I ate dinner at Dairy Queen yesterday friendly nice and polite staff of workers and a clean restaurant the 🍔 burgers and fries 🍟 was delicious I ordered the bacon 🥓 belt buster combo 😋 so yummy I got full.i would definitely would 😋 go back dine in again.

The wait time to order and to get food was long. The staff seemed to be aggravated with each other. The food was not very fresh, chicken strips looked like they had been sitting under the heat lamps to long. Will not revisit.

Food was okay. Location was trash and they did not have any gravy. Dq is not the same without gravy with the strips. All the tables were dirty and they had loose dogs hanging out in the patio. The manager did not do anything about it.

I made a phone order for a 6 piece chicken strip when I got home I realized they only put 4 strips I called and some guy says he just got there and for me to go BK to get it remade I couldn't at the time and was only asking for a reimbursement for the difference and told himi could show a pic for proof he's like well I don't know how you want me to help you.... Smh I was like forget it keep them extra few dollars I won't be going there anymore especially when the 3 staff members know I just left not even 15 min prior

When you order a strip basket, you get nuggets instead. Horrible, ordered a 6 peice. Got 1 regular sized strip and 4 nuggets. Fries are really over salted.

Placed an order online for a "Dude" steak sandwich and a blizzard. Drove 15min to pick it up in the drive thru. Has to wait a few minutes for the blizzard which is understandable. Peaked in the bag and saw the Dude wrapper on the burger. 15 minutes back to work and unwrap my steak sandwich. Bonus got a small fry I didn't order. Then found I had a dry burger with 3 sad pickles that looked like someone sat on it. No time to take it back. Not pleased.

Just picked up an order and found a hair on my daughters buffalo tenders. Service was good but food and blizzards were melted within 5 minutes before they reach my location.

although i would've loved to rate this place 5 stars, there is something wrong with one of the managers that ruined my experience. i believe he goes by the name of matthew. while i was ordering food, i heard him being very inappropriate with an employee who was visibly uncomfortable through it all. he persisted, but did not stop. this is unacceptable, and i will report this behavior. please ensure something is done about it, thank you.

I ordered through a delivery service. I didn’t get fries or drinks as ordered with our meals and this is what my tacos looked like. No vegetables.

I specifically placed my order at Drive-thru very clearly and slowly (so she could hear me, she repeated it, & I reverified how I wanted everything! She gave me the 1 meal with a kid fry not regular fry (& not a full one either) & my banana split I asked to be made (after my meal ) was made so it didn't get all melted & to add nuts to it, nope, it was all melted & no nuts! Then she had the audacity to tell me after I had already paid that the nuts are $.87+ tax, instead of apologizing & adding me some for free for the inconvenience! Girl, get it together, & fix the order the right WAY!! 🤦‍♀️
