Wow this place is great! Ended up picking off the tapas menu, all the classics scattered with Danish twists! Presentation the best I've seen, will return to try the main menu. Try this before anywhere if you are thinking tapas it's a lovely beachfront setting and the cool, clean modern design of the place means you just can't go wrong! Stop accepting reheated rubbish and give yourself a treat! Honestly a perfect spot for a little date or to impress a group or visiting family!

We booked for a late lunch, our table was waiting for us when we arrive. The food was amazing and so reasonably priced. The place was busy and there was only one server - Simona, but boy did she provide a good service. What a star she was. In fact, we ended up staying for drinks. A great place in a great spot. Udover vi ikke fik det bord vi havde reserveret og køkkenet “brændte” sammen, så vi ventede 1,5 time, så var det det hele værd. Vi fik tapas fad til 2 pers. det var fantastisk og der var mere mad end 2 kunne spise. Personalet - højt serviceniveau og kæmpede for at det hele skulle hænge sammen.

A real variety in food. For an allergic person though this is dangerous as you don't always know what you're getting. Keep your eye open. For anyone else it's an easy five stars. The foods look awesome and are really good plus they do make them look exotic with fruits and veggies.

Auf einem Spanienurlaub sind wir mehrfach in Daddy's Gastro Pub eingekehrt und waren grundsätzlich sowohl mit dem Service, wie auch mit dem Angebot zufrieden. Irritierend war für uns, daß die überwiegend osteuropäischen und baltischen Bedienungen in gutem Englisch fortwährend dabei waren, kleine Unannehmlichkeiten sehr wortreich zu kaschieren, was aber natürlich auch eine Momentaufnahme sein kann. Unannehmlichkeiten gab es einige, aber hier würde ich dem Betreiber nicht unbedingt immer die Schuld geben. Mal war der Strom in der Küche ausgefallen, zweimal kam der angekündigte Live-Musiker nicht, mit "reserviert" markierte Tische waren nicht reserviert und nicht markierte Tischen waren plötzlich reserviert. Zu den positiven Aspekten: Das WLAN funktionierte gut und auch das Essen war mehr als angemessen. Hervorheben möchte ich eine Tapas-Platte für 2 Personen, die leicht für 4 Personen ausreicht, will man nicht die Hälfte zurückgehen lassen (siehe beigefügtes Foto). Daddy's Gastro Pub liegt an der parallel zur Strandpromenade liegenden Straße. Über die Straße hinweg kann man Ausblick auf den Strand und das Meer genießen. Die Außenterrasse ist recht gemütlich und für die Lage auch großzügig gehalten. Daddy's Gastro Pub eignet sich meiner Auffassung nach eher für einen Abendbesuch denn für einen Strandimbiß, der aber natürlich auch möglich ist. Wie in der gesamten Strandnähe ist die Parkplatzsituation, gelinde ausgedrückt, eine Katastrophe. Eine Parkplatzsuche von einer halben Stunde Dauer ist eher die Regel denn die Ausnahme. Wer kann, sollte ohne Kfz. zu Daddy's Gastro Pub kommen.

Sad to see my favourite breakfast & tapas resto has turned into some buffet place not serving breakfast at all, at least this week. Hope is it some easter week bug. Really miss the a la carte breakfast menu and being served to my table. Not a big fan of the Sundays buffet brunches either.

We have been to this place several times and have been very happy with both the food and the service. Yesterday we were there with some friends that we wanted to take to a wonderful place, but we were very disappointed. There is obviously some new staff and then the service was lacking.We got good food although not everyone got at the same time, we ordered a bottle of wine for 4 and after that no one was near the table to ask if there should be anything more . We therefore dropped coffee with accessories. Had to grab a waiter to get the bill and then he shouted to someone behind the counter that he would pay. It would have been nice if there was a lot to do but they stood and hung, wiping glass without looking around. Very disappointing as this restaurant has had good service

We ate inside here to take advantage of the Aircon on a very hot evening. The food was okay and I think good for the price. Appeal and ambiance wise I'd say it was okay. We did struggle a little with the staff in terms of communication, however all in all a positive experience

Changed for worst. It was my favorite place for breakfasts in the area for a while (quality food, fast service and fair price). Since the beginning of the touristic season they increased the price, removed juice from the breakfast (you pay a price on top) and last time I’ve waited for almost one hour just for the eggs, bread and other stuff, which could be ready in 5 min.

Väldigt Bra priser! Vi åt tapastallrik för två. Maten var helt okej och servicen skulle kunna förbättras. Det tog lång tid att få in dryck. Vi hade inga tallrikar, bestick eller servetter när varmrätten kom. Svårt att fånga servitörernas uppmärksamhet. Kändes lite som att det var första dagen på jobbet.

Came here for dinner and the food was very nice. My partner and I chose from the 'Tapas' list and had an assortment of little bites. The highlights of which were definitely the Spanish Meatballs, Mini Burgers, Patatas Bravas and Nachos! The service was quite rude & slow, despite not having more than 5 tables, and the cocktails were rather expensive for what they were, and not very good at all (Not sure why my 'Classic Mojito' had Cola in it). We were also not allowed to sit outside, even thought there was only 1 couple out there already and the restaurant was not any where near a busy period (it was 3pm). If we maybe had a different server and didn't get the cocktails that we did, it would be a 5 star unfortunately

Thought that I would give this place a try with my girlfriend. Tried it and I don't think I will go back. Front of house service very good. Staff very polite and attentive and explain very well about dishes on the the menu. Food very average. Nothing wow wow wow. Made the mistake of choosing main meals. My advice would be is to stick to the tapas menu. They do a plata of mixed tapas to share for €18.99. Very popular choice and very good value for money. Wish I had gone for this rather than my choice. Really nice to have tried this place as its always busy and very popular.

So! Yes, we made this experience for my friends 60th the best we could for her! NOT the proprietor! Our reservation one week prior for 8 people, was not even recognised when we arrived, for the party that had been invited to our friends 60th Birthday celebration. Okay not a problem, we were cool with that an all will be sorted before our crew arrive! ( No apology from the manager, or welcoming for our Birthday Girl or guests). 4 menu's between nine people!? They could not provide more, and other tables had to wait for our menu's! Food (after waiting a long time so they could get more drinks out of us) was very good! The sweet waitress was lovely, but advised to her to give constructive criticism to her 'Boss', who was like an 'Ian Beal type', shading into the background, ducking out of complaints that she had to deal with about the exhaustionate drinks price's that everyone was let down by! We were all happy, an after asking for, (not being offered) a chippito shot with our individual billets, were totally shocked an very dismayed in thinking we would be revisiting for great food at least! A single Vodka an coke €11.50! 1 solo Bacardi with no coke €9. My meal was €8.99 But you would never expect a drink to be €11.50 an they didn't even have Smirnoff! The poor waitress had to then deal with the warranted complaints an we were sorry for her as it wasn't her fault. The manager 'Ian Beal' won't be able to keep her job open by October as no one will be prepared to pay more for a drink than a meal! Ohh, almost forgot! Don't ask for Ice, as they charge extra for that aswell! COME ON NOW! 😠 But Thankyou to our dear waitress, who has to deal with this ripping off B------d of a boss, an I would say get your talents into a restaurant that won't have to close down by the winter as it won't survive by greed! It's so illegal to charge for ice that you've purchased well over priced drinks for!

Varit här 3 gånger, första gången var vi nöjda, väldigt god tapas. De andra 2 gångerna har vi suttit och väntat på service i 10-15 minuter och personalen ignorerade oss totalt så tyvärr, efter tredje gången gillt så ger vi upp detta stället. Hoppas de investerar lite mer i kunnig och serviceminded personal

Ska man äta här ska man ha massor av tid över. Servicen är väldigt långsam. Ingen verkar bry sig så där riktigt, och det tar lång tid att få kortet och sedan mat. Medan vi satt o väntade bar det flera gäster som lämnade för ingen brydde sig i dom. Maten är god, men inte värd att vänta på så här länge.

We were going to eat here but after sharing the 5 tapas selection and made a quick exit. Everything deep fried from frozen and still cold in the middle. Spring rolls are not Spanish tapas! The wine glasses smelt. We weren’t expecting anything great from a tourist place on the sea front but this was really lazy and v. poor. Better off having a coffee and a pizza at Granier next door for €4. Oh I forgot they overcharged us for the bottle of wine by €3 and then came back with it adjusted and it was still €1 over!

Myself and my friends decided to venture into malaga's finest eaterys for a spot of lunch but it was certainly not fine. The food was undercooked and our drinks such as mojitos were full of lime juice and the strawberry daiquiri was like a yop. Food and drink service took about an hour and 45 minutes for food that was standard to make and the place was not busy. The staff were rude and other customers complained about their food along with us. I would not recommend going to this joint or maybe you are if you're looking for bad food and service. Daddy would want to get his restaurant in order before serving out wallop.

Do not trust their website. I saw on the website that if we book a double table, a free house wine is offered. So I picked up the phone and booked two people for the outdoors at 2 p.m. First, when we arrived there was no empty table and no reservations were made and we waited for about ten minutes until it was empty. Secondly, when we asked the invoice, we saw that he had invoiced house wine. We protested to him. He said the website is not up to date and we have removed the offer since November. When we told the owner of the restaurant that you should deduct this amount from the invoice, he got angry and threw the ice cube and said do not come to my restaurant anymore!

Vinimos el año pasado y quedamos encantados. Este año teníamos ilusión con volver al restaurante pero ha sido una mala decisión. El personal nos hablaba en inglés o en italiano sabiendo que somos españoles. Les da igual que se lo digas, porque van a seguir haciéndolo. El servicio lentisimo y con errores a la hora de servir los platos. Pedimos la cuenta 4 veces, si 4 veces!!!! Y no nos hicieron caso. Los platos que pedimos, sin sal, secos, y con poco sabor. Horroroso, no volveremos ni se lo recomendaremos a nadie

Hemos comido el variado de tapas que nos han ofrecido. En general, todas las tapas estaban malas. Nos han cobrado 3.50 por cada jarra de agua caliente del grifo que nos han puesto, lo cual creo que es hasta ilegal.

Fatal este lugar. He trabajado aqui y hay cucarachas y la higiene es fatal ademas el dueño trata muy mal a los empleados. Siempre gritando, insultando y uno teniendole que rogar para que te pague. Es terrible no deberia de existir un lugar asi. Que vergüenza!!! 9 empleados que aun estamos esperando que nos pague.

Servicio horrible. Apenas sentado, te traen la carta en ingles. Pidas lo que sea te contestan siempre en ingles. Nadie habla español. Servicio leeeeentisimo. Tuve que pedir varias veces mi segunda copa de tinto. Eh? Red wine. Si Señorita, otra copa de tinto. La cuenta igual: llegó después de pedirla 3 veces. La comidad ni buena, ni mala.
