Super friendly people, very attentive waiter, very good food chicken gnochi soup, hot food

The young man that served us was awesome. So friendly, welcoming, accommodating. He knew his stuff well, very competent. There was five of us and we all ordered different dishes and we all liked what we ordered. Some portions lent to leftovers. Very good food.

I had the opportunity to experience Olive Garden's pick up thru their web site. I was VERY impressed. Despite having to drive almost 20 minutes back to my hotel room & get settled, the food was still very hot & did not need to be warmed up. It was wonderful, & they did not skimp on the servings. I love their 'to go' bowls, they can be reused for heating other things, & I know from experience that they will survive a dishwasher! Multiple re-uses!

Had a great experience at Olive Garden! We started with two appetizers, and everything was delicious. The Chicken Alfredo was amazing, and you can’t go wrong with unlimited breadsticks and salad. Always a solid spot for a good meal!

After driving all day, my husband and I ate here on a Friday evening. The hostess was very friendly and seated us immediately. Our waitress greeted us promptly and brought drinks. Our food was flavorful and was out within 20 minutes , but the best part of our meal was our waitress. She was super! Pleasant, professional, prompt. EXCELLENT service and staff!

When we got here the staff opened the door for us. They helped get my dad's wheelchair in. Everyone was super nice from the get go. Then our waitress Ieasha was spectacular. She made our dining experience a happy one. Altogether a great time. We'll be back.

Great place to eat, even when it’s busy, you don’t feel rushed. Served was very nice and asked frequently if we needed anything. I’d recommend the cheese ravioli with meat sauce (or marinara if vegan)

If you love italian... you will love this place! The atmosphere is good but they need a little more attention to trying to keep bored little kids happy. The restuarant can do with a little ventilation as the parmesan & garlic smell is overwhelming.... if you're not used to it!! I ordered the lasagna and the portion was generous and some of the best I have had in a LONG time! Their salads are fresh, crunchy and delish! Waiters are friendly and efficient but their runners take their sweet time to clean tables (this definitely needs some attention!!!!!) Overall a very good experience 🤤

The restaurant was very busy the night I and my wife visited! The manager came and helped to get all customers seated in a timely manner! Being seated in a great spot by the window, we were served by the best upbeat and high-spirited waitress!! All in all, a great night. The food was great. The service was fast! Party of 4 adults and newborn baby had lunch today. Baby slept the entire time. We were sat in the perfect booth, since new mom was nervous. We each ordered different meals. Salad and breadsticks and our lunches were fresh and delicious. I had the tasty meat manicotti and brought home plenty of leftovers. We came in on Monday and had the pleasure of being served by Brennan! He was an absolute amazing server on top of drinks, salad, soups, and making sure our experience was pleasant. Chicken & gnocchi soup was wonderful. Good service, nice atmosphere, wonderful breadsticks as usual. The chicken parm breadstick sandwhich was a little overcooked but not to bad, mainly noticed it on the very edge. Overall everything was good.

I've visited this place a few times, but I've never quite warmed up to it. 😕 Today, I decided to try the lasagna fritta, and it was surprisingly delicious! 😋 I also sampled the chicken marsala, which was also amazing and tasty. 👍 It's great to see such improvement in the food quality! Our server Miranda was the best! We were celebrating a birthday and we had a party of 7, Miranda had everyone's order correct and kept our drinks full. Knowing it was a Saturday night we looked online about reservations and it said to call ahead for a party larger than 6. We called ahead like it said, a young girl answered and said she put our name on the list but we might still have a wait when we arrived. When we arrived about 20 minutes later, at the time discussed with young lady, we checked in and the hostess said we weren't on the waiting list and took our name at that time. Not happy with that service at all. Was not handled correctly and we ended up waiting another hour before being seated.

The food was decent, but over priced. The bread was too salty. The service was EXCELLENT. The salad was big. I had the build your own pasta with mushroom sauce, meatballs, and chicken frita. Mine was delicious, except for the meatballs. My companion had the chicken scampi. It didn't come with enough sauce. She said the chicken was o.k. and she liked the peppers. We had the spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer. We both agreed that we could have each gotten one of those instead of our meals. We ordered a spaghetti and meatballs to go for my husband. He was underwhelmed.

It was cold and snowy so a hot dish that wasn't far was great. I only put a star lower because the 5th star feels like choosing the favorite kiddo. None the less the only minor detail was there were more than usual sad pieces of lettuce in the salad but not enough to worry about.

Our server was excellent, very attentive! Everyone enjoyed their meals. The salad was not very fresh. The tomatoes were very mushy and tasted bad. It's like they were using ingredients that should have been thrown out, because the lettuce mix seemed the same way. Overall, good dinner.

The best Italian food around here. The meatballs are pretty good. But, there was some grissle in one. The gluten free pasta is superb. I love the bread sticks and salad, free refills on these. The service is great. The ziti appetizer was good too. The marinara sauce cevisvhod. The atmosphere is warm and the inviting. It is top notch.

I online ordered the spaghetti with mushroom sauce. It had good flavor and would have been a five rating, however it was literally sitting in a 1/2 cup of oil which I strained and drained off.

My waitress was good. Followed a staff member in showing up for work. She let the door close behind her each time as though no one was behind her. Leaving, the three girls at the front were so enthralled in their conversation they didn't notice me passing by twice to leave. Not a horrible experience but one that could use a little work.

I used to love the Olive Garden when I lived in KY. My cousins and I visited this location and we were not impressed. We ordered Spaghetti with meat sauce, Pasta E Fagioli soup, and salad. The Spaghetti was ok, the salad was ok, not good mind you, just ok. The Pasta E Fagioli soup was horrible. It was very spicy and tasted awful. My cousin said it was greasy too. It was not even busy and had to wait, a manager finally acknowledged me and I still had to wait an add 15 minutes and paid 50 bucks for very scrawny portions. I won't go back.

Normally when I go to Olive Garden here in Amarillo the service food and atmosphere is great and that is why I go so often. However today I waited about 15 min to be seated and the server was very nice and all the food came out and then it ended. A large group of 6 adults and 4 children was seated in her section at which point she had no time to get me refills or additional breadsticks, soup or salad. I waited patiently for about 12+ minutes for her to come and at least get me a refill. After this I had to help myself over to the bar for the refill since my throat was so parched. I finally get a refill a few minutes later to come back to a guy taking all my stuff off of the table. At this point I just start paying to leave. A manager was directed to my table due to me obviously being upset that all my stuff was taken. I expressed my dissatisfaction in the service and refused to have anything remade for me or brought out. The food was amazing though guys. Service was great until she forgot about me. Then the atmosphere of being forgotten about and seemingly disregarded sucked. It gets busy guys and I have been here multiple plus times but never forgotten about and then all my food taken because I needed a refill.

Was going to eat here for my sister’s birthday. Sat there at a table for 10-15 minutes, and no one came to take our order,or even acknowledge us and at least say they’d be with in a moment. We found it to be rude. We got up and walked out. Very disappointed

Zupa Toscano soup bland and tasted past it's prime. Five cheese sauce not great a ton more tomato than usual. Just no flavor in their food. It's time for a revamp. EVERYONE working here seemed very down and/or upset. Definitely not a happy, good vibe place.

We got there around 5:00 and it was about 5:40 when the breadsticks came and 6 by the time our food came. We had to repeatedly ask our server for items we’d requested, and when we were about to leave, the server forgot our to go boxes and walked away before we could ask for them again. Thankfully a server at the next table helped us. My husband ordered the shrimp alfredo. It smelled a bit funny, but he decided to eat it since it tasted fine. 40 minutes later the vomiting began. When I called the restaurant, the manager told me “what do you want me to do about it?” And did not offer even an apology. I took the number for the GM and will call tomorrow.

The food here was horrible. They completely ruined our meal from start to end. Instead of redoing it they just added to the mess. Whataburger would have been better instead of this place.

Well I haven't been here in a few years. My niece wanted to go for her birthday. So today my aunt calls ahead for a 16 top. When we get there, the staff know nothing about it and we had to wait close to 40 minutes on a table. That was fun with a my 1 and a half year old daughter! Anyway we finally get seated. Our main waiter will be ( nameless ) and his helper was Joseph. The only reason I gave it 2 star instead of 1 was because of Joseph. Really friendly, helpful and just a nice person. On the other hand the other guy ( nameless ) just put off a creep vibe. He was short with a couple of people in the party. Also overheard him say we were a pain to one of the other tables behind us. The food took forever to come out. ( nameless ) said we were just waiting on a couple plates 2 or 3 times. So I guess the other plates were just sitting there. My food was barely warm. My daughters spaghetti looked like it was sitting out for a good hour. We had stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer. They were cold and tasted like dirty. My chicken was so chewy and stringy. Then they couldn't find the cake we brought. Really just a very poor dinner. I understand that it takes a lot of work for a 16 top. I totally get that. It just could of gone better. Maybe wash your mushrooms before you cook them. Maybe bring out the plates that are ready so they are not getting cold. Idk. Don't think we will be going back for a long time. Great job Joseph! You really were a great waiter!

The staff was friendly, But the food was not good at all couldn't even eat much, had to eat a little bit because we came a long way to eat here. The food was cold with no flavor . And the bathroom was dirty, if I saw it before I ordered my food I would have just left instead. Because if they don't care about the bathroom they don't care about their food thank you.

Have been going here for a while now but recently it seems like the restaurant has been on a steady decline. The past couple visits the salad seemed old and so did the dressing. The bread was good as always. But the dish I got (fettuccine Alfredo) had hard noodles, a bad taste, and it even gave me an upset stomach. As for everything else, the table wasn’t clean the menus were sticky and some of the glasses were smudged up. This used to not be the case but now it’s been bad. I would love to see this change but for now it’s just not a good experience.

Update-21 days, finally I get refunded the difference- I didn’t owe.

Our table was poorly, poorly cleaned. We ourselves had to remove a cloth napkin and used knife that was left behind. Our server was kind and sweet but her fingernails were disgustingly dirty and filthy. These were her natural nails that hadn’t been washed and cleaned properly. I cringed every time she placed an item on the table. The food was good and prepared hot and speedy. However, I wonder what the kitchen looks like if the dining area and employees both lacked sanitation and proper hygiene.

I don't say this lightly but STAY AWAY! The soup tasted like microwaved salt water and the shrimp alfredo gave me food poisoning. My wife called to get a refund and they said "What do you want us to do about it?" Its way overpriced, has poor quality food, and slow service.

My family came here on October 10th to celebrate my child’s birthday, and it ended up being one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences we’ve ever had. Our waitress wouldn’t make eye contact, took our menus before we could order, ignored a simple birthday request, and later made a dismissive comment about “not knowing if she could get everyone to come sing” — right in front of our child. When the restaurant slowed down, she still didn’t bother to help, and we were even made to get our own to-go boxes while other guests were waited on normally. What made it worse is that we were already grieving a recent passing in our family and chose to stay quiet to avoid creating a scene. We didn’t want to ruin our child’s moment — but the way we were treated felt blatantly disrespectful and racially biased by the waitress. We left hurt and disappointed. I truly hope management takes this seriously — no family should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected, especially during a child’s celebration. The only reason we had time to share this review now is me having to attend a funeral the next day. We’ve thought it through and wanted to address this issue as it wasn’t right in the slightest way at all.

Sat at table for 10 min waitress helped and took orders. Of every table around us look at us. Walked by us after 15 minutes of no service. Not even a drink order. Not coming back to this one.

Sticky dessert menu. When I showed it to the bartender he put it away without wiping at Off. He cleared dirty dishes onto a clean work surface. When those dishes were finally removed they did not wipe down the Area. Bartender not once washes hands, And when from clearing dirty dishes to serving drinks without hand sanitation. As someone who works in the service industry I rarely leave negative reviews but I have never had a worse restaurant experience in my life. My boyfriend and I came in for dinner 10/17 and were told the wait would be 5-10 minutes, we ended up waiting closer to 20 minutes I was willing to let this go but once we finally got seated it took another 20 minutes for someone to even speak to us. We sat at our table with no drinks and no server. We were never greated but roughly 7 employees walked past our table more than once. The manager in particular walked past our table 3 times without saying a word. Once someone finally acknowledged us it was a waitress asking who our server was I told her we didn’t have one or if we did they had not spoken to us she said she would find out but after yet another 15 minutes of waiting she was no where to be found. In that 15 minute span I feel it is worth noting the manager looked directly at our table and walked straight past us without saying a word. Then yet another waitress came to ask who our server was we told her the same thing, that we did not have one, she said she would get someone right over but then after another 10 minutes of waiting we left. This was hands down the WORST service I have ever received and I would highly recommend going literally anywhere else in town unless you want to sit hungry, thirsty and ignored for over 45 minutes. Poor organization, communication and management, would leave a zero star review if possible.

I lovee Olive Garden usually, but this one fell off. The past few times I've come the bread sticks have been terrible, super chewy, hard, and no buttery/garlic flavor at all. My dad also got food poisoning from the shrimp here and was sick for a week. Too expensive for what you get, honestly.

The food was not great. Service was okay. We tipped the waitress but seemed like she was very upset with the amount, even though we tipped appropriately. I was sick for a week after eating there.

I ordered the seafood alfredo. The scallops were burnt. I called and informed the manager. He took my name and said the next time I came through Amarillo they would replace my meal. Fast forward 3 weeks. I place an order over the phone at 536. I'm told my food would be ready at 610. I arrive at 608.1 of the 6 people laughing and drinking at the host station told me someone will be out to help shortly. I did not receive my food until 627. The manager Arthur was nice. The host staff is horrible. It's no way that 6 people were not doing anything but could not do something as simple as check on my food.

Customer service was extremely disappointing during our visit. Our soup arrived lukewarm instead of hot, and our waitress barely made eye contact with us. She seemed disengaged and uninterested (HIGH) in providing service, which made the experience uncomfortable. The only bright spot was the gentleman who served our alcoholic beverages — he was energetic, friendly, and professional with excellent customer service skills. Unfortunately, that level of service did not carry over to the rest of our table experience. When people come out to spend their hard-earned money, they expect warmth, attentiveness, and quality. Sadly, this location missed the mark, and management really needs to focus on retraining staff and improving consistency.

The restaurant was lovely. The waiter was wonderful. I did not like the food but the experience of getting to see family during the holidays was amazing even tho I was disappointed by my Alfredo. I should have just had the salmon instead. The rest of my party was happy with their choices. So it was not the restaurant's fault that I made the mistake of ordering Alfredo. The calamari was nice. And the tiramisu.

My husband and I went to the Amarillo Tx location on 12-7-25. I ordered salad the shrimp and chicken carbonara. It was good going down but 30 min later while in the mall Christmas shopping, everything went wrong. My stomach was turning so bad we were rushing through the mall to get to the bathroom. Both ends of my body unleashed it's Italian fueled furry. Irs now been 24 hours and though the vomiting has subsided due to emptiness, The pooping has not. Food poisoning is not for the faint of heart.
