Phenomenal experience every time. major shoutout to Antonio, Burna, Brandi, jen, Porter, and Chloe. Phenomenal service every time. Lamb with veggies and loaded potato every time. If you like cheesecake order a shot of chambord to pour over the raspberry kiss is exquisite

The food here is delicious and the wait staff is friendly. I ordered the Airline chicken, it's very tasty. They have a nice selection of beer too.

Best filet mignon and bananas foster hands down. 🙌🏻

Place is amazing. The pecan beer with the queso is enough for me. But throw in the chipotle chicken and dang!

Food was plated excellent. Taste was great with a onion truffle and gravy mixed with sirloin. That bite is one of a kind. Wish they would let you order a drink we waited a hour and by the time my beer came out I chugged it didnt noticed it wasnt the beer I ordered. Service was good. They need better seating my pregnant wife's back started hurting after a while of sitting on a bar stool to eat dinner at a table. Over all great place for family dinner or date night I will be returning.

I wish i had takn a photo of my filet mignon. If you are coming to Artesia this is the place to eat. The atmosphere was amazing. The cuisine was mouth watering. I had the filet mignon cooked to perfection. The service was amazing. The angel's envy bourbon was so smooth i was glad to see it as a option. Cheers to the chef and staff. And in case you don't know they have a B&B as well. We would of stayed there but they were vooked.

Very good food, must stop before heading into Carlsbad. They use locally sourced products with seasons. Great flavors, glad we stopped here. Portions are pretty big as well, just fyi. Got the green chile enchiladas and fried chicken with mashed potatoes.

Amazing food. More pricey than we originally thought but well worth the bill. Will definitely be back.

Excellent service. Shishito peppers were very good. Fajitas were decent but after seeing the steaks pass by, I wish I would have snagged one. House margarita on point for the price.

Decided to try the fried chicken on this visit. It was a delicious chicken breast fried golden brown and served over creamed corn and mashed potatoes, toppedwithdeliciousgravy. A really great lunch! Really good New Mexican cuisine.

I’m updating this a couple of months later. Following my review, I was quite surprised to see a refund on my account for the steak disappointment. I have since returned and the steak take out to be very good , so I did want to update my review, and say thank you! February 7, 2023 ************ So disappointed! I live about five hours away, but always make a point to come here for my favorite meal when I’m in town, the filet mignon. This week I ordered the steak to go at approximately $44, to find it completely ruined when I got to my hotel. It was a burnt rock. I called the restaurant, and I was respectful. I reported to the person on the phone, the terrible quality of the meal. There was no apology, but I was told I could speak to a manager. I left my name and number stating that they could call me. Do you think I received a call? Absolutely not. On my prior visit, the service was terrible, and the food was not up to par. So this was a second opportunity, only to be disappointed. Certainly not worth $44. Management doesn’t seem to care about my phone call, so I guess I’ll not return. Sad. I’ll miss the days when the steak and service was good.

Fantastic spot, amazing patio with live music, flavorful steak with chimichurri and great green Chile enchiladas. The pine smoked old fashioned was spendy ($16) but good!

I ordered the jalapeño poppers and Dr. Pepper braised lamb shanks, they were both amazing! The vibes of the restaurant are also really nice, country music, lights, and a warm fire outside. Might be the best spot in the local area

Can't waite to come back here. Food was awesome. Service was amazing. Outdoor bar, eating, and drinking area. I was tempted to buy more old fashions and finish my cigar. It was that good.

After living in Artesia for several years and then moving to Pittsburgh, I couldn't help but to make the Adobe Rose my first stop when returning to Artesia for a visit. We had a 6:00 pm reservation and were seated immediately by a very pleasant hostess. Kevin, our server, was outstanding! He was prompt, attentive and extremely accommodating. The food was served exactly as ordered and delicious. Can't wait to return again.

Came here on Tuesday for the first time and got the lamp shank, its so good then I had to come back the next day cause they had special dish, 15oz of steak and shrimp made me full until the next morning but still craving of them, so satisfied with the food and the vibe of the restaurant. Definitely will come back.

Food was incredible! The stuffed avocados, Dr Pepper Lamb Shank and Coca-cola Meatloaf were absolutely delicious. Already thinking about my next trip back to Artesia just to eat here again.

Food was good. Server was attentive and kind. It was pretty busy at the time, considering it was one of five restaurants open during the pandemic. Most of the options here are beef and look delicious. Heated patio with lots of space. Would come again!

This was my first time here - I was visiting my family in town here and came by their recommendation. I had the Chipotle Chicken and it was very good. We also had the edamame, avocado, and jalapeño popper appetizers. The service was great and it was an awesome experience. We sat outside and we loved how everything was laid out and very photogenic for photos. Very happy we came here and plan to come back!

In my search for good local food I gave this place a try and it didn't disappoint. The atmosphere is one of the best if not the best in SE NM. Service was really good and constantly checking in and seeing if my table was good. Our server was very attentive which is great since we've noticed that most local places lack in that department. The drinks we tried were extremely good and actually made for our favorite local drink at the moment (Coconut Mojito). Same with the appetizer we tried (Fried Avocado). Now for the few shortcomings. We also tried the poppers but they were honestly average at best. The selections for entrees were rather limited. We went with the Chicken fried chicken for this outing. It was good but not great (personal taste and by no means saying it wouldn't be someone else's favorite). We chose to go with the mashed potatoes, asparagus and zucchini as the sides. Mashed potatoes were ok, asparagus weren't bad and the zucchinis were delicious. I'd love to try a different entree for our next time visiting this establishment which we will definitely do and hopefully soon. Overall we loved the atmosphere, the service was top notch and for the most part our meal was good.

My group and I were visiting from NYC and found this spot on Google. I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was. I’ve worked in restaurants for years and this food was some of the best. Our server Bernadette took amazing care of us and didn’t miss a beat. She was attentive and extremely personable. Thanks for a great meal!

Went for just drinks & appetizers. Sat outside on the patio-very nice atmosphere. Our waitress was very nice. We had the trio dip & chips and the roasted jalapeño poppers. Both were good- but the poppers were delicious! My husband had a Mexican Mule and the Mad Mexican (this was hot-hot-hot!) But he loved them both. The people that we saw getting dinner- the portions looked huge! Nice place to sit out and enjoy dinner and drinks!

We go for business every two months and it is a must to stop off and eat. We sit at the bar outside always. I absolutely love the bartenders. They are all so friendly and they have the best margaritas ever.

My coworker recommended this restaurant. He said the fajitas were the best he had ever eaten. I missed fajita night. However, I ordered the Dr. Pepper braised lamb. The lamb was delicious! It was tender, fell off the bone, and the flavor was excellent! I was in town for work, but I would definitely take a day trip just to take my family to taste the food.

I had the Dr. Pepper Braised Lamb Shank and came here to specifically try this dish. It didn't disappoint.

Adobe Rose was excellent! Our experience there started off great with a humerous host that bantered with us as we were seated. Our server, Star, was attentive and friendly. Food was top notch, service was on point, atmosphere was great! We are from out of town, but will have to stop by here as we pass through again!

This has got to be one of my favorite restaurants. I dont live in Artisa but I will be going here the next time I go. The food looked fancy and had so much flavor. I was saying "wow" like a hundred times as I was eating.

M

Our server Jennifer was so sweet and took care of us. All the servers and hostesses were sweet. For food we ordered the trio dip, Christmas style enchiladas and margaritas. The “Mad Mexican” was their version of a spicy margarita - divine!

That mac and cheese tho! Out of town visitors from Fort Worth and wanted a great stop for dinner. Adobe Rose did not disappoint. Had the dip sampler for app, a huge buffalo chicken sandwich for dinner with a side of the best gooey mac and cheese. It took a little while but they warn you that on the menu as its made from scratch and totally worth it. Drinks well made and worth the splurge. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was great it did get busier the later it got. Great patio dining option as well. I will be dreaming of that mac and cheese!

I'm from out of town and visiting for work. I got the pot roast. I was a bit nervous because it said it was made with ghost pepper on the menu it wasn't very hot at all. You can TASTE the pepper but it's more like a smokey flavor. It was very good. Not the best pot roast I've ever had but better than most. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere is unmatched. I sat inside because it was a bit cold but I can imagine sitting at the outside bar and listening to live music. Bottom line, check this place out if you haven't already. Definitely worth it!

Like others have said, this is an unexpected hidden gem in a small New Mexican town. The atmosphere inside is somewhat elegant, and the atmosphere outside is fairly casual; we visited around 6p on a Friday evening, with kids, and it did not have a “bar” atmosphere outside. The food was amazing - kid’s chicken and waffles, kids steak, New Mexico Strip, and Dr. Pepper Lamb - , and our server, Brandi, was very attentive and prompt with every request.

K
Karl Shelton

Wow! This place is amazing. Give yourself time, everything takes time, but SO worth it. I had a Coca-Cola Meatloaf, just fantastic. My wife had a Black&Blue wedge salad with steak. Another friend had the Lamb Shank cooked in Dr. Pepper. We finished with their flan and bananas foster. The bananas foster was prepared table side.

A
Arreal Sandison

I took burgers to go once and somehow spaced this place for a couple of years. This time we sat down for a proper meal and it was excellent. Our waitress was considerate and never far away. My order was stripped to the basics by request and was just as good as homemade. It did take a while, but not unreasonable considering what we ordered. A bit on the spendy side, a little out of the way for the flatlander heading to mountains, but we're no longer under the impression that Artesia has naught for dining options.

Play like the place I don't eat their myself personally but when the band that I do the mixer board for perform their I really enjoyed it and I know the band loves going there too definitely recommend this place the only thing I wish was different was the portions were a little bigger but other than that it's amazing place amazing customer service

Update 12-31-24 I ordered 3 items online. The email back from them said 7:26 pm that the order would be done. When I got there my order was ready. The staff friendly. Food was hot and delicious. I must say this is the restaurant that I know and love! Thank you Adobe

The prices were a bit rich but since I'm not from the area and I'll never be back I won't penalize their ratings. Food was great, service was excellent. AND the bartender didn't cheat me on the liquor with my mixed drink! Another perk (imo) the take out containers puts Tupperware to shame!

We stopped here on a cross country road trip from Nashville to Tucson on a whim and had the BEST meals we have had in months! Hailey was our server and she was just amazing! My husband is still talking about how fantastic the country fried chicken was! I had the Blue Corn Stacked Taco salad and it was wonderful! Highly recommend this restaurant!!

This place is a hidden gem that I did not expect to find in such a small town. I hope people in this area know how lucky they are to have a place like this. If this restaurant was in a larger city it would be packed every night with a 1+ hour wait. The decor is really fun. Adobe and exposed brick gube it a very nice vibe. Service was excellent, especially in this era when so many restaurants struggle to find enough workers. And prices were very reasonable for the food and portion sizes which were generous. Every dish was flavorful and well prepared. The lamb shank is super tender and moist and full of flavor. We ordered the bananas foster, which they flambe right at your table. It was really good too. My only real complaint would be the lack of beer options on tap. And I would have hoped for more southwest menu items. But overall a very nice dining experience.

i stayed in this town and the gals at the quality inn suggested this restaurant because i didnt want fast food. It was the day before thanksgiving this past year WOW I am so glad they did I treated myself to the tomahawk pork chop, the cheesy dip with home made chips and a mango marguarita with a chamoy straw This was recommended by my waitress. The pork chop was HUGE AND TENDER AND MOIST right amount of seasoning i probably didnt need the chips and cheese lol the drink was spot on!!!! Never had chamoy before, but now its my go to at home!!! The restaurant was stunning, the staff was outstanding!!!! They knew the menu inside and out You have your choice of sitting inside or out the outside patio has lights and a fireplace just so welcoming!!! I believe my bill was about $30.00 for everything It was so worth every penny!!! Thank you all for a great experience. When I am back in the area.....I will be back you all are the best

We ordered take out from this place because we were only passing through town, but I wish I could have dined-in and I definitely intend to return the next time I'm in town. It had a really cozy atmosphere inside, and a fun patio and bar outside. I could tell that it's patrons were locals. My food was ready when I arrived, and it was exactly what I ordered, even with several special instructions. The ingredients were fresh, high quality, and the portions were generous. I was thoroughly pleased.

We went with friends and had the best time. The atmosphere was relaxing and fun, it wasn't too loud, and we stayed until closing because we were having too much fun to notice the time. Thankfully they didn't complain or kick us out. The food was so delicious. Best in Artesia in my opinion. We will definitely be back.

Adobe Rose is Fantastic!🌹 This was our second time at Adobe Rose, and let me tell you — consistency is their love language. The first time we came in, the owners literally sat next to us like we were long‑lost cousins, and their son waited on us with the kind of service that makes you wonder if you should adopt him into the family. We went back, fully prepared for the “maybe it won’t be as magical the second time” curse… but nope. Still fantastic. Still delicious. Still the kind of place that makes you plan your next visit before you’ve even finished eating. We’re from California — and honestly the only thing we miss from back home is the food. But Adobe Rose? Adobe Rose is top‑tier. It’s the kind of spot that makes you say, “Okay, New Mexico, I see you!" We're proud to be here!" And now for the important part: Adobe Rose, please sell your house sangria by the bottle. It’s unreal. It’s unfair. It’s dangerously good. We would absolutely buy it by the case. Don’t make us beg… but we will. 😉

GREAT food at reasonable prices. The patio was beautiful, but I ordered the montecristo sandwich. It had powdered sugar in it which blew all over my shirt.

c

Had the filet mignon for dinner and it was cooked perfectly medium rare, it could have been spiced a little more and only came with mashed potatoes and some onion strings on top. Assign vegetable and maybe some bread would have been better. The service was great.

This place was busy on a Friday night. A really pleasant surprise in a town the size of Artesia! Get there early, plan on a wait, or make reservations. We were outside and there was plenty of shade and a breeze to up us cool in the New Mexico heat. The stuffed fried avocados and spinach/ artichoke dip were delicious and a perfect start with the house margaritas. The chicken sliders on the appetizer menu were chicken fried chicken with gravy and a meal by themselves. They have a full bar with cocktails, wine, and beer on tap. I enjoyed the honey chipotle chicken breast over smashed potatoes and asparagus- delicious! My companion had Dr Pepper braised lamb shank which was fall off the bone tender. The portions were huge. Take a big appetite or ask for a box! They also had a special for shrimp and crawfish boil that was packing people in the night we were there. Waitstaff was busy, but pleasant and attentive. We will return everytime we pass through!

This is a really interesting place. Part indoor dining, part patio, part live music venue. There is tons of seating and dogs are welcome in the patio area. Our food was delicious.

After noting the party seated after us got their drinks and appetizers, I asked to speak with the manager. After a brief discussion, we got our drink and appetizer order in, and after we were served these, we placed our dinner order. The rest of our experience was excellent, and they were attentive to us until the end. I really appreciated that they made our experience better than what it started out to be.

V
Venture Clay

First off, it's amazing. Great cooks in the back. You can tell they prepare everything with a high level of understanding of what they are doing. The service was ok, out waitress seemed to cover quite a lot of tables and with just a table of two we didn't seem to get a high level of attention. You do pay for that experience because everything is expensive. Salads are all $15 - $20 so you might as well get a full dinner plate. $22 - $35ish depending on what you get.

Great place !! Great food!! Me and the fam snuck away here for the evening to get something good and this place didn’t disappoint!! From the spinach dip to the steak and salmon!! Everything was on point… there was a bit of a wait because they were so busy.. but I think it was totally worth it…

A
Annie Hanway

We come from Carlsbad just to eat here. The food was delicious but it didn't get to us until about an hour and a half after we sat down. We were a large party but we had waited an hour to be seated, so it was 2 1/2 hours from the time we got there until we actually got to eat. I get we had alot of people (13) total but our kids got pretty hungry. Earlier that day we called to make reservations but were told they don't take them. The waitress was nice enough to have chips, salsa, queso and spinach dip for us. She also handled every request we had with a smile. She prepared Bananas Foster in front of us and it was amazing! We will continue to visit, hopefully without the kinks of this trip.

4/5 stars. 1st time at this location. The food was really good although it took a little while to get our food.. The outdoor atmosphere was also really good, it was a mix of sports bar / upscale patio. I will say the menu is a bit random with Greek, Mexican, American and maybe even Mediterranean? Since it is so close to oilfield industrial zones, you will see dirty oilfield workers coming in with their oil suits on.. Otherwise I would recommend this place and hope the owners of Adobe Rose keep up the quality control and hope the menu keeps changing to keep things fresh!

12/19/25- I've heard a lot about the Adobe for awhile. When I was invited by some coworkers, I decided to give it a try. Apparently the menu changes depending on the season, which I think is a good thing. But it's a fairly small menu. After ordering the devil eggs, chips with chorizo and cheese sauce and jalapeño poppers (not pictured), we then also ordered our main meal (photos below). The service was decent, but the main dishes took a while. The appetizers came in the normal amount of time. I viscosity of the cheese and chorizo was very thin. It dripped a lot and there wasn't a lot of flavor, however, for 10 dollars it wasn't terrible. It took a long time for us to get our main meal, that's also the main reason for 4 stars. The staff didn't acknowledge the wait. I was very impressed by the size of each plate. Price ranges from $15-23. Presentation was decent. Below you can see: the country fried chicken, county fried chicken on a biscuit with honey, a steak, and a chicken dish that I can't remember the name of. I had the country fried chicken on the garlic mashed potatoes. The gravy had no flavor, the corn was decent, the chicken was good, but the batter on the chicken didn't have that much flavor either. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meal. I really want to try the biscuit with the chicken, so I might go back for that, but that's because I love biscuits.

R
Roberto Benavides

I personally think that the food is really good, the atmosphere is nice and some of the wait staff are really good. I can say the last time I went we had a 45-minute wait to get our drinks, we wound up moving from outside to inside table, we waited another 10 minutes and then complained at that point the waitress inside the restaurant took our drink orders and food orders and made it a point to get our drinks out fast, from that point the food came out it tasted excellent and the service improved. I keep Adobe Rose at Four Stars based on my previous two experiences the food is really good but I think the wait staff may need to be better trained or maybe have a few more waitresses on hand when it is busy.

Typically the food is always pretty good, love their shishito peppers. I don’t like the fact that the salmon used to come with asparagus and then it got switched to green beans. They could use a better selection of deserts but overall it’s okay on that part. Usually the service is pretty bland, since I’m more of an introvert I appreciate the fact that I don’t see any servers after I get my food unless I’m about to pay. Some people need stuff during their meals but I don’t really mind that. The only thing is this last few times I got a somewhat rude server. One of those times I complained about some items missing from a couple of my table dishes, but she seemed so annoyed and only brought the items like 40 minutes after our meal, I understand it’s on the kitchen but I would appreciate for the orders to be checked before they get to the customer. There was this other time which was the worse in my experience where there was a fly in my drink, I’m guessing it came from the ice and there was a hair in my plate. It completely ruined the meal for me, mind you it was during dinner time and we were dining inside, yet when I told the server about this she just took the drink away as well as the plate. I’m not sure why but I only noticed that I still ended up paying for that plate of food with a hair in it. It would have been nice if they had at least apologized for the fly or at least offered to switch my drink. I used to carelessly enjoy the food here, I wish I could do so again without having to worry about this type of issues. But oh well, I’m hoping they do better for their other future customers. It used to be a great place for dining.

I roll into Artesia for refinery work on a Monday — the kind of Monday where the town feels like it’s on a slow-motion lunch break. Not a lotta options. I wasn’t touching Mexican food in New Mexico again — already gave it four tries, and it’s been like going back to the same bad tattoo artist hoping this time the eagle won’t look like a pigeon. The only non-Mexican place in town? Closed. Fast food? Nah. If I’m gonna feel bad after a meal, it better at least try to impress me first. Adobe Rose had good reviews and pretty photos, so I figure, “Alright, I’ll give you one shot.” The Setup The place has a Mexican name, a Mexican feel, and a Mexican aesthetic — right down to the patio vibe — but here’s the twist: it’s not really a Mexican restaurant. The menu doesn’t even have enough Mexican dishes to pass the audition. And get this — fajitas? Only on Monday. What is that? It’s like a steakhouse that only serves steak once a week. The menu’s small but quirky, like the chef got trapped in a pantry with Coca-Cola and Dr Pepper and decided to make it his muse. I skip the experimental stuff and go for the Monday fajitas, plus an El Jefe margarita. Wasn’t planning to drink, but hey — this was a scouting mission: New Mexico margarita vs. Texas margarita. Appetizer – Trio Salsa Spinach dip? Lights out — creamy, rich, seasoned perfectly. Queso? Same deal — thick, cheesy, and ready for a title fight with any Texas joint. The salsa? A confused mix of runny and chunky, but with a sneaky heat that wins you over. On its own, fine. With queso, dynamite. Drinks – Sweet Tea & Margarita Sweet tea was solid for being north of the sweet tea border, but my glass sat empty more than once while my server breezed past like I was in the Witness Protection Program. The margarita? Took forever ‘cause she forgot to put it in. By the time it showed up, the appetizer was long gone. Still — strong but smooth. If I were a drinker, I’d have gone for round two. Main – Monday Fajitas Presentation? Beautiful. Sliced beef, pink in the middle, tender. Flavor? Underwhelming. Like they seasoned it by reading the spice label out loud in the kitchen. Shrimp were great, though — plump, well-seasoned. Beans? Good but didn’t belong with fajitas, they were more like enchilada beans. Tortillas? Okay. They did their job, but they weren’t making memories. The Bill Then came the check — twenty-three bucks for fajitas. Portion size? Fine. But with that flavor? Should’ve been $16–$18, tops. You’re charging “brag about it later” prices for “well, at least it looked good” taste. Verdict Better than I expected walking in, but not enough to bring me back for the fajitas. Rating: 3.5 stars — mostly for the trio appetizer, the margarita, and the patio. Would I return? Yes… but for a drink and chips, not for pretending it’s a Mexican restaurant once a week.

We visited this establishment while on vacation in New Mexico. Our waitress, Rose, was a pleasure. She was prompt and provided great service. She was also very personable and crowd favorite amongst the other customers. We ordered the trio dips and chips with a couple of flavored margaritas. The dips weren’t the best and the margaritas were too sweet. They were pretty crowded to start. The bill was pretty high for what we ordered. Not complaining too much just saying the quality of food and drinks didn’t match the total amount spent on it.

Took server 15 minutes to take drink order. Another 15 minutes to take our food order. The food taste good. the plates were hot, but the food was cold, not sure how that works. If the service was good and the food hot I would have given 5 stars.

My husband and I went for an early dinner and while we appreciated the great service, we sadly did not enjoy the food as much as we’d hoped. We got the edamame and fried avocado for appetizers. Both were unique and quite tasty. However, we both found our entrees disappointing. He got green chile beef enchiladas and I got the New Mexico gyro. The enchiladas had very little flavor or sauce and the meat was extremely dry and tough. The gyro was much the same. The meat was underseasoned and overcooked. The only moisture in it came from a large dollop of sour cream on it. I ended up adding the tomatoes from my salad and the sauce from the edamame which made it much better. The group also came with a salad which had a large chunk of onion. I also would have liked to have been offered a choice in salad dressing as it automatically came with a honey mustard dressing that I did not like. The atmosphere is just ok. Several of the servers walked past our table muttering what seemed to be complaints about each other. The patio would’ve been a great place to sit had the weather been nice.

Ordered the blue corn stacked taco salad, the meat was cold, no a huge deal, but made this salad only adequate instead. The fried 🥑 was awsome and so was the trio dip but all and all from all the people who said go there, I was a little disappointed in the food..

When your server responds, "Yeah, I understand. The food is a hit or miss." That is the reality for the food, extremely bland, no flavor, no spices used not even salt.

First time going there, was not impressed. Sat us next to the bathroom. Waited over 5min before we saw the server. Took that long just to get the drinks too. Took over 45 mins before we got our food. And then it was all cooked wrong. And what's sad, it wasn't busy at all. Probably won't be back and will not recommend it to anyone.

We are staying at the B&B and as impressed as I am with the Adobe Rose B&B I was equally disappointed in the restaurant. Once seated we waited about 20 minutes only to have to get the attention of the hostess to get a waitress. Throughout our dinner the waitress was inattentive at best, only showing up when absolutely necessary. We almost had the feeling we were more of an aggravation then a welcome guest. Pretty disappointing. We ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken, meatloaf, and enchiladas. We all sampled off each other’s plates because of the good reviews. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes were great. We all agreed it was the best entree on the table. The chicken fried chicken looked incredible but wasn’t very good. Too much breading, bland, and very dry. The creamed corn was very tasty. The enchiladas were not very good. Way too much sauce which was over seasoned. It was like eating a packet of enchilada seasoning. I can’t believe I’m gonna say this but there was too much cheese. The beans were ok. I see a bunch of good reviews so not sure if it was an off night. Large portions of food, I can understand food being off but bad service is not forgivable. One last thing. We had to ask for the check and when the waitress brought it too us it was the portable card reader. No itemized bill, no receipt, no here is what you are paying for. What the heck! Almost felt like we were getting scammed. I want to know what I am paying for. Big red flag. Definitely not a good business practice. We will be back for the B&B but gonna pass on the Restaurant.

Really bummed to give a low rating but me and my family came in tonight to have dinner. Seemed pretty slow for a Saturday night even walking in. We ordered and ended up waiting an hour to get our food. Server was nice and said that the kitchen was sitting on the ticket so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager Jen (I believe is her name) came up and said that the wait to get our food is typically 45mins-1 hour wait. She mentioned that it states it in the menu about preparation. Yes, it says it take a bit of time but not an hour PERIOD. We got 2 medium steaks and meatloaf. People that were seated after us got their food and we let the manger know that. She brushed us off like we didn't matter. Even said “well what do you want to do? Get the food to go?” Yeah, let me show up to a nice restaurant and pay your prices to take it home and eat it. Very disappointed. Not how you treat customers at all. Please update your menu to let people know the time transparency or train your staff to let customers know the wait time on food.

The food is Ok, but the wait times make it colder than it should be. We waited over an hour on my two last visits and both times the food was lukewarm at best when it arrived. And when I brought it up to our waitress, she responded with a "sorry" that clearly indicated she was not....

Definitely Not what i Expected, The Burger Bun was So hard i wanted to go back and return my food besides also being cold, the burger was pretty much plain i thought it was supposed to have bacon but it didnt, pretty much they gave me was a plain burger yes i asked for jalapeños on the side but not even the lettuce tomato pickle on the side, the fries where soggy and food was cold. Chips and queso were ok the cheese was very watered down didnt taste the same... Very Disappointed with my food, Specially for the price i spent, Id expect to eat a good meal....

Placed an order that totaled $88. Took twice as long to pick it up as they promised. Picked up order DID NOT have the two main entrees, two NM gyros. They made my wife go back out to the car and bring the whole order in to prove she did not get everything we ordered. The very impolite young man brought out the two gyros containers. When she got home - no tzatziki sauce!!!!!!!!! They can’t ever seem to get on order correct!! This has happened multiple times and I think we are done!!!!!!!!

My entire party of 6 had a terrible experience. We were sat immediately which was great but then waited 30 minutes for our drink order to be taken because our server was too busy chatting up the table next to us. When our food order was finally taken we waited over an hour and had to find a different server to ask for our food. Our high priced steaks were way over seasoned and overcooked but we had waited so long it was pointless to send them back we just wanted to go home. We had heard such great things about this place but this being our first experience we won’t be back. Our server was completely inattentive, unfriendly, and couldn’t even be bothered to refill drinks the whole 2 hours we were there. Overall terrible experience.

Rosey is a HORRIBLE server! She needs some consumer service courses. Had a party of 10+ and she barely checked on us. Food came out and hour and a half later. This was the last time i will be visiting the establishment. THE ONLY REASON I STOOD WAS BECASUE OF HOW POLIETE BRANDY WAS. So professional and very sympathetic. Thank you brandy for making my night so much better. ROSIE IS HORRIBLE!!!! Will not return because of her.
