The service was great. My order was taken as soon as I walked up to the cashier. The food was decent. The atmosphere was something that I had not seen. The store could have used some housekeeping. There was a lady in there putting on her socks talking out of her head. Another person was eating and putting what he did not want to eat on the floor. I must say they did have a worker right there to clean up the area immediately.

Good n efficient cashier. Cheerful n helpful. Only downside was the fries. Not hot n pretty limp. Sad ☹️ Burgers were juicy! Long drive thru line.

I arrived at your location at 12:59 AM — one minute before closing. The employee clearly saw me make the loop and come in, but then told me you were already closed. I explained that I came before 1:00 AM, yet she still made me wait while she spoke to the manager. In the end, they refused to let me make my purchase. This was very frustrating because I followed the hours posted and arrived before closing time. Denying service in this way shows poor customer service and left me with a negative experience. I hope you will address this issue so future customers are treated fairly when they arrive before closing time.

You can't go wrong with In-N-Out when you're in California! Made a pitstop here before flying out and it was great. Other than the kids who were yelling at cars in the drive thru for not giving them money, it was a perfect In-N-Out experience.

Amazing food and super fast and friendly service considering it was lunch time and very busy in the Drive-Thru. I went inside and was out with my food in less than 10 minutes.

Came to the iconic place everyone raves about being the best burgers in california. The theme of the place was very nice and they staff were really friendly & helpful. The burgers were good especially the fries they had black pepper on them which is unusual in fast food places. Thankfully this In-N-Out wasn’t crowded.

I ordered a cheeseburger and animal fries. While the overall taste of the food was very good, I did encounter a couple of minor issues. There was one moldy fry in the order, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, I found a bug in the cheeseburger bag, which was unexpected. Despite these small inconveniences, the quality of the food itself was impressive, and it's clear why In-N-Out has a loyal following. The bug and moldy fry were unfortunate but didn't overshadow the overall positive dining experience.

Always fresh! I get the double burger animal style. I ask for whole grilled onions like they put on the Flying Dutchman and a side of fries and vanilla milkshake. The prices are so reasonable as well. Quick eats! Great spot and location. The drive thru is always long so I always go inside and save the headache.

Great location with a very efficient staff. Right off the main road but you get quick service and accurate orders. Don’t be scared by the long car or indoor lines. We were in and out in under 15 mins. They do sell apparel here as well. Can’t go wrong with a double double with animal style sauce and fries

Great burgers! French fries were so fresh and tasty. We could see the cooks peeling potatoes, putting them in "cutter," frying them and serving. Good prices too. Dining and cooking area as well as the staff were very clean and well kept. Loved the old fashioned burger. Will definitely eat here again!

This was my first time here. The food and service were great. There was a long line but fast. The patties are thin, so if you get extra condiments, it will overpower the overall sandwich. Overall, good experience!

This location of In-N-Out lives up to the hype. Super-busy & food came out quickly. The drive though line was wrapped around the building a couple of times but moved quickly, they had people in the parking lot taking orders. Today was first burger at this restaurant chain, delicious.

When in LA isn’t it like a ritual to stop at In-N-Out Burger? Well that’s what we did. This location was busy, but the service was still fast and friendly. Restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was good. The burgers were awesome! Very tasty and delicious. I felt the fries were lacking though. They were good, but I couldn’t put my finger on what was missing. Maybe it was the sunflower oil they use, but overall great food! Happy to have tried this burger joint, because it ranks up there as best fast food burger

Long lines as usual at this In & Out Burger 🍔 Pleasently surprised to find 'no line' inside & got our burgers & fries within minutes. Love In & Out Burger .. consistency across the country is much appreciated. Staff was pleasant & friendly. Plenty of indoor & outdoor seating.

In n Out was a great experience for me. I ordered the double cheeseburger with onions and fries. My food was made fresh and it tasted absolutely amazing. The burgers were perfectly made and don’t forget to ask for the mini pickled peppers from the counter, they are free and goes so well with the burgers. My expectations were met. The staff were good and they were doing a good job because the restaurant was packed when we went. Although we had to wait 7-10 mins for our order it was worth it.

The line almost always stretches out the door/around the block but the workers always get through it so fast, like it’s nothing. Samantha is so kind and the best. There’s a great deal of parking too! Also bathrooms on site :)

We went through the drive-through and we had very good service amazing food one of the best burgers I had coming here from Canada. We don’t have In-N-Out so it was very good to try it!

Of course I love in and out, double double mustard, fried chopped chilies, toasted bun raw onion is my move and my lady always makes me get extra sauce for the fries. No matter what location you go to the service and workers are always excellent no matter how busy they are And I think the portions may have gotten smaller in the past few years or maybe I am just fatter and more hungry. There are better burgers out there, but sometimes you just want to have your in and out. Going to have to try one of their new locations in Tennessee sometime.

In January 2026, we stopped at the In-N-Out near SoFi Stadium for lunch. They opened earlier than the 10:30 start time! Though the interior was surprisingly cold, the food was excellent. They expertly prepared all the hidden "mystery" menu items we requested. The drinks were great and the add-ons were perfect. It’s a top-tier, reliable stop for fresh burgers with plenty of custom options!

They were oddly mushy, with a strange texture that just didn’t hit right. Kind of a bummer. But the burger? As always, absolutely delicious. In-N-Out never disappoints on that front. My recent visit to In-N-Out left me with mixed feelings. While I've always been a fan of their burgers, this particular location fell short of expectations. The burger itself was delicious, as always, but unfortunately, the animal fries didn't quite hit the mark. I love this place! In -n- Out isn't available in Canada, and the last time I did get to eat at one was about 10 years ago. I was worried I built it up in my head. But nope!! The food was great, but the service was even better. We ordered it burgers animal style (mine on the hamburger, hubby on the cheeseburger). We also ordered our fries animal style...I didn't realize that included cheese. I tried what I could, but eventually brought them to the front till. We offered to pay for a new set, but the manager said no and even refunded us the cost of the animal style while making me a fresh no-cheese animal style fries.

Best burger and fries in the world by far. I ordered my favorite meal, #1 animal style with extra fries. The burger is amazing, the fries are crispy & cooked just right! No matter which In-N-Out burger you go to it’s the same consistent excellent flavor/taste. Customer service here was great and the wait here was a good length but it’s because it was busy. First time having In-N-Out Burger. It was great. Nothing mind blowing but this is what fast food burgers aught to taste like. A whole lot better than BK or McDonald's. Try it if you haven't.

First time for an In-N-Out burger. Pleasant enough. I had the double double meal. Chips are an acquired taste. Nothing wrong, just not what your used to at McD. My opinion, better quality burger.

The outside sitting area was not clean when we were there. Needed to be washed. But inside was clean and neat and food was consistent with every other IN n out.

One just can never go wrong at in n out the service is impeccable. The moment you pull up to that long line no matter what they seem to get to our window fast and take our order within minute's. The price , the shake , fries and freshly made hamburgers how can you go wrong! My overall complaint is parking will never be big enough.

It was my 1st time, as we do not have this restaurant on the east coast. The burger was yummy, yummy and yummy!

Very long lines both inside and drive thru for this yummy food. We waited 20-25 minutes after ordering because there were so many people in the drive thru and restaurant. It’s definitely an experience worth waiting for once but I’m not so sure I’d wait that long next time.

A friend brought these home for me 5535 miles all the way to Eastbourne, UK. Had to microwave it (obviously) so it'd never be as good as fresh in store. However, this was a three star burger after microwaving so would be a four star fresh I feel.

Visiting from the East Coast, I've always wondered why In-n-Out is so famous. Now I know - you can't get a quality burger like this at the same price anywhere else in CA. MY RECOMMENDATION: Do NOT get the hamburger - it tastes like nothing. Instead, get a cheeseburger or a double double with both the cooked and fresh onions. You can also ask for chopped pickles inside the burger. Fries were cold and stale, though. There were a lot of people waiting in line and in drive-thru around 8 PM on a Thursday evening, but the staff are super fast and seem to have a great teamwork.

The double-double combo is what I usually order and it's fairly good, comes with fries and beverage. The drive thru line gets really long, around 20 min wait time but it's worth it. PS: They have no hot sauce but they have chili peppers instead (not spicy at all btw).

Ok first and foremost, I will say, next time I should have eaten this either in the store or in the car because I enjoyed my meal after 30 minutes of ordering which may have affected my rating. The atmosphere was amazing as I felt that I was on a movie set or something. The vibe is electric and buzzing. Tons of people come here, no comparison to Mickey Ds- two different leagues. The service was spectacular, everyone was dressed in the white and red uniforms and no one seemed disgruntled. The cashiers were vibrant and friendly not sure if it’s part of their training like the famous Chik-fil-a. Anywho, the food was good but the pricing was even better. The food came out quickly. They even let you package your own peppers (tiny pepperoncini in paper bags) which I thought was pretty cool. I would highly recommend to eat it while it’s hot and get the loaded fries with the milkshake (even though I’m lactose intolerant).

Customer service is great & the speed of service was pretty nice too! This was my 1st visit to this location and it was around lunch time (we dined in), so it was definitely busy. The lines kept moving quickly inside & in the drive-thru from what I noticed. Food was hot & freshly made. I only give 4 stars because I'm just not a fan of the fries at all.

I’m really disappointed in this location. They used to be pretty solid BUT I’m not sure if it’s due to the influx in customers due to the neighborhood expanding plus all the concerts this summer. Buuuut my orders have been continuously wrong, maybe they’re moving too fast. But I ask for my order to be checked when I order it, and by the time I get to the window my order is incorrect. I’m not sure what’s happening what’s the disconnect BUT I would love for it to not be a thing. I don’t want to drive to Culver or Sepulveda for in n out that’s around the corner. 🙃

Burgers are delicious but what do they do to the drinks dispensers? Only they know. Their drinks taste as if they left cleaning products inside the machine, extra chlorinated, disgusting, they need to check that out, don't know if all branches have the same issue as we were only passing by and was my first In-n-Out I ever tried, so half dissapointed.

Cashiers were friendly. Burger was just ok for me. I got a regular double and did not find the burger very tasty. With a single, the meat doesn't stand out. With a double, it is difficult to eat and at times I still got bites with no meat. Prices are really good for what you get though.

Don't complain about your food being cold because the cook will make your order worse than what it was before. Also the fries are too overcooked to eat.

Overrated. Did the animal style burger and fries. The food was cold. The line was insanely long for being almost 8pm on a weeknight. Too much special sauce. We weren't fans of the place but tried it because of all of the hype. Preferred Jack in the Box.

First time customer at In-N-Out Burger in April 2023.  When I arrived at this location, there were long lines for the drive-thru.  It took approximately 8 to 9 minutes to get to our turn, where there was an employee standing and taking orders.  We ordered 10 grilled cheese sandwiches and 6 orders of fries. From the drive-thru window, it looked like the dine-in area was also packed with customers.  It took another 5 to 6 minutes to get to the window for the food pick up.  I was amazed at the number of employees (25) working on a typical Monday evening for a fast food restaurant.  I’m from the Midwest and have only seen such long lines at Portillo’s but even then, most Portillo’s does not have this many employees working at the same time.  I was expecting this grilled cheese sandwich to be extremely good based on the hype I had heard about In-N-Out, however, the sandwich was just OK.  It was decent with the melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and had the In-N-Out sauce on it but it didn’t live up to the hype/expectation based on the build up.  The fries were a little too hard for my liking. The customer service was extremely good and I would recommend to anyone who likes the burgers/items on the In-N-Out menu, however, this fast food joint is not for me.

My brother and I were at the drive thru today ordered from there on Sunday around 5ish 11/09/2025 they only gave us our drinks and we were waiting for our food for a while on the drive thru then this lady tells us to pull up in the parking lot she said that they will hand us our food .we waited for a while they never came out .so we had to drive all the way to el super to park because there was barely any parking to avoid our car getting hit at in n out cars barely fit in there .It was so weird that today they made us do this never in my life !had this happend that I have to give a bad review this is upsetting .my brother parked all the way at el super went inside to get the orders inside.i don’t know what happend today that they were super slow !

Bad service, Messed up my drinks when i asked for regular coke they gave me some watered down drink and asked for grilled onion in my sandwich but they added raw onions. I even asked the girl and she assured me there is grilled onion. I would have gone back but there was a huge line at the drive thru and at the restaurant and maybe they know they can get away with these errors because most people would not want to go through the whole wait time all over again . But that ruined my entire trip to in n out

Service and cleaning very poor. Tables not wiped. I had to wipe ours to sit at. Another table stacked with remnants of last group wasn't cleaned off for 10 mins then the table not wiped. We could see 4 tables covered in crumbs and of course some happy flies dining out. They weren't busy at the time we were there and 4 staff happily chatting ( not about the wiping of the tables). Will give this one a miss next time calling through.

What kind of sorry excuse for an In N Out is this. Lack of fries, I ordered 2 combos and got one container worth of fries. I ordered a cheeseburger with extra lettuce and a double double and they put the extra lettuce on my double double and no lettuce on my cheeseburger. The rootbeer floats were half filled and sloppily put together with ice cream sliding down the side of my cups. $20 for a lackluster food experience I sure have not grown up with. At 39 this has by far has been the worst In N Out I've had. Be better In N Out, you have been before why change now.
