Everything was great however our waiter gave us someone else's check. I normally just look at final price ( this is my fault however I will change after this) and I noticed it was quite a bit higher than expected. When I looked at the order I knew it was someone else's. I recommend Logans but review your check.
I went in on a Saturday morning around 11. There were a couple of families besides me, but I pretty much had the whole side of the restaurant to myself. I got the chopped steak cause sometimes I just want good Ole southern food. I was disappointed in 2 things about the food. 1) there was no fried okra. 2) the sautéed onions were sweet! 🤮 Now this is just my personal preference, but I think places and package food put sugar (or high fructose corn syrup) in everything and now it's invading the onions... The service was wonderful. My waitress, Lindsey, was attentive, accurate, and pleasant to talk to. She could have been with the "to go" staff on her phone, but she was moving around. Atmosphere... I mean, it's Logans standard fair... as to say... fits the theme, with plenty of working tvs and a fully stocked bar.

Nice hostess, nice waitress. Pleasant visit. I loved the food. Cooked so well. It was delicious. & the drink was tasty. It was the spicy mango, it didn't taste strong but it definitely had me a little tipsy. Without the spicy tho because I didn't want it spicy. Will be back soon
Logan's is great, the service and food was excellent. Hubby and I come here about once a month. We normally order Large Ribeye, but we have tried several different dishes and never disappointed. Oh if you like Wedge Salads theirs is pretty darn good.
The steak comes out perfect every time. My mother-in-law said that the chicken tenders were great as well. We can't get enough rolls! So fresh and soft. Our waitress was on point. We love this place.
The trout was delicious. So was the three cheese bacon macaroni, cheesy rice, and steamed broccoli. Of course, there's always the really awesome yeast rolls. The waiter was top-notch in all ways.

Took my family there for lunch on Father's Day. The chicken fried steak was probably the best I've ever had at Logan's. My family was very satisfied with their meals.
My family and I came Sunday around 5pm our sever was excellent and i loved her personality and was so polite unfortunately I didn’t get her name she had tattoos and blonde hair but she needs a raise or some sort of recognition…. Loved the food the quickness would definitely come back thanks to our server 😃

Great place to enjoy a good meal with a laid back atmosphere. Great service with 'personality'. Pork chops were sooo tasty! And the warm buns and creamy whipped butter. We are glad we stopped and would recommend this place to friends and family.
This was my second time at Logan's Roadhouse. My husband and I got the sirloin and it was so tender and juicy. The sides were also delicious. We got an appetizer (potato skins with cheese and bacon) so good!!! The bread was also so warm and delicious, will definitely come back.
I ordered the shrimp kabob and it was great! My husband ordered a medium well steak and it still had a lot of red in it. Be said it had good flavor, but wasn't cooked correctly. Be still ate it. Lol
Aerial was great! So friendly, she did a great job of being gracious about a nearby table's complaints and was stellar. Will definitely be happy to be seated with her again.

What an outstanding restaurant. Our waitress was Kathlyn. She was professional, polite, fast on serving, and one of the best waitress we have ever had. Today is my birthday so I took my will and son to eat a steak. The food was great, Kathlyn was outstanding and thank you Logans for making my birthday a little more special. If your ever in the Waxahachie are and would like to have some outstanding service and food. Logans Steakhouse is it. Remember Folks that's coming from a Texan, Adios.
Would have rated the Any/Every salad higher except for the piece of a walnut shell that could have chipped a tooth if I'd bit down harder. Other than that, it was an excellent high protein meal for the price, almost 75 grams protein. When I get tired of fast food, it will hit the spot. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was comfortable, not loud but not dead either.
The location was nice There was no wait. We were served quickly. The food was good. Nice portions. My gumbo was lukewarm and I asked for it to be warmed again.
Their food is very good, usually a line but they are familiar with Gluten-free options. The staff is nice, the restaurant is clean, a more high end casual restaurant.
NY Strip was cooked perfectly. Baked potato was hot. Waiter, Alberto, was very friendly and on top of everything. Never needed anything because he was on it. The aesthetics needs some work. Building is beginning to show its age. Restroom was in bad condition.

Service was extremely slow. Had to wait to be seated and a good 10 to 15 minutes before the waitress showed up to take our drink orders. We went at approximately 1 pm, but the restaurant was empty, there were only 2 other tables of people. I had the Cajun chicken pasta. It was ok, but it lacked enough sauce.
We moved into our new apartment in Waxahachie TX this same day, which is literally across the street. The food was good, but I wouldn't call it exceptional. Our server brought me an additional glass of water with lemons when she noticed I had drunk the first one; I was thirsty from moving. If I'm really picky, the bacon wasn't consistently cooked and the hamburger didn't seem like the highest quality, as there was small pieces of gristle in it. The steamed broccoli tasted good, but I prefer broccoli cut into smaller, more bite-size pieces. I liked my meal and I will go back, these are just my honest opinions. Also, I tried to get the Logan's Rewards app from the Google Play Store, but there doesn't seem to be an Android app available. My wife has an iPhone and I was able to validate that the Apple Store had the Logan's Rewards app available.
I just moved here a few months ago and decided to take my family out for the night. Almost everything was perfect. The hostess was very kind and sweet, the restaurant was clean and inviting, the food was phenomenal, and my server, well, that's where the star was lost. His name was Zachary or at least that's what the receipt said as he never told us his name. Although he was not rude or anything like that he just doesn't have very many people skills. As it was a Friday night I was prepared for the usual you get from busy nights ( slower cook times, server busy, ect...) after we received our appetizer it took 20 min just for him to clear the table despite him walking past the table several times empty handed. My wife and I both felt he cared more about the other tables he had then he did about ours. Our 10 yr old kept trying to interact with him (in most cases trying to help clean the table lol) and he would smile but in a manor that is almost like trying to avoid acknowledging him. Our menus were left until he cleared the table after we were done with our meal. I was considering ordering a desert but he never asked as server's usually do. Instead he just hurried and asked if we wanted the check. I would 10/10 recommend this restaurant just not the server.
The Prickly Pear 'rita is AMAZING , my new fav. drink here!!! You have to ask for peanuts since covid ~ but u get your own bag to keep, YaY. Chef Ramsay would say the steak wasn't evenly cooked ,but had great flavor. I ordered Medium well (see pic). I was disappointed I lost a good 7 bites on end that were not just well done but burnt char. I mean if I pay 25$ for a steak I should be able to eat it ALL, right? The bartender was my server and she was very good, very tentative! Over all I recomend.
The service was good. The food was on time and good. The price is fair for what you get. It's a good place for middle of the road product. There's not anything really "great" but there isn't anything "bad" either.
My steak was perfectly cooked. I've never had a better Sweet Potato in a restaurant. Cooked just right and available with cinnamon and sugar. The service was fast and attentive. It was clean, bathrooms included.
My appetite was in the mood for a steak, mashtaters. I heard about this place, so we decided to give it a try. Order loaded potato skins, they were alright. Potato had no flavor and could have used a little bit of salt. House salad, an Italian dressing, was good before my steak. Then I received my main course. Ordered a well cooked steak and mashed potatoes, it looked really good but once I cut it, the steak was not well done still under cook to my liking but I ask the waitress if it could be cooked a little bit longer & she took with no hesitation. Received it, and it was good. I will definitely be back.
It seemed a bit different from my last visit. The food was just okay, but the service was spectacular. I'll try it again. Maybe it was an off day..
So I saw a 3 star overall review and figured people were just being exaggerated, but it's definitely a 3 star experience 😅 the place was very dirty and unkept. Our table was dirty, the chairs were dirty and there was trash and food all under our table. On the way to the bathroom I saw a ton of trash on the floors throughout the restaurant. The service was decent but took a while. The butter for the rolls tasted like it had fridge flavors or freezer burnt. The bread was good though. Our ribeye tasted really odd. The green beans were good! I was expecting a Texas Roadhouse experience and it was very far from.
We visited on a slow Thursday night. There were 12 people on our side of the restaurant. It took us 45 minutes to get our steaks. At first they told us there was a party of 11 on the other side of the restaurant and that’s why it took so long. Then the manager came by and said that there was an order identical to ours, so they were just now doing our order, after 45 minutes. When it came out, my steak was cold, and my husband‘s steak was so tough, He couldn’t eat it. I asked if they could put mine in the microwave for a minute which they did. They cooked him a new steak. I told the manager I should get a free beer for, the wait and inconvenience, but No courtesy, the beer was on the bill. Not sure if I will return to this location.
Steak was pretty decent considering they overcooked it. I ordered medium rare, steak was almost well done. Overall food was decent, server wasn't really friendly or quick.
Service here is so not attentive it took our food a hour to come out and wasn’t even hot but the flavor was good. Just an old have been better if it was hot. It’s crazy because they said we are just really busy but I been looking at them all night and honestly they weren’t do much. They forgot our plates for our rolls and they forgot straws for our drinks already a bad experience to begin but hey not this location I will stick to Crowley location
Great food but mediocre service. The hostess and bartender were excellent. My server was polite but missing in actions. I had to repeatedly ask other employees to ask her to return to my table for service. I was told she was relatively new and it showed. She was inattentive not rude. She was sweet but training is definitely needed.
The wait was terrible, the staff appeared unbusy yet somehow busy. Everyone will always be told it's a 10 minute wait despite most waiting over 45 minutes even though it wasn't half full. The food was ok, nothing special. Won't come back.
I really wanted to treat myself today, but the restaurant was super cold and I couldn't enjoy my food, it took 13 minutes before someone helped me and the waiter got my order wrong. There was NO HOSPITALITY. I asked my waitress to fix my order and she said well I put in what you ordered. They need better management here. I usually don't give reviews, but this is ridiculous. I was not happy with my service.
I was with 3 others. The food was good once we got it. However the service was awful. There was one waitress working the bar area who clearly didn't either want to be there or serve us. She made it known and only came by when she absolutely had to. They need to do better. I tipped her but shouldn't have because she was awful.
If you can find somewhere with worse service please let me know. It's like they didn't want us to leave, took their sweet time to get us the check but never filled our drinks or asked us if we needed anything else. The steak was rubbery and bland, the fries and fountain sprite drink were the only thing tolerable about this place, as well as the functioning ac. If the waiter spent less time flirting with the guys at the bar the service mightve been tolerable but it wasn't. Don't give this place your money.
I had heard this is a great steakhouse and I love to order a big ribeye every now and then from some place, I was at home Depot and decided to put in order here and try them out. Ordered the big ribeye and the grilled salmon. Can't say anything about the salmon because I didn't eat it but the steak meal was just a slopped together disappointment. Steak had zero flavor and the potatoes were extremely fluffy like mostly air and the broccoli also had zero flavor. The potatos were not loaded like they claim because they only had bacon bits and Barely had any bacon in them. I have ordered chilis steak meal many times and that's a pretty good steak and the potatoes have plenty of onion and bacon and they are thick potatoes. I paid a premium for this meal but will not come to this brand place ever again. Not worth my money. I also stood at the front for more than 15 minutes before anyone stopped and asked me if I had been helped and it was a waitress with 50 pounds of plates who stopped. I assume they just thought I was a Uber eats person because they tried to get me to sign a paper for Uber. So disrespected and poor quality food. I just wanted to add this, I've looked through other reviews and replys from the management and every time they say they appreciate the feedback and will work to improve... Well how long does that take to improve seeing these reviews are months old?
My steak was over cooked. The sweet potato was not cooked well. We were sat in the bar area and mostly ignored. Horrible service.
Logans....Logans.....Logans. What are you doing??? My husband and I just had dinner there tonight and for a 3rd time in a row, it was just....bad. My husband gets the ribeye (medium rare) and for some reason it never comes out right. It's either overcooked (NO pink at all) or it's mooing. Do your cooks know how to do medium rare? Also, the wait time is insane. The restaurant was about a third full...and we waited about 45 minutes to get our food, it might have been an hour. Another family nearby waited for an hour and a half. My husband could see the cook from his seat and he said at one point the guy was twiddling his fingers. We also waited a LONG time for our order to be taken, drinks to be brought and rolls to be brought. My food was fine but you guys forgot to put gravy on my mashed potatoes. My husband just traded his with mine. Last but definitely not least...my husband found a hair UNDER his steak. Seriously? It definitely wasn't ours since me and my husband both have silver hair. This hair was jet black. My husband could no longer eat the rest and said he needed to go to the restroom cuz he felt nauseous. I told our waitress (who is literally the only reason ya'll aren't getting 1 star instead of 2) and she was able to give us a discount. I think she said her name was Analise (sp?) Here are some suggestions for ya. 1. Fire the chef. Seriously, I don't think he cares. 2. Retrain your expeditors. This isn't the first time they have forgotten something. 3. Get your hosts to help with the cleaning, there was literal trash on the floor and they were just standing there gabbing. 4. Your busboy is goofing off, fire him. He walked by several dirty tables and did nothing. Then he picked up a few things from one table and walked away. At one point it looked like he was taking a nap at one of the dirty tables....then got up and walked away....table was still dirty. There is no reason a dirty table should sit for 30 minutes when it wasn't that busy. 5. Schedule more wait staff. Analise was hustling but it looked like she had too many tables to handle. I doubt I'll ever get my husband to give you guys another chance...he takes his ribeye very seriously....but you could try....
The only kind of potato we could get was French fries. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. (Won't go in all the details of that) had to take my wife to a gas station. A couple of other minor issues... just wasnt a very good experience
The food was not good, my steak comes out well done when I wanted medium rare. I sent it back and it came out the same way. My server was delightful and extremely interactive with my boyfriend and I. Loved her 5/5 stars for service and 1/5 stars for food.
More expensive than Texas Roadhouse and gave a poor showing. My wife got the chicken tenders with mac n cheese. Her portion was very small and the side was very bland. My steak was undercooked but an otherwise tasty meal. Overall, we were disappointed and will not be back.
So I have had Logan’s 3 times. The first time my son’s food/chicken tender was raw. But the rolls are so good. The second time everything was ok. The third time it was cold so our food got cold l, it was no more ketchup, the barbecue sauce is TERRIBLE, we had to ask bout 5 times for service and it was just terrible and cold as Antarctica. They knew it was cold to because the workers was dressing like polar bears with long sleeves so they knew it was cold. They were just terrible. And took to long to give us the check.
Took my daughter for her bday dinner... Waitress was amazing and delightful! Food on the other hand, was disgusting. Chicken fried chicken was actually chicken fried steak, Mac and cheese was sour tasting, medium well sirloin was still mooing when it came to the table, crispy fried shrimp was soggy and cold. Again, waitress was amazing!!! Manager came out, comped what wasn't touched, thank you sir. And waitress said that was her fourth table that the kitchen had completely messed up on. I sure hope she has a better night. Poor girl!
We came for Mother’s Day lunch (& also celebrating a birthday) and were HIGHLY disappointed. The service was ok. The bathrooms were NASTY. And to top it off the food was terrible. Almost half our group had to send their food back, and the other half were missing part of their meal. Needless to say no one really ate, because by the time we got our food correct it wasn’t even good or hot. (Like cafeteria style) I would NEVER come here again. It’s frustrating to pay so much for a horrible experience. Oh also, they came and sang happy birthday, but no scoop of ice cream or dessert.

I have always loved Logan's, i was very disappointed this time. Potato salad was just potato and green onion on top no flavor at all. The cucumber tomato onion salad was awful, the cucumbers where old and had a sour taste to them. This was our anniversary dinner.
Had the worst dining experience at the Waxahachie location last night with my son. Got seated promptly but then waited for over 10+ minutes for our waitress to come over and take our order. The place had maybe 10-15 people eating so they definitely weren't "busy". Because we waited so long, we ordered our drinks and meals at the same time. My drink order was incorrect but our waitress never returned to our table to check up. I had to flag down a food runner to ask for a new drink. We never saw our waitress again! They brought my replacement drink and our salads about 5 minutes later. We still had not gotten our rolls & butter!! (This is the reason my son likes Logan's so we were very disappointed) I asked to see a Manager because of the multiple problems. The manager informed us that they were out of rolls and it would be 7=10 minutes for them to come out of the oven. He also stated that the waitress "needed additional training". The rolls finally arrived as we finished our salads....but with no plates. The manager came back to check on us and I let him know about the missing plates. He quickly returned with them and again apologized for the additional mistake. Our food ( two 8oz rib-eyes) came out shorty afterwards and was cooked exactly as ordered. At least the kitchen did something right that evening!! The manager came back to check on us a couple times and re-assigned another waiter to our table. We finished our steaks and they brought us our check. Everything was full price and no concessions were offered for the incredibly bad service. I wasn't expecting a complete comp (although I think it was more than reasonable given the multiple mistakes) but at least offer us a free dessert or something. Needless to say, we won't be returning.
I recently visited Logan’s Roadhouse on 6/29/24 and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, the service was painfully slow. We waited an unreasonable amount of time for our orders to be taken and for the food to arrive. When my husband’s chicken fried steak finally arrived, it was thin, burnt, and completely unappetizing. The broccoli was undercooked and the loaded mac n cheese was mushy. My son’s chicken tenders were also burnt and extremely dry, not even the ranch dipping sauce helped mask the unpleasant taste. To make matters worse, our drinks were never refilled, leaving us thirsty throughout the meal. My salad was served in a hot bowl, which was odd and unappealing. Given the lack of customers, there was no excuse for such poor service and food quality. I won’t be returning to Logan’s Roadhouse and would not recommend it to others.
Waitress was nice and did her job just perfect. We had a party of 7 and the food was terrible. Appetizers were horrible, we had mushrooms, fried pickles, mozzarella sticks, and potato wedges, all bad. Steaks came out over cooked, and very bland in flavor, 5 out of 7 guys didn't finish their steaks. I have eaten here in the past over 1 year ago with no complaints then.
Credit cards not being accepted right now but they don’t bother telling you until you get the bill
Sat in a booth in the bar. Very few people here (understandbly). Ordered a beer and it came about 10to 15 minutes later. Waiter apologized with the excuse that the bar was so busy. (4 customers there). Ordered the 8 oz sirloin, med well, it came out very well done, super dry and to top it off, colder than the plate. Baked potato was cold too. I could go on, but why. I don't plan to come back.
This has to be the most mis managed restaurant in Ellis county. They have white wine on the menu, but never have it in stock. NO white wine period. They had it in cans for a period of time, but no longer. How hard would it be to buy a case of wine, and charge double. There is a reason this place is rarely busy.
Having never written a negative food review, I feel a little silly doing so, but have always found some positive to offset whatever might justify such action. This time...it's hard to see the "silver lining". I ordered a medium cooked 12oz NY Strip, and it came medium rare, which I can normally eat without issue. However, I have no idea what cut of meat came out, it didn't resemble a NY Strip in any way, had a tough strip of ??? down the middle, so sent it back to try again in hopes it was just a fluke. The second one came, again I have no idea what cut of meat it might possibly be with a gristle/sinew line down the center, and more rare than the first to the point of still being purple. Having eaten my salad and baked potato, I gave up and just took it to go in hopes of making something useful out of it tomorrow. They discounted the bill a little, but will likely never be back.
Food was dry, service was slow. No one was there on a Sunday afternoon, which we thought was strange, but we stayed and figured out why. Service was not friendly and they almost seemed annoyed that we were there. Salmon had no seasoning. Chopped Steak turns out to be just hamburger, and dry hamburger at that. The pasta in the steak pasta was salty while the meat itself was tough and unseasoned. We were in a group of 8 so an 18% gratuity was automatically added which they did inform us as we were seated.
Service sucked from the waiter steak was warm rice was salty they put all my sides on one plate everything was squished together waiter just brought my food didn’t ask if I wanted some a-1 sauce just dipped had to go ask the hostess for some sauce I only came here because I had a gift card I wouldn’t ever come back how can you mess up the most basic food when I was there the restaurant was not busy at all so no excuses
Well it took forever to get waited on. We ordered an appetizer and burgers and French fries. We didn't get the the appetizer at all and when we finally got the burgers mine was not well done like I had ask for it to be and my husbands was cold and his French fries were ice cold and shriveled up. Needless to say we did not stay and eat we just left. And will not be going back. That is the second time we have been and the second time we have had really bad luck getting a decent meal there. I do believe in second chances but when you blow that one too a third one is hard to give.
After being seated, it took 10 minutes to get a waiter to just get our drinks started. We had to ask for a waiter. While I waited, I watched two employees as they cleared and cleaned the table diagonally across from me. I was so disgusted at the nasty rag they were using. Then, the bust boy takes his rag and flicks the mess off the table and it caused me to flinch. He never said excuse me, I'm sorry, nothing. Just placed menus and silverware on the dirty table and waived that the table was ready. I should have walked out at that point. But I gave it a shot. We order ny strip steak and shrimp, medium well. My steak came out raw, so bloody and disgusting they took it back to let it cook some more, I decided to go ahead and eat the shrimp while I wait, popped a shrimp in my mouth and to my horror, it was raw, I forced it down so I didn't have to spit it out and disgust everyone around me. All the shrimp was raw and still grey. When the cook brought back my steak, I told her my shrimp was raw, she literally placed the shrimp on a plate that had been under our appetizer plate with unfinished food. I told her, never mind I do not want the shrimp, take it off my ticket. She still brought the shrimp back. The waiter had a terrible attitude when he brings us the ticket. Although, I left the entire steak on the plate along with the shrimp I still paid the ticket and gave the waiter a tip. This was the worst service, worst food and most unsanitary place, I've ever been to. I'm not one to cause a scene in public or get loud, that is why I just paid and walked away. My visit was on Saturday night around 6/7. I do not recommend this place. In fact I believe they need food health inspection immediately!!
We walked in on Saturday evening at 753pm. Greeter was welcoming and friendly. Then we waited until 806pm. 13 minutes! No server came to our table. Other guests that were seated before we arrived were looking around. Their table had obviously not been visited by a server either - no water or other beverages. This was our first and last experience. I'm not begging anyone to take my money!
I haven’t been to a Logan’s in 5 years I decided to give them a second chance biggest mistake. We ordered boneless wings and they came undercooked. We ordered NY Strips that were over cooked and the shrimp was undercook. I just took the food home and fixed it myself. Save yourself the disappointment and go to Texas Roadhouse instead.
This food was disgusting, the server was rude and not happy. It took about 3 in a half hours to get the bread and butter, then my dads food... it was RAW and BLOODY with UNCOOKED steak. Don't get the steak, because it will be raw. My food was wrong. completely WRONG. I am saying this because I got the Lemon Chicken Pasta, and it DIDN'T even give me that pasta. My mom had to split her syeak with my dad, because hers was at least a little closer to being cooked. Her steak was bloody too. I wish the place was better, and it was horrible. Hope you get better at cooking.It is also my mom and dads anniversary and valentine's day, and we just wanted a good meal. Instead, we got the worst thing, Valentines day, ruined. Anniversary, RUINED. OUR DAY IS RUINED.

Drinks took 20-30 minutes to arrive, and our server, Emily, didn't check in on us once, even when it was clear we needed refills. To make matters worse, when the drinks finally came, she touched the rim of our glasses. While the food was great, Emily's struggles seemed to overshadow the meal. Hope things improve for her.
I’ve never been to Logan’s and it’s safe to say I will definitely not be going back! First we got seated and I felt something under my feet. Looked down and there were crayons, silverware and old kids menus all over the floor. That was only the start to our bad experience. After kicking all the junk under the table to the side we ordered our food. My husband and I both had the 22oz porter house and it was 32$ a plate. What we got was so extremely disappointing. The steak was paper thin and way over cooked. I ordered a medium steak and got a well done thin steak instead. The Mac and cheese was in one big bland congealed clump and the green bean tastes flavorless and straight out of the can. It’s a bit hard to tell just how thin and very overcooked my steak was but both our steaks were cooked wrong and paper thin. The plate was almost thicker than the steak. Our waitress only came by twice even though there wasn’t more than a handful of diners in the whole restaurant. We had to ask a passing employee for to go boxes because she was taking so long. Horrible food. A dirty dining area and poor service. Our bill was over 100$ and our experience was horrible! Would not recommend going there unless you just really wanna throw away good money on bad food, a dirty restaurant and mediocre service.
TERRIBLE, my daughters pasta bowl was a rice bowl instead of pasta, my steak came out medium RAW instead of medium well, sent it back and chose not to have them bring it back, wife's steak was only 30% edible, I truly have no idea how this place keeps the doors open. Thankfully I had a gift card that I gave the $20 remainder to the people behind me, I have no intention of ever coming back.
The service was poor, had to tell the waitress that we needed refills, gave her a $20 and asked for change and it took her forever to bring our change back. The food was OK, but very over priced. The waitress forgot to return my mom's debit card and that caused a lot of problems because my mom is elderly and didn't realize that she wasn't given back her debit card until the next day while checking out at the grocery store. If you pay with your debit or credit card, make sure that you get it back before you leave. Spoke to the manager Ben today regarding the issues that this caused for my mom and they only offered a $14 off coupon if you order something over $25! What a joke. We will never return back to this place.
Wow. I am literally writing this as we sit at the restaurant since we have so much time. What a joke, 40 minute wait when we were told 10 mins. Which I could understand if they were busy. It is 5pm on NYE and the restaurant is 1/3 full. We basically had to go to the manager after 40 mins and ask to be seated. We didn't receive silverware, plates were dirty and no bread. We were told 5 times it's in the oven. We even had to go ask for kids menus twice. The hostess was doing the best she could but was gone for 10mins at a time doing to-go orders. They need to do something else for the to-go orders and hire more waiters. Food was way under cooked. Medium steak came out barely even medium rare Our waiter was Jay and he did good but was often gone to the kitchen trying to get people food. At the time of these photos they are at a 1hr wait with 2/3 of the tables empty.
The food and service were absolutely terrible. We spent $80.00 on crap food that was completely wrong. My husband and I got the 16oz steak, which was mostly fat and gristle. My husband's steak was nearly completely raw. We sent it back and were told not to remake it. My daughter wanted a pasta bowl, but she ended up with a chicken piece and a scoop of rice. The cheeseburger was good but dry, lol. First time here and it will definitely be our last.
Served by the boy who holds himself like an adult toddler. The most unenthusiastic, depressing, soul crushing service I’ve ever received. I think his name was Jackson. I’ll never return to Logan’s as long as he’s still employed there in fear of being served by him. I think his awful attitude affected the taste of my food. Horrible.
Visited this location last night for dinner with the Family. The location at the time 5:00 pm wasn’t busy at all. Not many people there. How wasn’t friendly at all, our server started off friendly. Welcomed us, got our drink orders, brought bread. And was gone. About 15 mins later he came back took our orders. There the waited began. Way too long. We literally waited an hour for our food. He never came over to give us an update when our food would arrive. We weren’t the only ones nearby waiting for food, in an ear shot we heard other customers complaining about the long wait for food to be out. After we were served our food, I immediately asked for steak sauce, that took another 15 mins to get. The food itself was good, but this location lacks service. I’ve been here few times before and this last visit was just terrible. Won’t be back unfortunately
I ordered a rib and tender dinner and my total was $31. I received two ribs and 4 small strips. I was told that's all it comes with. I could literally order a kids ribs and get way more and pay half of what I was charged. Very disappointed that online orders dont advise you of the quantity. I won't be returning anytime soon.
Beyond disappointing. We just had a birthday party group of 10. The food was poor at best. Orders were wrong, and the porterhouse steak for $34 was no thicker than 1/4 inch and mostly fat and gristle. One meal was never correct so the person didn’t eat! To make it even worse, we tried to split the bill by 4 so certain ones of us could pay. We were told they didn’t know how to do this. Finally, the bathrooms were so disgusting that we would even wash out hands. Urine on the floor and mold around the wall and toilets, and trash all over the restaurant. Most of the employees were staring at their phones to the point that when we left and said goodbye, they didn’t even look up. Not good and won’t be going back.
TERRIBLE service. A large RESERVED party seated with ONE waitress. And nothing against her but we didn’t get rolls as we asked and were told would come out. With had us asking several times, with promises of them coming! NO REFILLS all night. 6pm-9pm (try explaining to kids that the rolls they asked for and drinks they asked for just ain’t coming!!) food orders messed up. Help delivering food to a table of children and just sitting it in the middle of the table and making them grab their own food. If the 6 year old would have burnt herself then you would’ve had bigger issues that a bad review. Orders wrong, missing food etc. Handing out tickets was a whole ordeal. Again help came over hostile and looking upside peoples heads cause we were upset. We had every right to be. Yes we understand as a large party we were going to have to be patient but being patient and dealing with terrible service / attitudes is completely different . Unacceptable. Manager was informed and the lady still came back looking upside people’s heads and raising her voice. We were a mixed ethnicity group and it gave off vibes of racism! And that’s sad. If you don’t wanna work to serve people then don’t work in the service industry.
I went here the other night and was so disappointed. It took about 10 minutes to get a waitress to our table after being seated (and not busy at all.) after we ordered, it took 15-20 minutes to get our drinks. When my friend got her drink it had a fly in it. Our waitress did not check on us often at all. Although she was nice. Food was hot and ok, but definitely lacking. Place seemed clean, but overall was not a good experience for the price. I will not be coming back
Logan Roadhouse in Waxahachie, Texas was one of the worse restaurant I have ever experienced. We had to wait over 40 minutes just for the waitress to come back and tell us the system went down and that she couldn’t place our order and then it took another 30 minutes or so to get our food. So we asked for to go boxes since we had been there so long. The kicker was when they finally brought our order out they forgot half our order and the chicken strips were extra small, hard and burnt. I will never choose this restaurant over Texas Roadhouse again and we will never eat there again!!
I ordered through DoorDash yesterday and food was amazing. It was so good that I wanted again today only to be disappointed. They gave me an old, inedible potato. How can I eat steak without a potato? I was only able to get $5 refund after spending over $30. I am mad because I can’t just drive up there because I don’t have a vehicle. Waste of money. Where did the quality go and concern for people’s health and safety? Totally unacceptable.
