30 mins later my pizza is still delicious, hands down my favorite me n Ed’s in town

Ernie the Manager, and Alize, are awesome, friendly, and make it a point to know their patrons, they keep a very clean and organized restaurant not granddaughter has loved their friendly nature and Me & Ed's Pizza 🍕🍕 since she was two years old,and the one on Bullard and First St is the only one we've ever eaten at Kudos to the Ernie and his team they make your establishment look GOOD, 💯 💯 ☺️ 💯☺️ 💯 👏🏼👏🏼. Monday afternoon my 90 year old grandmother ordered a pizza and a very sweet gentleman delivered it to her home. He noticed that she was struggling to get around and offered to help her. He brought her pizza in, got her plate out of the cabinet, dished three slices out and put the rest in the refrigerator. I can't express how appreciative I am of his kindness. I wish I knew his name, but he delivered to Billie Platt. Thank you!

Honestly I had stopped going to me n eds for a couple years because the locations that are near me dlover cook the dough and skimp on the cheese. My wife wanted to give me n eds another try and we decided to pick a location that was a little further from us. And let me tell you it was worth it. The pie was cooked perfectly and the toppings we're not skimpy. The manager and his daughter are running that place to perfection! Just to give some context to this post I live in madera ranchos and there is a fairly new location in the riverstone area and to be honest they are horrible! I will gladly make a drive to fresno to get the "traditional" me n eds pizza!!

Employees are all really nice . Pizza is good but unfortunately I was really craving these but pretty much a whole bottle of cinnamon was used . Pretty disappointing

Been going since they opened.. Always good.. Just went in as I was in town for a funeral.. crust was good but cheese and toppings were very scarce.. Was very disappointed because I was really looking forward to a pie from here since my last one was very good.. might have to try Lela's

BURNT pizza crumbs & large burnt chunks all over. Someone didn't clean the oven. THE WORST Me n Eds experience. Couldn't even eat it. How could they put that in a box and deliver it to a family to eat. Total waste of money.

The attention is good but the place is very dirty and smells bad, the smell of a dirty bathroom came out towards the tables (restaurant) many tables were dirty even with food leftovers.

Not sure about all this empty space that doesn’t meet the crust. Are you not checking if your employees are making properly constructed pies, or do you just not care? Like who trained this staff? Sauce was made differently on my visit, if you like it sweeter come to this location. There are so many Me-N-Ed’s to choose from this is not worth a visit. If this is the “better way to pizza” I disagree. And in previous reviews you have employees going into residences too? 🤔

BURNT pizza crumbs & large burnt chunks all over. Someone didn't clean the oven. THE WORST Me n Eds experience. Couldn't even eat it. How could they put that in a box and deliver it to a family to eat. Total waste of money.

Pick any other Me-N-Eds in town, this one has the worst customer service. Like absolutely zero customer service on the phone or in person. The manager should be completely disappointed, they make up bullshit excuses about not being able to deliver, I’ve given this location so many chances because how close it is to our home and they decided because it’s Fresno state game day, they don’t “want” to go in the area to deliver. What kind of service is that?

Spent literally 50 dollars on a large meat lover's, ADD OLIVES and a side of buffalo wings delivered, which included an 8$ pretip on card. We live literally 2 blocks away.... total being 58$ Idk if the driver got his tip and just dgaf afterwords or what, but literally the wings were cold, and i mean cold cold,literally as cold as the ranch that came with it which probably also warmed up on the way here meaning one got warm and the other got cold. And then there's the pizza...it also came cold not only cold but ugly and gross as well, with maybe a tiny handful of olives piled in the middle, it's a TOPPING, not a garnish, and literally ALL OF THE MEAT TOPPINGS were lazily piled in the middle,so much so that none of them even got cooked. There was barely put any cheese on it too, a defining feature of a pizza. It was just a saucy mess of meat on a limp sad piece of bread that fell apart limp with every slice you'd pick up, on some slices there were 4 inches of crust, on others, no crust at all,just sauce and cold greasy meat all the way to the end. Also with no cheese. Every bite was discouraging, My gf and i have been Me n Eds fans for life, but not any more,we've ordered from here before, and the last time was only half as disappointing but more of the same. keep in mind we live two blocks away... we will never give another dime to this place. There's no reason for any of our VERY expensive food should have been that disappointing or COLD. We were trying to treat ourselves tonight. If your reading this and thinking about trying it out. pick literally anywhere else. i should of just microwaved a frozen pizza and saved myself 58$ and an evening of disappointment. Will never visit or order from here ever again

I ordered a 3-topping pizza, and what I got was pathetic: barely any sausage, the pepperoni was practically raw and soggy, and overall it looked like someone sprinkled scraps on bread and called it a pizza. When I called, the girl who answered admitted I could get a refund. Then Alex got on the line and things went downhill fast. He was rude, dismissive, and flat-out awful to deal with. He even mocked me about wanting Ernie’s number and then refused to give it out. That’s not customer service — that’s arrogance. And I’m not the only one. Other reviews show the exact same issues: burnt crusts, missing toppings, raw bacon, rude staff, excuses about delivery, and pizzas so bare people compare them to “bread with sauce.” And yet they still have the audacity to charge nearly $26 for this garbage. Twenty-six bucks for bread with sauce and a sprinkle of mystery toppings? That’s insulting. Management clearly doesn’t care. Every response is the same lazy copy-and-paste “sorry, call us” with zero accountability. Nothing changes, nothing improves. Their customer service skills are about as good as their pizza — absolutely terrible. Save your money and your sanity. Gas station pizza would have been a step up.

A $26 large pizza with three chosen toppings... yet there are barely ANY toppings on the pizza. Even the extra cheese wasn't present! It's like I'm just eating bread with sauce, and every now and then there's a piece of meat or onion. I don't think I've ever been so disappointed with a pizza.
