Good burgers. Kids dug it too. We don't have this in NY. I can see why it shows up on favorite burger chain lists in CA. 9 year old asked for a 2nd grilled cheese. Service was fast and friendly.

This location is not as good as it once was. The chicken filet’s are so thin. I just ordered the Santa Barbara Char, primarily for the avocado but there was NO avocado at all.

Update: evidently this is a Franchise store and doesn't participate in the offers through the app, just lost a sale. FAIL! Food is tasty along with the tempura green beans and avocado. But wow prices have gotten stupid expensive...$7 for a cheese char burger

I am usually a huge fan of The Habit but I am a little disappointed right now. I mainly gave the two stars because the staff was nice and quick to help me. I don't know if its just this location or if it's all locations but I feel like lately they've been jipping on their ceaser salad. I ordered the full size ceaser (not the side one which I know they have) and in the past they used to completely fill it up like it should be. This looks more like just a couple handfuls of lettuce and it doesn't even completely fill up the to go container. My onion rings were also kinda cold but everything else was fine. Kind of hard to tell from the picture but this is the best I could get for it. Haven't even eaten a bite of it yet.

You know what sucks is ordering food on your lunch with specifics and getting your order going back to work to eat said order and have it be wrong. Once at work I can't just go back to ask for my refund or a remake and you can't even call the damn store to have them try to fix it by giving me a refund on crap food I couldn't even eat THE ABSOLUTE WORST

We ordered through the Habit app. They 3rd partied us to Door Dash. App randomly started cycling through drivers and my delivery time started getting pushed further and further back. I call them and their after hours support team tells me that usually when that happens that means one of the drivers took off with the food and didn’t mark it. Basically telling me I’m out of luck. I demanded to speak with her manager and the manager said they would fill a request for a refund but they couldn’t guarantee a return. Today is the 5th business day and there is not a single reply from Habit and I have yet to receive my refund. Since when did ordering food become a gamble. You’re not guaranteed your food or a refund. Also, the after hours support team MANAGER said she couldn’t provide me with a number to reach corporate. Horrible job guys. You’re too big to handle your business like this. Replying to owners response: we did that the first day and it’s been weeks with no response, even after 3 follow up emails. No reply, no response for an order that shows CANCELLED on your own app. You guys literally at this point stole our money.

I had a very disappointing experience with Habit Restaurant. First, my order arrived completely wrong. When I went back to the restaurant to fix it, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for my order to be corrected, but it was still incomplete. On top of that, he wanted to charge me for the Ranch sauce even though my order qualified for it for free. When I finally received the order, all the sauces that were supposed to come with it were missing, and the food was of very poor quality. Overall, a terrible experience — both the service and the food were unacceptable. Definitely would not recommend.

horrible food, horrible treatment, horrible store. I ordered food and they messed up my whole order and it messed up. I asked specially for no cheese and onion and they still placed them, I asked for fires and they barely put anything. when I brought back the order he remade it wrong and he wanted me to pay extra for sauce and he didn't give me any. that manager in there is horrible

I had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant. The manager on duty was rude, dismissive, and showed no pride in her role. She acted like it was “just a job” and clearly didn’t care about customer service or the company’s reputation. She clearly isn't happy working there after the "it's just a job" statement. Whatever happen to world class service? Let me tell you.. you won't find it here. When I asked about an issue with my order, she shrugged and said, “That’s how it comes,” with no apology or effort to help. Her attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, especially coming from someone in a leadership role. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Habit Burger. If this is the standard for management, it’s a serious problem. I’ve always enjoyed Habit, but this experience left me frustrated and disrespected. Please look into this—it’s not what your brand should represent. I challenge you to speak with the Hispanic manager with tattoos on her arms and i bet she hasn't changed her attitude. Hey owner, you got a real winner over there...
