Food is always so fresh and good. We love it there. The shakes are the best. Burgers are casual as comparable to other chains. .but half the cost.

Sometimes you have to wait for an employee on grocery side but it's understandable. I really enjoy buying groceries there, it's a little more expensive but it's fresh, non GMO (normally) && grass fed beef. The milk is delish && the ice is a must.

Employees Alice and Luis were amazing! Alice went above and beyond with a great attitude, she provided our order by memory and with a smile. My compliments to this restaurant. Great employees like this make a company look great and keeps us coming back.

Severe Addiction Alert - I am in total love with their ice-creams. They make the most creamy ice-creams I have ever tasted. Try their waffle cones (btw they are eggless cones which is a rare) and it just adds another dimension to the taste. I visited this place for the first time a couple of months ago and now we travel with a big empty cooler on our trips to Dallas so we can stop on the way back and fill up the cooler with a dozen 3-pints tubs of various flavors. Their friendly staff will help top up the cooler with ice so it doesn't melt.

I ordered the triple chocolate sundae and worker Ms Alice made it with love! 3 of us had dessert and only spent $10! It was delicious 😋 We will definitely be back!

We love Braum’s, but especially this one! We’ve been stopping here once a month on our way to Houston for the last 8 years! It holds a special place in our hearts. The employees are great and the ice cream is always delicious!

The ice cream here is so delicious I ordered an ice cream cone it was so huge I could not eat it all. Everyone that worked there and walked in were all in good moods I think the ice cream just brought it out in them. I will definitely make the trip back there.

Best strawberry milkshake i ever had in my life !

I was having a rough day from work and it was very stressful and I went to go take my children out to Braum’s. As i’m ordering my food to this kind young man named LEO, he asked me which ice cream flavor I wanted and of course i chose the cookies n creme for me and my children. Great store.

Braum's in my opinion have the best fast food burgers and better prices. Where else do you get a bacon cheese burger with jalapeños, fries and a ice cream shake for under $12?

Left our car at the nearby fast charger and walked over here, not expecting much. Well... ...The place feels like a factory cafeteria, but the burgers are good, the ice cream is delicious, the malts have protein and excellent taste, and the busy workers are friendly. They even have a little grocery shop in there! I only have one question: WHY don't we have one of these closer to our house?

My wife has always liked Dairy Queen's burgers, and I've always preferred Braum's but never could get her to give them a try. She said DQ's quality has been sub-par recently, so I convinced her to give them a try. The first time, we got our burgers to go, and they were OK by the time we got home, but not great. We tried again and did dine-in, and she was very pleased with the freshness, flavor, and overall quality. I agree that their burgers don't always travel well but if you're able to eat it quickly, they are top-notch.

I love Braums Milk. The grocery store part of Braums is wonderful. The food is pretty good. If the staff worked as a team to help one another, it would make for a better work environment, all that to say is the customer service is average. When I go inside, it is like there is plenty of staff, but if they don't look at you, they don't have to wait on you. #headdown

Everyone thinks as Braun's as ice cream store they have a great breakfast stop in and fry sometime . The sausage is a good thick piece of sausage , sausage Gravy and biscuit best I have had in long time . Scrambled eggs ( are just eggs 😀) but we're not over cooked and the breakfast potato tots were crispy on the outside and hot on the inside

The best fast food burger I've ever had. Probably the best ice cream I've ever had too. I love Braums. When I pass through Dallas area or Oklahoma, I assure you I stop at Braums on the way in, and I stop at Braums on the way out. This means.. sometimes twice in a day. If you're debating on stopping here, the answer is YES. Do it.

Let me start off with CLINT goes ABOVE and beyond for customer service. I left my card on accident, I drove off without even thinking about getting my card back as soon as I got my food and ice cream because I was excited to dig in and he chased me down to return my card! I am SO thankful to him! I frequently visit this location multiple times a week. I like to treat My kids when they are good to a Jr single dip vanilla cone which they love! Today (separate day from the card mishap) I decided to go in the store because the drive through was crazy busy. There was Clint with a big smile and positive attitude. I really appreciate the happy atmosphere he puts out. Thanks to his positive energy, I left with my ice cream cones for my kids with the BIGGEST smile. Thanks for all you do Clint! You're awesome!

It was closed when we passed thru, but this particular location is very sentimental to me, and we stop here every time we're going to/ from Dallas from Houston. I was very upset to see that it's closed, but hopefully it's just for remodeling. Growing up I stopped here with my grandma numerous times and it means a lot to be able to go back and be reminded of all the great times we had over Braums ice cream. ❤️

We drive almost two hours one way to go to Braum's every few weeks or so to stock up on milk, butter, and ice cream. Braum's has the best tasting milk. Period. My husband didn't believe me at first when I told him I had grown up drinking Braum's milk, but we did a blind taste test against Borden's, and he was sold! We also have to get the burger combos when we're there. They are delicious. The ice cream comes in huge scoops, and yet the price is reasonable. The Ennis store has plenty of employees working, and there's no wait for anything. We'll be back in a couple of weeks!

We’re frequent visitors to this Braum’s location and always have a great experience. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious at a wallet-friendly price. Our kids especially love it because they get their favorite frozen treat after their meal. As of spring 2025, this spot is undergoing remodeling and temporarily closed, but we’re eagerly awaiting its reopening. If you’re after excellent service, affordable meals, and something to please everyone in the family, Braum’s is the perfect choice!

Delicious ice cream! I had a peppermint milkshake. Wonderful! They have many flavors, especially for the holidays. (Which I assume are seasonal) Eggnog, Peppermint, Peppermint chip, and more! This is the last stop for Braums so be sure to try this place out!

This place gets packed in the afternoons. The ice cream is great at a very reasonable price. Burger's are good too. Not too much seating available though. Usually staffed by high school students who can't do basic math with out a calculator.

We don’t have Braum’s in our town then we visit one when traveling. It has been very good however some stores need improvement in my opinion. Staff is great! Banana Split is my favorite!!!

Frankly, it's faster and, at times, less expensive to buy grocery items at Braums Market. Best breakfast sausage and many items in the frozen, single person, dinner section. Look for bread that's marked down for quick sale. In the fridge it still lasts me a week or more for less than half price.

Super busy location at the time we went 7 on a Sunday, but were still pretty quick considering the lines out the door and cars around the building. The 4 stars is because they were out of so many things and gave me the wrong ice cream. I ordered pecan pralines and got buttered pecan, so not a huge issue just not what I ordered. I also didn't go back to get it corrected so that's on me. They were super friendly and were definitely under pressure, we did not want to add to it.

I find it funny that they chose the busiest season of the entire year last year, summer, to completely shut down the restaurant for renovations for 4 months. And then upon reopening it looked exactly the same.

The ice cream is pretty great. I got lemon blueberry ice cream and cookie dough ice cream in a cone. The lemon blueberry was interesting because the ice cream was green and when you tale a bite you're hit with a sweet blueberry ice cream. Its creamy but not too sweet. Then you find bits of lemon cake in the ice cream and that introduces a bit of tartness and adds variety. Then I got to the cookie dough and at first I couldn't tell what it was until I had a few more bites. There wasn't anything that stood out about it. The ice cream was very creamy and uniform and there were bits of cookie dough to munch on asking the way. Overall, a good experience.

You can’t go wrong with Brahms the food is always fresh especially the vegetables that they put on the hamburgers. This one is very busy but it’s still nice and friendly. The bonus is they have some of the best ice cream available anywhere!

My strawberry shake needed just a lil more strawberry. My burger meat was fresh, but my lettuce n tomato tasted like they weren't fresh or washed. The cashier needed a smile other then that it was pretty good thank you

This was my first time here. Really unsafe and hard to get in and out of this place in a low vehicle. Very small area for such a popular restaurant. The food was delivered quick and was very good. No problems with order. Just a little with understanding the person taking order as they spoke very fast. I wish there were dairy free options. I was able to get a hamburger and fries. The cherry limeade was very tart and I couldn't drink it. One of my kids liked that.

The food was quick, fresh, and great. The staff were nice and efficient. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the interior seems like it needs an update, especially the bathroom.

We went for the ice cream and was not really impressed. Wile the ice cream was good the staff was not really friendly or trained well. The cones were fine bit the banana split I ordered was not made right. It was missing 2 toppings and and the sauces were on the wrong flavor icecream

We pulled up to the window, and they handed handed us two orders of fries. We ordered Turtle Sundae and a chocolate shake. Then they wanted to argue with us about what we ordered. Not good customer service.

Great ice cream, but service wasn't. Employees kept walking past us. One was mopping, another went to the back and got on the phone, and everyone was completed drive thru orders while we, along with two other ladies, stood there to be waited on. They both walked out. My husband decided he didn't want anything, either. I lucked out when I first started looking at the ice cream. An employee was standing there. He dipped my ice cream and then started doing something else. Never came back. I could have easily walked out without paying, but we didn't. Poor customer service. No smiles

Floors were all ridiculously slippery even in the restroom. They need to mop/degrease. I almost left but went ahead and got ice cream. It was delicious as always.

The food was good and had chocolate malt and FF ❤️ . One of my favorite treats I get every so often. However the inside of the restaurant is old and understandable. But it could really be cleaned and would be much much better. They had plenty of employees that could have been cleaning tables and wiping the sticky off them❤️ but it was overall a great treat

How are Braums passing inspections?????? Love their food . Unfortunately their stores are soooo dirty and employees ( which they have enough) don’t do their work. It’s not hard to wipe clean tables … disgusting drink stations with mold, greasy and sticky. We have been going to Braums for over 30 years my husband since childhood. The Texas locations don’t represent the brand. Oklahoma/Kansas locations take more pride or it’s a different breed of employees taking care of business.

It was clean; the food was hot and fresh. The low score was because it still tasted mediocre despite being freshly cooked. The price was adequate. The staff was okay but not what I would consider happy or friendly. The food order was correct. We dined inside of the establishment. We ordered hot food, yet no ice-cream was purchased.

Food was good but customer service was absolutely horrible for my order wrong I ordered vat bag of breakfast burritos and they gave me the bag of sausage biscuits so I said something lady was so very rude and the crew that was working was up front was laughing at me 30 minutes later they got me my order and the store wasn't busy at all so many employees just standing there been to this store many times and this is the first time I've ever had a problem get it together

Our local Braum's is terrible. The only reason we even go here is because the are the only ice cream place in town that serves sherbert ice cream, which my kids love. The employees there are rude, miserable and act like they hate life. No one is friendly or happy to work there. Sad. The ice cream is literally melting as soon as the hand it to you. Every single time we get a scoop on a cone we go to lick it and it just falls right off. We constantly have to ask them to push the scoop on the cone harder for our kids so this doesn't happen.

Not a good experience. Sprite had black floating particles. Grilled Chicken salad was okay but chicken was very tough. Burgers were good. Fries were good. Limeade was extremely sour... Tasted like it was not sweetened.

Service during the night is not the best. The cashier didn't give me the change, spoons for the ice-cream and napkins while the place was empty. The ice cream was good but the employees attending the drive thru weren't attentive and poor customer service.

This was my first time at Braum's, and the service was very confusing. I read the menu, which says you have 2 drink options (shake or 22 oz soft drink) and 3 side options (medium fries, cottage cheese, or Greek yogurt). I ordered 3 #7s, each with 2 shakes and one of each side. The trainee rang me up but seemed confused about the sizes and dairy sides. The sizing between what the person offers and what's on the menu is confusing because the menu mentions 22 oz drinks, but the cups are labeled S/M/L. The order wasn’t read back to me, but I paid $31. When I checked my receipt, it showed I was given 3 small fries, 2 small shakes, and extra medium fries, cottage cheese, and yogurt. I went back to explain, saying I didn’t want 4 cartons of fries. The boy told his manager, Pilar, who said I needed to cancel the order. I reluctantly agreed, as I didn’t care about the money, but I just wanted the right items. Pilar also told me the combo sides can only be fries, and dairy sides must be ordered separately. The new total was $29, which was $2 less, but my account was still held for the original amount. Overall, it was a confusing experience. Lastly, before I left, Pilar called out the trainee boy in front of me and other customers. While I agree there needs to be more communication, as she said, I don’t think it should have been done in front of customers. It might have been more helpful for her to suggest he could improve by rereading the order to avoid confusion. I feel the menu is the biggest issue that needs to change if it gets this confusing. Overall, it was a frustrating and confusing experience.

First time in 6 years and the experience was not great. The store was out of vanilla (odd) soft serve for the mixes. When we asked if they knew when it might be back online (thinking we might wait), we were met with an abundance of indifference. The employees were annoyed that we asked. We decided to take our business to another store…who had vanilla.

Honestly, the only good thing about this Braum’s is the ice cream. Everything else was disappointing. They didn’t even have Cookies and Cream, which is basic for an ice cream place. On top of that, the night manager was rude for no reason, especially toward the teens working there. It made the whole experience uncomfortable. Definitely not the friendly service you’d expect.

I was passing through from out of town. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich but was given a spicy chicken sandwich which I didn't find out until I was back on the highway. The fries were also over cooked, so I paid for a meal that I received no satisfaction from because me and spicy chicken sandwiches don't get along at all.

To many males in kitchen the workers as a whole those gloves once you touch the counter and other things are not good to touch the food with I think they need to be more sanitary as far as those gloves. Simply cannot touch other foreign objects then make someone's Burger. However the ice cream was good I did not buy a burger because I saw the way that the food was being handled gloves being again the problem not changing them after touching foreign objects and coming back to make the burger 🍔 11/2/23 visited your for the last time ordered 1 butter pecan shake and 1 Oreo mix with butter cup after asking the lady in the window what she giving me she said butter pecan and one oreo with buttercup mix . I'll pay for them leave the window guess what I have two butter!!!! Go back inside to get the order corrected and your employee was very rude!!!!! last stop you do have competition (know that) if you're hungry for lunch breakfast or dinner braum's is not. The place to go. Braum's as a company does not care about their customers the only concerned about the money coming in you never respond to any customer complaints that tells me what type of people you hire anyone that has a pulse and can count from 1 to 2 but will get your orders WRONG your lack of integrity is widely noted you've lost a customer indefendently 🤔

Walked into a school bus of workers standing around and not working floor sticky and slippery could be a hazard for people they handed me my ice cream melting and dripping already was not an enjoyable environment

I was excited to go to a Braum's since I moved away from the DFW area. Very disappointing. I asked for no meat on my burger and they had to charge extra to put it into the register?? I'm vegetarian and I do this at restaurants all the time and it's never an issue. Then the sandwiches were not good, even the ones with meat. They were cold. We ordered burgers and shakes and had to wait 10 after getting our food for our shakes which were our drinks. Then I had to remind them we didn't have them. Our orders were not complete. So many issues. So sad. I was looking forward to going there so much.

I went in for a meal and ice cream which was good, BUT the 2 managers that were there had HORRIBLE ATTITUDES!! I smiled and tried to make conversation to lighten the mood but it didn’t work. She just slammed the ice cream door and tossed the ice cream scoop. The other one tossed the gravy for my chicken on to the tray. So I asked if she was having a bad day & she rolled her eyes! Ms. Janice is the only nice one there. I love Braum’s is cream so I’ll keep coming back, I just hope those 2 will have better days

First off they were rude in the drive-thru and I ordered a double scoop in a cup and it wasn't a full 2 scoops at all so I had to go inside to have it fixed and they did apologize and stated they are training a whole new team. Also the Cappuccino chocolate chunk is my favorite but it tasted old. Really not pleased with the experience

The staff was rude. The girl taking my order and the one at the first window, who took the payment, were both unprofessional. I'm not sure if the entire staff was having a bad day, but I was planning to order more food. However, the girl rushed me and acted as though I was bothering them by ordering ice cream and food. Because of that, I won’t be returning to that location. I usually love Braums and it's usually a good experience. Ordering food should never feel this unpleasant, especially since my order was very simple. I did inform the manager on shift today, the was kind and attentive. He listened to my concerns, and I hope he addresses the issue with his staff and trains them on proper customer service. I don’t understand how someone can work in customer service while being rude and pushy. It might have been the end of a shift, but still, very disappointing. I won’t be returning.

I love Braum's. But I hate it here. The customer service is the worst of any location I've been to. I seen too many people working without gloves going from task to task. The workers were either lost, confused, or rude.The food was undercooked. I would have gone through the drive-through, but the line was too the road. I should not have gone inside. I'll skip this location from now on.

Stopped because i was starving after the gym had the breakfast burrito and a cup of coffee, simple right? At least 10 pieces of onion skin, raw tomatoes, and hot brown water. The staff member I spoke clearly hates her job and it shows through her interactions. The conversation I had with her was less than helpful and I ended up leaving because of it. The whole restaurant seems unclean as well. Everything seems dirty and it's not a very pleasant environment to walk into.

I have no idea what they actually did in there to be remodeled everything is the same right down to the crazy service and the unprofessional staff. Best advice just go thru the drive thru place is still horrible.

The booths are so dirty and look like they haven't been properly cleaned out in quite some time.

Me and wife came to get a chicken sandwhich and by looks of it. It looked like it had been under the headlamp for several hours or days. Next day had food poisoning and no my wife since I got the spicy one. Dry and chicken less patty just look at the picture

this establishment has to be the worst ive been to. the management is horrible i came in earlier last week and the manager was yelling at employees and just standing there it honestly made me upset because she seemed to lack respect for the workers. when I asked the employee they said it was the general manager. it honestly was disheartening to see preteens and younger people work here and for her to be acting this way is crazy. if you support workers being abused i definitely recommend this place!

Garbage visit. Paid 20 bucks to grab some food on the way back from Dallas. I was super excited to get this. I waited for about 14 minutes. They call my number. Someone has taken my food and there was just the shake. I threw it away and walked out. Over crowded, hectic, no one to keep track of people's orders.

I went to the drive-thru at this location and it was a great deal of trouble at first I thought the microphone was bad. But it turned out that the person on the other side just did not know product line and just did not have the ability to reason. We all have good days and bad days and I have employees that work for me that have good days and bad days like this individual. I understand it's probably a minimum wage job and I'm not expecting much but somewhere there's a franchise owner that probably needs to know what's going on. And here is the complicated order that stumped the individually to drive through. I want a three scoops Sunday I want a cappuccino chocolate chunk a German chocolate and chocolate of brownie batter. We went around around about that and it ended up that I told them just forget it give me two scoops. And instead of putting it in one of those little oblong Sunday tubs they stuffed them in a cup on top of each other. I'm just saying. The ice cream itself was wonderful as usual though.
