First time trying JM's. The sandwich was delicious. I like that the produce was fresh, the staff was really nice and helpful, and gave me a cookie for being a first time customer. I had the tuna sandwich and it was very good and there was no tuna smell 😊 Husband had the #43 and really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend 👌

Got a big Kahuna and IT WAS AMAZING! I’m in the trades and usually when i order this at other locations they give attitude about making the sandwhich or say blatantly no (roseville im talking about you)… They actually put meat in the sandwich here, are friendly and didn’t give attitude about making the sandwich. Coming back 100%

I have to give respect and credit where it’s due because this Jersey Mike’s location is one of the best in Sacramento! Well done to the team for providing various subs for different occasions and being professional yet casual! Massive thanks to the team but also to Steph for some cool surprises thrown in! Definitely worth revisiting this location!

My husband picked up our online order and it was PERFECT! On time and made exactly as ordered. Lots of meat and really fresh bread. I only wish I could get more lettuce when doing an online pickup. Stephanie has AMAZING customerservice-above and beyond. Polite, attentive and kind. The sandwiches were made quickly and exactly as ordered, which is rare for an online order at most places. Great quality, large portions! The food was great and the guest service matched it. Definitely recommend!

Just went in and had 2 amazing sandwiches made by Wendy!!! She was sooo kind and patient.. we haven't been to a Jersey Mikes in forever so I forgot what I had. My daughter got a BLT and I got turkey bacon avo.... The sandwiches were made with care and she keeps it super clean. !! We WILL be back again because of her and the experience. She is a great representative for this store!

Hot sub normally don’t come with veggie but we requested. I think the quality for the food is ok but need some sauce on the meat and sub. There wasn’t any sauce and so the sandwich came out dry

As I'm an avid fan of sandwiches, I was happy that a "Jersey Mike's Subs" opened in Citrus Heights. And considering this particular location did not yet have a review, I had the honor and privilege of giving this new business its first Yelp review. Located in the heart of the Sunrise Marketplace in Citrus Heights, this particular location neighbors a Chipotle, MetroPCS, and Panda Express. And those of you that are wondering, it takes over the spot where Pinkberry stood for many years. I visited this location during the afternoon of Saturday 5/14/2022 at around 5:15pm. Since this was a brand new business, there were a ton of employees working; at least 8 during my visit. This means a ton of training while staff were taking turns making the sandwiches, handling the register, and sweeping the floors. They do have a sizable indoor seating area but no outdoor patio seating. There is also a self-serve fountain drink station as well as a refrigerator with cold canned/bottled drinks. I ended up ordering a mini size of their popular #2 "Jersey Shore's Favorite" which includes provolone cheese, ham, and cappacuolo. The standard bread they use is white and I added all the condiments including shredded lettuce, tomato, white onions, pickles, and their signature oils/vinegars that make their sandwiches so delicious. I also ordered a bag of kettle chips and a Stubborn soda to complete my sandwich. The ordering process was simple and efficient as what was expected with a full staff on deck. Overall, my sandwich was above average and delicious. They definitely did not skimp with the meat as I enjoyed that Jersey flavor that their sandwiches are known for. It's hard to say if this location will be a money maker so time well tell. Especially since there's so much competition in the area. But with a high foot traffic area in a popular retail shopping area, I think it should fare well. My rating for the Citrus Heights "Jersey Mike's Subs", an above average 4-stars.

I mistakenly ordered the largest sandwich which was a shame because I was only able to take three bites. The sandwich was so bland and devoid of any distinct tastes. The chicken….omg, was horrible. It tasted old, very dry and had this over charred taste to it. This sandwich tasted so bad I thought I must be sick or something. I let my coworker taste the other half to confirm and he didn’t finish his one bite. I don’t normally write a bad review after my first time visiting a restaurant but there was obviously a problem with the quality of the ingredients used to make my sandwich

I ordered take out and when I got home I looked down and noticed an avocado sticker in the middle of my sandwich. This made me question the quality and cleanliness. I don’t think I’ll be back.

The last 4 times we ordered cheese steak Sandwiches our grandsons order with cheese and no pepper or onion and everything they come with everything and they won't eat them. So I have to fix them something else and what a waste of money. We won't be back. We live too far to drive back. Sorry we really love your food but we can't afford to buy and they won't eat them.

JERSEY MIKE’S 5855 Sunrise Blvd Citrus Heights, CA 95610 YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!! My friend treated me to a 1’ long sandwiches for helping him. He purchased two (2) 1’ long sandwiches to go. Either the wrapping on the sandwiches &/or the bag the sandwiches were put in, had an odor of ammonia! I ate 1/4 of the sandwich & didn’t feel well within 35 mins & was in the bathroom. IDK if it was from the sandwich or the smell. I decided to contact the store to let them know of the situation. I contacted the store & spoke w/the owner, Ernesto. Ernesto went straight in to defensive mode like this has happened before! He explained their whole process of how they do things. He never asked me to bring in the remaining uneaten sandwich so he could smell it for himself. He questioned me as if I were lying. And if I really bought (2) sandwiches that day & wanted the specific time we stopped by so he could check his cameras. I gave him the approximate time (30 min window) & a detailed description of my friend who went in to buy the sandwiches. I am an elderly woman who cannot walk or stand for very long, so I stayed in the car. Ernesto said he also wanted to see the receipt & WOULD CONTACT ME after he received the receipt & reviewed his cameras…as if I was lying!!! ERNESTO NEVER CALLED!!! As requested, I sent the copy of the receipt & waited for Ernesto’s call. He never called. Instead, I received a call from a very rude lady, (supposedly the Manager) who immediately start talking before I finished saying hello! She too went straight in to a defensive mode. She didn’t ask me any questions just started telling me how they procedurally do this & that in their store. Basically, repeating everything Ernesto said & as if to call me a liar!!! Confused, I listened to hear what she had to say before asking “So, what are you trying to tell me?“ Without skipping a beat she said NOTHING! We’re not going to do anything about this! I was in shock said ‘okay’ & hung up to wait for Ernesto’s call…which never came. Neither Owner or Manager chose to ask, listen or hear what I might have to say. They didn’t even ask to see or smell the smelly sandwich that I had placed in my fridge so the sandwich wouldn’t spoil anymore! THEIR CLAIM IS THEIR EMPLOYEES FOLLOW THE RULES & NEVER NAKE ANY MISTAKES! I call B.S. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE OR FOR THAT MATTER ANY OTHER JERSEY MIKE’S EVER AGAIN!!! I gave my honest review of my service from JERSEY MIKE’S in Citrus Heights, CA and that not only does 1. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCK!!!! 2.
