Been here twice & both times Mason did not let me down. 1st time I tried a chickwich w a shake & it was fresh/juicy/crispy & you can tell it was made with fresh ingredients. The second time I switched it up and ordered the Mac n cheese & popcorn shrimp. The Mac n cheese was homestyle & light but the flavor hits! & the popcorn shrimp had crisp/flaky texture to it with good flavor. Mason hasn’t missed for me yet so I’d recommend giving them a try

I would consider myself a burrito bowl connoisseur and theirs is one of the best I've had. The pulled chicken is so delicious and everything works well together. Highly recommend! Mason Sandwich is delicious, and people know it too. Expect a bit of a wait for a table or food if you arrive at mealtime.

Nice place, good food, and good experience. Cheese burger and fries was really good stuff. Put together well with bread nice soft buns, two beautifully cool patties. The fries/chips were on point. You see some skin, not crispy, but soft and firm at the same time... Near crisp. You order and then sit, if you walk in. No table service... Not a bad thing. Definitely worth checking out. Not bad at all.

BEST sandwich shop in Westchester ! There is a reason they won so many awards. They have a delicious menu of sandwiches, bowls and creative side dishes. Also their portions are pretty big.

Great portion busy take out spot. French onion was great.

Got food from here probably 10-15 times, always amazing I highly recommend the French onion sandwich and the buffalo cauliflower nuggets, their chips are also to die for. However I highly recommend you stay away from the honey wasabi wings they taste like fire, it’s basically as if you had grabbed spices with charcoal and threw it in your mouth (I’m not saying they’re spicy either they literally taste like fire)… -10/10, aside from that though they’re pretty consistent, today was my first bad batch unfortunately.

Flank steak sandwich was excellent & fresh. Steak & Pimento cheese tasted like frozen dried beef. I'd go back for the Flank Steak sandwich & try others. Buffalo cauliflower was good.

Cool vibe and an interesting menu. Some vegetarian options but not truly inspired. I had the chicken sandwich with chicken that was very overcooked so dry there was no flavor. Went back a second time within a week and I think I’m already tired of the menu lol. The dining experience depends on who you get behind the counter the women could care less about giving good customer service and the guys are on point.

I’ve had the buttermilk chicken sandwich many times since they’ve opened, and I have noticed they have consistently fallen off over time. This last time was the last straw. The chicken was overcooked and dry, it had zero flavor, if it wasn’t for the spicy sauce that they put on top I would have tasted nothing. If you’re going to charge $14 for a piece of chicken on a regular hamburger bun with 3 slices of pickles, the chicken better be amazing. Save your money, I know I will from here on out

I ordered a chicken cutlet, lettuce, tomato & mayo hero. I was charged $18.42. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! When I looked up at their menu for some reason this was the most expensive. $12-15 maybe. I will say on a positive note that the home made potato chips were good.

Shrinkflation. I used to love going to Masons in high school. I just went back to get my favorite, eggplant parm, and I noticed the bag was lighter than usual. Upon inspection, it seems like the sandwich is about half its usual size. Not sure if this was a bad batch or if this is the new normal. Compare this pic to a review from a user about 7 months ago and the difference is clear. Honestly would rather pay more for the old sandwich size.

What happened? I understand shrinking portions. That has happened at many places. But tonight I ordered the roasted turkey sandwich. I have ordered it MANY TIMES before. What came tonight was not fresh off the bone turkey, but instead rubbery processed gelatinous junk. The sandwich was just bad. For the prices they charge, that just is not ok

I have eaten here 2 other times before and both times my experience was good. And the food was as well. I recently just ordered for the first time the steak flank bowl, not only was the meat hard and dry like a rock but looked like it was just thrown together. A BIG difference from the picture that’s advertised on the website from what i actually got. I had a couple bites and immediately returned it and asked for the wings. The wings looked like they were out of a bag from Costco. Not appetizing or appealing at all. Long story short i thought about returning the wings as well and just getting my money back but when looking at the staff and the kitchen it seemed like they were busy singing and talking amongst themselves that i just left. One of the cashiers even had his ear pods in. I will not be eating here again.
