Came here on New Years Day 2024. Extremely busy and crowded, line out the door for 30/45 minutes. Staff was patient and friendly throughout. I tried the new chicken maple butter breakfast sandwich, not bad. Drinks took a while because only one barista was on the bar, but they did a great job and were patient and kind. Great location and patio too.
Pit stop to recharge and to rest temp 100F. FB says it's closed but it's open.

Despite some of the negative reviews. I had a wonderful service on my birthday. November 26th. I was let in prior to the first brew they made it on the spot we chatted. The Manager and her Co-worker were both hardworking and positive people. They really made my day. Since it was the last day of our trip and my birthday they were able to give me my first gift. I hope both of you find the right opportunity to buy your first homes. Best of wishes
The staff here is so friendly. I witnessed a difficult customer give Andres a hard time and he never once responded with anything but a smile and positive tone. I was very impressed. Drake is also a lot of fun with his dry wit and welcoming tone. Oh, and they make great coffee too!

I love stopping at this Starbucks on the way to work or the beach! The team is always polite and very professional. In particular Sylvana is always serving with very positive attitude! But truly all the staff is always kind and very attentive.
I love this Starbucks. Crew is always kind and helpful. Last time we went my daughter was late to work and the barista Sylvana was kind enough to make her drink first!! Great team!
My friend and I stopped in here to kill some time and it was by far the best Starbucks that I have ever been in! The staff was so kind and accommodating; I didn’t catch the woman’s name who was serving us but she was very very friendly. We felt so welcomed and comfortable the entire time that we were in there. And the drinks were great, of course. I’ve never left a review before, but I just had to for this location. Locals are very lucky to have this as their Starbucks!!

The manager David and the other staff was amazing I ordered a iced tea macha and a Java chip and they took a bit of time to prepare it , Luke an extra two minutes . But what they did next was unexpected , Because I had to wait two minutes extra they gave it for free . This wasn’t necessary at all, but they choose to do it . We need more people like them not because they gave the code for free but they made my day. Kudos to satrbucks for hiring them !

Starbucks in Key West, FL is very nice, located in a family-friendly and pleasant plaza. It's in a beautiful area with urban infrastructure that includes many lovely residences amidst lush vegetation, lakes, clubs, and more.
I mean its Starbucks. What's not to love?

Starbucks has really gone downhill. The drink was mediocre at best. I was standing at cash register for several minutes watching staff visiting with each other. I won't return. The drink wasn't worth what they are currently charging.
Small place, no toillet paper in they bathroom, good coffee as always. Also very expensive as always , too.
These guys rock. Love the team and service. I am still not a fan of how expensive the food and drinks have become though! Why am I paying 5-6 dollars for a coffee!?

Saw the descriptions of the 4 biscuit sandwiches all of which had cheese and egg. Got this... not to mention it looks like someone sat on it. Basically a dry, squished biscuit with a tiny strip of dry bacon. The staff is nice though
Opens at 6:00am. I came in at 6:10, they had not started brewing any coffee. How about don’t open til you have coffee?

Scolding hot capuchino with no foam. Asked for a change for being late: scolding hot latte with capuchino foam. I spent there half an hour, and had only two sips of very bad coffee.
On September 14, 2025, around 10:50 AM, my young grandson entered the Starbucks at Key Biscayne (located at 200 Crandon Blvd) because he was dehydrated after spending time in the heat. With no money to make a purchase, he asked a staff member for a simple glass of water, but the request was denied, forcing him to leave and find help elsewhere. This was especially disappointing in an affluent neighborhood like Key Biscayne, where one might expect more compassion and community-oriented service, particularly for a child's well-being. This incident left a lasting negative impression. I hope Starbucks reviews its policies on assisting customers in genuine need to ensure this doesn't happen to others—perhaps by training staff on handling emergencies or offering water freely. An apology or explanation from management would be appreciated
Horrible experience. Waited forever for 2 drink and they were not good at all..I ordered 2 mocha cookie crumble frappuccinos and they were basically ice and whipped cream...barely any mocha...no cookie crumble..horrible horrible.. I asked for non dairy vanilla cream and was given straight milk...disgusted!! Would not be back.
I have been waiting for 30 mins for my coffee, and they were extremely rude when I asked in case the order got missed. Quite unprofessional.

Worst Starbucks in South Florida. Didn’t have the pastry I ordered on the mobile app. I told the employee that I would look in the case to figure out what I wanted. She basically ignored me and went on to help other customers and I’m standing there saying ma’am out loud and being ignored. Another employee came out and I tried to explain to her what happened and she basically ignored me and asked me if I wanted my scone microwaved like nothing happened.
The store is providing one of the worst quality on service I ever had in a Starbucks store.
This is my third time going and the service isn't good. They don't attend to customers properly, they spend all their time talking, and the drinks I ordered weren't made correctly. I don't have this problem at other Starbucks.
SHOCKING - No free water for dehydrated children going back from school in the heat of Florida.
