Today we chose the 2-for-1 sushi deal; it came to about $370 for both of us. The price is reasonable, but considering the 2-for-1 offer, there are better places for the same price! The portions aren't that big. Regards

La gente te atiende como si te estuviera haciéndote un favor, mal servicio, no te explican cómo elegir tu paquete, y todavía cuando pides, a todo te ponen “pero” y te ven con mala cara.

Este gerente o quién sea estaba de acosador con mi esposa y me comento mi esposa que lo grabó cuando estaba de morboso, que asco de personas pueden permitir a este acosador este trabajando en este establecimiento.

Rollos muy pequeños y caros para lo que son, comí porque era lo que estaba desocupado para pedir (ahora veo por qué), me pidieron incluir propina solo por hacer mi pedido. Ya quieren propina para todo, no vuelvo a regresar.

Malísima experiencia, he ido a otras sucursales y muy bueno, pero aquí malísimo. La agua de maracuyá mango rebajada apenas y sabe, los rollos se desacian apenas los separabas y sin sabor, para colmo me dan la orden incompleta y piden propina siendo una caseta de servicio de comida rápida. Solo ensucian el nombre de la cadena.

Pide uno a través de app y se tardan más de una hora en llegar el pedido, dicen que porque tienen alta demanda, le dan preferencia a los de tienda y uno que pide en plataforma no? Todos somos iguales y todavía de eso te mandan la comida fría

No me quisieron atender y cuando por fin que se tardarían 30 minutos en un sushi normal, la señora que atiende haciéndome caras y viéndome feo desde lejos :/

It's not worth the price at all. The portions are small, it's expensive for what it is. They barely give you any cutlery. The ramen noodles have no flavor and the broth is very little. The drinks (calpis and mogu mogu) are very good, but everything else is terrible.

The customer service is good, but... the food is TERRIBLE. For 212 pesos, I got a ramen and a flavored water. The water was delicious 😋, but the ramen was awful. The broth was way too greasy, and the "seaweed" was actually spinach (I like spinach). It's not right that they try to rip you off. I ended up ordering something else, and in my 53 years, this is THE WORST RESTAURANT I'VE EVER TRIED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. (at this location)

I'd never ordered takeout before, especially not at night. Honestly, it was quite unpleasant to see that, first, they didn't give me the items I ordered; second, they were tasteless; and third, while I was ordering, the guy making the wraps gave us the cold shoulder that said he didn't want to do anything anymore. Every time I've ordered from them, it's been the same. They treat you like they're doing you a favor, and they're always missing an ingredient listed on their menu. I'll never order from there again; their service is terrible. It's not worth the price!

I went to the plaza and was craving sushi. At Mr. Sushi, I ordered a roll and saw a woman mopping. I glanced over at the other woman preparing the sushi and asked for it without cheese. While my order was being prepared, I went to another stall to watch. When my order arrived, I sat down across from where they were preparing it. As I was eating, I noticed that the woman who had been mopping earlier was NOT WEARING GLOVES, handling the ingredients with her bare hands. It disgusted me to think she was mopping without gloves and then started preparing the sushi. Honestly, they need to improve hygiene in food preparation. Someone preparing raw food shouldn't be mopping and then preparing something raw with their bare hands. That's very unclean and unhygienic.
