I discovered this pizzeria by chance. I was drawn in by the smell. Truth be told, I ordered a spicy salami and sausage pizza without onions. You might think it's a heavy pizza, but to my amazement, the dough was incredibly light. Once I finished it, I would have started another! The very kind pizza chef explained to me that it's cooked on a pan and baked in the oven. I'll definitely be back, with the pizza round this time. It's €15 for a minimum of 4 people. Well done.

Their farinata never disappoints. They're friendly and quick to serve, and never fail to smile. For me, the only farinata in Genoa is theirs. Last night, I had it with sausage, stracchino, gorgonzola, and plain. A feast for the palate. The homemade desserts are also delicious.

Tutto molto buono. Durante la cena ottimo servizio. Al termine della serata, non c'era possibilità di scorporare, dal conto finale , una bottiglia di spumante (????) . Locale pulito anche nei bagni. Conto assolutamente ragionevole ed equilibrato, per il tipo la serata (giropizza-e-farinata + dolce + vino+caffè+amari).

Good evening... I'll be honest... When we got back from the beach, we immediately stopped at Franz's (we already knew it), but they no longer did take-out farinata. On our way out, I noticed the pizzeria next door was open, and since it said "FARINATA," I gave it a try... I'd never been there before, and... I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK... FARINATA WITH ONION AND SAUSAGE, REALLY EXCELLENT... 2 OF US EATEN 1.2 Kg (and thank goodness our son wasn't there!!!) The welcoming staff... In short, MORE than this... IF YOU'RE OPEN TOMORROW, GET READY, WE'LL COME AND PICK UP THE PIZZAS... SEE YOU TOMORROW!!!!!! (assuming you're open)

Andati a cena con mia moglie per gustare un ottima farinata e invece.....ci siamo ritrovati con una nuova gestione molto deludente. Farinata spessa cruda e gommosa,patatine fritte metà crude metà bruciate segno di prodotto riscaldato anche male,birra calda Salse non in confezioni mono dose ma tubetti uso domestico. L'unica nota positiva la gentilezza della cameriera "bionda" Sconsiglio il locale

Sicuramente è apprezzabile il sacrificio del tanto lavoro che fanno e il giro pizza attira la farinata buona ma della focaccia al formaggio ho mangiato solo la pasta e della pizza quel tipo di pomodoro e mozzarella x il mio personale giudizio non vanno bene. Ammetto di esserci stata fino ad ora ben 3 volte x volere della compagnia ma non ci tornerò.

I had a pizza tour for €20 (with cover and no drinks), and honestly, it's not worth it. All the pizzas are the same, with stracchino cheese and very few other ingredients. Farinata and cheese focaccia are okay.

It's changed management, Mario's is no longer there. Besides spending too much at €32 per person for a round of pizza for 12 people, the service is poor, even though the place was practically empty. I'm from the area and won't be returning.

It's located across from the G.A.U. Genova Struppa sports club. We found parking nearby. You'll need to inquire about disabled access, as the entrance is elevated with three steps. The atmosphere is welcoming, service is quick, and the staff is courteous and professional. We ordered a Neapolitan pizza and a cipollina with bacon, both excellent in both presentation and flavor. Congratulations, we'll be back with friends. Two of us returned, but unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for our dishes, so much so that the beers were lukewarm. Given the long wait, we should have expected a complimentary snack or a discount. Nothing to say about the farinata, which were more than excellent. I don't know if we'll be back.

I have always been a customer, they changed management I continued to go with take-away, unfortunately always worse, I let some time pass thinking they had to get the hang of it, dry farinata, the onions taste like soap, I'm sorry because it was a point of reference,.

Dinner with friends, we ordered all kinds of farinata and shared them. Real farinata is something else entirely; it must be the right thickness, slightly soft on the inside and well-cooked on the outside. The one they served us was very thin and dry—the only thing I could say about it is embarrassing. It's obvious it's changed management; it used to be one of the best. Never again. I'm giving it two stars because we didn't order pizza and can't give an opinion.

Attese infinite, farinata bruciacchiata e insipida. In pratica il miglior concorrente che Franz possa avere. Mai più.

Last night I booked for my son's birthday, the second shift at 9:00 PM...my son and 10 of his friends arrived on time but couldn't find the table they requested because it was still occupied. They waited for more than 30 minutes and were forced to leave...it's shameful to leave 10 minors out in the street, without even giving them advance notice. This pizzeria has always been a symbol in our neighborhood, and it's shameful how the new management is continuing the business...shameful.

The farinata is good, but the pizza is something else entirely. Thin, like a dry focaccia, the prosciutto is thick and dark in color, and of very poor quality. The place is cramped, and if there are birthday parties, you can't hear them from two meters away. Some of the staff are friendly, but the pizza quality really needs a rethink.
