Bought a margarita slice and a cold drink and sat outside to eat. It is the best pizza I have ever eaten in Florida. I am a New York, Connecticut area guy and I will be coming back regularly! Great job folks!

Crazy good za, not sure how they do it and I've never seen any other place do the sausage like the way they do. It's shaved in ribbons on the pizza. Ive never seen thin flat sausage before let alone on a pizza. It still damn good but very different. Keep up the good work, oh their soda fountain is unique as well. Not your traditional flavors.

Authentic and VERY good!!! Perfectly balanced NY style pie. I tend to prefer a crust with a little crisp, but also chewy. They nail it! Hard to find pizza this good in South Florida. Highly recommend the buffalo chicken and Margherita. The wings are delicious too!

I travel 30 minutes to this place to get the best New York Pizza! Brought our grandkids here and they loved the pizza as well. Totally worth the trip. In addition, the service and the staff are always pleasant and accommodating!

Been in FL for almost 5 years. In the palm beach gardens area sal’s express has always been great!! Great pizza, great calzones, just call in and ask for what you want they’ll have it ready in 15 minutes or less. $10 pizza pies on Mondays and Tuesdays cash cash only. They have a sister restaurant in abacoa. Check them out too !!! Sals Italian restaurant. 5 stars always.

If you are craving for some honest Italian this definitely is a place. In my conversation with the new owner, he has great ideas and I hope to visit this place soon and see how his magic of hospitality and food takes it to the next level. The BEST pizza in Palm Beach County!! I drive out of my way to visit this quaint restaurant to enjoy the most delicious food. No mater what flavor of pizza I get it is always terrific. The staff is helpful, pleasant and they get your freshly made food out quickly. I’ve never been disappointed with this restaurant. They have so many special types of pizzas to choose from.

Just like the other Sal's restaurants, Sal's Express has really good pizza! It's pizza by the slice as well as various other Italian dishes in a counter service style restaurant. The pizza was very good. We tried the baked ziti and sausage pizzas. The interior was small but very nicely decorated with just a few tables, and it has outdoor seating as well. A very enjoyable experience.

Me and my family have been going to Sals for so many years now, not once has it ever been a bad experience! My boyfriend today for Valentine’s Day ordered a pizza for me and they did such a cute job, even the leaf hearts were in there, honestly so cute! Best staff, service and food EVER!!!!

Large choice of slices available even grandmas pie which is rare to find. I wod recommend to stop in for a slice. Construction in the lot across from them is limiting parking.

The pizza is fantastic but after tonight’s experience I’ll never return. I ordered delivery. 30 min after ordering I got a call saying they have no driver. Ok, I understand that happens. But I need a refund. I was told that I need to cancel the order from my end. Except there is no way for me to do that. Not in the email I was sent, not on the website in my account. All I can do is look at the order. When I called back to explain this, I was told “other people have cancelled online” and “I don’t know what to tell you.” - so now I have to open a dispute with my credit card company. This is a disgraceful way to conduct business, in my opinion.

I rate this establishment’s customer service 2 stars, Tho the pizza is easily 4 stars. I came in on December 3rd around 11am to order a cheap and delicious lunch. I was greeted by a flustered blonde woman in her 40s at the cash register, she had a attitude when I asked the prices of singular slices of pizza, have in mind nowhere in this restaurant does it list prices of these slices. Not in the paper menu or the electronic menu overhead. My significant other and I had gave each other a look decided to pass on this establishment due to the poor customer service.

Had enjoyed pizzas a few times. However, this time I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza but the toppings were hardly warm and fell off the pizza. I called to explain what happened and how the pizza was not like previous ones I had ordered and was no so politely told that the pizzas are always made the same way. I was disappointed by both the pizza and the service.

Just DON'T!!! Their red sauce is horrible (too sweet or something, just overpowering whatever it is on especially pizza). I ordered two large pies (one regular with toppings and one white pizza) both were sub par... Their meat balls are not even close to being good. Only thing that was delicious were the mozzarella sticks. In all honesty they need to rethink their business model. If they cant make a base product like the tomato sauce (gravy?) they have no place calling themselves an Italian Restaurant.... avoid if you want to enjoy your meal.... Just not worth it, no matter how cheap they try to sell their product. And to the owners... FIX IT FAST!!!

I was okay when they made their pizzas smaller and they weren’t as good a few years ago but for a second time in a few weeks they won’t answer the phone to take my order. Other pizzerias pick up when I want to spend money.

Sloppy wet raw dough should’ve opened the box in the place. It went right in the garbage 28 bucks bullshit.

Just received a menu with coupons in the mail and we ordered two pizzas a large New Yorker and a large cheese. When we went to pick up the pizzas the girl said the coupons are old and she wouldn’t take it. We left without the pizzas. The coupons have no expiration date. I think it’s a scam they are trying to get business and are hoping people will just accept what they say and pay the full price. Not a smart way to operate a business and would never return.

I put in my order and paid online. The email I received quoted a 45 minute wait time, which was okay since it was dinner time and I figured they were busy even though I live about two miles from their store. After an hour I called and was told the computer didn't print my ticket. No apology, no compensation, just a deal-with-it type attitude because "we are very busy right now." My kids were wanting pizza so I asked if we could have it made and sent, and was told it would be an additional 45 minute wait, with no effort about it being rushed. When the pizza did finally come (exactly 45 minutes later), it was burnt and luke warm, so I couldn't re heat it without charring the whole thing. The cheese sticks were cold, but at least my kids' pizza was cool enough for them to eat immediately since it was about 2 hours of waiting. Needless to say I won't order here again after the blatant lack of customer service.

Hopefully management can get it together soon.
