Friendly folks at the front counter and at the drive thru. They always get my order correctly and quickly.

Even during this pandemic period this location still keeps a service consistency of providing fast and efficient service but please get your employees better headsets as the intercom volume is either too loud or the cashier can't hear properly or I'm shouting my order and everyone in hearing distance including the guy sleeping in the bush can hear me and give me the finger to keep it down. LOL oops sorry for waking you mister homeless man.

I like the way the food is here. Great customer service and great location to be class of the bay area and the girl purposefully forgot to take long to get a registration to fight me yo and I will see you again soon as get home ima and I will see you again soon as get to know if I can ask my friend to tell you about me in my book of work at chillies yo in my book and my phone samsung Galaxy app and I have crippling the app bro for a second and I don't even scam the way the app is so cute that you have a great time with your friends in your life or a few days in your room or on your own day at a local school to get a guard or something to do the lesson in your room and then go back....

I love their number ten with curly fries and root beer. Its a spicy crispy chicken sandwich on the best bread that doesnt go bad its absolutely delicious my boyfriend hates chicken and i made him try it one time now hes always eating my food from there.

They're very quick at drive thru and are really friendly. I like how they are nice to ask if I wanted sauce for my food or not and what kind too...you don't get that kind of service anymore like how it was before

This is my go-to spot for any time of the day. It's a lot easier to order now, especially since they have a mobile app now. This place gets busy, but the people who work here keep it clean. People who work here are nice and helpful. They do not ignore you like sole fast food places. If you're here for breakfast, I recommend the french toast sticks or the meat lover's burrito. I love the hash browns as well. You already know for lunch or dinner you need to get an order of tacos, curly fries with the combo of your choosing, and buttermilk ranch.

This is the very first time I didn't have to wait a long time to be helped. When you walk in, sometimes I'm waiting. It seems like five or ten minutes just to order a soda , but not at this location. They also had pineapple fantas zero which was a treat. To tell you the truth , the other locations , so focus on drive through that , they kind of ignore people when they walk in.

Was looking for a fast food after a long drive behold found Jack in the box.Ordered 3 jumbo jack meals,4 egg rolls,6 jalapeno poppers 4 tacos six chicken strips and two curly fries. Five large chocolate shakes.There were five of us in the car. It was a little expensive but their chocolate shakes are excellent I rate them 10 Stars. All the food for fast food was really jalapeno poppers were very good. Was extremely satisfied and full.

Food was not fresh. Chicken looked and tasted like it was cooked in old oil and it wasnt served hot. Restaurant was fairly clean but was gloomy and gave a runned down type of vibe

Rapid service. Order was correct. Forgot straws and didn't secure drinks in holder. This resulted in spillage and near miss in traffic.

Its good place to eat in, but custumer service is just not too good, sometimes they attend you right away, sometimes you got to wait up to 5 to 8 mins to get attended even tho is not busy and its your turn. Some workers are nice and some of them dont have the best attitude, but the rest of restaurant is good

The place can be cleaner. But I like their Oreo shake which is amazing as always. My husband has their curly fries. Their jalapeno poppers are good. I remember Jack in the box used to have veggie burgers, don't know now but they used to be good as well. These are the options for Vegetarian folks.

Me and my wife where there for the second time and we where help by Maricela. She give us an attitude followed by very bad costumer service after we ask for a wrong item we when there to see what happen whit our order she got upset ant tell us the name of the item we really wanted but she was like. Next time make sure you ask for the right stuff. Instead to be polite to us.

I used to go to that location almost every night! But the service at night it’s horrible, the old lady at the window it’s very rude and make feel every customer the worse experience, it’s seen like she hate her job!!

A cone was in the way going through the drive through. I informed the drive through attendant and they did not do anything. So I had to remove it myself. Not happy.

I ordered the nuggets and a small cheese burger for my grandson and it did not look good. My 2 for one tacos were good. They are always the same.

A few times I've been here I've had to return because everything I ordered was not in the bag and when ordering and after having to repeat myself more than 2 times they still got my order wrong. They food is good, but they need more staff especially at night when there's a huge line and only about 2 people working so it's no wonder a lot of mistakes are made. Management needs to hire more help and not be so cheap otherwise eventually your customers will disappear and you'll be out of business!

They have a drive thru with 9” feet “clear” but there’s a tree that has scratch the paint of my van cause the 9 feet “clear” wasn’t not clear how it’s supposed to I have a complain with this whole situation with jack in the box it wasn’t a good experience at all plus the manager see what’s going on and he still denied the fact I’ll need you to fix my paint on the roof of my van

This was the grimiest, dirtiest Jack in the Box. (or restaurant) I have ever been in! I was hungry but could only stand to get a drink. Tables had food all over them. Food on the floor & seats. Don't go here. Lots of urine on bathroom floor. Bathroom was very dirty and smelled like urine. Some workers don't maintain a clean restaurant. Some workers don't clean the bathroom. You have been warned.

Why is it all Mexicans get all d full time job in this fast food chains, whether it's jack in d box, McDonald's, El Pollo Loco, Burger, it's should be young kids to do part time or during summer, NO JOB for them!! It's because all taken by Mexicans.

By far one on the worst JITB I've gone to. They did not open at 6am one time. At another time the drive thru was not open and they did not put out a sign or cones to inform you until waiting to order. They re slow and do not have enough people for morning rush. Just terrible.

I could have swore I posted a review so I'll do it again. The only place I used my credit card at Redwood city was at jack in the box and 2 days later I had 150.00 charged to door dash for Chinese takeout in San Francisco. Should have figured something was up when they took forever to return my card.

I went in to grab some breakfast. The gal tried to short me five bucks on my change, and my order was messed up. It's not a busy time, not very pleased.

There was some type of mold or bacteria in my kids salad which looked like a maggot factory which I had to hope (to my child's dismay) would not end up of being a problem because the lettuce was a chunk of festering worm looking things and I am now at the hospital getting my kid checked for worms and I have no idea who would serve kids bacteria salads of maggots, but it's hard to see someone of making a salad not looking at it .. I will never trust another salad and ... There is a chance my kid has worms and will need additional medical care to get rid of them and Jack in the box should really look towards getting more fresh produce I mean it's not excuse my kids got food poisoning and worms because you guys gotta save 12 cents on lettuce and risk being the source of very sick and unhappy customers whom often times may not say anything or be heard and I am usually one of them but the way my kids sick is a bit too much now it's costing me time and money which will never be replaced and even worse my kids gotta wait and take pills for worms while they are poisoned by the food and exposed to larvae which manifests internal

Just came here to get lunch and got a number5 with curly fries and coke. When the lady gave me my food she gave me regular fries. I politely told her I asked for curly fries and she argued with me that I didn’t ask for curly fries. Is it so hard to just switch the damn fries!

I will never go here again! I became violently I’ll after 15 mins of eating their food (I wasn’t even halfway through my meal when I became sick). I tried calling them and no one ever answered after several attempts on 2 different days. So, after an exhausting day of work, I drove back to this location and went inside to explain and kindly requested a refund. The manager was not on-site but the person they had come speak to me was very rude. As I was waiting for her, I noticed how unclean the dining area and kitchen was (grimy and in need of a deep clean). They also had sandwich buns (in plastic) stacked on the floor under the counter and there was old food on the ground. I will not be back to this location!!!

Ordered chicken sandwiches and tacos.. the sandwiches were warm but the chicken was rock hard, as if it's sitting on warm plate for hours n hours... I was running late to work other wise would have driven back again.. no one liked it. please don't take advantage of lunch time drive thru... Horrible! Will never stop by again and will let all my colleagues know not to buy here.. this is just not right! Google should add a thumb way down instead of one star.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

The personal crew lead by Jose didn't acknowledge my presence while waiting inside the store. At least three employees noticed that I was ready to order and they did not care about it. Then I decided to used the auto service and they still made me wait. Very poor customer service, this happened on Sunday 3-14 between 2:15pm to 3pm. Jose even scream at me through the speaker.

Usually, its not too bad. I come here at least once a week. But they've been messing up a lot. Either they ring me up for the wrong item, forgotten my tacos, I had to drive back for that one, or given me a single patty instead of 2. One time I had to tell one of the cashiers, what goes on a particular Salad. I kept having to tell him, they served Chicken Club Salads. It was written in the menu right above him. I had to tell him it came with bacon. Cause that's what makes it a club. I'm not sure if its cause they're mostly Hispanic or immigrants, but they either don't understand or hear very well. I've never had this problem at Taco Bell, which I also go to at least once a week.
