Customers particularly enjoy the Pho Tai Bo Vien (#3), grilled chicken rice (#40), and the Satay Pho (special bowl). The restaurant is clean and well-lit.

1. The pho had a good broth with a good portion of meat! The matcha Thai Tea was bigger than I expected! 2. The spot has fun casual vibes with a big interior! 3. The staff were friendly and timely with my order! Note: You pay at the front! Photo: Pho Dac Biet, Matcha Thai Tea, and Water
Super delicious and fresh. I’m no Pho expert but the flavors were perfect! The fresh rolls with shrimp were amazing! Bring your appetite!
Great pho for a great price, good environment, quick service. The spring rolls were excellent as well.
First time trying during the soft opening, i shared the birria broth pho with beef rib meat its absolutely delicious it doesn't come too spicy so you can add Sriracha to spice it up, the meat was very tender and flavorful. The price was very fair the atmosphere is clean and looks good, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I will return again to try other items like their smoothies and other pho flavors
Was just cruising around and saw this pho spot. I got the #11, it's sort of like the pho dac biet. It was really good. The broth was good, it came out super hot which is very important because by the time you pick all the basil, get your utinsels and all the condiments ready, and all your yelp pictures taken, your pho most likely went warm. For a $8.99 large bowl, the amount of meat I got was good. More basil would have been better. It's a very clean restaurant and the tables were separated for every other to be served at. They all wore masks, had plexiglass cashier border, and hand sanitizer. One thing I noticed about this place was the service. The girl who worked there was exceptional. I overheard her talking to some customers and she talked to the guy, chatting/joking with his little daughter and simply being super friendly. I turned my head for a split second and at that moment, she had asked if there was anything that I needed. I was like...wow, a Vietnamese restaurant that has this kind of service??? Simply awesome, I knew and anyone could tell that she always had a smile on her face even though she was wearing a mask. They're doing a 10% off special right now but I don't think they need to do that. This place has plenty of parking, it's in the shopping center next to dollar tree. Delicious super hot pho with top notch service. Great dine in experience with a super socially inclined cashier/server. Much thanks! Cix J
It's my favorite Pho spot. Vietnamese owned, Great Pho, great rice dishes, service is fast and efficient. Space is bright and well lit. It is a comfy environment to enjoy your food.
Newly opened Pho place. Very nice and clean store. Broth is very yummy. Satay Pho is their signature bowl so make sure you try it. Meat quality is soooo good, better than other Pho places I’ve eaten. Price is acceptable. Highly recommended!
This Pho place is new and nicely decorated. The broth is really good (better than Pho Holic in my opinion. Pho Satay is their special bowl. It does have peanuts in there so be careful if you are allergic.
This is my new favorite Pho Place in OC. Their broth is very good and rich in flavor. I usually get their #3, Pho Tai Bo Vien. The owner is super nice and friendly. Their Xi Quach is so good and tender. But it's super hard to get since it's very limited. Their special Pho is Pho Satay, which is a peanut-base broth. No other Pho places in OC has this!
First time customer here. The broth, meat, and vegetables portions are good. They also offer fresh pho noodles for an upgrade. This is a classic southern style pho restaurant. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.
They've got great grilled chicken rice with crispy eggrolls. It's #40. Great price for the amount of food you get.
The food was amazing, the employees were very nice, it's a nice clean place to eat and relax. The bathroom was clean.
I couldn't hesitate to recommend this place to everyone. The staff is very friendly and polite. The food is tasty.

Very good foods
Great place for kids.
Mmmmmm
Great Pho.
Excellent service 👍
Mình ăn ngon. Mình đến muộn nhất
Best pho place in town, hands down! My go to for Pho. The service is always stellar and the food delicious. They even go the extra mile when you request something. I asked for ginger in my fish sauce and they sent me a peice of ginger of my own!
The Pho Satay lived up to the hype, was an awesome experience on pho. Very friendly staff with great service, prices are reasonable. Girlfriend got a more traditional pho, was very rich and tasty in flavor.
Delicious dishes. Everything get cleaned pretty well even their restroom. However they spend much time to care something at their kitchen and make me wait quite long for a seat. I didn’t plan to go back, until I saw their waitress. Cute little girl who ran around and ... I’ll be back. 😊😊😊
Had the House Special Pho and it was DELICIOUS! Will return and try other yummy dish. Highly recommend. Good customer service.
Very good pho with reasonable price. Will be back.
Got this on übereats... the ribs pho. Arrived early and it was delicious. My new fav. Mo MSG taste or overly salty. Looks& tasted clean.
We had 2 dishes and a appetizer and everything was absolutely tasty. Can't wait to try the rest of the stuff on the menu.
I’ve eaten pho at dozen restaurants in Garden Grove but this place makes some really good pho, especially pho Satay. So happy I found this gem.
Solid pho place, ingredients are fresh and their to go packaging is great.
I had the mix Pho and it was very tasty! 😋😊 Satisfied! Thai tea boba was great too. Thx!
We go here at least once a week. Best pho. The owner and the service is exceptional
Fabulous meal!!! The people were very friendly and the restaurant was spotless. Extremely happy with my meal!!!!
The best place to get Pho, and the best for us is the Tendon. The service is like a family, they will know you everytime you go inder.
I love the pho 🍜 here. Excellent service. I eat here 2 times a week and love it each time.
Very good pho/soup flavour.
The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Will definitely come back again.
Not very crowded all the time. Parking is good. Phở bò is definitely great..!!!
Good food, friendly service. The place is well laid out and and clean.
Excellent food and service. This’s definitely a good place to enjoy Vietnamese food
Great taste of pho for a reasonable price. highly recommend.
I love thes please thanks I recommended
Taste great. Friendly staff and clean.
I like it easy. Good Foot
My go to place for Vietnamese noodle dishes.
Very good Pho. We had the House Special which came with all different meats. Very fresh and broth was rich. We took it to go and they carefully packed the broth separate from the noodles and meats and fresh herbs. Looking forward to going back. Prices were very reasonable.
My family and I went to dine here tonight and we cant recommend it enough. The food was excellent. The broth was very flavorful and rich and was nice and hot. The tables were extremely clean and everything was well lit. This is our new pho spot.
Best pho and broth in town, good quality of food. Bean sprouts are blanched that is the key keeps us returning. Highly recommend.
Visited on a mission with a bud to find Beef Satay, who was super excited to try after having the dish over a decade ago and falling in love with the savory and peanut flavored soup. The word is that this restaurant was better than the original. The restaurant was quaint and cozy with courteous service. I would definitely say mission accomplished in having a great meal and awesome time.
This place is pretty good. The pho broth was a bit bland, but it doesn't have the heavy msg taste like other restaurants. I didn't feel bad after eating it. Service was quick and friendly. The meat was cooked perfectly. So tender and not dry or chewy. I would definitely stop by if you're in the area. I hope the meat quality stays the same!
The service was fast , the pho soup is very tasty and fresh. Recommend. My favorite is grilled pork vermicelli with spring rolls
I chose this place based off the reviews and location. I was not disappointed. First off alot of times packaging of noodle soup can cause undesirable outcomes, such as over cooked noodles or just moosh. These guys have the packaging down pat. Noodles cook to perfection in the broth. The broth its self is so tasty. I have meatballs and filet. Really good. After having delivery 3 or 4 times I decided to dine in. I was not disappointed. Well spaced out tables, very clean, covid precautions in check. Highly recommend this place!!
I came across this restaurant in the same shopping plaza as 24 hour fitness and decided to give it a try! I was pleasantly surprised! The food, especially the phở was tasty and authentic! Most importantly the place was very clean and they did a very good job following safety and cleaning guidelines! There were hand sanitizers on each table; the menus were paper disposable or barcode scanned! I would definitely support this business again!
Very good place. clean, polite staff Food is great. All your normal Pho selections with the addition of their Satay Pho. Which is unique in the best possible way. Fantastic
22 years ago a friend introduced me to Pho, I have been to many places. Pho Hoan Pasteur is one of the best places I have ever been! Great broth and portions, I always leave here happy. 😃
Pho Satay here is soooo good which I couldn't find it in anywhere. Soup: 5 stars. The soup is pretty good. Especially the Pho Satay. Meat: the steak for the Pho was Service: 5 stars. I came here with friends at Sunday night and the service was quick.
I have eaten here a few times and the food is honestly not bad. None of the dishes is the best around here, for example Pho Good across the street has better pho though Pho Hoan is still 2nd among the places I've eaten, one exception is pho satay since not many places sell it. Its advantage is that every dish is decent so you have a good variety to choose from.
This is my second time here. Wanted to give this place a once over before I made my decision. For me this was a hidden gem. I have seen this place many times while shopping in the complex, but I never went in. I was thinking this place was just another typical pho place that is littered across the Garden Grove landscape. Let's get straight to the point. Food- The broken rice was slightly dry, but my wife loved the soup and meat. The pho soup is delicious. In my opinion, the pho soup is delicious and comparable to award winning pho restaurants. The cafe sua da could be a little stronger. Their orange juice was on point. I don't know if it was powder or fresh, but my daughter couldn't get enough of it. Service- Awesome. They greet you when you enter. Every interaction had a smile behind it. Great place. Atmosphere- This was what made it from a 4 to a 5 star rating. The seating was spaced out. It doesn't feel like we were on top of other people. I understand that most pho places are quite small and they have to pack on as many peeps as possible.
The best Pho I’ve eaten. I have been in this place since They open this location.
So far so good. First time trying this place with carry out and I have to say that I am impressed. The carry out presentation is beautifully crafted with disposable bowl and everything needed to consume the meal. I did find that I needed a little more Thai basil than what was provided but overall I am satisfied with what I got. The restaurant is clean and modern, I hope you guys continue to upkeep the place and don't let it go down hill like other Vietnamese restaurants since presentation is half of the experience.
I thought we'll never find a Pho place we're workers & food have the same thing in common, they are amazing. To God be all the glory.
It's crazy how simplicity works. The food just feels like home. Good portions. Seasoned well. All the usual sides. Quick service. Really hit the spot on a random rainy night, and was open on a random sunny weekday. Hot and cold foods were good. Only thing was the Viet Iced Coffee was not as strong as I'm used to. No biggie. Pricing is above average in my opinion, but it's cool if you don't eat out as much.
My son and I enjoyed a pho lunch today. It was delicious! We also ordered the spring roll appetizers, which were very fresh and flavorful. We both ordered the small bowl, but were not able to finish, so generous portions. Very clean and good service. We will be returning!

Pho broth is good, meat is good, veggies are good, and the noodles are fine. It's 50 cents more expensive than the place across the street, but I think the atmosphere is better. Portion size is a bit smaller than other places but still filling. Pho satay is not spicy, you can add the spice yourself with condiments. It has a strong peanut flavor.

Food was good, clean restaurant
Fast service love it
Good Pho, a very little taste of Northern. But not the same taste as before 1954, my generation. The recipe has change to younger generation always with a sweet sugar taste in the soup.
The food was absolutely amazing! The service was ok. But the food was fantastic!
3.5/5 for Pho that compare to other Pho restaurants around
Great, attentive, and alot of good food.
I never tried pho here but only order pho satay. I just had to give some comments. First pho satay here is good. I order from here and the one at Torrance. The Philippino guy who married the wife there is nice. Anyways, March 28, I ordered two pho satay and asked if I can I can sample pho soup. I tip generous here even though I'm not eating here. She said, you can't try since you don't order it. She said it in a rude way. Probably not going to come here again because of that. Pretty sure she's the owner or related to the owner. I'll just order from the sister side restaurant instead.
I think this is a very decent pho restaurant. You can see from my reviews that I'm pretty picky regarding food quality & taste and I have to say the Pho here is not bad. The rare beef is fresh with good flavor, and it has just enough fat to not be dry after it's been cooked. The beef brisket is cooked to the proper softness. The broth seems to be authentic northern Vietnamese style with a very strong hint of cloves. I like it a lot because it is not too sweet like some other Pho places.
The stay pho was not for me. It tasted like Tum Yum but a bad Tum Yum thai soup. I am have not try the traditional pho. I will give that a try next.
Food was good. Pho took longer than other places to come out even though it was pretty empty. Vietnamese ice coffee was solid. Only gripe was that there was a customer with a dog in the restaurant. Not a service animal as it was a tiny dog and did not listen to the owners commands. It was also begging for food. Not sure why the employees did not allow the dog in the restaurant when in front of the store it explicitly states no animals.

The food is good. But ordered online and they have a section to ask if you need anything I put I need extra extra sauces and they don’t read that part. So why have that section if they not gonna read it. That is all I have to say. Please read for instructions next time and if you do then I’ll give a better rating
I was the customer for yesterday at 7 pm. I observed and see the shop was quite different than few months ago. The lady waiter created much much loud sounds from bowls and chopsticks and so on ...If the manager read this post so please improve. Thank you.
The food is great here but lately the service has been lacking. Just yesterday me and 2 other of my friends went and it already started out bad. They didnt notice us until we got all the way to front where they finally saw us and pointed at a table. It was a rainy day so there were a few table occupied with families but they already had their meal and the servers were no where to be seen other than in the kitchen or behind the register. 10 mins had passed and some families had already finished their meals and left and we still hadnt gotten our menu at least. my friend and I raised our hands politely to get the man behind the register attention but all he did was see us and wave back. 5 mins later passed and another family comes, they got attentioned right away and got pointed to sit right behind us. they got menus 2 mins after and then the server girl left to get her noye pad. we were shocked. We had the man behind the register attention twice (one coming in n getting seated and the other when we raised our hands to ask for an menu after 10 mins) and yet he saw the server give menus to the family that arrived 20 MINS AFTER US and did NOTHING. After the server girl gave the family menus n returned with her note pad, she "accidentally" came to our table first but quickly left to the family behind us to take their order. She didnt even say a word to us, no "im sorry wrong table" or "ill give u guys menus in a sec" NOTHING just turn away n take the order of the family who came 20 mins after us!!! Thats when we stood up and started walking away, the sever girl saw us and just stared, my friend then told her "well u didnt even give us menus or say anything to us". No one tried to stop us not even the man behind the register who knew we had been waiting for AT LEAST A MENU FOR 2OMINS. In the end we found a better pho place right across the street, not sure if i will return or reccomend this place again to anyone else now.
I ordered Brown sugar milk tea with boba but they sent me thai tea without boba without informing me. Pho was not tasty at all.
I came on monday night the female waitress was rude and unpleasant
Bad service ordered a 12 dollar meal and didnt put what I ordered barely put anything in it poor!
Horrible service. The food is great that is one thing. But to the fact that I came in and waited patiently to be serve, they even told me to wait I told them it was ok. After waiting 20 minutes for service not even the menu was given to us. Another party walks in, they sit and they right away give them menus before us. The other party sat right next to us so it was very visible that we got there first and they knew we were there. I waited to see if they would even bring a menu but didn’t. Then the waitress came to our table, we though they might give us the menus or even take our drink order but no she look at us sees we have no menu. Instead she left our table and help the other table next to us that came after us and didn’t even said a word to us. That is what I call great service.!! Thanks for ignoring other customer !even though they acknowledge when we got there but they decide to help out other parties coming in after us.
The food was pretty good but the reason I'm leaving such a low review is because the young gentleman who was my waiter seemed bothered taking my order. I saw that he would roll his eyes because there was a language barrier between us. I just didn't feel welcomed In the establishment and I don't think I'll revisit.
do not order pho ga from here. their broth has no taste at all. like the cook drops a few dry cube of chicken imitation flavor to the hot water. bad choice.
