $70. This included 4 drinks that were supposed to be on special around $10 total. Nice try Applebees. Thanks for reminding me why we should let you go back to a memory.

This Applebee's Grill is ok. I visited monthly. I used to get the fish and chips; but, I was disappointed they no longer have sweet potato fries. I ordered the Mexican Martini with Patron Silver, an expensive mistake, or it was very light on the Patron. The servers didn't great us or smile when we entered. It must be under new management, because the customer service was lacking.

The service was great, but the food was *lousy*. My steak was tough, despite being cooked to medium, and it just didn't taste good. My wife had a burger that was smothered in absolutely tasteless cheese, and the 'bacon' on the burger couldn't actually be bitten or chewed through - I struggled to cut it with my steak knife. Lesson learned I suppose - I just didn't think it would be *that* bad.

This is not our first time coming to this Applebees so I was shocked how my experience this time came out to be. The server was great and everything it did look like he was the only server there, with 2 other tables, he looked like he was really busy just so I understand when our appetizer got delayed. But Our appetizer got delivered about 2 min before our entree was out, the first time my food did not come out right. But the second time i tasted kinda soap, rubber while I was eating my chicken sandwich did not think much of it until.., I found the plastic part of my cheese was still attached my to my chicken sandwich. They immediately gave it to me on the house, gave me a coupon, I understand that it was not server fault more likely the kitchen, just wish we had a better experience.

Three out of four of the people in my group ordered some sort of pasta, and all of them came out gross. The alfredo sauce was like gravy with mayo, and ranch added. They kept bringing out multiple burgers, and asking if we ordered them. When we told them what kind of burger our friend ordered the waiter looked at the ones he was holding, and couldn't figure out which it was, had to go back to the kitchen to ask the cook. One ordered a burger, and he said it was good. They took a really long time to bring out drinks. The drinks tasted off. The appetizer didn't come out till after we ate. They didn't say anything to us, when we finally asked what happened to it they said it burned so it was being remade. They also had to remake my fiances order cause it really wasn't cooked right.

Came in around 5:15 p.m. on 1/23/26. Tried ordering 9 oz. Pinot noir. Couldn't get it. They only had 3 wines out of 8 listed on the menu. Only had 1 server for the entire restaurant. Don't know why the manager didn't come out to help. Poor guy was so far in the weeds it took us 4 tries to get tartar sauce & lemons for my husband's fish & chips. By the time he got it his food was cold. I didn't get the Dijon mustard for my tenders. This location has been going down hill for a while now. What a shame!

We wanted to grab lunch after church and every restaurant was packed... except Applebee's... and now I know why. The service was terrible, there was nobody in there yet the waiter took 20 minutes to take our drink order, and another 30 minutes before he took our food order. We ordered chicken wings as an appetizer and they were literally cool when they arrived. Had it not taken 20 minutes to get them we would have sent them back. We didn't get our main dishes until over an hour after we arrived and it was mediocre... And we've had stomach issues since. It was probably the worst restaurant experience I've ever had.

Possibly some of the worst food I’ve had in a long time. I ordered chicken strips largely because honey mustard dipping sauce was an included option. I had to wait quite a while for my takeout order and when I got home with it, there was no honey mustard. The chicken and fries were cold and tasted like they’d been sitting in the box for a long time. The restaurant (what I saw of it) appeared run down. When I finally received my food, I waited again for almost 10 minutes for the wait staff to bring my credit card back to me. I will definitely not be a customer here in the future

Horrible food, came in for a quick lunch. Took 45 minutes for a burger and a wrap and they came out without fries. Had to flag down waiter when he did show up on floor. Burger was the saltiest thing I've ever eaten. Dont come here, we did not look up reviews before coming here. We will.not be back

I brought my 10,5,&2, year old granddaughters for lunch. Our server wasn’t very friendly or attentive. We waited a long time for our food and when it came out my 10 year olds burger had hair on the bun. They remade it and the burger a second time and when she took a bite there was something hard in the patty that she spat out because it hurt her teeth.

I am so disappointed & disheartened. This is the 1st time I am ordering here by myself & my daughter isn’t the one treating me, there was a time I found plastic in my mash Potatoes…that I order Bourbon Chicken & Shrimp and I contacted & made a complaint. Now, myself ordering for the very first TIME on (Insta Cart) and I saw a LIVE FLY IN MY Husband Salad flying around under the CLEAR plastic cover. I am so distraught, disheartening & disappointed because it’s my VERY 1st ORDER which I ordered & I SAW THAT! was just looking to relax, eat, pour LOVE INTO MYSELF WATCH TV with some SELF CARE & THIS HAPPENED. IAM SO DISHEARTENED THAT I chose NOT to eat NONE of the FOOD OVERALL.

So, as I was trying to ask for a new table because the A/C was freezing me, the waiter spilt an entire glass of ice water on me, which I didn't ask for. I had to ask for napkins, no one came to help us move. I am soaked and freezing. All we got was an apology. No discounts offered, until I asked, approximately 20-30 mins later. I had previously asked for a tea....which I had to ask 5 times. It was pretty empty in the restaurant, our appetizer and meal came out together over 25-30mins from the spill. I could go on and on with this story, so much more. In the end we just received 2 jello shots as I sat soaked and cold. I think our waiter was medicated. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Then we asked for our ticket.. 20 mins to receive, 15 mins for them to pick up, so we walked to the bar to pay. "Yes, we want the change" All $1.05.

I wouldn't order to go from here again. The oriental salad was only like coleslaw and no lettuce, missing salsa from chips. Dry wings, better to eat here so ur able to send food back and get issues remedied. Also pretty pricey for meh food. It had been awhile since we ate at applebees and we probably won't ever again. Waste of money and calories. Two appetizers, salad dish, kid Mac was 50 bucks plus tip.

staffs were nice but the food was terrible. Food was like just heated frozen food. Plates were not very clean as well.

Started as a decent experience until my sister noticed a ROACH crawling towards our table. That’s probably our biggest fear and the waiter was kind enough to grab our bag, but then tried to justify the ROACH by giving a history lesson on the city of roundrock explaining how the city is built on a rock, and with all the raining happening, that’s bringing out the ROACHES from said rocks. I’ve eaten at some sketchy spots in some sketchy areas and ain’t never ate beside no ROACH. Y’all probably got an infestation, cause roaches don’t roam solo. And the waiter mentioned y’all just sprayed outside recently so whatever is inside would die when it tried to leave. Maybe close for a day and spray inside? We couldn’t finish our food or drinks , not that we’d want to. The mood was ruined. If you still choose to dine here, best of luck.

First time and very disappointed with the first impression might just be the location. They seated us and we ordered drinks. Drinks arrived 20 min later and messed up. After that, waited 25 minutes just to be asked if we wanted to order any appetizers; place is about half empty. Keep in mind that the waiter taking our orders had to ask us multiple times to repeat our orders since he was writing with a crayon and couldn’t understand his own handwriting!! While waiting for food I saw a cockroach crawling on the wall. Asked for manager never came. After an hour of waiting decided to get up and leave and as we were walking out we advised a worker on our way out that we wouldn’t be staying and they immediately called the manager who met us at the exit in less than 1 min. Who by the way just asked us if we wanted to change server. Informed her about the cockroach and Manager wasn’t even phased.... as if that wasn’t new news!!

Came here for a late lunch, absolutely regretted it. The tables are sticky, same with the floor. TVs are covered in dust, tea was awful, water tasted like it's been sitting for days. Out of the 3 burger meals we all got one was burnt to crisp, one was raw, and the last one was so greasy you could barely hold it. Fries are clearly frozen and just thrown into a microwave to heat them up, chicken tenders look like HEB frozen tenders that have been microwaved. Service was slow, everything was dirty, overall feel like I need to take a shower after leaving this place. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT EAT HERE! Would not recommend unless you want a bad time. Health department should probably be inspecting this place.

Avoid at all cost despite the food taste like frozen the bartender does not know how to make drinks as I was watching her make my two drinks she did not properly measure, and instead of filling the glass at least halfway, she just added ice till it filled up. Then I asked the bartender. Wow that’s a lot of eyes. She said yeah we we “feel our glasses and it’s ice”. I don’t know how Applebee’s is still open but if it’s going to be open, at least get a legit bartender for those good drinks that are advertised. Waste of my time and waste of my money, especially with the bartenders attitude made it a overall bad experience.

Ordered burgers from here and they were completely RAW. Manager seemed genuinely apologetic and offered a coupon, so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Came in a couple weeks later for a quick drink and the app, and was told by bartender Haley that the coupon was only good if an entree was purchased. It literally says with ANY purchase…twice lol. Not gonna argue about an $8 app so I just finished my drink and left. Turns out, Haley did me a favor. I went to the bathroom before I left and it was completely disgusting with flies everywhere! I can only imagine what their kitchen looks like 🤢 I don’t like leaving negative reviews but from food, to service, to cleanliness, I just have to warn people to stay away!

My burger was RAW and COLD to the touch in the center. The manager, “Rickey”, said he still had to charge me for it because I took “more than 2 bites”. I told him the edges of the burger were a little pink but not as raw as the center, he tried to call me a liar and say that that can’t be true as the grill is flat and so the burgers are cooked evenly… like you can’t be that dense “Rickey”.. why would I willingly eat a raw burger?? Anyways, my friends also got burgers and theirs were a little pink, but not raw and cold at the center. Regardless, it is never safe to consume raw ground beef. But yea, chilis is across the street if y’all don’t want undercooked food.

Experience and food was Meh!! Kind of like a generic version of chilis. The atmosphere was somber. It didn’t help that the ceiling squares and Ac vents appeared to have some sort of black mold. Applebees needs major help bringing it to life!!

We purchased several songs, including tracks by Jagged Edge, 2 Chainz, Rich The Kid, and T-Pain. During the night, we overheard a woman complain about what was playing, but we continued to add more songs without issue. The next day, Nov 4th, we returned and sat at the bar. After ordering drinks, we noticed that not only were all the songs we had previously played removed, but a large portion of hip-hop music had been wiped from the playlist. The lady working in the bar has a really bad attitude. I asked her to check my pickup order but she literally did nothing for it. She didn't check or ask her colleagues to check. I ordered online and when I reached the store, the order was already ready as shown on the app, but I still had to wait about 15 minutes to get my food. This is such a bad experience. This place is pretty short staffed and has absolutely no customer obsession.

Tried ordering from this Applebees on Christmas day around 6pm. Had an issue with doordash. We were giving a credit refund and selected pick up. I went to the Applebee's and talk to the hostess and another person who I assume was her supervisor about the order and ask her to verify that the kitchen did have my order. She did and told me I would have to wait about 30 minutes. I agreed and waited 40 minutes before talking to the hostess again. Even talking with the Hostess and asking her to make sure they had the order. The kitchen did not have it and I waited 40 minutes for nothing caused I was lied to and was told I would have to pay again and wait another 30 minutes.

Do NOT get the fried pickles! Unless you want fried pickle skins. Food took over an hour to come out. Server forgot to put in our son's pizza and when we tried to order dessert , told us the desserts were frozen in the back and that it would take a long time. Disappointed !!

Arrived just before 5:30pm on a Saturday night. Seated almost immediately with menus, but after 25 minutes no one had been over to take our drink order. Party of 4, and we were pretty hungry. The place was not busy at all except for the bar which had people. Ended up walking out and going elsewhere.

Waited 45 minutes after placing order. Yes it was Christmas day but it was no more of a crowd for normal weekends. The bartender was acting like he was one of those ribbon gymnasts with the receipt of the computer then actually making drinks. Our server was avoiding eye contact. It would have been different if she at least acknowledged, Yes we're busy, I'm so sorry. We found Bar Louie in Round Rock, they Saved the day.

Worst dining experience we’ve had in a LONG time. The server seemed to be pretty attentive in the beginning BUT my friend complained about her drink (alcoholic) having a large amount of ice and servers response was WELCOME TO APPLEBEES. I got my food and the ribs were burnt. Our ticket was $101 and we even spoke to the manager and she didn’t offer any discount or anything. I work as a manager at a fast food restaurant part time and I would NEVER let someone leave my establishment without some sort of compensation or discount for their meal or next meal. Very disappointed and will NOT be returning. Still left the server a decent tip even tho he didn’t deserve it.

Upon arrival, it was dead. Only 2 couples. The host was sitting at a table doing something while my family and I stood in front waiting for service. The waiter was kind. During our subpar meal management and staff began removing ceiling tiles, allowing water to fall onto the tables below. When needed, they would break from their construction and assist incoming customers. As time past they continued to tear down ceiling tile. Revealing the swamp that resided in the ceiling of the establishment. Black mold water cascading railing, table and chair. I implore you do not utilize this establishment for any meal at any time of the day period, this place should be shut down, like, oh my gosh!

The food was okay, and the service was low. Their servers made us feel like they don't want us dining. No personality. we always had to ask for our glasses to be refilled. The small plates were all wet and dirty. Also, I suggest you wipe your flatware before using it. My fork was greasy. It was not washed properly. 15% tip was very gracious. Will never go back here.
