Fast service, friendly employees, good tasting food and very affordable. On your next Drive Across Texas and you need something fast, tasty, and affordable. Be sure to drive thru Taco Bell and get you some tacos. Remember Folks that's coming from a Texan, Adios. driveacrosstexas.com.
The staff at this restaurant is always friendly and helpful. Also patient as I occasionally ask for something that was on their menu (promotional) they don't have anymore but are right there to suggest an alternative. Very clean store.
Taco bell always hit the spot. An that pineapple freeze is BOMBBB!!! Also the lady who helped me was so sweet, I forgot to order a drink and after I already paid I realized it. She was very sweet, i wish i caught her name. I stopped by closer to 930ish. Ordered a large baja blast. Very helpful. An much appreciated!
After several times of coming back and these guy's getting EVERYTHING right, and the food was HOT. Plus the girls inside were ALL very respectful and made sure I didn't leave without all my order. Very happy!
Baja Blast Zero was regular MTN Dew from soda machine, other than that, food was great.
This location seems like the gold standard of Taco Bell chains. At least when I went. Great and friendly service, hot and fresh food, careful packaging, completely accurate customized orders, soda that actually had syrup...job well done.
Food was prepared fast and was fresh and made to order.
We decided to give them a try for breakfast since Whataburger’s line was wrapped around the parking lot, but I’m glad we did because the breakfast burritos were delicious! Taco Bell grills the tortilla so it’s nice and crispy and they fold it so neatly(makes it convenient for a breakfast on the go) we will definitely come back for breakfast!! Also the hash browns are great, we were blown away with the quality and price!
Tues the 27 of 23 @ 7ish I had went to this location and had of course the quick service but the best, I'm mean the best meal (generally the same) out of ALL the Taco Bell's in a 140 miles due west and 35 mile radius. So they got a customer review and recommendation
I have been to this location a couple of times. The staff is very friendly! They added two Kiosks but it only works for the Tacobell menu not the Long John Silvers menu. If you want to order from both you have to order from Cashier. Drive-thru is normally fast.
I love taco Bell! And the guy that helped me when I ordered food and asked about happy hour was very nice! I hadn't been to taco Bell in a while and forgot.. 😋 but when I got my food it was delicious and there was plenty of hot sauce for me to grab! If you haven't already done so get a Doritos locos taco! It's technically like a taco salad so it's healthy enough!😉
Well-made burritos that are very warm and soft on the inside, but keep that subtle crunch from the ingredients incorporated in the edible creation. Service was quick, fast, and clear. The location isn’t the best, per say, but it’s overall great. 5 stars!
Never had problems with my order I visit at least twice a week and employees know me by name I feel so welcome. And this location is so clean.
They were very helpful after pointing out the kiosk that sat off from the actual order desk. After you order them they interact with you and provide anything you may need. Not the warmest reception but the food was right.
Food was good. Had been awhile since we were there and looked at us and said for us to order on screen. I know the ordering on screen is the thing nowadays, but definitely lose the person to person connection.
My wife ate some kind of Taco dish and I had Long John Silvers! She said yum! I didn't get heart burn this time from the greasy after tast! This time it tasted better than the last couple of times, I might go back again now! I don't like the greasy after tast that your crust retains! However I do like the chicken and fish part!
This is a shared location for taco bell and long john silvers. We got long john silvers. The place could use a good cleaning. The TV was loud and on a Spanish speaking channel.. watching a novella. The ladies in the back were laughing and cutting up so much, the customers kept looking to see if all was OK. The customers had to go to the counter and ask for condiments, salt was the main condiment I heard asked for. The fish seemed extra greasy this time and the quantity of fries was disappointing... I'm not sure anyone felt welcomed.
The food here is fairly good, with a large variety of choices. Most of the staff is reasonably polite and I get served quickly enough to return on time from my lunch break. I do wish that they would regulate the temperature in the dining area better. It is usually uncomfortably cold in the summer. Also, I would like to see more consistency on the AM crunch wraps. Seems like they taste different every time I get them.
Served my food after having bumped the order to the last order accidentally so I ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes while my friends and I got an appetizer instead of because you're really hungry. Staff was nice enough about it but it's a relatively simple procedure and I don't understand why it was so easily messed up.
It’s pretty okay people are usually nice, I tend to get my order messed up occasionally but they always fix the issue no problem
When the cooks make it rite taco bell is great. But alot of times its rushed. This last visit was good. They should add enough beef to the crunch wrap. Most times theres barely any. Also, the chips taste like old greese sometimes . That ruines it for me. And stale. Its hit and miss here. When the cooks care, its great but some just dont care and thats when its bad.
The food was decent yet this was the absolute stingiest Taco Bell I've ever been to. I asked for more sauces and they told me they gave me some, when I said I knew and I wanted more, they said the manager said I already had some. And then they gave me only 3 more after asking a 3rd time, and my drink tasted like pure water. In conclusion, decent food, yet don't expect that great of service.
Red Oak location IH-35 service road. Let me just say you can tell what kind of experience its gonna be by the tone at the drive thru speaker. This business establishment is combined with Long John Silver's in which this is the purpose of patronage. When someone's attitude shows they're either upset, don't want to be at work or bothered with answering your questions about menu choices BELIEVE THEM! Young man who took our payment was ok. He didn't greet, smile or anything, however he was just being himself I guess. Young lady at the pickup window was rude, rolled her eyes, didn't take the time to listen as I was asking for condiments. Another female present laughing and smirking so that let me know she was mumbling under her breath. However at least the other female did retrieve ketchup that I requested. Slammed the window in my face and stood there peering out as if to say GO ON! I don't know who trains these kids, but they need a refresher course on the importance of customer service and how to communicate effectively. The food was nicely prepared but that customer service needs work!
Location and Inside are nice. Service depends on the staff that day. It'll be great service or they'll take awhile. Lately it's gone downhill
Ordered on app for pick up, got there 20 minutes later and they hadn't started on the order. They originally said they didn't get the order until I showed them the order confirmation. They then made the food, which then took 10 minutes. No other customers were at the restaurant at the time I picked up the order. In a positive note, the food itself was good.
Nice atmosphere inside the restaurant and pretty clean. Customer service was terrible. There was a lady who seemed like a manager who was rude to me about my order, rude to the cashier, and rude to the other employees. They messed up our order and tried to blame it on us. Good is what you’d expect from Taco Bell or Long John Silvers.
Very disappointed! Have you ever been thinking about a certain food all day finally get it and be like I wished I had of spent my money somewhere else. Well that's how I'm feeling right now. First why ask what kind of sauce I want but don't put any in the bag. Second I paid for supreme tacos with no tomatoes my order was repeated only to get regular tacos but again paid for supreme.😠. I only gave 2 stars because my pepsi was good and the workers were friendly. But again I shouldnt took a star awsy because I couldn't reach anyone to complain.
Stood at the counter for several minutes, 15+ bc I wanted fish, and the digitalmenu didn't have any Long John'smenu items, and I was ignored the whole time. We finally left without purchasing anything.
I usually don't comment but this time I have to because this is happening more often than has been. In the past. I ordered a bean burrito with cheese and no sauce and no onions and wanted them to add ground beef. What I got was a bean burrito with a sprinkle of cheese and a pinch of ground beef and they added onions. I was pissed when I got home because this is the third time that I've been in the last few months where they have screwed up my food and it's like they just don't care anymore and have the worst listening skills ever. Management needs to have regular meetings about listening skills so I don't end up with an allergic reaction because I've eaten something with onions that I've clearly asked not to be added. Next time I'll take a hospital bill to the company
The people here were rude. One of my tacos was cracked all along the side and the bottom broke off into my floor board of my car. They had to have seen that when making it. Then they only gave me 3 Cinabons instead of 4 and when I went back through the drive through to tell them them woman basically called me a liar. I was very disappointed with the service at this Taco Bell.
Check your order and receipt before you leave the window…. Shorted items and charged for items I did not order…they had one more chance and they blew it…#tacobellredoak
Staff were good, food tasted like it was cooked in week old oil or grease. Couldn’t finish it. Fries were cold and slightly soggy. Sorry, stars are for the staff only. This was for the Long John Silver side.
Food quality was as it should be. The restaurant? Heck no. Had to ask for all the condiments. Why have a condiment station if there none there? Awful awful. No soap in the restroom as well. Looks like that dispenser was dry as a bone. Asked for 3 diablo sauces, got none. And they want 15.00 an hour
Only one in line and got ignored. Finally she said to use computer to order. But after me two different sets of people came in and she went right up to them and took their order. The young lady working was Spanish. Other couples that came in also was Spanish. It made me feel that she was racist. They also didn't have any soda.
I placed a DoorDash order on 7/5. I had a dasher that waited in line 20+ minutes to get to the front of the line and have Taco Bell staffers tell him that they gave out the order twice already. Regardless of if that actually happened, I had a Dasher who was actually willing to help and the restaurant completely turned them (and me) away. I had worked a 15+ hour day to that point and was looking forward to having hot food, but at 11pm at night, the staff failed to think consider and assist their customer. I understand that the restaurant can’t just give away free food, but losing two $10 meals for a brand the size of Taco Bell is probably just a drop in the pond for them. Yes I will eat here again and probably have more positive experiences, but this one really soured my experience. If you order food from this restaurant, I recommend only ordering before 9pm and avoid any potentially busy times, as the organization could use substantial improvement.
Asked for no tomatoes but where TF is the cheese?!? Literally took a step away from your job and you still fail. Dear young ppl up there: try to act like you care at least about the fact somebody is spending the money they make to put it in your pocket🙄 red oak food places have way too many young ppl carelessly working round here.
Food was cold, cheese wasn't even melted in the quesadilla, ground beef was dry and I was missing my nacho chips
The last THREE times we've been there-our order has been wrong. Third times a charm. I wont be back. I can only imagine how many people call complaining. I work in the service industry myself so I get that people are human and make mistakes but come on...
The staff is HORRID. They have serious attitude issues when they recieve complaints and some of them just have attitudes in general. They make it very unpleasent. IF NEGATIVE STARS WERE POSSIBLE THAT WOULD BE WHAT THEY ALL RECIEVE! The food was decent only because they don’t make it themselves but still very inconsistent. There was either too much sauce, cheese, veggies, etc. or almost none at all! They do not offer to fix or replace anything they get wrong. For example, I called and complained that we were missing some items of our food and I was told that even though it was very clearly said to the person taking the order “if it is not on the reciept that is why you dont have it! Every customer is asked to verify the order on the screen!”. Well the problem with that is that if you have a lot of items you cant read the entire order! So I stated that it should be read to the customer if there are that many items and i was told “well thats Taco Bells law and if you have a problem with it you can call corporate!”. So I did just that. I filed a formal complaint against that store as well as the staff and how they opperate their store.
Waited 25 minutes for my meal before requesting a refund. I also noticed on my receipt I was charged for a combo then each taco within the combo separately in addition to the combo price. The girl waiting beside me waited 20 minutes for her one crunchy taco, then was told they had no record of it (she didnt ask for a receipt and wasnt given one) and they charged her again but it still didnt come out and she left 15 min later with no taco AND having paid twice. I've seen children run better lemonade stand operations. PS: After leaving and going to the nearest taco bueno I placed my order and received my food in under 2 minutes.
I went to the Red Oak Taco Bell on Sunday at 10pm (they close at 1am) and were told they ran out of product to sell. Mind you, I hadn't placed my order yet. The lady came over the speaker and said I'm sorry we can't take any orders because we don't have product to sell. This would be the fourth or fifth time that I've been to this location and they either don't have food, close early or get my order wrong. Very disappointing.
Second time I've found a hair in my food here within 2 months. Staff is really nice but the kitchen standards are incredibly low. Look before you eat.
Nobody that was working there actually wanted to be there. Ordered a few different things that came out right. Completely butchered bean cheese burritos. Simple bean and cheese burritos for God sake. 2 came out fine, three had barely anything in them. Will go elsewhere.
Always Bad service. Never any drink carriers. Fall asleep before acknowledged in the drive thru line. Out of beef. Also out of chicken. Will not be returning. Overall rating: F
So slow! 30 mins to get through the drive through? Unbelievably slow and 9/10 out of ten the food is wrong. This location needs new management! 3 cars should not take 30 mins!!!! Fix this issue!
Took them 1 hour to get my food , about 6 people in there waiting for there food not getting orders right. The app said there making my food and it took that long the workers don't want to serve you but want you to use the kiosk and there was a problem my dad couldn't figure out the kiosk and the workers didn't want to help then either.
Got my order wrong, then couldn't get it right when I drove back to get it fixed. Waist of time and money. Needs to make sure it's employees can read and follow basic instruction before hiring them. I'll never go there again.
Nachos are hit or miss, the chips are often either rancid from old oil, or hard as a rock for being stale and left out so long. Also, make sure to check your bag before you leave the window. They often leave stuff out of your order. I was missing two crunchwrap supremes when I left about a month ago. I called the store number and left a voicemail hoping they would either comp me for the items, or offer a refund. Was completely ignored, no call back, nothing.
This is the worst Taco Bell. They are very skimpy on the food and are very rude. The manager on duty assured me that she made my food and there was no way it was wrong. Ummmmm I eat at Taco Bell about 3 times a month and my portions have always been the same until this Taco Bell. Get a manger that isn’t so rude and is willing to fix the problem for the customer.
I was given a tiny piece of fish that was like cardboard. Then the person that exchanged it had an attitude and didn't even apologize. Also, not everyone wants to sit in the dining room and hear rap music blasting from the kitchen.
Yesterday Friday night I went through the drive through with my daughters to buy a 12 party pack crust tacos. There were 2 tacos missing so I spoke with the manager. She was very rude she started yelling at me in front of my daughters. Saying that she doesn’t believe me about the two tacos. I was telling her that is was true and she just yelled whatever. Finally my daughter said we should just leave this place. It was a every bad experience I am surprised that the woman who yelled at me was the manager. I don’t know her name but she was between 40-50 yrs old without any education. I’m never going back.
Worst experience i have ever been apart of. The location gave me the wrong food. On top of that it was cold. I asked to speak to a manager and they laugh and decided to keep my receipt so I couldn’t follow up on this. They asked for the food back and refunded me a portion of my money. They then decided to get the police to try and resolve. This injustice could have cost me my life. I have since reached out to the headquarters and am awaiting a resolution. The employees that were there were laughing instead of being helpful. I have recorded the and have about 15mins of film to show. I hope this will help other not be wrongs in the future. Worst service and lack of dignity and respect for fellow human. Sad to see this is the future of our country.
I'm honestly so sick of the service at this restaurant. I've lived in This area for 4 years and everytime I go here and order food they always forget something! I try and call and no one answers or it seems like the phone is off the hook. I went there this past Sunday after working and they forgot our drinks. Went to the window again because the dining room was shut down and the doors were locked. The attendant asked for the receipt knowing we had 2 drinks. Went back to the car got the receipt Went back to the window and he said he'd bring them to the car. He never came. Knocked on the window bc I saw someone mopping the floors. She got our drinks and then I asked for the managers name so I could talk to someone bc all of our food was cold by now and she denied to give me anyone's name!!!!! Terrible service and extremely bad horrible management! Would not recommend!
Tried to grab my mobile order the cashier snatched back and said can I see the receipt. Asked for the manager and they were all laughing and speaking in Spanish looked the manager in the eyes and said this is mine. I said can I get my freeze please they said well what was it. As I was eating the girl that snatched my food Continued to speak in Spanish to her co-workers while looking at me and laughing poor costumer service. You don’t do that to a guest. They have no idea what people may be going through. Also the trash is full instead of emptying they are all in the back just chit chatting away.
No communication what’s so ever. When did fast food, stop being fast food. Don’t go here unless you will want to wait 30 minutes. I would left if there drive through wasn’t so narrow
Grab your popcorn! I am tired of the weekday/lunch crew at this location getting my order wrong. I have dealt with it for the past 2-3 months, but today was the last straw. I ordered the Grilled Cheese Burrito Deluxe Cravings Box with a side of Avocado Ranch. It should come with a Grilled Cheese Burrito, Chips & Cheese, a Doritos Locos Taco, and a Beef Chalupa. The first bag they handed me was a Mexican Pizza a soft taco and I think the beef chalupa. I stayed at the drive-thru window until the worked came back. As soon as she opened the window she said, "That's the wrong order", and took the bag from me. I waited a little longer and another worker brought me another, smaller bag and told me to check it. The first item I pulled out was some kind of chicken burrito. I told her that it was still wrong and that my side of Avocado Ranch was missing. She took the bag from me and closed the window. After a few more minutes the first worker brought me the same bag and said that they had just forgot to put the cheese on the burrito. I checked the bag and there was a grilled cheese burrito, a Doritos Locos taco, a soft taco of some kind, my side of Avocado Ranch, the cheese dip for the chips and an upside-down bag of chips. At this point, I just need food so that I can get back to work. So, I asked her for a straw since she took it back with the first bag and asked for some hot sauce. She handed me those things and just shut the window. When I finally got to eat, the only thing that was incorrect was I was given a soft taco supreme instead of a beef chalupa. 3 tries and they still got it wrong. My order has been wrong almost every single time I have been in the past 2-3 months since those new workers started. I am never rude or cause a scene but enough is enough. I know what you're thinking..."Then stop going there!" Unfortunately, it is the only Taco Bell near me and I honestly love their food. Plus, it is the ONLY place to get my Baja Blast. These workers need more training or something though.
We purchase food here often on the way home. Order is usually wrong. I pay for Supreme taco box and get regulars, or like they did tonight I spent $32.00. I asked is everything in the bag, as they were closing the window... Employee said yes. I get home and give it to my wife. She finds 4 tacos are missing and no sauces or napkins.
Terrible. Avoid at all cost. Slow service. Workers chatting it up while I'm waiting. Ordered an iced coffee. Took forever then came with no ice, so I requested an extra cup of ice as a remedy. Worker wanted to charge me for the cup of ice, and justified the iceless iced coffee with "we did put ice in it but it melted".
Ordered in side for long john silver and took forever. I should have walked out when i seen 6 people waitting on their order before us. I won't name her by name but they need to remove move the lady from behind the register. And maybe the cook. Was there around 6pm on 8/15. For the record i was not the only one complaining about the wait. The hole time we were wondering if the manager was even on the shift.
Would love to leave a great review but unfortunately I can't. Trinity at the drive through was extremely rude to our family tonight. We forgot to order a small order of chips and cheese so when we were able to we tried to add it to our order or just pay for it separately at the drive through. She said no. We must drive through again or come inside. - no one is behind us in the drive through. No one. People are inside but no one is ordering at the register-not even in line. So while my husband was still waiting for our order I got out and went inside to order the small bag of chips and cheese. Only to see Trinity and her coworkers in the front laughing and bouncing around. Pointing at me and giggling. While I wait for the order that I had to place inside. I think it's pretty strange that with no one behind us and no one ordering inside this would be too complicated to ring up but we must either drive around again or go inside. Even if they would of asked us to pull around and waited for that small order it would of been ok with us. I've worked fast food and the way she acted is not how you take orders, treat people, or handle your position. Please retrain her.
Rude. The system for Taco Bell has a button for fresco style still. This just means no dairy add tomatoes and onions no charge. I do this at every single Taco Bell that I go to and it's still there on the app as well but they are trying to charge me for stuff that no other Taco Bell charges me for. Charged me to sub black beans for the refried beans. Nobody else charges to substitute beans. Waste of my time, these people.
I went in to the store and ordered on the kiosk. I waited for a while. Finally asked. They would not make my food because they said they couldn't are my order. Then when I asked for my money back. A she said that she could not give me my money back because the kiosk has nothing to do with them. The manager was very rude. Refused to give my money back. And could not guarantee my food. So I left with nothing. I even had a receipt. This was on June 30th at 1: I ordered 15 mins prior. So mad right now. When I asked for a phone number she said 1800 taco bell. Will not be back.
As a truck driver getting food is difficult right now. This location turned my co-driver and I away because we couldn’t fit our truck through their drive-thru. I understand safety procedures for employees, but some exceptions should be considered. After being turned away we had to cross back to the other side of the store and to our amazement all the employees were standing outside smoking. We asked if we could order from there and were again told no. So, if ordering from the window without a vehicle is a safety concern why is having four employees standing outside by an unlocked door not?
I ordered the no. 7, which is the chicken quesdilla, taco and drink. Plus I added an order of chips and queso. I had to ask for my drink twice. Then when I got home I discovered that I was only given the taco and chips. No queso and no chicken quesdilla. I called the store repeatedly for 30 minutes, but no one ever snswered.answered. Definitely not worth the $11.02 that I paid!!!
The lobby says they close at 11, got to the door at 10:50 and the employee denied us service.
I ordered through the app had to wait over an hour for my food that wasn't even ready they refused to provide me a refund
Ordered on the app, the meal for 2 and there no way to customize just one of the two items. So my wife and I pulled up and they said they didn’t have our order. The app showed that my order was processed and the money had already been taken from my account. The cashier didn’t even ask what was in our order and offered no remedy. We then asked to pull up to the window and once there we told the cashier the name on my order and she said they didn’t have it. After she actually took the time to look and ask the kitchen staff and they found it. Previously at the window we were trying to ask her if they could remove the lettuce from one of everything on the meal for 2 and she kept insisting that they didn’t have our order. Once they magically found our order my wife asked to confirm that there was no lettuce. The girl simply said the order was already made, and didn’t confirm. My wife asked her once more if they could take the lettuce off and the cashier took the order back. We waited for another couple of minutes and got what we thought was the correct order and headed back home. Once we began eating everything had lettuce. I am highly frustrated with the staff as we waited for nothing
Sadly, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Every order i've placed has been short. I have been overcharged a couple of times. I have yet to come home with a complete order. Food is either cold or soggy. Staff is not friendly.
got sick after eating here. didn’t answer my call to resolution so here’s a review
I guess I'm a glutton for punishment. For the last 4 years that I have gone to this Taco Bell, not once has my order been correct. No exaggeration... SMH.
Kept messing up my order they cancelled It twice to “remake” it.
Got here at 930 in drive thru drove from Whitney. Had a long drive and was starving. Waited 15 min for my food didn’t even get my receipt when asked for it. Did not get all my food. Went inside as soon as I left the drive thru and women walked away. Waited a couple minutes and left. Worst service ever. If you can’t handle your job and multi task then you need to find a new one. It’s about quality not quantity. Barely any meat on my hard tacos ordered 3 and got 2 with lettuce mostly and literally one spoon of meat not even the tool they use to make it with. I worked Taco Bell in my younger days and very disappointed.
We ordered our food and indicated that we wanted hot sauce and as you can see on the receipt they put down 10 hot. After checking the bag we realized there was no hot sauce. After informing the young lady at the window that they were missing we were told that they were in the bottom of the bag. We explained that we had a already checked and then were handed so many hot sauce packets that it took two hands to receive them. Looking at the packets they gave us nothing but mild and fire sauce which is not what we had been asking for. We had to hand them back again and explain we wanted hot sauce for now the third time. This time we were handed the sauces, assaulted with a bunch of grumbling and then slamming of the window. In addition to all of this there were no napkins in the bag but at this point we just gave up because their attitude was so horrible.
The lady that took our order was not very friendly or bright as we had to repeat the same order 3 times and there was no substitutions, then some guy gets on the speaker and we have to repeat the order again. So we get up to the window and we have to ask for our drinks and they give us no hot sauce after we ask for it. The food stinks as it turns out to be cold and not fit to eat. I will never go back to this taco bell as it is garbage
I order food from here on 1-7-23, the food was good but I ate half way to the end of my 5 layer burrito it had black hair and no I don’t have black hair. I couldn’t eat it, it was disgusting make your workers wear hair nets next time! Yes I’m very upset at that happened to me. I’m sorry you lost a loyal customer.
Would not take order & was told to order on kiosh so we did. Never got food after waiting 20 minutes with no other customers in dining area. When asked about order was told they had not started it because they didn't take cash. Didn't have the courtesy of telling us, so we left. Will not go back.
7-26-23Customer service is dying. It look longer to order on a screen then it would a person. This is ridiculous and sad. I like hearing a human voice. And you hear more customer from the customer than the employees. They don't interact whatsoever ....Good job killing jobs... Long John doesn't open til 11am so don't stand there waiting....
Please don’t waste your money. I went twice this week. The first time I got the wrong order, went back and the line was too long to wait. The 2 second time ordered only nacho fries and a drink and the fries weren’t even warm and tasted reheated. I definitely won’t be coming to this location anymore . A waste of money and time with the long waits. Smh
First of all, I resent that they do not want to interact with you personally when you place an order. The greatest indignation of all, though, was the musical Fiesta that was boisterously underway in the kitchen while the dining area was being inundated with rather loud album soul hits. Forget trying to engage in conversation here. The preparers were not overtly rude, but the musical cacophony showed a tremendous lack of consideration for any diner. We would not return under any consideration.
Food came cold and the Nacho fries were old.
HORRIBLE customer service. The lady at the window had a DISGUSTING attitude, interrupted me several times while I was trying to order had me pull forward to the window even though I was not done finishing my order. She mocked me while I was right there telling her my order. Constantly rolling her eyes and slamming the window only for my food to be handed to me super sloppy in foil with the cheese coming out of the bag AND forgot to put 1 of my orders in. The bag everything was in was all ripped . The food literally looks unedible! Long story short LAST TIME going there. it was AWFUL!! They need new workers and obviously new management if that's how they train their employees.
Wow, where to start. Horrible service, awful food. They gave me the wrong order and blamed it on me ! My name was called so I went to the counter to pick it up. THEY gave me the wrong order. The cashier wanted to argue with me about it saying it's my fault I picked up the wrong order. So finally I got my food. Cold and bland. But they did give me 28 condiment packets. Food cost must be very high !
Tried to order food here later at night, wasn’t able. First they were “out” of the only item I wanted. (it’s Taco Bell, every item uses the same ingredients) Then when I ordered something else “the system went down”.Was asked to pull aside and wait for 20 minutes, coincidentally the exact amount of time until they close… Left foodless. Tried so hard to spend money here, but the employees would not let me.
Stupid girl at the window didn’t give me MY NACHO FRYS. During the night shift.
Empty place and empty drive through. Decides to hop in with family after halloween event. Start to finish it took roughly 20-25 min to make our food. Several people ahead of us came in.. left... with larger orders. Bag after bag went out the drive through. A young lady finally asks "um what did you order?" After they finally address the issue the food is incorrect. I pull out all the food on the counter and its missing 3 items. We didnt order some mind bending mystery of the pyramids order. Was a burrito and a few tacos with chips. Won't be back... unless fast food to you means a half hour I would hope anyone reading this thinks twice about it as well.
Attitude when picking up my food. Whatever happened to "thank you, have a good day"? Just a blank stare while handing me my order in the drive thru. Then something was missing so I went inside and stood at the register for a couple minutes with a few other people while nobody said a single word to us.
Had the most horrible experience at this establishment. I was ordering food for my family Friday night(Oct 3rd 11:30 pm)and the girl who took my order was very rude was patient at all kept rushing me to order you could literally hear her on the mic complaining she didn’t even care to mute it not only that another girl got on the mic rushing us as well I was in such disbelief that they were speaking in such a way I couldn’t even say anything I was so shocked thankfully they had Ms Rosa there she’s always so nice and respectful the girls names were Alexandria and Joanna I believe very rude and unprofessional they should not be taking peoples orders at all.
I had the most rude & unprofessional experience at this location on Friday. The cashier Alexandra R was so rude & unprofessional. It all started with her tone she said Taco Bell whats your order. My husband provided our order which was for a family of three she kept trying to rush him. She got the most nastiest attitude then Joanna jumped on the mic saying ok what do you want. At this point Joann said just pull up to the window. We got the window & we met Rosa super nice & apologize for what we experienced. I'm not sure if it was Alexandria or Joanna come to the window & looked at us & rolled her eyes saying she don't care. Also our order was not complete & what we had was wrong. Rosa apologized & fixed our order also the cook which I believe was a male was very nice to help. Alexander R & Joanna left & sweep the lobby. We come is Taco Bell often this was the worst experience we have had.
I will let it be known I got the wrong order and that Baja blast purple drink is disgustingly nasty I don’t know who decided to come up with that drink but they need to stop letting people waste their money on that.! The lady didn’t even understand English nor speak it properly when I told her I couldn’t see the screen cus I’m a little blind she told me go to the next window she never asked me which meal I was talking about she never asked me which drink I was talking about either and when I left she slammed the window closed after I told her I didn’t want to donate money today… It’s 2025 some people don’t have money laid around just to give out like that
I received a 5.00 from a restaurant next door to them. Came to there establishment to pay for a drink with the same 5.00 but because it had a Small tear in it the manager would not accept it . So I had to charge it on my credit card. Very much unacceptable. Will never go to this Taco Bell again!!!!
Had a whole hour before closing to cook food. Instead, they would rather close up the place and not serve any more customers 🙄 😒 when it only takes five to ten minutes to make my food. Get better employees who aren't lazy to make food so unprofessional
Went here yesterday to grab something quick for a late lunch for me and the kids. Don’t go here, I ended up with food poisoning. So unless you want to spend hours in front of the toilet just save yourself the effort until they clean things up. Not sure what caused it as I had the chicken enchilada burrito, spicy potato taco, and a bean cheese and rice burrito.
Terrible first impression. I have been living in Red Oak for two years now and I didn’t know we had a Taco Bell. I decided to give it a chance today. I have been on a strict vegetarian diet to lose weight the last couple of weeks. And I thought to myself, I deserve a cheesy treat today. The store was empty and there was only one car in the drive-through. I stood at the counter for five minutes, waiting and after standing there for a while, decided to go to the restroom and come back, thinking perhaps they would be ready to help me when I got back. I just couldn’t understand why they would just let me stand there. When I got back to the empty counter, I stood there some more. Finally a girl turns around and tells me when I’m ready to order to punch it into the kiosk. I turned around and walked out the door. Empty restaurant and they want me to make my own order. I guess it was for best it was terrible service, it kept me from ruining my diet. Because I love Taco Bell food, and until now it was a good thing I didn’t know we have a Taco Bell in town. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. To be fair, I have had a long hard week at work, maybe if I wasn’t so exhausted I would have given the kiosk a chance, but I was starving and didn’t want to think, just eat. I know McDonald’s has kiosks but they don’t force you to use it.
No. This is not a burrito. There was hardly any egg in it either. I actually just told someone now good Taco Bell bfast is and this does not cut it. I also called to let the manager know because if I was a manager of an establishment, I would want to know, and I was left on hold for longer than 5 minutes before hanging up..
