Lobby was closed for a remodel so the drive-thru was the only option. While thr food is good the people make it great. I miss the interaction with the staff in the dinning area. I heard that a majority of Chick-fil-A stores are doing their remodeling now because of the spike in covld which minimizes the exposure to staff who could become super spreaders because of the human interaction they are known for.

Best customer service in the industry. The spicy chicken sandwich is like biting into a slice of heaven. Breakfast bowls are great. The Cobb salad is amazing with the avocado ranch. Being able to just buy the filet is an awesome option. The Lord's chicken never disappoints.

This Chick-fil-A is fantastic! The staff is always top notch, professional and friendly while keeping even the longest of lines moving on through. I've never had to wait longer than 5-10 minutes from entering the line to being on my way with my hot and delicious meal. The food itself is impressively tasty for something considered a fast food chain!

We enjoyed a quick lunch here. The line in the driveway was a lil crazy. But there was no wait inside. It was very clean and the seating was spaced out appropriately for covid protocol. The service was friendly as always and our food was fresh, delicious, and fast. Forgot to get pictures, but we went with spicy chicken sandwiches, fries, and lemonade. Ever tried honey roasted barbecue sauce on the fries? So yummy 😁

Regular sandwiches are the best and always tasty. The employees are very nice, professional, and eager to help. My 3 year old granddaughter loves the play area, which is always clean.

We made a mistake when ordering online and the Manager (Brandon) was very polite and helped fix the issue. He took care of us beyond what we were needing and he didn't have to. Thankyou for your help and understanding. It is extremely hard to find employees with the level of care and understanding that he had. (Again we were at fault.) Take care of this one Chick-fil-A and your store will be well represented with him.

This place can have cars lined up around the building, no worries, it runs like a precision watch. Takes 10 minutes tops. Employee's are super helpful too. I highly recommend, love their mac and cheese. They used to have the best cole slaw, I wish they would put it back on their menu.

Like all others a clean friendly place for a quick meal or a meal with family and friends. Food comes quickly with a big smile. Parking is plentiful. The playground is a popular attraction for the kids. As much as they like the nuggets the playground seems to be a stronger pull as they run to the doors before getting to the line.

Best chicken sandwich anywhere. Hands down. I also love their sweet tea and you can never go wrong with waffle fries. You would be hard pressed to find a business that has customer service this high consistently across all locations. It's their pleasure to serve you.

Always kind, professional, and definitely a busy location. That say enough alone! I remember when they had to remodel so they could add a second lane to handle all the traffic. If that doesn't speak volumes of the quality of food and service, I don't know what will. Very good food. Love it!

We have visited often. Great food. We typically get the signature chicken sandwich, the Market Salad (with fruit & grilled chicken) and on occasion we will get a frosted lemonade dessert. Our most favorite item here is the SWEET TEA... it is awesome! This place is always clean and the employees are beyond friendly. One of our favorite places.

Chick-fil-A is always a good experience at least in good towns. I love this one the most because I realized that they have table covers for the babes and of course options for their tiny little fingers to eat. Even though the tables are set close together there are some booths that give you enough room to stay out of the way with a high chair. Foods always good, people are always friendly, and the patrons all seem to be okay with baby shenanigans.

This location was really something. With enjoying the already delicious food, I was also met with even better customer service by the young man named Aaron. Used drive thru for breakfast at this location. Service was excellent as usual. We had chicken minis and orange juice. The biscuits were okay. I think they could have been baked a little longer but they were not raw by any means.

To the gentleman that the cops were called on… you went back an hour after getting your food for a packet of salad dressing?!? I saw you banging on the drive thru window AFTER the restaurant was closed. Those are mostly teenagers and young adults working the closing shift. Rule #1 in any business that handles cash - NEVER OPEN THE DOORS (or drive thru window) AFTER CLOSING! Your erratic behavior got my attention so I sat in the Walmart parking lot watching until you left. If you needed salad dressing so badly, why not just go to the Walmart that is right next to the restaurant and get some? The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful whenever I go. I have yet to have a bad experience at this location other than the a/c being too cold sometimes and the parking lot not having enough spots for dine in customers.

First of all let me say thanks to guy at the counter at lunch July 3rd. He was very nice, wished me happy birthday and was very personable. I'm a chatty people person, and he was a super great guy. I order from this Chick-fil-A very frequently due to having an autistic child, so consistency is extremely important for our family. While most of our orders are correct, there have been a few frustrating times like sauces being left out completely or a breakfast burrito tortilla being hard. Since I know the app order itself is correct, those moments can be disappointing having to go back through the traffic since it's difficult coming and going with their layout at this location. That said, Brandon and Logan are outstanding managers. They are always professional, kind, and quick to correct the situation without hesitation. Their customer service truly makes a difference and is the reason we continue to come back. Overall, 9 times out of 10 our order is correct, and with a team this large, perfection every single time isn’t realistic. The leadership Brandon and Logan provide is exactly what great management should look like.

This establishment is very traditional, but what truly makes it stand out is the excellent service. It’s a great place to stop by and have a pleasant time. The menu doesn’t change much, but that’s part of its charm—you always know what to expect. If you’re craving good, flavorful chicken, this is definitely the place to go. Whenever I go to Chick Fil A I usually have a good experience but the last few times I’ve been and even my husband. I have paid for large Fries and gotten a medium in a large container.. (not even half way filled) if even. My husband last time, they almost completely messed his order up even after telling them what he got at least 3 times. Today service was really slow and the workers were standing at the intercom instead of walking the drive thru like usual. The line was literally to the road. Maybe it’s because it’s an evening shift but I think everyone expects more from Chick Fil A.

The service was excellent as usual but, there were not many parking spots in the lot that were open. There were cones to direct traffic to the drive in window that blocked the lion's share of parking spots. That was strange. We parked behind the restaurant on the far end of the lot in one of the two numbered (possibly for curbside pickup) spaces left. The sign for spots 1 and 2 were missing. Long wait for curbside delivery and it was hard to find an open space. When the food arrived, the young lady practically threw the food, which included two bowls of soup, into my lap and simply walked away. No greeting, no thank you, no anything. I know they're probably short-staffed, but one should provide a better customer experience than that.

I ordered doordash, and I got a large fry that was filled up 2/3 of the way if that ... 😢 I paid almost a dollar more for the upcharge via doordash for what equalled a medium anyway. I literally didn't even eat any... I should have just ordered a medium since that's what they gave me anyway. :/

I am accustomed to Chick-Fil-As always getting the order right, but over the past couple of years, they have begun to decline. My last two delivery orders were both incorrect. On the first, I received the completely wrong entree. On the latest, I didn't get one item, and I am fairly certain the drink was not Zero as ordered. The restaurant did make it right one of the occasions, but this is disappointing for Chick-Fil-A. Also, please stop asking for a tip before I receive my meal. That's one of the biggest problems with today's tip culture; you want me to tip you before I can evaluate the level of service I received. I hate the fact that I tipped two delivery drivers that got my order wrong. What message does that send? Give me the option to tip after. Perhaps that will cause the driver to be more thorough next time.

Went through the drive through and ordered food for three. We never go in because we really HATE Coke products. For that reason we usually go to Taco Bell. We decided to have dinner in our car. The day was perfect for being outdoors. After returning from the "Race Track" with our Pepsi's, we ordered two 12 piece nuggets with fries and mac and one order of strips and fries. The food was fresh, crispy and tasty though the strips were a bit dark and dry at the corners. The taste was good though. The drive through was really busy but we didn't mind because that usually guarantees fresh food. The hotwing sauce was great with the fries! Everyone had a great time chillaxing and listening to classical music on our favorite station. The sky was beautiful! Thumbs up! Thanks guys. Hope you get Pepsi soon.

We just ordered from this location and we have a big family, which I understand makes things difficult. I Kindly repeated my order 3 or 4 times. No big deal. They did however forget to give us our chicken sandwich, 8 piece nuggets or the ketchup we asked for. They also gave me 2 chick filet sauces for a $40 order. They did give me the sandwich after I had to go back through the drive through but didn't notice the other missing items till I got home. I expect more from this Establishment. No one is perfect but there were several mistakes

So I realize I am here during a busy time and really, it isn't bad. Food was good as usual. Service was fast although no one was friendly. The girl conducting "kids night" just ignored my sweet grand daughter completely. She was standing there for 5 minutes and was never even acknowledged. I understand the 4 seats she had for kids night were full. All she had to do was notice her and tell her she could be next, she just totally ignored her. It was a rude way for someone in charge of kids activity to treat a 5 year old. It wasn't anything great they were doing but thats hardly the point.

Unfortunately this was the worst Chick-fil-A meal I've ever had. Had a spicy chicken sandwich. It wasn't warm, the chicken wasn't crispy, it was very gummy, and the piece of chicken was tiny. The fries were gummy, had no crisp, and little if any salt on it. Would not return to this location due to the food and since it was overrun by students from the nearby school that had let out that were very loud, cussing, and had no care for anyone else in the restaurant. After leaving, my stomach hurt for hours, may or may not be due to this place. I still love me some Chick-fil-A but definitely not this one.

Wow wow wow. Where do I start. Today was the day where I was sorely disappointed with Chick-fil-A service. Usually I’m greeted with a warm smile and a great attitude but today Gloria was not having a glorious day. We were trying to be as polite as possible even while receiving terrible service. After every comment we made Gloria would roll her eyes and just have this rbf face. Even after all this we still politely said “thank you”. She proceeded to turn around and put her back towards us and go “mhmm”. No “my pleasure” or at least a “your welcome”. Again Chick-Fil-A has never disappointed me but today was terrible.

I called in and stated I was missing a sandwich yesterday lady said okay I will enter your information for a replacement I said thank you and hung I go there today around 7:30 7:45 for a replacement and the guy with glasses and a hat said he didn't see I would have to pay for my order I said even after calling in I can show you my transaction he stated my name wasn't there I needed to pay I said okay he said that's 12 and some change they were all standing around and I was not about to argue then the manager comes and ask what was the promblem and he was like no give it to her then the dude with the glasses gets agitated and storms off and somebody else had to give me my order I was like honey I'm GM myself at a popular store in town you do not do that but great job to the manager with ponytail for sticking up for me

Went through the drive-thru today and got home to realize I had been given the completely wrong meal. I tried to eat the fries and sandwich I was given, but they tasted terrible. The fries seemed over cooked and crunchy and the sandwich was just not something I like. I decided to call to see if I could just get my money back since i do not actually live in Mansfield and had only stopped there on my way back home to Arlington. The woman who answered the phone had a very strong accent, was quite rude and constantly speaking over me to cut me off. She did state that she could refund my money if she could find my order. She was unable to find it, even though it was confirmed that I had called the correct location, i had my receipt and had used my friends app with the purchase. She told me I would have to come back in or she could write my name down for next time I come in. Neither of those were convenient options for me as I do not frequent that location, nor do I live near it. I asked to speak to a manager and she stated that she was the manager, me frustrated at this point, sighed loudly and stated that was disappointing. She then said well, the general manager wasn't in the store today. She took my name and number and said she would look and call me back. I was called back by a man who stated that he could not refund my money without me driving back out with the incorrect meal. I begrudgingly drive back out to Mansfield to get my refund. The young man at the counter was very polite, refunded my money and offered to get me my correct meal. I declined the replacement as I feel sick to my stomach from what I did try to eat and do not want to try anything else from this location. I did tell him I was upset with how I was spoken to on the phone and he offered to get the manger for me. I thought, "oh great the same woman that was so rude to me in the phone", but was surprised to find out it was not as she did not have the same accent. She also stated that she had not answered the phone since she had been there today. So along with the poor customer service I had received the phone, I had also been lied to. I was very displeased with the whole experience and expected so much more from this company. I will NOT be going back anytime soon if ever. Edit: turns out my refund was not processed. I should have asked for a receipt of it, but I was so frustrated after the whole ordeal I was just wanting to be done with it all and didn't think that they would have scammed me like that.

Order was wrong. Asked for no tomatoes in salad but the worst part was a huge nasty piece of bacon and hardly any salad in the bowl. Yall used to fill it up but not any more seeing how I got another salad the very next day and it was also small for $10 salad it looked more like a side salad.

I frequent this location several time a month, their has been times where it’s been a couple of times a day. I rated it a one star, because ever since around August, they have left some things out of my order. At first, the manager said it was due to Covid and lack of staff members, and I tried be understanding since I should be anyways. They have probably gotten my order correct twice in the last few months. It’s now December, and still have the same issue. They always say we can go back, but too inconvenient for me to us. Please fix this issue. Thanks

If i could rate this place a 0 i would, i always come here and buy food but usually go through the drive thru but this time i decided to go inside with my two girls and dine in so my 3 yr old could play, however i had my reptile “bearded dragon” on my shoulder which i had him covered with my sweater but he came out to take a peak and although i have NEVER had any issues bringing him anywhere because he is small not huge and no harm to no anyone this lady looks very “Frightened” and proceeded to tell me there’s no “animals” allowed? Sorry but it’s not an animal it’s a REPTILE!!! I asked for the manager which it was Brandon at the time and he said animals weren’t allowed for what reason? Idk he couldn’t explain he just said animals weren’t allowed unless it was service dog which i think it’s nastier having inside a dinning place then a small un harmful reptile … horrible customer service not only from them but from Mr big bad Joe being very rude and showing know care about the situation when i called to get managers name, he basically rushed me off the phone saying yeah yeah ok have a good day! Theirs favorites there that’s for sure, sad and sorry humans i had to leave, i was so embarrassed because they were very loud about it everyone was looking but didn’t say a word, maybe because i am hispanic who knows! Booo to those human beings!

After today, I am done with Chick Fil A all together. I ordered 2 chicken meals today and asked for extra pickels on both, one with cheese. The patties look like they have become very thin, the breading was about burnt, the cheese was a slice thrown on not melted at all, and each had 2 pickles. The fries was cold and old. I am over it!

I have been a loyal customer for years at this particular location. The new manager is very rude. My order has been incorrect for the last three times. But last night was the last time I will ever spent my money at this location. After waiting 30 minutes in line yet again my order was wrong. This time I attempted to return it and was told that I have to park and come in the inside. Because it was 30 degrees outside I decide to just get a refund. Per Manger refused to give me my refund and said I would have to contact corporate for a refund. Don’t be surprise if this happen to you!! I would recommend you use your money at another Chick-fil-A that does not have a rude Manager like this one in Mansfield off of Walnut Creek!!!

They have the worst manager ever, we ordered for 8 people and they gave us two missing sandwiches and two wrong the manager was I will replace it after waiting like 20 minutes and then she bring the food and threw it on the table, it was also wrong and refused to do anything other than saying I am not going to do anything.

The level of service provided by the crew at chic fil a on Walnut Creek was disgusting. The fact that they have young adults that have attitude problems anytime a customer stress a concern is disturbing. This is the 2nd but definitely the last time my family and I will go there. First time I get it, fries soggy by the time I get home and not cooked all the way but this time around, you forget my elderly mother’s sandwich is bothersome. I asked for them to make both sandwiches and fries because now that I had to drive back my food and fries were cold. She said we only missed a sandwich and rolled her eyes. Now I get home and my tea is unsweet after I asked for sweet . Slow down. Wow! This is the people that you have managing your location. Great job!

I will say their morning crew is pretty good, but when the kids come in the service goes downhill. Taking over 15 min in the drive thru is not fast food. Add in the fact they forgot to put the sauce that comes with the wrap, which is part of the meal. I'll not come here for evening food again.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Customer service was horrendous when I went, never in my life have I heard a manager cuss and say racist comments in front of customers. I was trying to have a good time with my child but he started yelling at an employee making them cry and making me and my child uncomfortable. This was extremely unprofessional and I don’t think I will ever go back to that Chick-fil-A ever again😡.

Not only has my order been messed up almost every visit I’ve ever made to this location even when I say there’s food allergies that need to be handled but I just sat for almost 30 minutes waiting on my order because they couldn’t follow the instructions the app gives and look for the vehicle. As soon as I got in the drive through line because I was sick of waiting, my order had just been sitting on the counter. Cold food is exactly what I was wanting. Never gotten such bad service from a Chick-fil-A.

I had one of the most unprofessional and emotionally disturbing experiences I’ve ever had at the Chic Fila restaurant on July 9, 2025 at the Walnut Creek location in Mansfield, TX. During my initial visit, I was served a meal that I explicitly informed the staff I was allergic to. This could’ve resulted in a serious medical emergency. I brought it to the attention of the manager on duty, Rose, who instructed me to return later to receive a replacement meal. When I returned just before 10 PM, as she instructed, I was met with a completely different energy cold, condescending, and overtly hostile. The tone of the conversation shifted drastically, and I felt targeted and humiliated. I was treated as if I had done something wrong for simply returning to correct their mistake. I’ve never felt so dismissed, degraded, and racially profiled in a business setting. The manager, Rose, acted with such blatant disregard for customer care, and it’s clear she is not fit for any role dealing with the public. Her attitude reeked of prejudice. She made me feel as though I was walking into a place stuck in a time where signs read “Whites Only.” This is not just bad customer service. This is deeper. This is racial bias, and it’s dangerous. I am formally requesting that this manager be terminated and that the company conduct a full investigation into this location’s practices and staff culture. If she is treating me this way, I can only imagine how many other Black and Brown customers have silently endured the same treatment. No one should feel afraid, dismissed, or disrespected for asking for what’s fair especially after a health-threatening incident. Rose should not only be held accountable she should be removed from this position immediately, along with anyone else who harbors discriminatory behavior in that location. I am submitting this experience to the Better Business Bureau and reaching out to corporate leadership and the CEO to ensure this does not get swept under the rug. Customers especially those of color deserve safety, dignity, and respect when spending their hard-earned money.

Worst chick fil a I have ever gone to from leadership down. Chick typically has great customer service but time and time I bring my niece to this chick fil a. They get my order wrong and then are rude about it. The employees although I can't speak for all but response to their error is not an apology but attitude. I have had the same response from their manager. I would definitely not recommend this chick fil a.

I was eating normal next to a family from middle east, ladys we're wearing their hijabs over her heads all the sudden Police arrives and ask them to leave, requested by the restaurant. It was frustrating see how this family of two ladies and their daughters been escorted to the parking lot without reason Never came back to this restaurant shame on you.

i came to CFA and used the drive through to order a grilled chicken sandwich meal. i paid, got my food and drove home. i open my sandwich box on the way home because i am starving.. only to find out, there’s NO chicken on my chicken sandwich. i drive back to the store and go inside. i explained that there was no chicken on my sandwich and the female worker to my right just bursts into laughter. never ending laughter. meanwhile i am starving and i had to waste time to come back and get the meal i paid for. zero empathy from the workers, everyone thought it was just so funny. i clearly wasn’t happy. i wasn’t offered anything besides a remake. really? not even a new fry at LEAST? i mean come on. you gave me a sandwich with only toppings. very disappointed in Chick-fil-A.

My skool ordered Chick-fil-A catering for our all region band performance, where we were all starved from 7:30 to 12:00. The order did not end up arriving until, well, at the time of this review, it is 12:40 and it still had not arrived. We have 9 hungee angsty boyz. We Frequently visit this location and the employees are mostly friendly and courteous & the food usually good to great until the 2 separate times we visited today, once in the afternoon and again at 9:00pm. Both of these times all 3 large fries were undercooked and horrible. When it happened again to us at night, we asked for new fries to be cooked and were told, “we don’t do crispy fries at this location, we will give you fresh fries”. Again the “fresh fries” were definitely undercooked, white and soft/flimsy. Eating undercooked potatoes is Not healthy so we could not finish our fries Again. I visit enough chick fila stores to know when they are cooked properly. Before these visits today, this location has had great fries that were fresh and actually cooked! Disappointed and hoping our family doesn’t get a stomach ache.

The new fake chicken is salty and has a chemical taste, but the real sin is the fries. They have gotten so focused on filling orders they barely dip the fries in the oil so what you get is just soggy, half raw potatoes. If you're going to be unhealthy fast food at least taste good.

Hello frequent delivery orders here... and pretty simple.. or so it seems.. We always order 1 Large unsweetened iced tea with lemonade and 1 Large unsweetened tea with DIET LEMONADE!! It is almost always NOT MARKED WHICH ONE IS THE DIET! I can't have sugar. So I usually end up drinking nothing!!! I am so done!! Why why why is this sooooooooo difficult? Never had such a bad experience at any chick-fil-A I had to return my sandwich the chicken was cold and very oily 😖 I also noticed that the buns were weird like very flaky . the buns was coming apart. When the girl that brought back a new sandwich it was the same as the first one .the only difference was that this time she threw the plate on to the table and said here that’s your food . The sandwich was awful 😣 food overall was not disgusting . I’m very disappointed ☹️ I always had chick fil a like top of the line restaurant this time they are at McDonalds level unprofessional and awful job you all are doing! Dear Chic Fil You need to fire all of these Employees especially the manager whonhad the nerve to call the police instead of seeing what I needed. I bought a Salad and they forgot the dressing. I didnt notice it until one hour later and went back. I understand they were closed but not one of your employees even had the decency to ask what I needed. They ignored me and eventually the Manager called the police. These guys need to be fired, this isn't good for Business. Btw the Police was cool, he made the manager give me my Salad dressing lol smh 🤦🏽
