Friendly staff, location was clean, and enough space to be able to sit down and have a quick business meeting (as business as you can expect to have inside of a "fast food" joint). With Dunkin all over the place, and their quality sometimes questionable for it's consistency, you can rest assured this particular Dunkin has the quality you want/expect. Enjoy, I sure did.

Drive through line long. Went inside after taking only available spot. Only to find two people inside. This has happened before. Why are workers using five spots. Really guys, I know there are spots in back for you.

Great staff and ideal location. 5 star regardless - the macchiato ordered today turned out bitter (hard to drink)! Possibly someone can address this issue (coffee machinery) before someone else gets the taste.

I went into purchase a giftcard and had no wait or problems. I had to use the restroom while I was there and noticed that it was outstanding in its handicapped accessibility. There's also handicapped parking. The parking is free and right at the door. There's seating but I don't think there's table service. They had a variety of Christmas gift cards to choose from. I didn't get any coffee but from past experience it is outstanding as are their donuts. I haven't tried the breakfast sandwiches but they're available. Overall a good experience.

I love Dunkin. But this morning was a horrible experience. They too a half hour to make a breakfast sandwich and avocado toast. Then got the order wrong and had no problem telling me I didn't pay for the bacon. It was just terible

Been having issues with our coffees being made as ordered. My coffee ordered yesterday lacked ANY sweetener.... as 4 Splenda were requested but not provided. Frozen coffees are hit or miss depending on whether the machine has been cleaned and filled. Otherwise, staff are courteous and professional to correct any issues.

Still giving this four stars despite one of the male employees giving me a dirty look. After listening to the staff carry on about a rude customer in drive through, I decided people must be having a rough day. At least my coffee was made correctly and quickly. Please advise as constructive criticism.

It's a hit or miss. When they listen and care the food is cooked well and coffee is made right. No one wants old ice in their iced coffee. They just need consistency.

I had 2 x LG coffees from here different hours of the day. Coffee is weak. Seems they cut back on beans to stretch profits or staff has habit of pulling pots prior to full brew to pour a cup.

Paid $3.01 for a cup of Luke warm coffee. I live down the street and around the corner from this particular Dunkin Donuts and I was driving. When I got home and tasted the coffee it was like warm. Never again. I didn't order ice coffee. So if u want hot coffee don't go there

I generally stop every morning on my way to work.. Please make sure the sandwich maker is paying attention. Order a breakfast sandwich on a bagel, get half way to work to find out you paid 5$ for a bagel because there is no filling in it. Once ok. Twice maybe. Today was the THIRD TIME this has happened to me and its completely unacceptable.. Please be more AWARE of what is going in the BAG.

Sadly today ordered a pumpkin spice coffee and a large mocha swirl frozen coffee through drive thru. Pumpkin spice was not pumpkin spice went in to store. Was asked for recepit was not given one at drive thru. They did make it correctly and then tried to charge me for it again!! When I brought home the mocha swirl coffee to my family member I was told that my frozen coffee i!ordered tasted like frozen hot chocolate with no hint of coffee or mocha!!!! Come on! Get your act together! Geez!

Sad to say this review for 577 Columbia Tpke. is after a 3rd strike. Really not sure why this place is even open as they never seem to have anything! 1st time: Went to order a few munchkins & they didn't have any. When asked what time they expected them to be available, the employee's response was; "I don't know if we can make those today." 🤔 2nd: We asked to grab a Box O'Joe sized hot chocolate for a kid's game... they didn't know how to accommodate. 🤨 (The Dunkin' on Troy Rd. had no problem with it; they just took a few carafes of hot water & added the cocoa mix... not difficult!) 3rd: Used app in the morning to order 50 munchkins & 2 dozen donuts for a 2pm pickup. Pulled through the drive thru at 2pm & was told "Yeah, we couldn't fulfill your order." 😩😡🤯 Awesome... Nobody called, text, or even sent a message thru the app to let us know at any time during the day. Then when we pulled up for a refund, the cashier gave US an attitude. Seriously? We were all extremely annoyed at this terrible inconvenience but weren't rude...so why were they mad? Guess I was wrong to assume Dunkin' Donuts would have donuts... we'll know better in the future and avoid this place that will now be known as Dunkin' Disappointment. 2 stars for the clean interior.

I have been wary of this location for a while but decided to give them another shot today and I should have just followed my original feeling. The plain photo is what I originally received and when I asked them for a little more spread and to actually put the everything bagel seasoning on, they rolled their eyes, flipped the piece of toast over instead of just putting the seasoning on it and gave this back to me. They also have no idea how to actually make espresso drinks as I ordered a macchiato and they pre mixed it for me, how nice of them. Next time I want Dunkin I’m just going to take a trip and get it on the thru way.

They refused to sure a latte an hour and 15 min before closing, it’s my understing have worked in service for a fair amount of Time that employees shouldn’t be closing off services without some fire of written notice until the allotted time of closing

Tried to go in to get a latte and the doors were closed And Locked a half an hour before they were due to close. Guess I’ll get a coffee at nasty Stewart’s.

I was ordering breakfast at 1+ today, the gentleman was taking my order was very prejudiced about my accent, was laughing and makes funny of me and I was very embarrassed and I left without get my lunch.

This Dunkin Donuts in East greenbush on route 9 and 20 right after market 32 on the left! I went there with my granddaughter and asked for 2 large iced caramel craze latte and specified that they be made with whole mile. I was given something that looked like chocolate milk with no whip cream. I asked her to remake it and please with whole milk The lady gave me what looked to be 2 cups of milk with some caramel in it. I then asked her to make it again because it was too lite, but this time just please make me a mocha latte, she expressed to me that she did not know how to make it, and she ended up making what I previously wanted. Which after the third time what's correct. The whole transaction took about 20 minutes!

It is really nice of them that they are hiring deaf people but they should not be taking the order. Three times in a row they got my order wrong. It is only this one that has the problem. Stewart's is right next to it. People should just go there instead

Some of thier workers really need to watch their attitude in thier voice and thier responses. Because if the customer was specific and told them exactly how they want thier coffee and u still don't do it right, u can't give them attitude about it. The guy working dean i think and he gave alot of attitude then still after the first time trying to fix it didn't then asks if its alright. At this point was pissed about his previous attitude problem and its still not right so i say no in a irratied tone. Offering to remake at this point is stupid cause the only thing i wanted fixed was it stirred completely so the sugar is thoughout but since that is hard never mind.

Coffees recently have all had less sugar than I ordered in them, but are still labeled the same. I've been ordering my DDs coffee the same way for years, I know the difference.

I do early morning delivery stop here almost every day this morning i was there the girl cut me off to tell me frozen coffee machine was down then i ordered a medium carmel swirl ice coffee got to window got over charged only got a small ice coffee with no carmel and the girl was very rude actes like she couldnt wait to get me out of the drivethru didnt even make eye contact with me i will be taken my buisness else where not first time i have either had my order wrong at this location or complete rudeness .......

I've looked past the coffee that tastes very watered down or in most cases like it's been sitting at the bottom of the iced coffee machine for the entire day. Today I had high hopes for better coffee and figured that today maybe the day. I receive my coffee watered down as usual but my hopes where not too high. I opened my bagel took a bite and it was burnt, not a little burnt like it almost caused them a fire burnt. I'm lucky if I got two bites out of it. I like to think of myself as frugal but i think i would rather spend a few more dollars at Starbucks for their consistency of great coffee and food.

You will wait at least 20 minutes for any order here. And it'll maybe be wrong too.

I went through the drive through on 8/22/25 a older male worker who’s name started with a R, repeatedly made me try and reach all the way through my car window and the drive through window with my sports bra on pulling further and further back making me reach. While constantly laughing and giggling. Until finally I said I wouldn’t be reaching any further after having said it at least three times and needing to yell at him, which he finally stopped. This made me really uncomfortable. Only after the fact did I realized how truly inappropriate this to do to younger women. Please think about the actions of your employees. And after being played with through the window the employee didn’t even give me a fork to eat with.

So went there today 7/17/2025 and ordered my coffee. I have a preloaded Dunkin card that had over $25.00 on it. The kid told me there was nothing on it. I thought it was weird as I just put money on the card and had my receipt . I asked for my card back and he gave me a different card. I said that’s not my card and told him I want mine back now. He walked away came back a few minutes later and tossed the card at me and slammed the windows. Got home checked on my account and sure enough there is $25.00 on it. I believe he was trying to rip me off and when you try to call the place no answer. This is at the East Greenbush NY location. Columbia turnpike . I will be headed there in the am to file a complaint with the manager.

I come here often and order latte, but in the past few months the lattes have been made with coffee instead of espresso, and the most recent trip I was given an iced coffee with a splash of milk instead of the latte I ordered.

Not really sure when they’re actually open or closed. Went to Dunkin’ at 6PM and it was closed despite their signage saying 7:30PM. Not the first time that I’ve had this happen. Very unreliable.

Went to this place to try a new drink, iced potion macchiato. Service was AWFUL, she was so rude to us, messed up our order on purpose because she gave us a hot drink when we ordered iced and I corrected her. She gave me 2 plain black coffees as a replacement, it doesn’t even have what we ordered written on the side. 0/10 I heavily don’t recommend coming here if you want what you ordered.

Dining in here was a disappointment. First issue was upon ordering the food. We were told that "they are strict" about the Meal Deals and would not remove the bacon from the sandwhich. We still ordered serveral things. A lightly toasted bagel with Cream cheese (for a small child) was served literally black around the edges and my child did not finish it. We always order a coffee with no sugar which was given to us with 4 sugars. They were not busy, yet the tables were not clean. We wont be returning.

Very Disappointed went to dive thru and ordered hot chocolate drive thru I was in the line for over 10 minutes. Got the hot chocolate took a sip and it tasted watered down. Went inside and told them had it remade and still tasted watered down a large hot chocolate cost almost 5 dollars thrown down the drain. Never Again absolutely disgusted.

I thought this place improve but unfortunately when management is not around of course no one want to work I placed an order to take out at 10:12 for 2 sausage egg & cheese and 2 hash order ready at 10:22 which was missing one sausage egg and cheese informed I placed 2 she took another order and again ended up making wrap🤦‍♀️ask again by 10:47 I got 1 Sausage egg cheese finally order is complete after long wait none of them look happy, making faces,rolling eyes, sorry for those who place an online orders the guy on window looks under influence he is keep closing eye,when someone order through driveway he simply rolled his eye and make faces so as other 2 ladies definitely don't want to work under customer service. Evening staff is better as manager is available as well this is my first time during morning trust me they all not very pleasant and unhappy I wonder if they spit in food too all 3 of them looks so cranky as if doing some kind of favor after multiple mistake no apology throw the bag and walk away. Please get customer service training or find another place to work where you don't have to deal with people face to face. No one want that attitude over the counter no one is taking food for free.

I have tried giving this particular Dunkin the benefit of the doubt. They never get my order right. I have contacted management multiple times and nothing is ever done. I’ve been served ice cold food, coffee that tastes like the bottom of a garbage bin, and iced tea that tastes like vomit. Do better.

I'm glad to see that I am not the only customer that has had to deal with a cold cup of coffee. I have been contacting management for pretty close to a year now to let them know that there is a broken coffee machine in their store and does not keep coffee warm. They have neglected on many occasion as to solve the problem. This morning was the last straw. If you can't take your customers complaints seriously then you shouldn't be in business. Customers are the backbone of any businesses success. Very disappointed
